Abstract

This study aimed to measure the effect of authentic leadership on employee performance of the part-time employee of a manufacturing company in Tangerang which is mediated by readiness for change mentality. Data collection was done by simple random sampling technique and the returned and valid questionnaire results were 109 samples. Data processing was used SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study concluded that authentic leadership has a significant effect on readiness for change and employee performance. This study conclude also that readiness for change have a positive and significant effect on the relationship between authentic leadership and employee performance. Readiness for change as a mediator. This new research proposed a model for building employee performance among the part-time employee of the manufacturing industry in Tangerang through enhancing authentic leadership practice with readiness for change as a mediator. This research could pave the way to improve employee readiness in facing the era of industrial revolution 4.0.

Abstract

Quality oriented management change and innovation is the main strategy for the company. The implementation of quality improvement and innovation has an organizational and managerial role significant technical, and may also involve significant delays before both are realized. In this literature study, we used a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Our study highlights the short-term and long-term beneficial effects of QIM (Quality improvement management) adoption on product innovation performance. In addition, we found evidence of complementarity and learning effects using QIM adoption. Results show that maximizing innovation returns and improving quality requires consideration of Soft and Hard properties Individual QIM and the timing and sequence of their application. In addition, we find evidence of complementarity and learning effects using QIM adoption. Our results suggest that maximizing innovation returns and improving quality requires the severity of individual QIM and the timing and sequence of their implementation .

Abstract

Implementation of Integrated Quality Management needs to be done in educational institutions as a form of efforts to improve the quality of education. This study discusses the implementation of Integrated Quality Management in educational institutions and the problems and solutions that occur in its implementation in educational institutions. the. In carrying out the educational process, it will not be separated from improvements in accordance with the problems faced every year or in accordance with the implementation of TQM in schools which has the main goal of providing satisfaction for internal and external education customers, services with quality product results. Implementation of Integrated Quality Management in Indonesia requires at least three stages of implementation, namely: preparation, planning, and implementation. Barriers to the implementation of Total Quality Management in Indonesia include resistance to change, lack of commitment to quality, and lack of readiness, willingness and human competence. Alternative solutions are necessary informed about the importance of change in achieving quality, maintaining and developing it, so that a shared commitment to quality grows.

Abstract

ABSRAK Ditengah ekonomi yang kompetitif seperti sekarang, perusahaan dan organisasi maupun Home Industry harus mementingkan pelanggan serta meningkatkan komunikasi dengan pembeli secara lebih baik. Kunci sukses menghadapi pasar yang kompetitif ialah prefrensidan loyalitas pelanggan. Loyalitas pelanggan bisa menjadi jaminan kelangsungan hidup bagi perusahaan. IFA Interior menyadari akan pentingnya loyalitas pelanggan tersebut. Untuk mengurangi kelemahan pada Strategi Bisnis, maka peneliti merancang suatu sistemyang bermaksud untuk meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan dengan menerapkan salah satu strategi yaitu CRM. Diharapkan dengan menerpkan strategi CRM, IFA Interior dapat memenangkan loyalitas pelanggan dan terus meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggannya. Kesimpulan yang dapat penulis sampaikan adalah sebelum adanya sistem ini dalam Strategi Bisnis mendapatkan loyalitas pelanggan masih dilakukan dengan cara tatap mukadengan pengunjung toko atau survey ke lokasi pembuatan Furniture namun setelah adanyasistem ini melihat katalog dan berinteraksi dengan Store IFA Interior dapat diakses dalamsistem berbasis web, yang dapat bermanfaat bagi Store IFA Interior dan juga pelanggan.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The qualified performance of lecturers is needed by the university to raise the lecturer itself academic qualification performance, the institution performance and satisfaction of the stakeholders. There are some factors which can accomplish the lecturer's performance, such as transformational leadership and organizational climate. This research tested the effect of transformational leadership and organizational climate on the performance of lecturers by taking Universitas Muhammadiyah Tangerang as a case. Population and sample is 172 lecturers of Universitas Muhammadiyah Tangerang with census method. The statistic approach of the research is simple and multiple linear regression with SPSS 16.0 for Windows program to process the data. The result was transformational leadership gave a positive effect and significant on the organizational climate. The transformational leadership and the organizational climate also gave a positive effect and significant on the performance of lecturers partially and simultaneous. The conclusion is a better lecturer's performance on a higher education especially at Universitas Muhammadiyah Tangerang will be reached if the organization leader can implement a suitable transformational leadership and positive organizational climate, so that the Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi which is the goal of each lecturer can be accomplished. Keywords : transformational leadership, organizational climate, lecturer's performance,higher education

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kualitas Produk dan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan pada Dealer Sepeda Motor Honda Cabang Tigaraksa, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis Kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, uji statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, uji normalitas, dan uji multikorelinierita,  uji  heteroskedastisitas, uji korelasi dan uji determinasi, uji regresi, uji hipotesis, uji t dan uji F.Penelitian ini untuk mendapatkan data primer penulis menggunakan teknik penyebaran kuesioner secara langsung kepada responden berjumlah 80, populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu pelanggan atau pengguna dari Dealer Sepeda Motor  Honda Cabang Tigaraksa.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa berdasarkan aturan tersebut dengan melihat hasil yang didapat kualitas produk yaitu nilai bahwa thitung < ttabel yaitu  7,378  <  1,66412.  Artinya  terdapat  pengaruh yang signifikan antara Kualitas Produk  (X1)  terhadap  Kepuasan  Pelanggan  (Y),  dan  variabel  kualitas pelayanan bahwa thitung > ttabel yaitu 7,016 > 1,66412. Artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan  antara  Kualitas Pelayanan (X2) terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan (Y). Berdasarkan hasil uji SPSS  18.0  diketahui bahwa  niali Fhiting 27,384 dan Ftabel dengan df pembilangan = k dan df penyebut = n – k = 1 80-2-1 = 77 sebesar 3,12, artinya nilai Fhitung > Ftabel (27,384 > 3,12) Artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara simultan antara variabel Kualitas Produksi (X1) dan Kualitas Pelayanan (X2) dengan Kepuasan Pelanggan (Y).Kata Kunci: Kepuasan pelanggan, kualitas pelayanan, kualitas produk.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of FSC Chain of Custody forest management, PEFC Sustainable Forest Management and ISO 38200 Chain of wood custody and wood-based products on the performance of the wood industry business in Indonesia performance indicators namely customer satisfaction, increased sales and productivity. This research was conducted in several companies that process wood or use wood as the main material in Indonesia with 400 respondents. Respondents are wood industry employees as top management, managers and staff who have a planor have implemented FSC, PEFC and ISO 38200. The background of this study is due to the lack of PEFC, FSC and ISO 38200 research on wood in Indonesia. Data collection was carried out by distributing electronic online questionnaires in August to November 2019 and analyzing data processing using Structural Equation Model (SEM) and Linear Structural Model (LISREL) software version 8.70. The results of the analysis show that FSC Chain of Custody, PEFC Sustainable Forest Management and ISO 38200 Chain of custody from wood and wood-based affect the business significantly and positively such as increased customer satisfaction, increased sales and increased productivity.Keywords: FSC, Forest Management, ISO 38200, PEFC.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengelolaan hutan FSC Chain of Custody, PEFC Sustainable Forest Management dan ISO 38200 Chain of custody kayu dan produk berbasis kayu terhadap kinerja bisnis industri kayu di Indonesia indikator kinerja yaitu kepuasan Pelanggan, peningkatan penjualan  dan produktivitas. Penelitian ini dilakukan di beberapa perusahaan yang mengolah kayu atau menggunakan kayu sebagai bahan utama di Indonesia dengan 400 responden. Responden adalah karyawan industri kayu sebagai manajemen puncak, manajer dan staf yang memiliki planor telah menerapkan FSC, PEFC dan ISO 38200. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah karena kurangnya penelitian PEFC, FSC dan ISO 38200 pada kayu di Indonesia. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mendistribusikan kuesioner online elektronik pada Agustus hingga November 2019 dan menganalisis pemrosesan data menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dan software Linear Structural Model (LISREL) versi 8.70. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa FSC Chain of Custody, PEFC Sustainable Forest Management dan ISO 38200 Chain of custody dari kayu dan berbahan dasar kayu mempengaruhi bisnis secara signifikan dan positif seperti peningkatan kepuasan pelanggan, Peningkatan penjualan dan peningkatan produktivitas.Kata Kunci: FSC, ISO 38200, PEFC, Pengelolaan Hutan.

Abstract

ABSRAK Ditengah ekonomi yang kompetitif seperti sekarang, perusahaan dan organisasi maupun Home Industry harus mementingkan pelanggan serta meningkatkan komunikasi dengan pembeli secara lebih baik. Kunci sukses menghadapi pasar yang kompetitif ialah prefrensidan loyalitas pelanggan. Loyalitas pelanggan bisa menjadi jaminan kelangsungan hidup bagi perusahaan. IFA Interior menyadari akan pentingnya loyalitas pelanggan tersebut. Untuk mengurangi kelemahan pada Strategi Bisnis, maka peneliti merancang suatu sistemyang bermaksud untuk meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan dengan menerapkan salah satu strategi yaitu CRM. Diharapkan dengan menerpkan strategi CRM, IFA Interior dapat memenangkan loyalitas pelanggan dan terus meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggannya. Kesimpulan yang dapat penulis sampaikan adalah sebelum adanya sistem ini dalam Strategi Bisnis mendapatkan loyalitas pelanggan masih dilakukan dengan cara tatap mukadengan pengunjung toko atau survey ke lokasi pembuatan Furniture namun setelah adanyasistem ini melihat katalog dan berinteraksi dengan Store IFA Interior dapat diakses dalamsistem berbasis web, yang dapat bermanfaat bagi Store IFA Interior dan juga pelanggan.
