Abstract

The intelligence department of the state attorney general's office recapitulates monthly reports on information obtained through the prosecutor's intelligence activities. Each incoming report will be managed using Microsoft Word and saved as a file. But in reality, the management process is a bit hampered because of the many report formats and even the file has the potential to be lost or damaged. The purpose of the research is to develop a monthly report information system in the field of Intelligence to help manage report data and recapitulate monthly reports. In the development of this monthly report information system using the waterfall method. Analysis of system requirements requires communication that aims to understand the software expected by users and the limitations of the software. System design is needed to assist in the system implementation process. The implementation of this information system uses the PHP programming language and uses MySQL as the Database Management System. Testing the system using User Acceptance Testing (UAT), which is to ensure the verification process that what the system does is appropriate for the user. From this research resulted in a web-based information system that can assist in the management of monthly reports in the field of prosecutor's intelligence.

Abstract

An information system is a combination of hardware, software, and users that form a system whose purpose is to receive data and process it into appropriate information for a particular purpose. A good information system, supported by accurate and secure data, improves the performance of every activity within the company, agency or institution and enables it to be carried out more effectively. The Kediri State Prosecutor's Office is one of the agencies engaged in the field of Community Service. One part of this agency that is important is case data, especially for the general crime section (Pidum). The General Crimes Section has the task of carrying out and controlling the handling of general criminal cases which include pre-prosecution, additional examination, prosecution, judge's determination and court decisions, supervision of the implementation of conditional crimes, supervision crimes, supervision of the implementation of parole decisions and other legal actions. The development of this information system uses the waterfall method which has several sequential stages, namely requirements analysis (Requirement Analysis), system design (System Design), implementation (Implementation), integration and testing (Integration & Testing), implementation and maintenance of the program (Operation & Maintenance). ). The result of the development of this information system is a web-based application called Smart Pidum which is a case data management application, especially in the general crime section. The development of the Smart Pidum information system can solve problems in managing case data and make it easier for officers to carry out their duties and responsibilities.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan proses penjurusan siswa menggunakan cara manual menyebabkan pengolahan data belum dilaksanakan secara maksimal. Hal ini mendorong perlunya mengembangkan sistem berbasis komputer untuk memudahkan proses penjurusan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menerapkan metode profile matching untuk evaluasi potensi akademik penjurusan siswa. Metode profile matching digunakan dengan menganalisa kriteria penilaian akademik dan non akademik. Kriteria nilai akademik meliputi nilai rata-rata raport dan nilai Ujian Nasional sedangkan data nilai non akademik siswa meliputi minat siswa, minat orang tua, tes IQ dan catatan prestasi siswa. Adapun rekomendasi jurusan meliputi jurusan IPA, IPS dan Bahasa. Selanjutnya kriteria penilaian disesuaikan dengan nilai gap kompetensi jurusan berdasarkan kategori core factor dan secondary factor. Perancangan aplikasi menggunakan bahasa pemrograman java dan database mySQL. Hasil penelitian berupa rancangan aplikasi yang dapat menunjukkan rekomendasi jurusan siswa Madrasah.

Abstract

Abstrak Antrian meruapakan sekumpulan orang yang sedang menunggu untuk dilayani. Sistem informasi antrian merupakan sebuah sistem informasi yang dapat mengelola antrian secara digital atau terkomputerisasi. Pembuatan sistem antrian memiliki tujuan untuk mempermudah dalam pengelolaan antrian dan pengambilan nomor antrian oleh pasien, dimana pengambilan nomor antrian dapat dilakukan secara online menggunakan whatsapp. Perancangan sistem informasi antrian menggunakan metode waterfall yang terdiri dari lima langkah antara lain kebutuhan, desain, implementasi, testing, dan pemeliharaan. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan teknik studi literatur, wawancara secara langsung dengan pihak klinik, dan observasi secara langsung. Sistem informasi antrian ini menggunakan teknik pengembangan sistem DFD (Data Flow Diagram). Bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan adalah PHP dengan framewok codeigniter versi 4, database MYSQL, untuk pengambilan antrian dengan whatsapp menggunakan whatsapp gateway. Sistem ini terdapat 3 aktor antara lain pasien, operator antrian, dan admin. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem antrian dimana pasien dapat mengambil antrian secara offline dengan cara datang langsung dan mengambil antrian  secara online menggunakan whatsapp, dan juga memudahkan operator antrian untuk mengelola antrian dalam klinik. Abstract A queue is a group of people waiting to be served. Queue information system is an information system that can manage queues digitally or computerized. Making a queuing system has the aim of making it easier to manage queues and take queue numbers by patients, where queue number retrieval can be done online using whatsapp. The design of the queuing information system uses the waterfall method which consists of five steps including requirements, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Data collection techniques using literature study techniques, direct interviews with the clinic, and direct observation. This queuing information system uses the DFD (Data Flow Diagram) system development technique. The programming language used is PHP with codeigniter version 4 framework, MYSQL database, for queue retrieval with whatsapp using whatsapp gateway. In this system there are 3 actors, including patients, queue operators, and admins. The result of this study is a queuing system where patients can take queues offline by coming directly and taking queues or taking queues online using whatsapp, and also makes it easier for queue operators to manage queues in the clinic.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan Komunikasi di bidang perdagangan dikembangkan dengan sangat cepat, e-commerce adalah cara penting untuk menyebarkan informasi tentang berbagai produk unik dan memperluas area pangsa pasar. Agro Bibit  ID merupakan e-commerce yang dikembangkan untuk mengatasi masalah yang dihadapi oleh penjualan bisnis bibit tanaman namun, penelitian tidak pernah dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana keberhasilan e-commerce penjualan bibit tanaman. Pada penelitian ini metode yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan metode Service Quality. Tujuan pada penelitian ini untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh secara simultan dan parsial antara kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi dan kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan pengguna pada e-commerce CV Agrobibit. Pengambilan sampel dengan metode non-probability sampling jenis sampling purporsive, jumlah sampel sebanyak 110 responden. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian secara parsial, variable kualitas sistem tidak berpengaruh secara signifikansi terhadap kepuasan pengguna e-commerce CV Agrobibit. Pengaruh secara parsial, variable kualitas informasi dan kualitas layanan berpengaruh secara signifikansi terhadap kepuasan pengguna e-commerce CV Agrobibit.

Abstract

Modelling Audition Information System is a system used to manage the process of auditioning or selecting potential models in the modelling industry. This system helps collect, store, manage, and process information related to auditions and model selection to make the process more efficient and organized. The information system is used for participant registration and conducting judging. This Information System is a form of community service implementation for the FKBN TMI Jatim Kediri Subdistrict Audition in 2023. The Forum Kader Bela Negara (FKBN) was attended by thousands of spectators and visitors in Ketos on Sunday, July 9, 2023, in conjunction with National Children's Day and in anticipation of the 78th Indonesian Independence Day. FKBN Kediri Raya provides a great opportunity to help improve the upgrading of SMEs in makeup, fashion design, SMEs fashion model training, and style. The formation of confident character and healthy social interactions creates intelligent, observant, and militant defense souls. With the presence of the modelling audition information system, the audition and model selection process becomes more structured, transparent, and efficient. This system helps reduce human errors, save time, and facilitate coordination among all parties involved in the modelling audition.

Abstract

Perkembangan pasar video game di Indonesia meningkat pesat dari tahun ke tahun. Hal ini menempatkan Indonesia sebagai salah satu pasar game terbesar di Asia Tenggara dalam mencapai hal tersebut dalam pengembangannya dibutuhkan sebuah proses manajemen proyek. Tujuan penelitian ini ntuk memahami karakteristik unik dari game industri, termasuk aspek kreatif, teknis, dan bisnis yang terlibat dalam proses pengembangan game. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Agile Scrum dimana manajemen proyek yang efektif membantu memastikan bahwa proyek pengembangan game berjalan sesuai dengan jadwal, anggaran, dan tujuan yang ditetapkan. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunaan metode agile sangat efektif dikarenakan sifat dari metode tersebut yang fleksibel dan lebih memendam pendekatan terhadap pengguna sehingga dapat dilakukan proses perbaikan dan perubahan secara terus menerus dalam fase pengerjaan proyek yang nantinya akan berpengaruh pada kualitas game saat dirilis di pasaran.

Abstract

Pada pembuatan website menggunakan metode linier sequential model dengan tahapan analisis, desain, code dan test. Website yang dibuat berbasis framework Express js Node js dan database MySQL sebagai sarana penyimpanan data. Website yang dibuat didalamnya mengimplementasikan API berasitektur REST dapat melakukan komunikasi data dengan menggunakan protocol HTTP yang akan mempermudah dalam pengolahan data serta mempermudah dalam memberikan informasi yang dapat diakses oleh banyak orang dimanapun berada dengan menggunakan koneksi internet,dalam melakukan tambah,edit dan hapus data pada website diperlukan autentikasi pengguna untuk membuktikan bahwa pengguna yang hendak login dan melakukan tambah,edit dan hapus data benar-benar merupakan pemilik akun yang sah. Dalam implementasi otentikasi pada website ,peniliti menggunakan Node js Passport sebagai middleware yang mudah digunakan untuk aplikasi website berbasis framework Express JS.

Abstract

Modern agriculture increasingly relies on technology to increase efficiency and productivity, so that humans nowadays always need tools that can make their work easier, especially for monitoring soil moisture. in presenting a soil moisture control monitoring system tool, which can be used by the community for efficient gardening. Where the system uses microcontroller technology which has been developed internationally. The creation of this system aims to make gardening easier. From the case studies raised in this research, the lack of efficient soil moisture affects plant growth. A system was created to produce a tool for controlling and monitoring soil moisture conditions in waterfall method plants. The stages of this research include analysis, system design, implementation, testing and maintenance. The implication of this research is the optimization of the gardening process by farmers in maintaining soil moisture by automatically turning on and turning off buttons. This system is based on IoT which is a soil moisture sensor using a soil moisture sensor & I2C LCD as a monitoring tool. It is said that the soil is damp if the water content is 60% -80%, if it is less than this then the water pump will turn on automatically.

Abstract

CV. Fred Jelantah is a CV engaged in the industrial sector, namely suppliers of used cooking oil as raw material for biodiesel. In the process of meeting the needs for supply of goods, CV.Fred Jelantah requires more than one supplier. So far, CV. Fred Jelantah still uses a subjective process in considering supplier selection. This causes inaccuracies in the supply of goods such as oil quality and timeliness of supply. The research objective of modeling a decision support system using the ELECTRE method is to be able to provide the best supplier references accurately and subjectively unconventionally for CV. Fred Jelantah. In calculating the ELECTRE method, 4 alternatives and 5 criteria are determined. Based on the results of the research conducted, the highest ranking results were obtained, namely the Jelantah Kelud and Kuli Jelantah alternatives with a total value of 1.
