Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi pengembangan metode penilaian kinerja guru berbasis kompetensi untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan tinggi. Dengan menggunakan metodologi studi literatur yang komprehensif, penelitian ini menyelami konsep dasar kompetensi dalam konteks pendidikan tinggi, menganalisis metode-metode penilaian kinerja guru yang ada, dan mengidentifikasi hambatan serta tantangan dalam proses penilaian. Temuan utama mencakup pemahaman mendalam tentang kompetensi esensial yang diharapkan dari guru pendidikan tinggi, eksplorasi metode penilaian yang ada, dan analisis kritis terhadap hambatan seperti subjektivitas dan resistensi terhadap perubahan. Penelitian ini mencapai puncaknya dengan merumuskan kerangka konseptual yang kokoh untuk metode penilaian berbasis kompetensi. Implikasi dari penelitian menyarankan bahwa metode penilaian yang diusulkan, dengan fokus pada aspek-aspek pengajaran yang kritis, memiliki potensi untuk secara signifikan meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan tinggi. Rekomendasi melibatkan pengadopsian kerangka konseptual yang dikembangkan sebagai panduan untuk merancang sistem penilaian kontekstual, validasi lebih lanjut melalui berbagai konteks pendidikan, dan keterlibatan aktif stakeholder dalam proses implementasi. Sebagai kesimpulan, penelitian ini memberikan wawasan berharga untuk peningkatan sistem penilaian kinerja guru, dengan tujuan memberikan kontribusi positif pada kemajuan pendidikan tinggi secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools are one of the oldest Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia. With the presence of Islamic boarding schools, of course they must meet the needs of the community in an area. Public Relations is present as a contact person for Islamic boarding schools with the community. By implementing public relations management in Islamic boarding schools, programs related to the community can be implemented well. The aim of this research is to examine the urgency of public relations management in Islamic boarding schools. The method used is a qualitative method with a literature review approach. Data sources were obtained from several books and journals. Research findings show that public relations plays an important role as a problem solver, communication facilitator, expert advisor, process facilitator, and communication technician in the struggle to maintain Islamic boarding school operations.

Abstract

This article discusses records management in an Islamic perspective, exploring the concepts and practices of records management in an Islamic perspective. This research explores the values, principles, and guidelines that form the foundation of records management in an Islamic context. The main focus of this research is on principles such as amanah (trust), fairness, honesty, and transparency applied in the management of documents and information. The purpose of this study is: to know the concept of archive management in an Islamic perspective, know the principles of archives, and know the importance of archiving. The research method used is qualitative, data collection is carried out using literature studies. Records management in an Islamic perspective is also explained as a collection of instruments that are stored systematically because they have a function so that whenever needed they can be found quickly and precisely so as to improve administrative services.

Abstract

Students are school inputs that affect the quality and achievement of educational goals. Differences in talent, motivation, and characteristics of students, as well as a less than optimal school zoning system can cause the quality of graduates to be less than optimal, currently schools focus more on increasing the quantity than the quality of students, the availability of facilities, inadequate infrastructure, the number of educators and education staff that is not optimal are some of the problems related to students. These problems have an impact on the quality of graduates and the achievement of educational goals in schools. The focus of the problem in this study is the lack of optimal management of students both in terms of planning, coaching, evaluating and transferring students. The purpose of writing this article is to describe and analyze the management of students in educational institutions both in terms of planning, coaching, evaluation and mutation. The writing of this article uses qualitative research methods with a library research approach. The results of this study explain that student management is an activity carried out by the school and related to students. Activities in student management include planning for students (needs analysis, recruitment, selection, orientation), student coaching, student evaluation and student mutation.

Abstract

Dalam artikel penelitian ini membahas tentang Manajemen strategis merupakan proses atau rangkaian kegiatan pengambilan keputusan yang bersifat mendasar dan menyeluruh, disertai penetapan cara melaksanakannya, yang dibuat oleh pimpinan dan diimplementasikan oleh seluruh jajaran di dalam suatu organisasi, untuk mencapai tujuan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan : 1) Untuk mengetahui bagaimana manajemen strategi Ayatullah Humaini Institue Dormitory dalam meningkatkan kemampuan mahasantri dibidang academic writing and reseach 2) Untuk mengetahui efektivitas manajemen strategi Ayatullah Humaini Institue Dormitory dalam meningkatkan kemampuan mahasantri dibidang academic writing and research. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Untuk teknik pengumpulan data, peneliti menggunakan data melalui teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: manajemen strategi Ayatullah Humaini Institue Dormitory yaitu dengan melakukan proses manajemen starategi yaitu 1) menetapkan visi dan misi, 2) pengamatan lingkungan Ayatullah Humaeni Institue menggunakan menggunakan analisis SWOT, 3) perumusan strategi setelah, 4) implementasi manajemen strategi Adapun manajemen strategi Ayatullah Humaini Institue Dormitory dalam meningkatkan kemampuan mahasantri dibidang academic writing and research sebagai beriku : membentuk pengurus asrama, membangun kedekatan pribadi dan kekeluargaan, kegiatan malam (pelatihan academic writing and research dan bahasa inggris), membuka konsultasi, mengharuskan mahasantri memiliki satu karya ilmiah, mengadakan program-progam reset ke lapangan. Dan yang terkhir 5) Evaluasi kinerja dan Pengendalian/tindakan koreksi, selanjutnya yaitu Efektivitas manajemen strategi Ayatullah Humaini Institue Dormitory dalam meningkatkan kemampuan mahasantri dibidang academic writing and reseach mempunyai efektivitas yang baik sehingga bisa dapat mencapai tujuan.

Abstract

The internet is one of several important information sources and the website is one of the important media used to disseminate or practically disseminate information to a wide audience. For educational institutions, websites play a major role when disseminating research findings, publication results, academic or non-academic achievements, and cultural preservation. And the website is also a reflection of the academic quality of an educational institution or university. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with library research methods. Based on this research, the implementation of quality management in tertiary institutions can ensure a better and more advanced institutional transformation. From an academic and scientific point of view, Webometric ranking is a very important and informative assessment. Indonesian higher education website scores based on 4 Webometric indices, namely: (transparency, impact, presence, and excellence) need to be increased, because this is a benchmark for how universities can be competent both domestically and internationally. Webometrics ranking can be a benchmark for quality management of higher education in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to explore and analyze the influence of the principal's coaching approach on teacher performance in the context of the application of student-centered learning. Coaching here refers to a method of professional development that involves support and guidance from the principal to the teacher. The main focus of research is to understand the extent to which coaching approaches can make a positive contribution to the quality of teacher teaching in creating learning environments that suit the individual needs of students. The research method used is a quantitative approach with an experimental research design. Data analysis was conducted to evaluate significant changes in teacher performance and their impact on the implementation of pro-student learning. The results showed that the principal's coaching approach had a positive influence on teacher performance in the context of implementing pro-student learning.

Can not be separated from Serang City in the Banten region which also has many Integrated Islamic -based Elementary Schools. His height enthusiasts at SDIT make amount participants educate Far more Lots from available teacher human resources. This matter requires every SDIT to comply with the teacher's human resource needs. In the middle many Teacher human resource needs at SDIT finally give Lots opportunity for women to be able to Work. One of the factors women Work is Because the need sustainable economy _ increases which requires they help fulfill it. Besides That, because reason ability in Islam women Working outside the house is also one of the reasons. However, the middle objective increases the increasing quality of education high, get out policy about day schools by the Ministry of Education and Culture. Previous teachers worked hours part-time which is four hours per day for six days a week, now changed become full day with eight hours per day for five days in a week. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa baik sumber belajar yang menggunakan paradigma SOLE (self-organized learning environment) dalam mendukung pengembangan kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa. Metode penelitian dan pengembangan adalah pendekatan yang akan diterapkan dalam penelitian ini. Model 4D yaitu define, design, develop, dan disseminate merupakan paradigma pengembangan yang digunakan. Pengambilan data uji coba perangkat pembelajaran dari 100 siswa. Metode analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif digunakan dalam analisis data penelitian ini. Dalam penelitian ini, observasi berfungsi sebagai semacam analisis kualitatif. Berdasarkan penilaian para ahli, model pembelajaran SOLE (self-organized learning environment) dianggap valid sebagai hasil penelitian dan pengembangan yang dilakukan. Nilai rata-rata lebih dari 90 menunjukkan bahwa kinerja siswa telah mencapai KKM, yang menunjukkan keefektifan sumber belajar yang dibuat.

Abstract

The urgent need in education to swiftly promote Tauhid educational values among pupils motivates this research. Today, young people serve as excellent candidates for development and education. A child has the ability to absorb information into their fast-growing brains. Starting tauhid education during childhood will build a deep foundation in one's soul. Amidst the challenges of contemporary society, children are vulnerable to various dangers and adverse conditions. Once a child has firmly grasped the truth, they will naturally separate themselves from pure religious practices and consistently demonstrate behaviour worthy of praise, eventually maturing into obedient and respectful individuals. The letters that give a comprehensive explanation of the principle of Tauhid are Al-Ikhlas and Luqman verse 13. This is a letter in the Qur'an that serves as a proof of God's unity and a means of purifying and glorifying God, while also disputing every idea about His associates. The aim is to instill Tauhid values in the pupils. Those who do not believe in God do the things they do, and those who believe in Him do the things that He does. By promoting tauhid principles, we aim to develop tauhidi societies and prevent confusion with other beliefs. Both the great and the small are guilty when they associate with God.
