Abstract

Kehadiran trainee menjadi salah satu komponen pendukung operasional terhadap dinamika hotel saat peak season di The Sultan Hotel and Residence Jakarta. Periode krusial dalam operasional di Hotel adalah ketika mengalami peak season. Pelaksanaan Training dilakukan per dua semester dalam satu tahun.Pada periode peak season, tingkat hunian kamar meningkat tajam sehingga intensitas layanan turut menunjang dalam kelancaran operasional Hotel.Dinamika operasional akan terjadi dalam bulan Juni saat liburan sekolah dan tahun baru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Dinamika Operasional Hotel Ketika peak season. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara mendalam dengan trainee, Supervisor, dan Manajer Operasional, serta observasi di department Front Office. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa trainee berperan penting dalam mendukung kelancaran operasional kerja, khususnya pada pelayanan tamu, kesiapan kamar. Keterbatasan pengalaman seorang trainee akan mempengaruhi operasional kerja. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan program pelatihan yang lebih sistematis, pengawasan intensif dari supervisor, serta evaluasi pada trainee agar kontribusi mereka optimal pada musim puncak berikutnya.

Abstract

The integration of beef cattle and oil palm is an agricultural model that combines oil palm cultivation and livestock production in one land area. This research was conducted at Hanakau Jaya, Sungkai Utara District. This study proposed to formulating a development strategy for an integrated system of beef cattle and oil palm to empower people in Hanaka Jaya. Data collection was held from 29 April to 5 May. Data collection using qualitative methods in-depth interviews, focus group discussions and questionnaires. Results showed that first, the IFE matrix shows a score 2,534 and the EFE matrix gets a score of 2,855. Second, Based on the IE matrix development of an integrated system for beef cattle and oil palm is in quadrant V which shows the conditions to be hold and maintain. Third, There are several efforts for the development of a beef cattle and palm oil integration system for human empowerment in Hanakau Jaya Village based on the priority of the SWOT matrix analysis such as: a) Open a competent recruitment in the field of animal husbandry as an effort to develop sustainable integration. b) Develop cooperation with the government as an effort to get ease to get capital, farmer training and market both domestically and internationally. c) Improving the health of cows through vaccination efforts, maintaining nutrition in feed, health monitoring and establishing cooperation with medical experts. d) Optimize risk management through the development of mitigation strategies.

Abstract

Ramadan serves as a pivotal moment for Muslim communities to engage in both worship and social solidarity. Mushollas, as local prayer and community centers, play a crucial role in facilitating religious gatherings, charity distributions, communal iftar events, and other social initiatives. However, many musholla administrators often encounter difficulties in planning, organizing, and evaluating such activities effectively due to limited managerial skills and lack of structured guidance. This community service program aimed to enhance the capacity of musholla administrators by providing training in program planning, volunteer management, logistics coordination, and post-activity evaluation. The method consisted of interactive workshops, coaching sessions, and practical simulations conducted over five days at Musholla Al-Muqorrobin in Pamulang, South Tangerang. Results showed a notable improvement in the ability of the management team to organize and implement Ramadan programs in a more structured, transparent, and impactful manner. The program also fostered stronger coordination among volunteers and increased community participation. This initiative demonstrates that targeted managerial capacity-building programs can significantly strengthen the social and religious functions of local religious institutions.

Abstract

This study identificates the importance of singing national songs as an effort to foster a sense of patriotism among elementary school students in the era of globalization and the 4.0 industrial revolution. The weakening of nationalism among the younger generation today implies that strategies for strengthening nationalism in schools must be changed. The focus of this investigation is to examine the influence of national songs in shaping the spirit of nationalism among students. Using a descriptive qualitative method at SD Negeri 3 Menganti in Jepara Regency, data was collected through direct observation and interviews with teachers and students. The findings of the study revealed that the routine of singing the Indonesian national anthem and the Jepara march every morning succeeded in fostering discipline, pride in the homeland, and increased self-confidence among students. Although there were some obstacles in the form of a lack of mastery of the lyrics by some students, the school responded with intensive guidance and facility support. Overall, this study concluded that the consistent combination of national and local songs is a character-building and strategic educational tool in the early absorption of national values.

Abstract

The rapid development of internet technology globally, including in Indonesia, has drastically changed communication and interaction patterns between individuals. One impact is seen in the increasing use of text-based social media applications, such as Threads, developed by Meta. Within a short time, Threads managed to attract millions of users. However, the large number of user reviews on the Google Play Store presents its own challenges, particularly in manual sentiment analysis, which is very time-consuming and prone to bias. This research aims to overcome these challenges by implementing a variant of bidirectional encoder representations from transformers (BERT), the robustly optimized BERT pretraining approach (RoBERTa) model, which has been optimized for natural language processing. The research process followed the cross-industry standard process for data mining (CRISP-DM) framework, including several main stages: understanding the business context, data exploration and model building preparation, performance evaluation, and model deployment. Data were obtained directly from the Google Play Store and then cleaned through deduplication, normalization, and tokenization stages. The RoBERTa model demonstrated strong performance, with an accuracy of 88%. Precision was recorded at 92% for positive sentiment and 81% for negative sentiment, while recall was at 88% and 87%, respectively. The F1 score was also high, at 90% for positive and 84% for negative sentiment. When compared to algorithms like naïve Bayes and support vector machine (SVM), RoBERTa proved superior. This research opens opportunities for exploring other transformer models or using ensembles to improve performance in the future.

Abstract

Balita merupakan golongan umur yang memiliki risiko gangguan kesehatan paling tinggi dan berbagai masalah kesehatan bisa muncul, sehingga tanpa penanganan yang tepat bisa berakibat fatal. Hal tersebut didiukung oleh fakta semakin banyaknya kasus gizi buruk yang terjadi pada balita. Gizi buruk disebabkan karena balita mengalami tidak nafsu makan, picky eater, bahkan tidak mau makan. Jika penururnan nafsu makan tidak diatasi dapat mengakibatkan gizi buruk sehingga balita mudah terserang penyakit.Tujuan PKM ini adalah untuk memberikan informasi dan bagaimana mengatasi nafsu makan pada balita khususnya menggunakan sari temulawak dan hypnoparenting. Target luaran yang akan dicapai bahan ajar mata kuliah Asuhan kebidanan pada balita dan Jurnal J – Pengmas. Metode Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini yaitu edukasi pemberian sari temulawak dan hypnoparenting sebagai peningkatan nafsu makan pada balita Di posyandu Krajan desa Sumberan. Peserta Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah ibu balita dan balita sebanyak 37 orang. Tempat pelaksanaan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat yaitu di posyandu Mawar. Berdasarkan Hasil survei yang dilakukan pada tanggal 7 Januari 2025 dari 79 bayi terdapat 37 bayi yang mengalami penurunan nafsu makan. Hasil edukasi menunjukkan bahwa Sebagian besar peserta memahami pentingnya penggunaan sari temulawak dan Hypnoparenting sebagai penunjang kesehatan dan dapat menjadi alternatif terapi alami yang efektif apabila digunakan secara tepat dan sesuai anjuran

Abstract

The protracted conflict in Sudan in 2025 illustrates repeated failures in implementing ceasefire agreements, driven largely by unstable domestic political dynamics and overlapping external interventions. This study analyzes the key determinants shaping ceasefire breakdowns by examining the interaction between domestic elite interests, fragmentation among armed groups, and international pressures. The research aims to provide an in-depth understanding of how military and political elites influence the trajectory of conflict and diplomacy. The study employs a qualitative research design based on document analysis, literature review, and policy examination related to the dynamics of SAF, RSF, and regional actors. Data were analyzed using decision-making theory and conflict diplomacy frameworks to identify behavioral patterns and strategic interests affecting negotiation processes. The findings reveal that ceasefire failures stem from incompatible elite power calculations, weak command structures, and external support that sustains conflict dynamics. Moreover, fragmented positions among regional mediators further reduce the effectiveness of multilateral diplomatic efforts. The study concludes that Sudan’s diplomatic failures are structural, shaped by the interactions between domestic elite decision-making and geopolitical contestation that together create disincentives for peaceful resolution. These results highlight the need for mediation approaches that are more realistic, adaptive, and oriented toward creating strategic incentives for involved elites.

Abstract

The background of this research is based on the importance of Sharia-based social financing in assisting people in need without involving elements of riba, while ensuring that its practices remain aligned with Islamic economic law principles. This study aims to analyze the implementation of qard financing at the Masjid Raya Bintaro Jaya Amil Zakat Institution (MRBJ) and to examine its compliance with the provisions set by the Dewan Syariah Nasional Majelis Ulama Indonesia, through Fatwa Number 19/DSN-MUI/IV/2001 concerning Al-Qard. This research employs a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations, and documentation. The research subjects consist of zakat institution administrators and beneficiaries. (mustahiq) of the Qard Financing Program. The results indicate that the implementation of Qard financing at MRBJ has been carried out as a form of community economic empowerment, with a relatively simple distribution mechanism oriented toward the needs of the mustahiq. However, in practice, there are still several aspects that have not been optimal, particularly in terms of assistance and monitoring for the beneficiaries. Therefore, this study concludes that although qard financing at MRBJ. provides significant social benefits, there is a need to enhance Sharia understanding and improving institutional governance to ensure optimal implementation in accordance with the principles established by the DSN-MUI fatwa with the principles established by the DSN-MUI fatwa.

Abstract

Abstrak - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesuksesan penggunaan aplikasi Strava sebagai sistem informasi berbasis digital dengan menggunakan model DeLone and McLean. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Data diperoleh dari 100 responden pengguna aplikasi Strava di Kota Jambi melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Variabel yang digunakan meliputi system quality, information quality, service quality, use, user satisfaction, dan net benefits. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari sembilan hipotesis yang diajukan, tujuh hipotesis diterima dan dua hipotesis ditolak. Kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, dan kualitas layanan terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penggunaan, sedangkan hanya kualitas informasi yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Selain itu, penggunaan dan kepuasan pengguna terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap manfaat bersih. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan pengguna dan tingkat penggunaan menjadi faktor utama dalam menentukan keberhasilan sistem. Secara keseluruhan, aplikasi Strava dapat dikategorikan sebagai sistem informasi yang berhasil karena mampu memberikan manfaat dan pengalaman positif bagi penggunanya. Kata kunci : Strava; DeLone and McLean; PLS-SEM; Kepuasan Pengguna; Kesuksesan Sistem;   Abstract - This study aims to analyze the success of the Strava application as a digital information system using the DeLone and McLean model. This research employs a quantitative approach with the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. Data were collected from 100 respondents who are Strava users in Jambi City through a questionnaire. The variables used include system quality, information quality, service quality, use, user satisfaction, and net benefits. The results show that out of nine proposed hypotheses, seven are accepted and two are rejected. System quality, information quality, and service quality significantly influence system use, while only information quality significantly affects user satisfaction. Furthermore, system use and user satisfaction significantly influence net benefits. These findings indicate that user satisfaction and system use are the main factors determining system success. Overall, the Strava application can be categorized as a successful information system as it provides significant benefits and positive user experiences.
