Abstract

Penelitian ini juga dilatarbelakangi oleh masih kurangnya penelitian dalam yang membahas transformasional leadership dan hubungannya dengan employee performance dengan job satisfaction sebagai mediasi. Penelitian terdahulu yang menjadikan populasi aparatur sipil negara belum banyak ditemukan sehingga membuat peneliti tertarik untuk melihat lebih jauh pengaruh dari variabel yang ada pada penelitian ini. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh transformasional leadership terhadap employee performance melalui job satisfaction. Penelitian merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian kausalitas dengan populasi adalah 50 aparatur sipil negara dari Badan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir.dengan menggunakan metode sensus semua populasi pada penelitian ini menjadi sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan penyebaran menggunakan google form. Alat analisis data pada penelitian ini adalah dengan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) diolah menggunakan SmartPLS 32.9 untuk pengolahan data. Dari temuan penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa transformasional leadership berpengaruh terhadap, transformasional leadership berpengaruh terhadap job satisfaction, job satisfaction berpengaruh terhadap employee performance dan transformasional leadership berpengaruh terhadap employee performance melalui job satisfaction

Abstract

Dalam Upaya meningkatkan pengembangan dan inovasi diperlukan adanya pemahaman tentang Innovative work behavior dari karyawan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Directive leadership terhadap Innovative work behavior dengan Continuance commitment sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian kausalitas dan populasinya adalah Aparatur Sipil Negara di Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir dengan sampel yang berjumlah 60 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan penyebaran menggunakan google form. Alat analisis data pada penelitian ini adalah dengan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) diolah menggunakan SmartPLS 3.2.9 untuk pengolahan data. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa Directive leadership berpengaruh terhadap Continuance commitment. Directive leadership tidak berpengaruh terhadap Innovative work behavior. Continuance commitment tidak berpengaruh terhadap Innovative work behavior. Directive leadership tidak berpengaruh terhadap Innovative work behavior melalui Continuance commitment

Abstract

Pentingnya keseimbangan antara pekerjaan dan keluarga dengan mewujudkan konsep Work Family Enrichment, dibutuhkan restrukturisasi sumber daya di sekitar untuk menyesuaikan pekerjaan yang ada, yang dikenal dengan istilah job crafting. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Job crafting terhadap Work Family Enrichment dengan Positive emotion sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian kausalitas dan populasinya adalah Aparatur Sipil Negara di Kantor BKAD Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir dengan sampel yang berjumlah 51 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan penyebaran menggunakan google form. Alat analisis data pada penelitian ini adalah dengan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) diolah menggunakan SmartPLS 3.2.9 untuk pengolahan data. Abstract

Knowledge-hiding (KH) behavior is of particular concern in organizational and management studies because it can reduce the flow of knowledge and information in organizations. Thus, mechanisms that can minimize this behavior need to be identified, especially from an Islamic perspective. This study seeks to explain how Islamic work ethics may decrease or thwart employees from performing KH. In particular, the current study tries to explain the dual mediation mechanism that underlies this relationship, namely organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and organizational commitment (OC). In order to verify the hypotheses, this study collected data from employees who work at Islamic banks in Pekanbaru City, Riau, Indonesia. Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis was employed to verify the hypotheses proposed in the current study. This study revealed that Islamic work ethics can potentially limit or thwart workers from successfully performing their KH. Furthermore, this study found that organizational commitment and OCB mediate the mechanisms underlying the relationship.

Abstract

This research aims to develop learning media by integrating artificial intelligence (AI) that is able to detect the emotions of prospective teacher during genetics lectures. Using AI technology, this system can evaluate the cognitive load of students in real-time through facial expression analysis. The method used involves collecting data from lecture sessions, which are then analyzed using machine learning algorithms to identify cognitive load levels. The results of the study show that this learning media is able to identify students' emotions. This learning media is equipped with accurate emotion detection features, interactive learning materials, and an informative dashboard to monitor student learning progress. The implementation of this technology is expected to improve the quality of learning and help students achieve a better understanding of genetics courses.

Abstract

This research is also motivated by the research gap of previous research which discusses leadership style more broadly and the lack of research in Indonesian that discusses ethical leadership and its relationship to organizational citizenship behavior. In previous studies, leader member exchange has not been found as a mediation mechanism that discusses the influence of ethical leadership on organizational citizenship behavior. This research is a type of quantitative descriptive research with a causal research design with a population of state civil servants at the Regional Finance and Asset Agency of Indragiri Hilir Regency with a population of 51 state civil servants and a sample using the census method. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and distribution using google forms. The data analysis tool in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) processed using SmartPLS 32.9 for data processing. From the findings of this study, it was found that ethical leadership has a positive and insignificant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, ethical leadership has a positive and significant effect on leader member exchange, leader member exchange has a positive and significant effect on organizational performance and ethical leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational performance through leader member exchange.

Abstract

Previous studies may have used common methods in measuring digital transformation and in the context of government organizations. This study seeks to answer key questions related to the relationship between digital transformation and innovative work behavior, as well as the mediating role of human resource management. through leader member exchange. The study is a type of quantitative descriptive research with a causal research design with a population of 79 ASN from Indragiri Hilir Regency with a sample in this study of 79 people using the census method. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and distribution using Google Form. The data analysis tool in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) processed using SmartPLS 32.9 for data processing. From the findings of this study, it was found that digital transformation has a positive and insignificant effect on innovative work behavior (hypothesis 1 is rejected), digital transformation has a positive and significant effect on human resource behavior (hypothesis 2 is accepted), human resource behavior has a positive and significant effect on innovative work behavior (hypothesis 3 is accepted) and digital transformation has a positive and significant effect on innovative work behavior through human resource behavior (hypothesis 4 is accepted).

Abstract

Previous studies have shown that emotional intelligence plays an important role in the educational environment, especially in supporting the psychological well-being of educators. However, research linking emotional intelligence to organizational performance (OP) in the public sector is still lacking, especially among public policy management. This research is a type of quantitative descriptive research with a causal research design with a population of state civil servants at the Siak Regency Health Office with a population of 64 people. The sampling method used in this study is the saturated sampling method. The saturated sampling method is a sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and distribution using google forms. The data analysis tool in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) processed using SmartPLS 32.9 for data processing. From the findings of this study, it was found that emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on organizational performance (hypothesis 1 is rejected), emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on self-efficacy (hypothesis 2 is accepted), self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on organizational performance (hypothesis 3 is accepted) and emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on organizational performance through self-efficacy (hypothesis 4 is accepted).

Abstract

This study will analyze how career patterns applied in ASN organizations can affect their performance, and how neutrality can function as a mediator in the relationship. Through a better understanding of these dynamics, it is expected to provide useful insights for policy makers and organizational leaders in designing more effective strategies. The study is a type of quantitative descriptive research with a causal research design with a population of 7,036 ASN from Indragiri Hilir district with a sample in this study of 150 people using the heir method. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and distribution using google forms. The data analysis tool in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) processed using SmartPLS 32.9 for data processing. From the findings of this study, it was found that career patterns have a positive and insignificant effect on organizational performance (hypothesis 1 is rejected), career patterns are positive and significant on neutrality (hypothesis 2 is accepted), neutrality is positive and significant on organizational performance (hypothesis 3 is accepted) and career patterns have a positive and significant effect on organizational performance through neutrality (hypothesis 4 is accepted).

Abstract

Pembelajaran digital telah memberikan peran penting dalam menjembatani belajar konsep, media ini dirancang dengan memfokuskan pada aktivitas belajar yang dapat mengarahkan pada kemampuan berpikir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi efektivitas penggunaan media Interactive Digital Teaching Material (IDTM) dalam meningkatkan kemampuan decision making dan problem solving mahasiswa konsep metabolisme. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain pre-eksperimen one group pretest-posttest, dengan subjek sebanyak 36 mahasiswa semester III di Program Studi Pendidikan Biologi. Kemampuan pengambilan keputusan dan pemecahan masalah diukur melalui aktivitas mahasiswa dalam menyelesaikan studi kasus yang tersedia pada IDTM. Instrumen yang digunakan : 1. instrumen lembar kerja mahasiswa dan instrumen test masing-masing sebanyak 2 soal. Hasil menunjukkan kemampuan pengambilan keputusan dan pemecahan masalah memperoleh nilai n-gain 56,19 dan 56,25 pada kriteria cukup efektif dan pada taraf signifikasi (α 0,05) IDTM memberikan peningkatan yang sangat signifikan. Hal tersebut menunjukkan pembelajaran melalui IDTM mengarahkan aktivitas pembelajaran seperti mengamati, mendeskripsikan tabel, mendiskusikan berbagai variabel, menganalisis hubungan antara faktor penyebab dan variabel, mengevaluasi data, mengidentifikasi pola, serta membuat kesimpulan ilmiah. Belajar melalui Fitur studi kasus di IDTM membantu mahasiswa mengintegrasikan pengetahuan teoretis dengan konteks nyata, meningkatkan keterampilan analitis, evaluatif, kolaborati sehingga berpotensi menjadi media pembelajaran efektif untuk mengembangkan kemampuan decision making dan problem solving.
