Abstract

Setiap Perguruan Tinggi di wajibkan untuk melaksanakan Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Internal (SPMI) begitu juga Universitas Adiwangsa Jambi dalam menjalankan SPMInya baru berfokus pada kegiatan akademik. Fokus utamanya adalah pada kegiatan pelaksanaan perkuliahan di Universitas Adiwangsa Jambi yang masih terkendala dengan pelaksanaan monitoring kehadiran Dosen dalam mengajar. Kurang maksimal dalam melaksanakan monitoring kehadiran dosen, sehingga dapat merugikan pihak Universitas Adiwangsa Jambi baik dalam segi mutu dan finansial. Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan suatu pemodelan sistem informasi monitoring kehadiran dosen yang nantinya dapat digunakan sebagai acuan dalam membangun sistem informasi yang mencakup kegiatan SPMI dilingkungan Universitas Adiwangsa Jambi, guna membantu permasalahan yang ada, sesuai dengan standar yang telah ditetapkan. Keluaran dari standar tersebut dapat ditingkatkan secara terus menerus dari waktu ke waktu serta dapat berkembang secara berkelanjutan. Dengan begitu dapat membantu meningkatkan baik dalam segi mutu maupun finansial bagi pihak Universitas Adiwangsa Jambi.

Abstract

Self-compassion refers to an individual's ability to acknowledge, endure, and find value in challenging experiences, such as the hardship of living far away from one's parents and family. The prevailing sentiment of solitude is currently being experienced by a majority of youth, students, workers, and other individuals. The objective of this study is to establish the correlation between self-compassion and loneliness. This study employed a quantitative correlational research design. The data collection strategy employed two scales, namely the Self-Compassion Scale (SCS) and the R-UCLA Loneliness Scale. Data collection was conducted by utilizing Google forms, which were disseminated to the research participants. This study encompassed a cohort of 122 teenagers, comprising high school students, university students, and workers. The data analysis using descriptive analytic methodologies. The study findings indicate that the degree of self-compassion towards loneliness falls within the moderate range. The article contains a detailed analysis and final thoughts on this matter.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the relationship among corporate governance, corporate reporting, going concern, and investor confidence in financial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2019–2021. The data were processed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 25.0. This study uses secondary data obtained from companies’ annual financial reports. The sampling technique employed is purposive sampling, with a total of 41 companies meeting the criteria as observation units. The analytical methods include descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, model feasibility tests, and hypothesis testing. The results show that the variable of going concern has a significant influence on investor confidence, and corporate governance directly affects investor confidence. However, corporate reporting does not have a direct effect on investor confidence. Furthermore, corporate governance indirectly influences investor confidence through the mediation of going concern, while corporate reporting does not have an indirect effect on investor confidence through the same mediation.

Abstract

Abstract: This community service activity focuses on increasing digital literacy as an effort to support digital transformation in the Industry 5.0 era. This program is designed to provide training and seminars to employees of PT Flextronics Technology Indonesia Batam to improve their understanding and skills in utilizing digital technology effectively in the world of work. Through this activity, participants are given insight into the use of digital technology in business operations, cybersecurity, personal data protection, and the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in industry. This training also includes practical skills such as data analysis, use of digital business software, and e-commerce optimization. So this activity aims to support digital transformation in the Industry 5.0 era by increasing people's understanding and skills in utilizing digital technology. The target of this program is for company employees to be able to optimize technology in business activities, increase productivity, and innovate in the digital era. With this approach, it is hoped that participants can improve work efficiency, competitiveness, and the ability to adapt to technological developments. Keywords: digital literacy; digital economy; artificial intelligence (AI) Abstrak: Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berfokus pada peningkatan literasi digital sebagai upaya mendukung transformasi digital di era Industri 5.0. Program ini dirancang untuk memberikan pelatihan dan seminar kepada karyawan PT Flextronics Technology Indonesia Batam guna meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan mereka dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital secara efektif dalam dunia kerja. Melalui kegiatan ini, peserta diberikan wawasan mengenai pemanfaatan teknologi digital dalam operasional bisnis, keamanan siber, perlindungan data pribadi, serta penerapan kecerdasan buatan (AI) dalam industri. Pelatihan ini juga mencakup keterampilan praktis seperti analisis data, penggunaan perangkat lunak bisnis digital, dan optimalisasi e-commerce. Sehingga kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mendukung transformasi digital di era Industri 5.0 dengan meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan Pengabdian masyarakat adalah metode edukasi berupa penyuluhan dengan ceramah dan diskusi. Sasaran program ini adalah para karyawan perusahaan agar dapat mengoptimalkan teknologi dalam aktivitas bisnis, meningkatkan produktivitas, serta berinovasi di era digital. Dengan pendekatan ini, diharapkan peserta dapat meningkatkan efisiensi kerja, daya saing, serta kemampuan beradaptasi dengan perkembangan teknologi. Abstract

This thesis evaluates the acceptance of the E-counseling system at the University of Jambi using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 3 (UTAUT 3) model. This research is based on the problem of mental health levels in students supported by data from WHO and the Ministry of Health. The University of Jambi provides online counseling services to help students solve their problems, but from the pre-research it was found that the level of knowledge and use of E-counseling is still very low. This study aims to implement the UTAUT 3 model which is used to identify factors that influence the acceptance of E-counseling at the University of Jambi. This study took a sample of 100 respondents from all active undergraduate students at the University of Jambi. The analysis technique used in this study is PLS-SEM (Partial Last Structural Equation Modeling) which uses the SmartPLS 4 application in its data calculation. The results obtained from the data calculation show that there are 4 hypotheses that have a significant influence, namely Habit on Use Behavior, Personal Innovativeness on Behavioral Intention, Hedonic Motivation on Behavioral Intention, and Facilitating Conditions on Use Behavior and 8 other hypotheses that do not have a significant influence, namely Performance Expectancy on Behavioral Intention, Effort Expectancy on Behavioral Intention, Social Influence on Behavioral Intention, Facilitating Condition on Behavioral Intention, Price Value on Behavioral Intention, Habit on Behavioral Intention, Personal Innovativeness on Use Behavior and Behavioral Intention on Use Behavior.

Abstract

The policy for using the MyPertamina application issued does not rule out the possibility of differences of opinion due to changes in the policy. There are many positive, neutral, and negative responses to the MyPertamina application implementation policy. To see the public's reaction to the MyPertamina application implementation policy, it can be seen through various media, including social media. Twitter is a social network that is widely used by people in Indonesia. The number of Twitter users in Indonesia reached 18.45 million in 2022, making Indonesia the fifth largest Twitter user country in the world. Researchers conducted a sentiment analysis of the search results for tweets containing the keyword "MyPertamina" using the support vector machine algorithm. 382 tweet data were obtained and classified using the support vector machine algorithm. Support vector machine is a supervised learning algorithm for data classification. SVM is very fast and effective in solving text data problems. Text data is suitable for classification with the SVM algorithm because the basic nature of text tends to be high-dimensional. Of the 382 data analyzed, the support vector machine classification using the RBF kernel with parameter C=2 gave the highest accuracy value of 80.51%, precision value of 81%, recall value of 81%, and F1 score value of 80%.

Abstract

Kehadiran trainee menjadi salah satu komponen pendukung operasional terhadap dinamika hotel saat peak season di The Sultan Hotel and Residence Jakarta. Periode krusial dalam operasional di Hotel adalah ketika mengalami peak season. Pelaksanaan Training dilakukan per dua semester dalam satu tahun.Pada periode peak season, tingkat hunian kamar meningkat tajam sehingga intensitas layanan turut menunjang dalam kelancaran operasional Hotel.Dinamika operasional akan terjadi dalam bulan Juni saat liburan sekolah dan tahun baru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Dinamika Operasional Hotel Ketika peak season. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara mendalam dengan trainee, Supervisor, dan Manajer Operasional, serta observasi di department Front Office. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa trainee berperan penting dalam mendukung kelancaran operasional kerja, khususnya pada pelayanan tamu, kesiapan kamar. Keterbatasan pengalaman seorang trainee akan mempengaruhi operasional kerja. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan program pelatihan yang lebih sistematis, pengawasan intensif dari supervisor, serta evaluasi pada trainee agar kontribusi mereka optimal pada musim puncak berikutnya.

Abstract

The integration of beef cattle and oil palm is an agricultural model that combines oil palm cultivation and livestock production in one land area. This research was conducted at Hanakau Jaya, Sungkai Utara District. This study proposed to formulating a development strategy for an integrated system of beef cattle and oil palm to empower people in Hanaka Jaya. Data collection was held from 29 April to 5 May. Data collection using qualitative methods in-depth interviews, focus group discussions and questionnaires. Results showed that first, the IFE matrix shows a score 2,534 and the EFE matrix gets a score of 2,855. Second, Based on the IE matrix development of an integrated system for beef cattle and oil palm is in quadrant V which shows the conditions to be hold and maintain. Third, There are several efforts for the development of a beef cattle and palm oil integration system for human empowerment in Hanakau Jaya Village based on the priority of the SWOT matrix analysis such as: a) Open a competent recruitment in the field of animal husbandry as an effort to develop sustainable integration. b) Develop cooperation with the government as an effort to get ease to get capital, farmer training and market both domestically and internationally. c) Improving the health of cows through vaccination efforts, maintaining nutrition in feed, health monitoring and establishing cooperation with medical experts. d) Optimize risk management through the development of mitigation strategies.

Abstract

Ramadan serves as a pivotal moment for Muslim communities to engage in both worship and social solidarity. Mushollas, as local prayer and community centers, play a crucial role in facilitating religious gatherings, charity distributions, communal iftar events, and other social initiatives. However, many musholla administrators often encounter difficulties in planning, organizing, and evaluating such activities effectively due to limited managerial skills and lack of structured guidance. This community service program aimed to enhance the capacity of musholla administrators by providing training in program planning, volunteer management, logistics coordination, and post-activity evaluation. The method consisted of interactive workshops, coaching sessions, and practical simulations conducted over five days at Musholla Al-Muqorrobin in Pamulang, South Tangerang. Results showed a notable improvement in the ability of the management team to organize and implement Ramadan programs in a more structured, transparent, and impactful manner. The program also fostered stronger coordination among volunteers and increased community participation. This initiative demonstrates that targeted managerial capacity-building programs can significantly strengthen the social and religious functions of local religious institutions.
