Abstract

This study aims to describe the planning, organizing, implementation, and monitoring of Islamic educational service marketing strategies to maintain customer loyalty and to explore their implications. A descriptive qualitative case study approach was used, with purposive sampling selecting principals as critical informants and vice principals, teachers, students, alums, and parents as supporting informants. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation and analyzed using data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that marketing management strategies at MAN 1 and MAN 2 Cilegon City are implemented but must be fully optimized. Planning involves basic strategies but needs thorough identification, segmentation, positioning, and differentiation. Organizing is relatively effective, with clear task divisions formalized by principal decrees. Implementation follows a marketing mix approach (product, promotion, infrastructure, human resources, and processes), yet promotional efforts still need to be increased. Monitoring is consistently conducted by principals and supporting staff. While customer loyalty is evident, indicated by repeat purchases, recommendations, and cross-product purchases, it is limited to existing market segments and does not reach broader audiences.

Abstract

Competition between private universities (PTS) in the era of disruption is getting tighter with the development of digital technology. This study analyzes the marketing strategies implemented by Syekh-Yusuf Islamic University (UNIS), Muhammadiyah University of Jakarta (UMJ), Nusantara Islamic University (UNISMA), and Mathla'ul Anwar University (UNMA) in facing marketing challenges in the digital era. This study uses a descriptive-comparative method with a qualitative and quantitative approach. The importance of this study lies in identifying the best strategies that PTS can implement to increase the competitiveness and sustainability of their institutions. This study provides insight into the effectiveness of the strategies implemented by UNIS, UMJ, UNISMA, and UNMA. It fills the research gap related to comparing PTS marketing strategies in the Banten region. Through this study, it is hoped that private universities in Banten can adapt marketing strategies that are more relevant, competitive, and by the demands of the times. The results of this study can also be a reference for policymakers in designing higher education policies that are more inclusive and responsive to global change. The results show that UNIS and UMJ are superior in utilizing social media compared to UNISMA and UNMA. UNIS uses artificial intelligence (AI) to customize marketing content personally, while UMJ adopts interactive webinars.In contrast, UNISMA and UNMA still rely on conventional methods that are less effective. The data shows that UNIS has the highest social media interaction (7.5%), followed by UMJ (6.8%), while UNISMA and UNMA are lower, 3.2% and 2.5%, respectively. In conclusion, digital marketing strategies provide a competitive advantage for PTS. Universities that still rely on conventional methods must immediately transform digitally to remain relevant and competitive in the increasingly dynamic higher education industry.

Abstract

The basic education policy, especially the 9-year compulsory education program, is a government effort to improve the accessibility and quality of education for the entire society. The effort to make it compulsory for children to complete a minimum education for nine years has the primary objective of providing equal opportunities for all children to obtain an adequate basic education, improving access to education, reducing school dropouts, and improving the quality of education. Implementation of this policy is expected to have a good impact on reducing school dropout rates and increasing education participation at the elementary level. However, there are many challenges in ensuring the sustainability of the program, such as adequate infrastructure, the availability of quality educational resources, and meeting the needs of students with diverse educational backgrounds. The method used in this research is library studies, which involves collecting literature, gathering relevant data or information, and studying topics or issues related to the development of the Basic Education Policy, Compulsory Learning 9 Years. Therefore, there is a need for efforts in the evaluation and adaptation of this policy in order to achieve the primary objective of equal and quality basic education.

Abstract

Mutu pendidikan merupakan aspek krusial dalam pengembangan sumber daya manusia dan kemajuan bangsa. Dalam konteks ini, peran pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan menjadi faktor penting yang perlu dikaji lebih mendalam. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji peran dan motivasi pendidik serta tenaga kependidikan dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan madrasah. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif, penelitian ini melibatkan 536 responden dari 94 madrasah Aliyah di Kabupaten Pandeglang, Banten. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner, wawancara terstruktur, dan dokumentasi. Hasilnya mengindikasikan bahwa keterlibatan proaktif pengajar dalam memfasilitasi dan memotivasi, dipadukan dengan kecakapan pengelolaan oleh pimpinan lembaga pendidikan, memegang peranan krusial dalam pembentukan atmosfer pembelajaran yang optimal. Dorongan internal dan eksternal terbukti memiliki dampak nyata terhadap performa staf pengajar dan administratif, yang pada gilirannya berkontribusi positif pada peningkatan kualitas pendidikan secara keseluruhan. Sinergi antara peran dan motivasi menciptakan lingkungan belajar produktif yang mendorong perkembangan siswa. Pengelolaan sekolah yang efektif, terutama dalam peningkatan kompetensi guru dan pengelolaan sumber daya, juga berkontribusi pada peningkatan mutu pendidikan. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya pendekatan holistik dalam pengembangan sumber daya manusia di lembaga pendidikan untuk mencapai standar mutu yang lebih tinggi.

Abstract

The transformation of education management in the digital era has changed the paradigm of education management and implementation by utilizing technology to improve quality and efficiency. This study aims to explore strategic innovations in education management based on digital technology, including the digitalization of administration, learning and human resource development. The research method uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive design to analyze the transformation of education management in the digital era. The results show that digitalization has simplified administrative processes, increased student engagement through interactive learning platforms, and reduced education operational costs. In addition, technology-based training significantly improves teachers' competence in using digital tools, which has a positive impact on learning effectiveness. However, challenges such as the digital divide and resistance to change remain major obstacles that need to be overcome. The transformation of education management in the digital era has presented great opportunities to improve the quality and efficiency of education through strategic innovation. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of policy support for equitable access to technology, strengthening teacher training and increasing collaboration through digital platforms to create an inclusive and sustainable education ecosystem.

Abstract

Local value-based education management is a relevant strategy in strengthening student character amid the challenges of the globalization era. This study aims to analyze the concept, implementation, and impact of applying local values in education management as an effort to form a generation with character that is adaptive to global changes without losing cultural identity. The research method uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through literature studies, interviews, and observations. The results show that the integration of local values, such as gotong royong, cultural wisdom, and traditional ethics, into the curriculum and learning activities can shape students' characters who are resilient, have integrity, and have critical thinking skills. This strategy also helps students recognize and appreciate their cultural identity in the midst of globalization. Thus, local value-based education management is an innovative solution to face the challenges of the global era while maintaining the nation's cultural heritage. Strengthening Student Character, The integration of local values in education contributes significantly to the formation of student character that is resilient, integrity, and critical. Students are not only equipped with academic knowledge but also values rooted in local culture, such as gotong royong, traditional ethics, and local wisdom, so that they are able to face global challenges with a wise attitude.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of management transformation on the improvement of education quality in Islamic boarding schools in Banten Province. Management transformation, which includes the management of human resources, finance, curriculum, and facilities, can contribute to the enhancement of education quality, both in modern and traditional Islamic boarding schools. The research method used in this study is a quantitative approach with statistical analysis to examine the relationship between management transformation and the improvement of education quality. Data were collected through questionnaires with a sample size of 100 respondents, consisting of administrators and students of Islamic boarding schools in the Banten region. The results of the study indicate a significant impact of management transformation on the improvement of education quality in Islamic boarding schools. This study suggests that Islamic boarding school administrators should periodically implement management transformation as an effort to enhance education quality in line with the development of the times.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan manajemen Majelis Taklim Assyifa dan Majelis Taklim Riyadhussolihin, untuk mengetahui bentuk komunikasi dan untuk mengetahui efektivitas manajemen Majelis Taklim Assyifa dan Majelis Taklim Riyadhussolihin dalam meningkatkan literasi Al-Qur'an di masyarakat Kota Serang. Literasi Al-Qur'an merupakan kemampuan membaca, memahami, dan mengamalkan ajaran-ajaran yang terdapat dalam kitab suci umat Islam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif yang bersifat deskripstif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Guna memperoleh data yang jelas dan representatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: (1) Pelaksanaan manajemen majelis taklim dalam meningkatkan literasi Al-Qur’an masyarakat melalui kegiatan rutin seperti diskusi kelompok studi Al-Qur'an, pelatihan membaca Al-Qur'an dengan tartil (tajwid), dan bimbingan intensif oleh fasilitator berpengalaman, anggota majelis taklim dapat meningkatkan pemahaman mereka terhadap isi Al-Qur'an. Selain itu, dilakukan secara privat dan bergantian dirumah jamaah. (2) Bentuk komunikasi pada pengajian majelis taklim dalam meningkatkan literasi Al-Qur’an masyarakat di Kota Serang, yaitu menumbuhkan kegemaran atau minat jama’ah dalam literasi Al-Qur’an, Melalui ceramah atau tausiyah yang disampaikan oleh narasumber atau pemateri baik dalam pengajian rutin maupun dalam kegiatan privat membaca Al-Qur’an. Dan memperbanyak jadwal pertemuan pengajian majelis taklim Assyifa dan Majelis Taklim Riyadhussolihin. (3) Manajemen Majelis Taklim memiliki peran yang efektif dalam meningkatkan literasi Al-Qur'an masyarakat Kota Serang. Ditemukan bahwa struktur organisasi yang jelas, pembagian tugas yang efektif, serta koordinasi yang baik antar anggota menjadi faktor utama kesuksesan manajemen tersebut. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting bagi pemahaman tentang peran manajemen Majelis Taklim dalam meningkatkan literasi Al-Qur'an di masyarakat Kota Serang. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya pengembangan program-program yang lebih inovatif dan berkelanjutan dalam rangka memperkuat literasi Al-Qur'an bagi masyarakat secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Hasil Pengjuan pengaruh antara Variabel Pemasaran dengan variabel minat MTs Sepatan lebih besar dari pada MTs Jabal Rachman, dengan perbandingan nilai uji t sebesar 5.208 dan 4.194 namun masih tergolong berpengaruh secara signifikan strategi pemasaran terhadap minat pada siswa. Variabel kepuasaan terhadap variabel minat dengan nilai uji t Menunjukkan MTs Sepatan lebih besar dari pada MTs, dengan perbandingan nilai uji t sebesar 4.073 dan 3.600 namun masih tergolong berpengaruh secara signifikan strategi pemasaran terhadap minat pada siswa. Hasil analisis pengaruh strategi pemasaran dan kepuasan layanan terhadap minat pada siswa MTs Sepatan itu sebesar 0.550. sedangkan hasil analisi di MTs Jabal Rachman sebesar 0.498. dengan demikian strategi pemasaran dikedua sekolah memiliki pengaruh yang paling dominan terhadap minat pada siswanya. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu terdapat pengaruh antara Pengaruh Strategi pemasaran jasa pendidikan terhadap peningkatan minat peserta didik masuk sekolah di MTs Jabal Rachman Rajeg dan MTs Sepatan. Terdapat Pengaruh Kepuasan layanan terhadap peningkatan minat peserta didik masuk sekolah di MTs Jabal Rachman Rajeg dan MTs Sepatan. Serta Pengaruh bersama antara strategi pemasaran dan kepuasan layanan terhadap peningkatan minat peserta didik masuk sekolah di MTs Jabal Rachman Rajeg dan MTs Sepatan.

Abstract

Terdapat Pengaruh Antara pengaruh kinerja operator terhadap mutu layanan pendidikan menghasilkan t statistic sebesar 2.468 dengan probability value sebesar 0.018. Terdapat Pengaruh Antara Pengaruh motivasi kerja operator terhadap mutu layanan pendidikan menghasilkan t statistic sebesar 4.767 dengan probability value sebesar 0.000. Koefisien pengaruh kinerja operator terhadap mutu layanan pendidikan sebesar 0.336 menunjukkan koefisien kinerja operator bernilai positif. Koefisien pengaruh motivasi kerja operator terhadap mutu layanan pendidikan sebesar 0.160 menunjukkan koefisien motivasi kerja operator bernilai positif.­ Kesimpulan dari Penelitian ini Terdapat Pengaruh Antara pengaruh kinerja operator terhadap mutu layanan pendidikan, Terdapat Pengaruh Antara Pengaruh motivasi kerja operator terhadap mutu layanan pendidikan, dimana menunjukan Semakin tinggi Pengaruh Kinerja dan Motivasi Kerja dapat Berpengaruh terhadap Mutu Layanan Pendidika
