Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine: (1) The combined influence of learning interest and discipline on mathematics learning achievement. (2) The influence of students' learning interest on mathematics learning achievement. (3) The influence of discipline on mathematics achievement. The method used is a survey method. The total population in this study consists of 600 students, and the sample taken for this research is 10% of the population, which is 60 students. The results of hypothesis testing indicate: (1) There is a significant combined influence of learning interest and discipline on mathematics learning achievement. This is evidenced by the significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and an F value of 27.097. (2) There is a significant influence of learning interest on mathematics achievement. This is evidenced by the significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a t value of 5.544. (3) There is a significant influence of discipline on mathematics learning achievement. This is evidenced by the significance value of 0.035 < 0.05 and a t value of 2.155. This research is valuable for enhancing the quality of teaching and the mathematics learning achievement of students in a Private Vocational School in Central Jakarta.

Abstract

Decisions mark the beginning of every action. In the context of educational organizations, decision making is directly related to the role of the school principal. As a manager, the principal has a key role in making decisions quickly, precisely and effectively, by utilizing data and information optimally to improve the performance of the educational environment. At Babakan Jamanis Integrated Middle School, the principal has succeeded in carrying out the decision-making process well. This can be seen from the stages carried out, including observation, data collection, planning and recording related to aspects of education in schools. The school principal also actively holds discussions with teachers to formulate policies, establish interpersonal relationships to manage events, provide ideas, involve teachers in training, and carry out supervision as part of management activities. All of these initiatives are reflected in teacher performance assessments which are not only useful for increasing teacher potential and performance, but also contribute to improving the quality of teaching and learning achievement at Babakan Jamanis Integrated Middle School.

Abstract

Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) is a financial institution that offers a variety of products, including savings with wadiah contracts (maintaining the authenticity of assets) known as "Easy Wadiah Savings". This savings product uses Wadiah Yad Damana contract in Rupiah currency with a zero-profit deposit system. There is no monthly management fee for these savings. You can also make free cash withdrawals at all BSI ATMs and Bank Mandir. In addition, all EDC Bank Mandir, EDC Indonesia, and EDC PRIMA networks are free of charge. In addition to mobile and internet banking, you can easily transact with ATM cards that you can use at all BSI ATMs, Bank Mandir, ATM Bersama, ATM Prima, ATM Link, and ATMs with the VISA logo. The account opening process can be done online through the BSI mobile application. This research is based on qualitative methods with descriptive explanations of data results. The data used is obtained from various references or secondary data, such as journals, articles, dissertations, and other sources. Research shows that customer interest in Easy Wadiah savings is increasing from year to year. The reason is, that the marketing strategy implemented by Bank Syariah Indonesia was successful and made many customers use Wadia contracts.

Abstract

Tanaman buncis (Phaseolus vulgaris) adalah tanaman semusim yang banyak dimanfaatkan baik buah, biji, dan daunnya. Baby buncis Kenya termasuk salah satu tanaman yang dibudidayakan karena mempunyai peluang pasar dan nilai gizi yang cukup tinggi dan banyak diminati. Praktik Kerja Lapangan dilaksanakan selama satu bulan sejak tanggal 23 Januari sampai 24 Februari 2023, di kelompok tani Dangiang Tani Abadi Desa Sukawangi, Kecamatan Pamulihan, Sumedang, Jawa Barat. Observasi dilakukan dengan melihat kondisi lapangan secara langsung, mengamati tanaman yang dibudidayakan, serta melakukan teknis budidaya secara langsung. Dari hasil observasi, budidaya baby buncis kenya dilakukan dengan beberapa tahapan mulai dari pengolahan lahan, pemupukan dasar, persiapan bedengan, pemasangan mulsa dan persiapan lubang tanam, penanaman, dan pemeliharaan tanaman. Teknis pemeliharaan tanaman dilakukan dengan beberapa tahapan, diantaranya penyiraman dengan memanfaatkan tadah hujan, penyulaman yang dilakukan apabila bibit yang ditanam mati, pemasangan ajir yang dilakukan paling lambat satu minggu setelah proses penanaman, pemupukan susulan yang dilakukan sebanyak 4x dengan menggunakan pupuk NPK dan MKP, penyiangan gulma, dan pengendalian hama penyakit tanaman dengan menggunakan pestisida.

Abstract

Self-efficacy of students in understanding educational statistics material is the main focus of this analysis. Through the Finding Facts stage, the complexity of the material, lack of support from lecturers, and ineffective curriculum/methods of teaching are identified as key factors influencing the low self-efficacy of students. The Finding Acceptance stage confirms a high acceptance of these findings as issues needing to be addressed. The implications of this analysis emphasize the need for holistic action to enhance student self-efficacy, through simplifying materials, increasing lecturer support, and revolutionizing curriculum and teaching methods. Thus, the article proposes concrete steps to create a supportive and empowering learning environment for students facing challenges in learning educational statistics.

Abstract

Sampah laut, khususnya anorganic marine debris (AMD), merupakan masalah pencemaran yang dihadapi baik di dalam negeri maupun internasional. Sampah laut menyebabkan berbagai dampak buruk terhadap lingkungan sekitar, bidang pariwisata, bidang ekonomi, keselamatan, bidang kesehatan, dan bidang budaya. Sampah laut ini sebagian besar sangat lama terurai di lingkungan pesisir dan laut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifkasi presentase AMD denganbiomassa terbanyak. Pengambilan data sampah laut dilakukan dengan membentangkan garis transek sepanjang 60 m yang dibagi menjadi 3 plot dengan lebar 20 m. Semua jenis sampah lautdiambil yang ada pada tiap plot. Sampah yang telah dikumpulkan dalam karung, dikeluarkan kembali dan disortir berdasarkan jenisnya. Setelah selesai disortir, sampah ditimbang untukmengetahui bobot tiap jenisnya kemudian di hitung presentase nya. Didapat AMD dengan biomassa terbanyak pada jenis sampah plastik (PL). Keberadaan sampah plastik di laut bebas dapat berubah menjadi mikroplastik karena mengalami fragmentasi akibat radiasi sinar ultraviolet.Sampah tersebut akan memberikan dampak yang serius bagi biota laut, seperti menyebabkan kerusakan ekosistem laut, mengancam mikroplastik, menurunkan kualitas air akibat pencemaran bahkan menyebabkan pencemaran biota laut yang mati.

Abstract

Digital marketing is an important part of promoting a business owned by an individual or an organization. Marketing is essential for startups to stay competitive and sustain their products on the market. For people who are computer novices, this is a challenge. One of them is the proprietor of Keripik Orang Kekinian, a chips company in Bekasi, Indonesia, which has limited sales capabilities for its product. Researchers help firms choose the best social media channels for promoting their products in order to overcome these difficulties. The methods involved are Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) and Analytical Hierarchy Processing (AHP). The results show that Instagram is the best social media platform for advertising products. The result obtained are expected to help business owners increase sales.

Abstract

Digital platform are growing by providing various infrastructure, one of which is live video streaming on the TikTok application which is widely downloaded in Indonesia, which ranks second in 2022. The live can be utilized with positive activities and cause public reaction at the activities of Posyandu Asoka II Jatiranggon Bekasi. But in reality, Posyandu cadres only use smartphones to chat on certain applications such as Whatsapp, take photos, do recording, and store important files. Some cadres already have a TikTok account but only view, and comment on videos passing by on the homepage of their account, sometimes uploading videos as a variation of life if free time. Based on the observations that have been made, the abdimas team conducts training to better utilize the TikTok application for activities carried out directly so that it can attract viewers or other TikTok users to interact in the comment column, even viewers can give awards (tap-tap screen), gifts in the form of coins on each image and can join in the live broadcast that is done. The results of the training have received appreciation, and the addition of the latest technology knowledge so that it motivates cadres to be able to live regularly.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership on teacher work productivity, both di-rectly and indirectly through work motivation. A quantitative approach was employed using path analysis based on Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS 4. The population in this study consisted of civil servant elementary school teachers in Tasikmalaya Regency. The results revealed that transformational leadership sig-nificantly influenced teachers' work motivation, with a path coefficient of 0.919 and a p-value of 0.000. Trans-formational leadership also had a significant effect on teacher productivity both directly (coefficient 1.018; p-value 0.000) and in total effect (coefficient 0.954; p-value 0.000). However, work motivation did not have a sig-nificant impact on teacher productivity (coefficient -0.069; p-value 0.815), nor did it serve as a significant media-tor between transformational leadership and teacher productivity. These findings suggest that strengthening transformational leadership practices directly contributes more to improving teacher productivity than relying on motivational pathways.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of Building Permit (IMB) services in achieving orderliness in spatial planning in Pangkalpinang City. Using a qualitative descriptive method, the research examines the effectiveness of the service process based on key implementation criteria: communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. The results indicate that the implementation of Building Permits in Pangkalpinang City remains suboptimal. Several internal inhibiting factors were identified, including weak communication among policy implementers, insufficient technical staff at DPMPTSP and NAKER, inadequate supporting facilities and infrastructure, the absence of an Electronic Licensing System (PSE), lack of transparency in permit issuance, ineffective collaboration between DPMPTSP, NAKER, and the PU and City Planning Office, as well as low employee discipline within DPMPTSP and NAKER. Additionally, external factors such as community behavior further hinder the effectiveness of implementation. Theoretically, this study underscores the importance of strengthening inter-agency collaboration, enhancing human resources, and incorporating digital licensing systems to improve service efficiency. These findings contribute to the broader discourse on public service management and provide practical insights for policymakers aiming to optimize spatial planning governance.
