Abstract

The rise of Tilawatil Qur'an extracurricular activities in the Daar El Syahid Islamic Boarding School has received appreciation from the local government of Tangerang Regency to be used as a place for coaching and forming Qori and Qoriah cadres for the government and people of Tangerang Regency. The success of the Daar El Syahid Islamic Boarding School management in collaborating with the Regional Government of Tangerang Regency, as well as in fostering student cadres who pursue the field of Tilawatil Quran is a serious concern for managers of the Islamic Education Management Study Program (S-2) to find out and understand the procedures and ins and outs of the student development program who have extraordinary talents and interests in the field of Tilawatil Qur'an. most of the students of Daar El Syahid Islamic Boarding School, who are also students of SMP Labschool Tangerang and SMK Labschiol Tangerang actively participate as caravans in the Musabaqoh Tiawatil Qor'an arena at the Tangerang Regency level and Banten Province level.

Abstract

The basic education policy, especially the 9-year compulsory education program, is a government effort to improve the accessibility and quality of education for the entire society. The effort to make it compulsory for children to complete a minimum education for nine years has the primary objective of providing equal opportunities for all children to obtain an adequate basic education, improving access to education, reducing school dropouts, and improving the quality of education. Implementation of this policy is expected to have a good impact on reducing school dropout rates and increasing education participation at the elementary level. However, there are many challenges in ensuring the sustainability of the program, such as adequate infrastructure, the availability of quality educational resources, and meeting the needs of students with diverse educational backgrounds. The method used in this research is library studies, which involves collecting literature, gathering relevant data or information, and studying topics or issues related to the development of the Basic Education Policy, Compulsory Learning 9 Years. Therefore, there is a need for efforts in the evaluation and adaptation of this policy in order to achieve the primary objective of equal and quality basic education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi potensi Teknologi 5G dalam mendorong inovasi pembelajaran. Dengan fokus pada kecepatan tinggi, responsivitas, dan integrasi teknologi canggih, penelitian ini memberikan wawasan mendalam tentang dampak Teknologi 5G pada pembelajaran. Melalui metode studi literatur, temuan utama mencakup peningkatan aksesibilitas dan responsivitas pembelajaran daring, pemanfaatan augmented reality (AR) dan virtual reality (VR) untuk pengalaman belajar yang lebih immersif, serta dukungan Internet of Things (IoT) untuk pembelajaran yang terpersonalisasi. Namun, tantangan keamanan data, isu etika, dan ketidaksetaraan akses menjadi fokus penting dalam implementasi Teknologi 5G di pendidikan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa, dengan mitigasi risiko yang tepat, Teknologi 5G dapat menjadi pilar utama dalam membentuk masa depan pendidikan yang adaptif dan inklusif.

Abstract

Pengambilan keputusan strategis organisasi semakin menjadi fokus perhatian dalam menghadapi tantangan bisnis yang dinamis. Penelitian ini mengusulkan evaluasi dampak keterlibatan pemangku kepentingan dalam proses ini. Metode studi literatur digunakan untuk menggali hubungan antara partisipasi pemangku kepentingan dan kualitas keputusan strategis organisasi. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan aktif pemangku kepentingan, baik internal maupun eksternal, memiliki dampak signifikan pada adaptabilitas organisasi terhadap perubahan lingkungan dan keberlanjutan kebijakan bisnis. Pentingnya diversifikasi perspektif dan informasi yang dibawa oleh pemangku kepentingan menjadi jelas, memperkaya pengambilan keputusan strategis dengan sudut pandang yang beragam. Studi ini juga menyoroti peran kunci keterlibatan dalam mendorong keputusan strategis yang berkelanjutan dan bertanggung jawab sosial, sesuai dengan tuntutan masyarakat modern. Namun, tantangan dalam implementasi keterlibatan pemangku kepentingan, terutama terkait manajemen hubungan yang kompleks, harus diatasi untuk memastikan kontribusi maksimal. Dukungan pemangku kepentingan menjadi kunci sukses, dan organisasi perlu membangun dan memelihara hubungan terbuka serta transparan untuk mendukung langkah-langkah strategisnya. Penelitian ini menyarankan bahwa organisasi perlu terus memantau dinamika keterlibatan pemangku kepentingan dan merespons perubahan lingkungan. Terlebih lagi, manajemen harus memperhatikan faktor eksternal yang dapat mempengaruhi pengambilan keputusan strategis dan menjaga keseimbangan antara kebutuhan internal dan eksternal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mendalami peran kepemimpinan situasional dalam meningkatkan kinerja dan kepuasan anggota tim. Menggunakan metode studi literatur, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi pola-pola adaptasi pemimpin terhadap berbagai situasi dalam konteks organisasi modern. Hasil analisis literatur menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan situasional memiliki korelasi positif dengan kinerja tim, di mana pemimpin yang mampu menyesuaikan gaya kepemimpinnya dengan karakteristik dan kebutuhan tim cenderung mencapai hasil yang lebih baik. Selain itu, dampak positif juga dirasakan dalam aspek kepuasan anggota tim, terutama ketika pemimpin dapat membaca situasi dengan akurat dan meresponnya dengan pendekatan yang sesuai. Faktor-faktor seperti komunikasi efektif, manajemen konflik, dan distribusi tugas yang tepat menjadi kunci dalam mengoptimalkan kinerja tim di bawah kepemimpinan situasional. Namun, tantangan dalam membaca situasi secara akurat dan resistensi terhadap perubahan juga diidentifikasi sebagai potensi hambatan. Meskipun demikian, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap pemahaman konsep kepemimpinan situasional dan penerapannya dalam meningkatkan produktivitas dan kepuasan anggota tim.

Abstract

To examine the optimal leadership approach of Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah, this study uses a qualitative methodology through literature review. Literature reviews from various sources of books, scientific publications, and scientific journals, as well as the results of interviews with specialists relevant to leadership at Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah, are the source of data for this research. The findings are as follows: 1) A number of elements, such as leadership style, members' desires and desires, internal and external influences, and self-development, affect how effective leadership is in Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah. 2) According to research, madrasah leaders with an adaptive leadership style can adapt to the environment and the demands of their students. These methods include the development of efficient communication, the improvement of joint competence, the implementation of joint activities, the provision of feedback, and the creation of a supportive environment.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the extent to which complete quality management is applied in distance education in higher education. This research uses policy research methods. This research approach is qualitative with the type of policy research. Policy research is conducting or analyzing core social problems to provide recommendations to decision-makers on how to solve them realistically. According to research findings, Total Quality Management (TQM) in higher education manifests itself in interactions between professors and students in the classroom or in revising accreditation or assessment criteria. A structured system can turn an organization into a learning organization. TQM also contributes to increased morale, cost savings, organizational performance, and responsiveness to customer needs in higher education. Barriers to applying TQM in universities include idealistic goals, lack of agreement on the definition and application of quality, freedom, academic maturity, and administrative abilities.

Abstract

Competition between private universities (PTS) in the era of disruption is getting tighter with the development of digital technology. This study analyzes the marketing strategies implemented by Syekh-Yusuf Islamic University (UNIS), Muhammadiyah University of Jakarta (UMJ), Nusantara Islamic University (UNISMA), and Mathla'ul Anwar University (UNMA) in facing marketing challenges in the digital era. This study uses a descriptive-comparative method with a qualitative and quantitative approach. The importance of this study lies in identifying the best strategies that PTS can implement to increase the competitiveness and sustainability of their institutions. This study provides insight into the effectiveness of the strategies implemented by UNIS, UMJ, UNISMA, and UNMA. It fills the research gap related to comparing PTS marketing strategies in the Banten region. Through this study, it is hoped that private universities in Banten can adapt marketing strategies that are more relevant, competitive, and by the demands of the times. The results of this study can also be a reference for policymakers in designing higher education policies that are more inclusive and responsive to global change. The results show that UNIS and UMJ are superior in utilizing social media compared to UNISMA and UNMA. UNIS uses artificial intelligence (AI) to customize marketing content personally, while UMJ adopts interactive webinars.In contrast, UNISMA and UNMA still rely on conventional methods that are less effective. The data shows that UNIS has the highest social media interaction (7.5%), followed by UMJ (6.8%), while UNISMA and UNMA are lower, 3.2% and 2.5%, respectively. In conclusion, digital marketing strategies provide a competitive advantage for PTS. Universities that still rely on conventional methods must immediately transform digitally to remain relevant and competitive in the increasingly dynamic higher education industry.

Abstract

This study comparatively examines the educational management perspectives of Syed Muhammad Naquib al-Attas and Michael Fullan to formulate an integrative framework that responds to contemporary educational challenges shaped by globalisation, digital transformation, and socio-cultural change. Employing a qualitative library research design, the study analyses the primary works of both thinkers alongside relevant secondary literature, using a descriptive-comparative analysis. The findings indicate that al-Attas provides a robust moral and epistemological foundation through the concepts of Islamization of knowledge and ta’dib, positioning ethical and spiritual character formation as the core objective of education. In contrast, Fullan offers a systemic and practice-oriented model of educational innovation grounded in transformational leadership, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Despite their differing philosophical foundations, both perspectives converge on the centrality of moral purpose in sustaining meaningful and long-term educational change. The study argues that integrating al-Attas’s value-based educational philosophy with Fullan’s innovation-driven management approach enables educational institutions, particularly within Islamic contexts, to adapt to modern reforms without compromising ethical integrity, thereby fostering holistic, adaptive, and sustainable educational management models.

Abstract

Pendidikan Islam kontemporer dihadapkan pada tantangan serius dehumanisasi sebagai akibat dari orientasi pendidikan yang berlebihan pada aspek kognitif dan instrumental, sehingga menyebabkan erosi nilai-nilai afektif dan spiritual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan merekonstruksi paradigma pendidikan Islam humanis melalui implementasi kurikulum berbasis cinta (mahabbah) sebagai respon terhadap krisis moral dan spiritual dalam pendidikan modern. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus yang dilaksanakan di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 1 Serang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui teknik wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan studi dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan model analisis interaktif Miles dan Huberman, yang mencakup reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan, serta divalidasi melalui triangulasi sumber dan metode. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Konsep kurikulum berbasis cinta dipahami sebagai pendekatan pendidikan yang menjadikan nilai mahabbah sebagai landasan filosofis, etis, dan pedagogis, yang berakar pada nilai teologis Ar-Rahman dan Ar-Rahim. (2) Implementasi di MAN 1 Serang berlangsung secara sistematis melalui tiga tahap: perencanaan (integrasi nilai cinta dalam visi, misi, dan RPP), pelaksanaan (pembelajaran dialogis, empatik, dan reflektif), serta evaluasi dan pembudayaan (penilaian holistik yang menyentuh EQ/SQ dan penciptaan budaya sekolah yang humanis). (3) Faktor pendukung utama adalah komitmen kepemimpinan madrasah dan guru, sementara hambatannya mencakup pemahaman guru yang belum seragam dan orientasi kurikulum nasional yang masih dominan kognitif. (4) Kurikulum ini secara praksis merekonstruksi paradigma pendidikan Islam humanis dengan menggeser fokus dari transfer pengetahuan (transfer of knowledge) menjadi transformasi nilai (transfer of value) dan spiritualitas, yang terbukti efektif memperkuat dimensi afektif dan karakter peserta didik. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kurikulum berbasis cinta bukan sekadar utopia, melainkan sebuah model praksis yang fungsional untuk mengembalikan esensi pendidikan Islam sebagai proses humanisasi dan spiritualisasi, serta menjadi solusi alternatif dalam menghadapi problem dehumanisasi pendidikan di era kontemporer.
