Public services are the result of organizing organizations. Starting from all forms of activities in the arrangement, guidance, guidance, providers of facilities, services and others carried out by organizations engaged in the public sector. One public institution that organizes public services is the puskesmas while still paying attention to the principles of public service created by the institution in providing services to the community. The purpose of this study was to study the principles of service at the Simpang Baru Health Center, Simpang Baru Village, Tampan District, Pekanbaru City. The researcher uses a qualitative method that describes the implementation of the principles of public service by studying and studying the theory as a guide. Research informants are Puskesmas employees and the community as patients at Puskesmas with data collection techniques namely observation and interviews.

Tujuan Peneitian ini adalah (1) Ingin memperoleh model penguataan modal sosial yang sesuai untuk Â Suku Â Sakai (2) mendskriptifkanÂ pengelompokan warga Sakai,(3) mendeskriptifkan Peran Pemerintah Daerah dalam pembangunan . Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif Â kualitatif dengan mengungkapkan fenomenologi , mengeksplorasi dan mendeskriptifkan kondisi warga Sakai saat ini.Informent penelitian yaitu Kepala Dinas Pariwisata dan kebudayaan Kabupaten Bengkalis, Camat Tualang Mandau, Camat Mandau , Camat Bathin Salopan Kepala Desa dan ketua Bathin (kepala suku) di tiga kawasan Sakai yaitu kawasan hutan Tanaman Industri, Kawasan sungai Rokan Mandau, dan kawasan adat bathin salopan. Kesimpulan dari Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) Merumuskan Model penguatan modal sosial terintegrasi antar pelaku (pemerintah, swasta dan masyarakat dalam memperkuat pembangunan untuk masyarakat Sakai. (2) Â terinventarisasinya pengelompokan warga Sakai Â pada area atau kawasan Hutan Tanaman Industri, kawsan tepian sungai rokan Mandau dan kawasan adatÂ desa kesumbu ampai Â (3) Peranan Pemerintah Kabupaten dalam memperkuat pembangunan dan pemberdayan kepada Suku Sakai Kabupaten Bengkalis.

This study aims to describe the performance carried out by the Regional Revenue Agency of Kampar Regency in increasing Regional Original Income (PAD) in Kampar Regency and the factors that influence this performance. This study uses a qualitative method which aims to provide an overview of the state of the object in accordance with the information and facts obtained in the field. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews and observation. Then the informants in this study were the Head of the Regional Revenue Agency of Kampar Regency, the Secretary of the Planning and Data Sub Division of the Regional Revenue Agency, and the Staff of the Regional Original Revenue. The results of the performance of the Kampar Regency Regional Revenue Agency in increasing Regional Original Income have not been optimal. This is caused by performance that has not reached the appropriate criteria, as well as the government's lack of sensitivity in exploring potential sources of local revenue. n addition, the low awareness of the public in paying taxes is also the reason the Kampar Regency's Original Revenue is not optimal. Then other factors that affect the performance of the Regional Revenue Agency of Kampar Regency are individual factors concerning the quality of the Human Resources in it and organizational factors including a conducive work atmosphere. Program Bantuan Langsung Tunai Dana Desa tercipta akibat adanya wabah COVID-19 yang melanda dunia, termasuk Indonesia yang menyebabkan kondisi ekonomi masyarakat menurun. Bantuan Langsung Tunai Dana Desa merupakan program yang dibuat oleh Pemerintah yang bertujuan untuk membantu perekonomian masyarakat yang terkena dampak COVID-19, bantuan berupa uang yang dananya bersumber dari anggaran dana desa. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat efektivitas pelaksanaan Program Bantuan Langsung Tunai Dana Desa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat seberapa efektif pelaksanaan Program Bantuan Tunai Dana Desa pada masa pandemi COVID-19 di Desa Teratak Jering Kecamatan Kuantan Hilir Seberang Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi dan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang menghambat efektifitas pelaksanaan. Program Bantuan Tunai Dana Desa. selama masa pandemi COVID-19 di Desa Teratak Jering, Kecamatan Kuantan Hilir Seberang, Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah efektivitas program menurut Campbell. Untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan deskriptif. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi kemudian dianalisis berdasarkan masalah penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas pelaksanaan program bantuan langsung tunai dana desa pada masa pandemi COVID-19 di Desa Teratak Jering Kecamatan Kuantan Hilir Seberang Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi belum berjalan efektif. Terdapat kendala atau kendala dalam pelaksanaan Program Bantuan Langsung Tunai Dana Desa pada masa pandemi COVID-19 di Desa Teratak Jering Kecamatan Kuantan Hilir Seberang Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi meliputi anggaran dan sumber daya manusia

The effectiveness of the program with us, the Rokan health tracking officer at the Rokan IV Koto Health Center, Rokan Hulu Regency is an innovation activity of the Rokan IV Koto Health Center in overcoming the problem of the lack of community visits to check their health regularly at the Puskesmas and the lack of public awareness to behave in a clean and healthy life. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the program with us Rokan health tracking officers at the Rokan IV Koto Health Center, and to determine the factors that hinder the effectiveness of the program with us Rokan health tracking officers at the Rokan IV Koto Health Center. This study uses a purposive sampling technique with a qualitative research type with a descriptive case study approach and the required data, both primary and secondary data obtained through observation, interviews and documentation, are then analyzed based on the research problem. The results of the study showed that the effectiveness of the program with us, the Rokan health tracking officer at the Rokan IV Koto Health Center, Rokan Hulu Regency was not optimal, this was due to several inhibiting factors such as the lack of facilities and infrastructure, and the low awareness of the community to carry out the program with us the Rokan health tracking officer in Rokan IV Koto Health Center. The Bukit Raya District in Pekanbaru City is the first sub-district to implement one of the pillars, namely E-Government, from the realization of the Pekanbaru City Vision, also known as the Smart City Madani concept. The Bukit Raya District Government of Pekanbaru City, based on Pekanbaru Mayor Regulation Number 56 of 2019, has made a transformation in the form of various public service innovations by utilizing the use of IT technology to facilitate services as one of the indicators of the pillars of smart government (Smart Government) with the vision of working hard, being disciplined, creative, innovative, and having an entrepreneurial spirit and spirit. This is intended to create clean governance and the realization of good governance in order to provide quality, fast, precise, cheap, and good public services. The research problem that will be answered is how effective the transformation of public services based on Smart Government is applied in Bukit Raya District, Pekanbaru City. The theory used refers to the opinion of Bryson (2002) about hexagonal services, which rests on the assumption that services that are considered effective must go through a market test in the Service Management System. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Relevant analysis methods are performance analysis techniques, individual experiences, and institutional behavior (Moeleong, 2006; Bugin, 2011). The results showed that the effectiveness of the transformation of public services based on "Smart-Government" carried out by the Bukit Raya District Government in Pekanbaru City was classified as less effective. This is due to, the service management system factor, which has relatively many application menus and makes it difficult for users; limited human resources in the field of information technology; limited smartphone ownership; data and information that is less continuous and transparent about development programs; and others. In addition, the online-based service designs are not supported by a database of community needs, so that people still feel less satisfied, less fluent, and less able to do business. Research recommendations include simplifying the standard standards of smart-government-based public service systems into one internet website application with a comprehensive menu of applications according to the needs of the community.

The Tesso Nilo National Park is a conservation area that should be free from settlements and plantations. The migrants who come to the TNTN area are generally tough farmers who come from various ethnic groups such as Javanese, Batak, Palembang, even now there are Toro Bali. This study aims to look at Population Migration in Toro Jaya Hamlet, in the TNTN Area and the Impact of Population Migration on Forest Damage in the TNTN Area. This research uses a qualitative approach. Key Research Informants were selected by purposive and then using the snow ball sampling technique to determine the next informant. The method of data collection was done by means of in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, documentation. Then the data is analyzed based on the Interactive analysis model. The results show that population migration in TNTN has increased significantly coupled with the birth rate of the population, which on average are couples of productive age, which has made fertile land for population growth in TNTN. The smooth accessibility with the entry of public transportation vehicles (buses) to TNTN, especially Dusun Toro Jaya, coupled with the production of their “oil palm” plantation crops have also become a pull factor for many people to migrate to TNTN. This migration of the population has resulted in forest encroachment into residential areas and oil palm and rubber plantations. The encroachment will have an impact on the destruction and loss of native forest from Tesso Nilo National Park.

The maincauses of the gender gap in education is lack of commitment and understanding of gender in Rokan Hilir (Hidir & Yanis, 2015). This study aims to (1) implement / apply the model of community empowerment-based design thinking in order to achieve gender-responsive education in Rokan Hilir; (2) to formulate gender responsive educational design that is contextual in Rokan Hilir.This study uses a qualitative method variant in the form of phenomenology. The unit of analysis is the institutional community of the Department of Education and educators as well as educators in Rokan Hilir. The data collection technique using the techniques of Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) with data analysis techniques in the form of a three-lane qualitative data analysis, namely data reduction, data display and conclusion. The results showed that the application of design thinking allows for the application of social change, especially the mindset of the target group in a bottom up. This means that the commitment and understanding of gender responsive education could be increased from the root (grass root) without imposing target groups to change the values of the original locality of the region. Therefore, community empowerment is done to encourage the social changes in a smooth and constructive for local development Rokan Hilir, especially in the field of education and gender.

Organizational performance is crucial to success in running the organization. With good performance and supported by qualified facilities, it is certain that the organization can achieve the vision and mission that has been made to improve its quality. To measure and assess the performance of an organization is required a clear performance indicators. As a guideline in the assessment of organizational performance, can be seen and based on the purpose of the establishment of the organization, as well as PT. Pos Indonesia branch of Pekanbaru City. At PT. Pos ndonesia Ibranch Pekanbaru in the previous year of this organization has improved the performance of the organization but can still be defeated by its competitors. Increased competitors in postal package services as well as changes in fumgsi letters by mobile phones and drafts replaced by banks make a big impact on the number of production and the number of customer complaints PT. Pos Indonesia branch of Pekanbaru City. The postal party is required to compete with its competitors from the private sector.This research was conducted at Post Office branch of Pekanbaru City with the aim to know how the performance of service package at Post Office of Pekanbaru City and to know the factors that become obstacle in post performance Pekanbaru City. This research uses Dwiyanto theory in Sudarmanto with qualitative research method. In collecting data used observation data collection techniques and interviews to the research informants. After the data collected and then drawn conclusions and analyzed by using qualitative descriptive data analysis techniquesThe conclusion of this research is the performance of postal package service at Pekanbaru post office branch is not good enough, due to some things that have not been implemented optimally, especially on productivity indicator, service quality and responsiveness in achieving each work target. However, in terms of responsibilitas and accountability is good enough. The factors that affect the performance of postal package services in Pekanbaru City are technology, initiative, human resource management and cooperation, where these factors can encourage the improvement of more excellent results.Keywords: performance, post Indonesia, postal package services

Based on data Dishubkominfo none of the cable TV network in Pekanbaru permit the implementation of the cord. Meanwhile Transportation Department officials also met officials technicians were installing cables cable TV networks that do not have an operating license for its cable. Illegal practices immediately rose stopped a team of officers. The development of cable TV in Pekanbaru very rapidly this time we can read in the press that the proliferation of cable TV company in Pekanbaru, with so much needed oversight conducted by the Indonesian Broadcasting Commission of Riau.The theory used as the analysis in this study is Handayanigrat (2005; 32) said that effective supervision can help businesses to organize work in order to conform with the plans related to the problem Effectiveness Monitoring Permits Broadcasting Cable TV Subscription By Regional Indonesian Broadcasting Commission (Commission) Riau in the city of Pekanbaru.The results of this study indicate, Effectiveness Monitoring Cable TV Broadcasting License Subscription by the Indonesian Broadcasting Commission of Riau in Pekanbaru City should be supervised broadcasting license.
