Abstract

In the competitive and dynamic digital era, cooperatives must have systems that accommodate both operational needs and customers to improve service quality and customer satisfaction. However, Koperasi Nusantara Mandiri in Bandung Regency does not yet have a system that encompasses both aspects, rendering the cooperative's services ineffective and less competitive. Therefore, the cooperative requires a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to assist potential customers by providing loan eligibility calculation simulations. This research aims to implement a decision support method in a system using the waterfall methodology, which includes the stages of requirements, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance to develop a web-based CRM application. The application is designed and developed to help the cooperative manages the customer data, ease the business processes, and enhance effectiveness in both operations and customer analysis. Testing is conducted using the black box technique to ensure the application meets the specified requirements. The research results indicate that the developed CRM application functions well and meets the needs of Koperasi Nusantara Mandiri, thereby increasing the cooperative's operational effectiveness.

Abstract

Software Development Project Management is the most important part of the Software Development Life Cycle process. The stages in project development include Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring and Controlling, and Closing. This research uses the Work Breakdown Structure approach, which is a method used in project management to break down complex work into smaller and more manageable parts. Work Breakdown Structure helps in organizing, classifying, and describing the work to be done in a project. Odoo ERP is part of the tools that can be used for project management. Testing the project module using Blackbox Testing. The test scenario includes functional testing of the project management module. Application testing shows good results and is following existing needs. The results show that software project management using the Work Breakdown Structure approach can be implemented properly with Odoo ERP tools.

Abstract

The Banyumas Regency is a region with a diverse range of tourist attractions, making tourism one of its crucial economic sectors. The multitude of tourist destinations in Banyumas often poses a challenge for visitors in choosing destinations that align with their preferences. To address this issue, this research applies the Elimination et Choix Traduisant la Réalité (ELECTRE) method in multi-criteria decision-making. The objective of this study is to provide recommendations for suitable tourist destinations based on tourists' interests, along with an interactive mapping feature that offers a geographical overview and distance information for these destinations. Recognizing the importance of accessible tourism information, this research also implements Application Programming Interface (API) services to facilitate the integration of tourist destination data into various applications and platforms. The system is built as a web-based application using the Laravel framework and MySQL database. The output of this research is a web-based recommendation system that can be used to help tourists who want to vacation according to their preferences and the API service helps interested parties to integrate tourism data into their system.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the clothing industry are one of the key pillars of the economy, contributing significantly to Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and employment. However, MSMEs face considerable challenges related to market competition, shifting consumer trends, and fluctuating demand. Advances in data analytics and machine learning offer solutions to improve sales forecasting accuracy, thereby supporting more effective business strategies. This study aims to develop a sales forecasting model based on Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) tailored to the characteristics of clothing MSMEs in Indonesia. The research was conducted at Ananda Kids MSME in Purbalingga, using 30,885 daily transaction records collected over 23 months. The dataset included product categories, sales volume, and revenue, which were further processed through normalization, handling of missing values, and the addition of seasonal features. The LSTM model was designed with 128 neurons and evaluated using Mean Absolute Error (MAE), Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE), and Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE). The findings indicate that the LSTM model achieved high accuracy for certain product categories. The “Set” and “Children’s Fashion” categories recorded MAPE values below 10%, demonstrating the model’s effectiveness in forecasting stable sales patterns. In contrast, categories with high volatility, such as accessories, produced larger prediction errors. These results highlight that data quality and sales pattern stability are crucial factors in enhancing model performance. Overall, the study demonstrates that the application of LSTM holds significant potential in supporting strategic decision-making for MSMEs through more accurate sales forecasting. Beyond its practical contributions for business actors, the study also provides a basis for the development of digitalization policies for the MSME sector in Indonesia.
