Abstract

Ayah memiliki peran yang tidak hanya sebagai kepala keluarga serta pencari nafkah, namun sebagai pendidik dan pelindung dalam memberikan rasa yang aman bagi anak dan istri. Faktanya, ayah atau ibu terkadang tidak menjalankan perannya secara baik sehingga dapat menimbulkan permasalahan yang dialami oleh anak, salah satunya ialah tindakan kekerasan. Bentuk kekerasan yang dialami anak, berupa psikologis, sosial, emosional dan seksual. Salah satu bentuk kekerasan, yakni kekerasan seksual. Kekerasan seksual yang dilakukan oleh pelaku kepada anak dianggap sebagai perilaku dengan sengaja serta perilaku tersebut dapat menimbulkan dampak bagi korban, baik secara fisik dan emosional. Ayah turut memberikan kontribusi penting bagi perkembangan anak, atau pengalaman anak yang dialami bersama dengan ayah akan mempengaruhi seorang anak hingga dewasa nantinya. Oleh sebab itu, Dosen Universitas PGRI Semarang melakukan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat dalam Mendapingi Peran Ayah dalam Pengasuhan Anak dan pencegahan kekerasan terhadap anak. Setelah didampingi oleh Tim Pengabdi UPGRIS, kesadaran ayah untuk terlibat dalam pengasuhan anak.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi memberikan banyak inovasi dalam bidang pendidikan. Terkhusus pada ilmu geografi terkait dengan pemetaan. Sistem Informasi Geografi (SIG) merupakan kajian mengenai pemetaan yang menggunakan aplikasi digital dalam pembuatan peta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Menggambarkan tahapan kegiatan dalam pengembangan kemampuan berpikir spasial melalui pembelajaran Sistem Informasi Geografi sebagai penguat karakter peduli lingkungan. Sistem Informasi Geografi  merupakan salah satu sistem keruangan untuk mengolah, identifikasi dan menganalisis karakter serta fenomena dalam ruang, sehingga mampu mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir spasial melalui proses pembelajaran. Analisis keruangan diwujudkan dalam bentuk praktikum pembuatan peta dan menganalisis fenomena yang terjadi dengan tambahan data pendukung. Pengembangan kemampuan berpikir spasial diharapkan mampu menjadi salah satu pendorong untuk penguatan karakter peduli lingkungan pada mahasiswa jurusan IPS.

Abstract

Tujuan utama penelitian ini untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar geografi kebencanaan berbasis model small group discussion yang terfokus pada studi bencana sosial. Pengembangan didasarkan pada kebutuhan bahan ajar yang belum tersedia, sehingga mahasiswa masih belum memiliki sumber penunjang pembelajaran yang sesuai. Buku yang digunakan selama ini sebagaian besar hanya terkait kebencanaan alam saja, sehingga diperlukan pembahasan mengenai bencana sosial di masyarakat. Pengembangan berbasis pada model small group discussion digambarkan langsung tahapannya pada bagian evaluasi pembelajaran. Pengembangan menggunakan model ADDIE dengan lima tahapan yaitu analisys, design, development, implementation, dan evaluation. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahan ajar memperoleh nilai dari validasi ahli media 80.17%, ahli materi 97.82%, dan mahasiswa 81.06%. Artinya bahwa bahan ajar dinyatakan sangat layak untuk dipergunakan sebagai penunjang perkuliahan sesuai dengan kriteria penilaian hasil.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the authentic assessment techniques coveyring cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects in IPAS learning in elementary schools. This research used a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The design used in this research is a case study, in which researchers reveal and analyze holistically to get specific results. The subjects contained in this study are educators as homeroom teachers who are also IPAS teachers, students, and school principals. The data collection carried out in this study is using primary sources which include observation and interviews. Secondary sources included journals, books, and scientific articles. Data analysis conducted in this research is descriptive analytic. The results obtained in this study are based on the cognitive aspects of educators using written test assessment techniques, oral tests, and assignments. Affective aspects educators use observation, self-assessment, peer assessment, and journal assessment techniques. As well as psychomotor aspects, educators use project and portfolio assessment techniques. The achievement of learner competence can be seen based on the three aspects and the level of learning success is an integral part of the educational process.

Abstract

The research background was motivated by the difficulty of students in learning Arabic, basically in learning foreign languages, vocabulary is one of the three elements of language that is very important to master. This study aims to develop vocabulary teaching textbook with singing method in Mts Hidayatus Sholihin and see the effectiveness of the textbooks developed. The purposes of the research are: 1) The development of vocabulary Teaching textbook with singing method for seven grade of Mts Hidayatus Sholihin Gurah Kediri. 2) The application of vocabulary Effective Teaching texbook with singing method for seven grade of Mts Hidayatus Sholihin Gurah Kediri. The researcher used R&D research method by Borg and Gall which consist of 10 steps and data collection method used in the study was interview, questionnaires and tests. The research shows that: 1) The result of product development is Arabic teaching textbook for seventh grade students containing vocabularies arranged according to the tone of the song. The result of the expert validationts of the product as follows: the result from material expert is 83, 07%, results from media expert is 93, 84%, and the result from Arabic learning practitioner is 98, 33%. Based on exposure of the datas show that vocabulary learning by singing method declared very good. 2) The results of T-test show: the result of t-count between the pretest and popost-tes is 3,262 while the result of t-table is 2,015. Then it can be concluded t-count> t-table, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, that is, there are difference outcome in learning vocabulary at seventh grade of Mts Hidayatus Sholihin between before and after using singing method. From the result of experimental it can be concluded the singing method in vocabulary learning at seventh grade of Mts Hidayatus Sholihin was declared "effective".

Abstract

Pendidikan anak usia dini (PAUD) merupakan satu upaya yang ditujukan kepada anak semenjak lahir hingga usia enam tahun. Pendidikan dan pembiasaan merangsang otak anak untuk menerima pendidikan, sehingga pendidikan yang dimulai sejak dini berbeda. Dalam pertumbuhan fisiologis, anak PAUD membutuhkan permainan. Bermain meregenerasi saraf neurogenik di mana saraf ini merangsang kekuatan otak dan berkembang pesat. Namun pada kenyataannya, tidak ada alat permainan penelitian ilmiah. Banyak guru PAUD yang masih berjuang untuk melakukan penelitian ilmiah dalam pembelajaran. Selain itu, di lembaga PAUD, tidak banyak pembelajaran  yang dapat diserap oleh pendidikan berbasis STEAM, dan tidak ada alat bermain konstruktif berupa KIT yang diintegrasikan ke dalam pendidikan STEAM. Salah satu mainan yang dapat merangsang otak, seperti STEAM corner, merupakan mainan konstruktif sebagai media pengenalan penelitian ilmiah sejak dini. Hasil pengabdian yang dilakukan oleh Tim Pengabdian UPGRIS di antaranya Mitra mampu mengoperasikan alat permainan STEAM corner dan memanfaatkan dalam pembelajaran di sekolah untuk menyimulasikan dan mengeksplorasi aktivitas siswa sehari-hari dengan menggunakan STEAM Corner.

Abstract

Abstract Traditional teaching methods often strunggle to maintain student interest, particularly in Social Studies (IPS), where passive learning can lead to disengagement. This research investigates the impact of the Kahoot integrated Teams Games Tournament (TGT) model on the learning engagement of eight-grade students at SMPN 1 Turi. Employing a quantitative approach with a quasi experimental design, data were collected through surveys and classroom observations. The findings reveal that the TGT model significantly enhanced students engagement, with a 15% increase observed in the experimental group and a notably higher N-Gain score compared to the control group. The implementation of this model fostered active participation, peer collaboration, and a healthy sense of competition among students. These results suggest that integrating Kahoot into the Teams Games Tournament model offers a promising strategy for improving student involvement and elevating the overall quality of Social studies learning.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The low level of students’ critical thinking skills is partly influenced by the selection of inappropriate learning models in the instructional process. This study aims to develop a mathematics learning module based on Problem-Based Learning (PBL) that meets the criteria of validity, practicality, and effectiveness for the topic of Systems of Linear Equations in Three Variables (SLETV) for Grade X students. The study employed a Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model, which consists of five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The research subjects were 20 Grade X students of SMK Wijaya Putra Surabaya. The research instruments included validity sheets, practicality sheets, and effectiveness sheets. Based on the results of the mathematics learning module trial, the module was declared (1) valid based on expert validation with a percentage score of 95.5%, categorized as very valid; (2) practical based on teacher and student response questionnaires with a percentage of 83.75%, categorized as very good; and (3) effective, as evidenced by a limited trial involving 20 students at SMK Wijaya Putra, which showed an increase in test scores from 50.6 to 77.1. These results indicate that the developed learning module meets the criteria of validity, practicality, and effectiveness and can be used in teaching the topic of SLETV. ABSTRAK Rendahnya kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik salah satunya dipengaruhi oleh pemilihan model pembelajaran yang kurang sesuai dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan modul pembelajaran matematika berbasis Problem-Based Learning (PBL) yang memenuhi kriteria validitas, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan pada materi Sistem Persamaan Linear Tiga Variabel (SPLTV) untuk siswa kelas X. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE yang meliputi lima tahap, yaitu analisis, perancangan, pengembangan, penerapan, dan evaluasi. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu 20 siswa kelas X SMK Wijaya Putra Surabaya. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah lembar kevalidan, lembar kepraktisan, dan lembar keefektifan. Berdasarkan hasil uji coba modul pembelajaran matematika, modul dinyatakan (1) valid berdasarkan penilaian validator dengan hasil persentase sebesar 95,5% yang berkategori sangat valid; (2) praktis berdasarkan angket respon guru dan siswa  sebesar 83,75%  yang berkategori sangat baik dan (3) efektif sebagaimana dibuktikan oleh uji coba terbatas pada 20 siswa di SMK Wijaya Putra, yang menunjukkan peningkatan skor tes dari 50,6 menjadi 77,1. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa modul pembelajaran memenuhi kriteria valid, praktis, dan efektif yang dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran pada materi SPLTV.

Abstract

The purpose of this program is to increase the understanding of mothers under five and posyandu cadres about the benefits of cassava as an alternative source of carbohydrates and to introduce high-protein cassava noodle formulations that can be produced independently at the household level. The object of the activity includes the Team PKK Pokja 4, Posyandu Cadre, and Health cadres in partner villages. In addition, the advocacy for processing cassava noodles based on high-protein local foods was developed as an effort to fulfill the nutritional needs of toddlers through Supplementary Feeding (PMT), which is easily accepted by the community and supports family food security. The methods used include a participatory approach through family nutrition socialization, cassava noodle processing demonstrations, and targeted group discussions to explore community perceptions and needs. Data was collected through observations, brief interviews, and product acceptance assessments. Advocacy is applied by providing training in the processing of cassava noodles with 30% theoretical and 70% practical. Appropriate Technology/TTG is downstreamed to participants in the hope that the knowledge gained can be sustainable. The results of the activity showed that high-protein cassava noodles were well received by mothers under five because they were considered a nutritious dietary supplement variation, easy to make, and used affordable local ingredients. Posyandu cadres also expressed their readiness to integrate this innovation into the routine PMT menu. It is recommended that the production of cassava noodles be facilitated through advanced training, support for simple tools, and collaboration with PKK and local food UMKM to ensure its sustainability. In addition, it is necessary to conduct a more comprehensive nutritional content test and monitoring of the impact on the nutritional status of toddlers to strengthen the scientific basis of the program.

Abstract

Pulau Karimunjawa, Kabupaten Jepara, memiliki potensi ekologi dan wisata bahari unggulan, namun menghadapi tantangan berupa sampah plastik, degradasi pesisir, rendahnya kesadaran lingkungan, serta kerentanan ekonomi akibat ketergantungan pada pariwisata. Untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut, Universitas PGRI Semarang (UPGRIS) bersama National Yunlin University of Science and Technology (YunTech), Taiwan, melaksanakan program pengabdian masyarakat internasional dengan pendekatan partisipatif dan interdisipliner. Kegiatan meliputi aksi bersih pantai, edukasi pemilahan sampah, diskusi lintas budaya, produksi video kampanye digital, dan mini lecture internasional bertema eco-green innovation, sustainable tourism, serta cross-cultural communication. Program menghasilkan luaran nyata berupa 50 kg sampah terpilah, lima video edukatif, kelompok diskusi budaya, satu kuliah internasional, dan artikel ilmiah pengabdian. Dampaknya mencakup peningkatan kapasitas masyarakat dalam pengelolaan lingkungan, perluasan wawasan global sivitas akademika UPGRIS, serta pengalaman lintas budaya bagi mahasiswa YunTech. Keberlanjutan diarahkan pada KKN internasional, jejaring penelitian, media edukasi sekolah pesisir, dan monitoring pantai, yang mendukung pencapaian SDGs poin 13, 14, dan 17.
