Abstract

Peneltian ini bertujuan untukk menguji pengaruh margin penerimaan Murabahah pada bank islam di indonesia. Uji analisis linierr berganda, koofisien determinasi, uji hipotesis, dan uji asumsi klasik menjadi alat analisis yang digunakan dalam peniltian ini. Semua bank islam di indonesia turut menjadi populasi dalam peniltian ini., sedangkan sample peniltian ini ialah bank BRI Islam di Indonesia dengan menggunakan metode sampling jenuh. Peniltian ini menyimpulkan bahwa, (1) pembiayaan Murabahah mempunyai pengaruh secara parsial mengenai penerimaan margin Murabahah (2) dpk mempunyai pengaruh secara parsial mengenai penerimaan margin Murabahah, (3) BI Rate mempunyai pengaruh secara parsial mengenai margin Murabahah, dan (4) Biaya Operasional mempunyai pengaruh secara parsial mengenai penerimaan margin Murabahah. Sedangkan hasil dari uji f ialah dalam hal ini pembiayaan Murabahah, dana pihak ketiga, bi rate, dan biaya operasional mempunyai pengaruh secara simultan mengenai penerimaan margin Murabahah. Nilai dari hasil uji koefisienn determinasi yaitu sebesar 0.834 yang berarti variabel pembiayaan Murabahah, dpk, BI Rate dan Biaya Operasional mempengaruhi penerimaan margin Murabahah sebesar 83%.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of sharia financial literacy, mobile banking services, and sharia compliance on interest in saving at sharia banks with religiosity as a moderating variable (case study of Islamic Economics students in Surabaya). The data used is primary data through distributing questionnaires. The sample used was 370 respondents who were randomly selected based on certain criteria using purposive sampling techniques. The research results show that sharia financial literacy, mobile banking services, and sharia compliance have a significant effect on interest in saving at sharia banks. Meanwhile, religiosity can strengthen the influence of sharia financial literacy on interest in saving at sharia banks. The results of testing the coefficient of determination showed that sharia financial literacy, mobile banking services and sharia compliance had a simultaneous influence of 72% on interest in saving at sharia banks.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the results of research on the influence of the marketing mix on customer interest in savings products at PT. BPRS Magetan. This research used descriptive quantitative methods using a sample of 103 savings product customers as respondents. The distribution of questionnaires was carried out using a Likert scale on variables in the marketing mix, namely, product, price, place, promotion, people, process and physical evidence. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis using instrument data tests, classical assumption tests and hypothesis tests using the t test, f test and r2. The results of this research explain that partially the product, price, place, promotion and people variables have a positive and significant influence on customer interest in saving, while the process and physical evidence variables do not have a positive and insignificant influence on the customer interest variable in saving. Then simultaneously the variables product, price, place, promotion, people, process and physical evidence have a positive and significant influence on customer interest in saving. The results of the coefficient of determination test (R Square) showed that product, price, place, promotion, people, process and physical evidence had a simultaneous influence of 86.5% on customer interest in saving on PT. BPRS Magetan.

Abstract

This research method uses a qualitative descriptive method with analytical techniques. The research object used is the novel Rantau 1 Muara by Ahmad Fuadi. This research focuses on researching the values of character education which include religious values, honesty, hard work, creativity, curiosity, love of the motherland, respect for friendship, friendship/communicative, fond of reading, and social care. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of researchers reading, understanding, determining each element of the novel intrinsic and extrinsic. Then the researcher determines every statement from the characters contained in the novel and then analyzes it and applies it in learning literature in high school. The results of this study can be concluded that there are 77 value statements of character education which are divided into 7 religious values, 5 honest values, 8 hard work values, 6 creative values, 4 curiosity values, 8 love the country values, 5 respect achievement values, 21 values friendly/communicative, 6 values fond of reading, and 7 values social care. In this study, friendly/communicative values dominate, this has been proven by the many algorithms that refer to these values.

Abstract

Abstrak: Perdebatan perihal membentuk dan memperjuangkan Negara Islam/Islamic state pasca runtuhnya Kekhalifahan Usmaniyah di Turki yang telah dihapuskan oleh Muhammed Kemal Ataturk dan koleganya, Zia Gokalp membuat perdebatan diantara para teoritikus politik Islam di Dunia Islam baik yang ada dibelahan Timur Tengah, anak benua India dan Asia yang berpenduduk muslim sangat berlawanan. Para tokoh dan penggiat Islamic state itu terdiri atas sekuler-modernis radikal, revivalis-Islamis normative dan Islamis moderat substantifik. Juru bicara kelompok Islimis- aktivis negara Islam dan penggiat khilafah, misalnya Rashid Ridha, Abu al-A`la al-Mawdudi, Hasan al-Banna dan terakhir Taqiy al-Din al-Nabhani mendapatkan perlawanan dari juru bicara muslim sekuler – modernis dan kelompok nation state, misalnya Ali Abdur Rajiq, Fazlur Rahman, Muhammed Arkoun. Mereka yang muslim sekuler–modernis bahwa model Negara Madinah merupakan masalah duniawi dan profan tidak termasuk perintah sunnah amali karena hal itu bersifat temporer dan praktik itu merupakan pilihan rasional (al-ra`y dan ijtihadi) dan bentuk/sistem Negara boleh mengambil model Negara modern demokrasi yang bersifat nasional atau berbasis nation state. Misal, Negara republik, keamiran, atau kesultanan. Dalam hal ini, teoritikus politik Islam terdapat tipologi yang revivalis-Islamis moderat substantifik muncul tokoh seperti: Yusuf al-Qardhawi dan Diya` al-Din al-Rayes bahwa memperjuangkan negara yang menjunjung tinggi hukum (substansi syariah) merupakan perintah agama. Sedangkan model dan bentuk pemerintahan dapat diadaptasi sesuai dengan semangat dan praktik al-syura/musyawarah yang bersifat kelembagaan rakyat/suatu parlemen (ahl al-halli wa al-aqdi) yang dekat dengan model demokrasi konstitusional. Pemerintahan dapat dikontrol oleh UUD dan hak rakyat yang dijamin dalam mengekspresikan politiknya dengan adil. Kata Kunci: Revivalis-Islamis radikal, sekuler-modernis liberal, Islamis moderat substantifik, khilafah, nation state

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui paragraf yang baik dan benar sesuai dengan struktur, unsur serta kaidah yang berlaku. Hal ini untuk membantu peneliti lain secara umum dan secara khusus kepada mahasiswa agar dapat menigkatkan keterampilan menulis karena menulis yang baik dapat menuangkan ide dan gagasan peneliti agar bisa dipahami oleh banyak pembaca. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kepustakaan sehingga tidak terikat dengan tempat. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik analisis. Objek penelitian yang digunakan adalah teks akademik karya Baharun dkk. Penelitian ini akan menggunakan studi kasus sebagai metode utama. Studi Kasus akan melibatkan analisis mendalam terhadap teks akademik yang relevan sebagai contoh konkrit. Selain itu memuat persyaratan dalam menulis paragraf yang terdiri atas unsur-unsur paragraf, struktur paragraf, koherensi dan kohesi paragraf yang sesuai dengan kaidah. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa teks akademik yang dipilih telah memenuhi struktur serta unsur dari sebuah paragraf sesuai dengan kaidah bahasa indonesia.

Abstract

This service aims to increase green banking literacy and inclusion in the community of Indonesian overseas youth and children in Malaysia. Using the ABCD (asset-based community development) method, this activity is focused on utilizing the potential and resources that exist in the community. The objectives of the service include increasing understanding of green banking principles, forming environmental awareness, and increasing the accessibility of sustainable banking services. Through a collaborative approach, it is hoped that the community can utilize new knowledge to support sustainable and environmentally friendly financial practices. The success of the service is measured based on increasing green banking literacy and active participation in sustainability initiatives in the community.

Abstract

The large percentage of the Muslim population in Indonesia is a great opportunity to become the largest producer of halal products and services in the world. Since the enactment of Law No. 33 of 2014 concerning Guaranteed Halal Products, halal certificates are mandatory for products imported, distributed and traded in Indonesia. One sector that is prone to product halal issues is MSME. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence interest in halal certification in MSME actors in East Java. This study uses the variables understanding halal certification, halal awareness, and halal certification costs. Using quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis. The analytical tool used was SPSS version 25. The data used in this study were primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires in the form of a Google form. Sampling used a purposive sampling technique with sample criteria namely food and beverage MSME actors who are domiciled in East Java, especially Gresik, Bangkalan, Mojokerto, Surabaya, Sidoarjo, and Lamongan, and have been running a business for 2 years or more. The results of the study show that partially the understanding of halal certification and halal awareness has an effect on the interest in halal certification among MSME actors in East Java. When the understanding of halal certification and halal awareness increases, the interest in halal certification for business actors also increases. Partially, the cost of halal certification has no effect on interest in halal certification in MSME actors in East Java
