Abstract

The World Health Organization in 2018 collected hospital research figures in several countries, found adverse events in the range of 3.2 -16.6%. Safety culture is concerned with the extent to which the organization prioritizes and supports the improvement of safety safely. The purpose of this research is the factors that influence the implementation of patient safety culture at Mitra Sejati Hospital, Medan City in 2021. The type of research is a quantitative analytic survey using a cross sectional design. The population is nurses and management at Mitra Sejati Medan Hospital, totaling 186 with a sampling technique using random sampling with a total of 149 respondents. The data used include primary data and secondary data. Data analysis used bivariate and multivariate approaches. The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of open communication with p value = 0.022, cooperation within units with p value = 0.000, cooperation between units with p value = 0.002, length of work with p value = 0.048, and the availability of facilities on safety. patients at Mitra Sejati Hospital Medan with p value = 0.010. And the most dominant factor for patient safety at Mitra Sejati Hospital Medan is cooperation within the unit. It is recommended to Mitra Sejati Hospital to improve services in collaboration with all units at the RSU so as to minimize the occurrence of incidents related to patient safety.

Abstract

Di Indonesia bencana yang sering terjadi merupakan bencana hidrometeorologi dimana dari tahun ke tahun kejadian bencana selalu meningkat khususnya bencana banjir dengan dampak yang ditimbulkan mengakibatkan kerugian bagi masyarakat baik berupa korban jiwa, harta benda maupun kerusakan lingkungan.Dampak tersebut dapat diminimalkan dengan adanya kesiapsiagaan tenaga kesehatan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kesiapsiagaan tenaga kesehatan di Puskesmas Singkohor. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel pada penelitian sebanyak 40 responden menggunakan tekhnik total populasi.Instrument yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Analisa data pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji chi square dan uji regresi logistic. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwasikap (p-value=0.027), pelatihan/simulasi nilai (p-value 0.000) dan kerjasama lintas sektor (p-value = 0.001) memiliki hubungan  yang signifikan dengan kesiapsiagaan tenaga kesehatan di Puskesmas Singkohor. Sedangkan pengetahuan (p-value=0.545) dan sarana prasarana (p-value=0.440) tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan dengan kesiapsiagaan tenaga kesehatan di Puskesmas Singkohor. Hasil regresi logistic menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang paling dominan berhubungan dengan kesiapsiagaan petugas kesehatan di Puskesmas Singkohor yaitu pelatihan/simulasi dengan nilai p-value (0.014) dengan nilai Exp(B) 54.062artinya pelatihan/simulasi berpeluang 54 kali untuk mempunyai kesiapsiagaan dalam menghadapi bencana banjir begitu juga dengan sebaliknya. Penelitian inisarankan untuk tenaga kesehatan agar mengikuti pelatihan kebencanaan guna menunjang pelayanan kesehatan yang tanggap, cepat dan tepat sewaktu ada bencana dan untuk Puskesmas agar mengusulkan program pelatihan bencana serta mengintegrasikannya.

Abstract

Mereka yang melakukan kontak dekat dengan orang yang terdiagnosis positif virus Covid-19 berisiko tertular virus tersebut. Penentu Karakteristik Perilaku Masyarakat Penerapan Protokol Kesehatan Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 di Desa Tanah Enamratus Tahun 2021 menjadi tujuan penelitian ini. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Explanatory Research dengan desain survey analitik kuantitatif. Populasinya adalah masyarakat Tanah Enam Ratus yang bisa jadi sebanyak 6.868 jiwa. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan cluster random sampling, dan responden survei sebanyak 99 orang. Data primer dan sekunder dimasukkan dalam data yang digunakan. Metode bivariat dan multivariat digunakan untuk analisis data. Pada masa pandemi Covid-19 di Desa Tanaha Enam Ratus, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa pengetahuan, sikap, pendidikan, jenis kelamin masyarakat, serta usia dan pekerjaan memiliki p value kurang dari 0,05, sedangkan usia dan pekerjaan memiliki p value lebih dari 0,05. Di masa pandemi Covid-19 di Kecamatan Tanaha Enam Ratu, pendidikan menjadi faktor terpenting yang mempengaruhi penerapan protokol kesehatan. Disarankan agar Pemerintah Kabupaten Medan Marelan bekerjasama dengan tenaga kesehatan untuk meningkatkan pengendalian dan pencegahan penularan Covid-19 guna menekan penularan Covid-19 khususnya pada masyarakat Medan Marelan.

Abstract

Pemeriksaan kehamilan atau Antenatal Care (ANC) merupakan suatu keharusan selama proses kehamilannya. Pelayanan ANC harus memenuhi minimal di tiap trimester. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis fakor-faktor apa saja yang berhubungan dengan perilaku ibu hamil dalam melakukan kunjungan ANC di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Tanjung Botung Kabupaten Padang Lawas Tahun 2023. Jenis penelitian observasional analitik dengan menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian ini dilakukan dari wilayah kerja Puskesmas Tanjung Botung Kabupaten Padang Lawas Utara. Waktu penelitian pada bulan September 2022 sampai 10 April 2023. Sampel merupakan seluruh populasi ibu hamil Trimester III di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Tanjung Botung sebanyak 42 orang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan uji Chi-square diketahui terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan (p 0,000) , jarak ( p 0,031), dukungan suami ( p 0,003) dan dukungan petugas kesehatan (0,002) dengan kunjungan ANC pada ibu hamil. Hasil analisa multivariat dengan uji regresi logistik diketahui bahwa faktor dominan yang sangat berhubungan dengan kunjungan ANC adalah pengetahuan (p 0,003). Disarankan bagi ibu hamil agar dapat menambah wawasannya tentang pentingnya ANC dilakukan 2 kali pada trimester 1, pada trimester 2 minimal 1 kali dan minimal 2 kali periksa kehamilan saat usia kehamilan memasuki usia 9 bulan. Disarankan bagi petugas kesehatan untuk meluangkan waktunya menjelaskan tahapan dan hasil pemeriksaan kehamilan serta konseling bagi ibu hamil agar mengetahui dampak buruk jika ANC tidak dilakukan serta memotivasi suami agar ibu hamil untuk rutin melakukan ANC.

Abstract

Coded clinical data is needed to retrieve information for the benefit of patient care, research, improving service performance, planning and resource management, and to obtain appropriate reimbursement for health services provided. The purpose of this research is to find out the causes of Dispute in Medical Record Files of BPJS Patients Hospitalization at RSU Imelda Pekerja Indonesia 2022. This type of research is qualitative with a case study approach. The method used is observation and direct interviews to the field. The subjects used in this study were the Medical Record Files of BPJS Inpatient Patients who were in dispute in October - December 2022 as many as 58 claim files. The informants used in this study were 6 BPJS Kesehatan claimants. Based on the results of the study, the causes of dispute claims on hospitalization files that were resubmitted after experiencing pending, were caused by: Administrative Disputes: Incomplete supporting requirements for submitting RITL service claims, such as action reports, procedures or operation reports, as well as supporting examinations of 2 files (4 %) from October-December 2022. Dispute Coding includes, discrepancies in the main diagnostic codes and secondary diagnoses and discrepancies in the main diagnoses and secondary diagnoses with supporting examinations on medical resumes in 28 files (48%) from October-December 2022. Medical Disputes include , medical indications are not attached (initial admission), scan results of supporting examinations are unclear and illegible, scan results of action/surgery reports are unclear and unreadable in the operation/action reports, no schedule for administration of as many drugs is attached, and discrepancies in actions or administration of drugs of the patient's main diagnoses of 28 files (48%) from October to December 2022.

Abstract

Medical records are files that contain records and documents about patient identity, examination, treatment, actions and other services that have been provided to patients. Medical records must be kept either electronically or in writing that is clear and concise. Medical record documents that have been completed by the doctor within less then 24 hours after completion of the service or after the inpatient is decided to go home. This research is a qualitative research. The research instrument is the researcher himself who is subjective, so the data obtained is checked for validity using triangulation techniques, namely source triangulation, technical triangulation and time triangulation. Informants are the Doctor in Charge, Nurse, Midwife, Head of Medical Records Installation and hospital management, namely the Head of Nursing and Midwifery Services Section. Interviews were conducted according to Esterberg and literature studies. The results showed that the determinants of the completeness of Medical Record files were influenced by Man, namely the indiscipline in filling out Medical Record files, Machine, namely the absence of a policy from management if human resources was not disciplined in filling out Medical Record files, Method, namely the lack of motivation in filling in accordance with the SOP, Material, namely sometimes slow provision of parts Medical Record dan Money forms, that is there is no reward dan punishment if the Medical Record is complete.

Abstract

Kanker bibir dan mulut merupakan salah satu yang paling umum di seluruh dunia dan salah satu penyebab kematian. Menjaga kesehatan gigi dan mulut merupakan salah satu upaya yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kesehatan. Namun, tidak semua orang dapat melakukan hal ini. Anak berkebutuhan khusus mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami pentingnya kesehatan mulut, kurangnya motivasi, dan membutuhkan bantuan orang lain dalam menjaga kesehatannya. Orang tua dan guru merupakan sosok yang berperan dalam menjaga kesehatan gigi dan mulut anak berkebutuhan khusus. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara mendalam (indepth interview) untuk memperoleh informasi tentang peran orang tua dan peran guru terhadap kesehatan gigi dan mulut apda anak berkebutuhan khusus di SLB Aceh Singkil. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 7 guru SLB Aceh Singil dan 7 orang tua yang memiliki anak berkebutuhan khusus. Dalam penelitian ini analisis data dilakukan secara manual menggunakan content analisis yang terdapat tiga teknik yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil wawancara menujukkan orang tua dan guru tidak berperan baik dalam memeriksa kesehatan gigi dan mulut anak 6 bulan sekali. Namun, dalam hal menjaga kebersihan gigi dan mulut anak, orang tua memiliki cara tersendiri dalam menjaga kebersihan gigi anak. Begitu juga dengan guru, pihak sekolah setiap hari melakukan pemeriksaan kebersihan gigi anak saat memasuki pekarangan sekolah. Untuk itu diharapkan pihak sekolah dapat bekerja sama dengan pihak puskesmas untuk pemeriksaan gigi anak berkebutuhan khusus secara berkala, serta orang tua juga membawa anaknya ke petugas kesehatan untuk pemeriksaan gigi anak.

Abstract

This study explains the implementation of sensitive intervention policies in handling stunting in Sigaol Simbolon Village referring to Samosir Regent Regulation No. 67 of 2022 concerning the Acceleration of Stunting Reduction in Samosir Regency. The research was conducted in Sigaol Simbolon village. This study aims: To determine the implementation of sensitive interventions in efforts to prevent stunting in toddlers in Sigaol Simbolon Village, Palipi District, Samosir Regency in 2023. This research uses descriptive methods and qualitative approaches. Informants in this study were used with purposive techniques, consisting of: Village Head, Village Officials, Chairman of TP-PKK, Village Midwives, and Masyarat Data obtained from research results through literature studies and field studies, namely, documentation and interviews conducted with informants. The results of this study The implementation of interventions in households that use access to clean water is quite good, the implementation of interventions in households that use access to sanitation has not been optimal, The implementation of interventions for assisting families at risk of stunting has run optimally, The implementation of interventions for poor and vulnerable families who receive conditional cash transfers has not been optimal, The implementation of interventions in Contribution Assistance Recipients (PBI) of National Health Insurance has been Optimal. Conclusions and Suggestions: it is necessary to increase the activities of sensitive intervention services in all services by communicating effectively both to the stunting acceleration team, as well as to the community so as to achieve a reduction in stunting prevalence in Sigaol Simbolon village.

Abstract

Medicines as a hospital's current assets are very important for patient survival because 90% of health service interventions in hospitals prioritize medicines. There is a shortage of medicines, running out of medicine stocks or medicines piling up, which has medical and economic impacts. Things like this require efficient and effective drug management efforts. At RSU Haji, the supply of medicines in the Pharmacy Installation is a variable that has a number of dissatisfaction in management and the medicines provided are still not effective enough, there are problems with input components such as human resources, procurement, supervision and output (stock out, expired medicines, stock taking) which is not yet effective. The purpose of this study is the Analysis of Management of Pharmaceutical Logistics Control in a Qualitative Study at the Pharmacy Installation of the Medan Haji General Hospital in 2021. The type of research is qualitative with a phenomenological study design. Respondent are a Head of Pharmacy Installation, Coordinator of Pharmacy Services, Pharmacy Installation Pharmacist Assistant, Inpatient Pharmacist Assistant, Outpatient Pharmacist Assistant, Pharmacy Warehouse Coordinator for Pharmacy Warehouse Staff, Financial Management of Hajj Hospital in Medan City. The data used includes primary data and secondary data. Data collection by interviews, data management and data analysis using data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that in the pharmaceutical logistics of the Hajj Hospital there are still obstacles, namely the lack of human resources in the pharmacy technician section so that the work is carried out by double staff and the need to improve the budget and review of infrastructure facilities in the pharmaceutical logistics management aspect of the Hajj Hospital Medan. It is hoped that the RSU Hajj will add human resources to improve the quality of drug logistics management so that management will be even better.

Abstract

Purpose: Quality of service is a form of patient assessment of the level of service received with the expected level of service. Quality service gives satisfaction to its users. Patient satisfaction is a form of reaction as an attitude that arises as a result of the evaluation process within the individual which then provides conclusions on the stimuli that can be in the form of good or bad, positive, negative, pleasant or unpleasant or emotional ratings related to the quality of services provided by the Puskesmas and patient expectations of the service. This study aims to determine the relationship between the quality of health services and the satisfaction level of outpatients at the Kenangan Health Center, Deli Serdang Regency in 2022. Method: The correlation analytic study design used a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were outpatients at the Kenangan Health Center, Deli Serdang Regency, from January to May 2022, with an average of 869 patients per month. The sampling technique used the Purpose Sampling technique so that the number of samples in this study were 90 people. The instruments used were questionnaires, the data were analyzed using the Chi-Square test. Results: The results showed that the quality of outpatient services at the Kenangan Health Center in Deli Serdang Regency in 2022 assessed the quality of health services as not good at 51.1% with a total of 46 respondents and outpatient satisfaction at the Kenangan Health Center in Deli Serdang Regency in 2022 which assessed patient satisfaction was not satisfied by 53.3% with a total of 48 respondents, there is a significant relationship between the relationship between the quality of health services and the level of outpatient patient satisfaction at the Kenangan Health Center, Deli Serdang Regency, in 2022 (p value = 0.000 <0.05). Disscusion and Conclusion: Suggestions to the Kenangan Health Center in Deli Serdang Regency for service workers to further increase empathy for patients so that patients feel really cared for by officers so they feel satisfied with the services provided.
