Abstract

Kualitas informasi memiliki peran yang vital dalam mencapai kesuksesan organisasi. Di zaman di mana konektivitas semakin meningkat dan ketergantungan pada data semakin besar, strategi yang efektif dalam mengelola data menjadi krusial untuk memastikan bahwa informasi yang disajikan adalah akurat, relevan, dan dapat diandalkan. Artikel ini membahas beragam strategi pengelolaan data yang dapat membantu organisasi meningkatkan kualitas informasi mereka. Langkah awal yang sangat penting adalah membangun infrastruktur data yang solid, yang mencakup pengembangan kebijakan data yang jelas, identifikasi sumber data yang dapat dipercaya, dan implementasi sistem manajemen data yang terstruktur dan terintegrasi. Proses pengumpulan, pengolahan, dan penyimpanan data harus dilakukan dengan teliti untuk menjamin keakuratan dan konsistensi informasi. Manajemen metadata juga merupakan aspek penting dalam strategi pengelolaan data, di mana metadata yang komprehensif dan terstruktur akan memudahkan pencarian, interpretasi, dan pemanfaatan data dengan efisien. Dengan memberikan deskripsi yang detail tentang setiap data, organisasi dapat meningkatkan pemahaman dan kepercayaan terhadap informasi yang mereka gunakan. Selanjutnya, pemantauan secara rutin terhadap kualitas data dan evaluasi terhadap Langkah krusial dalam meraih keberhasilan strategi adalah kunci. Pemanfaatan teknologi analitik dan alat pemantauan memungkinkan organisasi untuk mengidentifikasi potensi anomali atau kesalahan data dengan cepat dan efisien. Dengan menerapkan strategi pengelolaan data yang menyeluruh dan terintegrasi, organisasi dapat menjamin tingkat kualitas informasi yang tinggi. Ini akan membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan yang lebih tepat, operasional yang lebih efisien, dan mendukung inovasi yang berkelanjutan. Oleh karena itu, artikel ini memberikan panduan praktis bagi organisasi untuk meningkatkan kualitas informasi mereka melalui strategi pengelolaan data yang efisien.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to provide an understanding of the importance of Islamic educational values through the habitual activity of reading Surah Al-Kahfi and Al-Qardh which have many benefits and positive impacts. This research uses interview and observation methods so that researchers directly observe the location of the activity to obtain relevant data results. Researchers can interview sources and native residents of the location, as well as see community phenomena directly. This type of research is called qualitative research using a phenomenological approach. Based on the results of this research data, the Al-Kahf surah reading program which is consistently read every Friday and accompanied by the Al-Qardh program can create renewal in society about the importance of Islamic educational values to increase empathetic attitudes

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of communication and motivation on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. This research was conducted using quantitative research methods involving employees as samples. Various research tests used include validity, reliability, classical assumptions, correlation coefficient, regression coefficient, determination coefficient and hypothesis testing. The research results obtained the multiple regression equation Y = 6.450 + 0.564X1 + 0.270X2 + e. The regression coefficient value on the performance variable is 6.450, this shows that if communication (X1) and motivation (X2) remain constant then the performance consistency value (Y) is 6.450. Statistical test results show that there is a positive and significant influence of communication on employee performance. The t value of 6.558 is greater than the t table value of 2.011 and the significance value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05.  Thus the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, which shows that there is a positive and significant influence of communication on employee performance. Similarly, the calculated t value for motivation is 5.253 which is greater than the t table value of 2.011 and the significance value is 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05. This shows that there is a positive and significant influence of motivation on employee performance.The calculated F value is 24.479 which is greater than the table F value of 2.800. With a significance limit of 0.05, the significance value is 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05. This means that the hypothesis states that communication and motivation variables simultaneously influence the employee's performance.

Abstract

This study aims to find out: knowing how the process of conversion of agricultural land into PLTB in Binamu Subdistrict, Jeneponto Regency, knowing how the community adapted agricultural land processes were adapted, and knowing how social and cultural changes in the community were converted. In this study used a type of qualitative research that was analyzed and written descriptively. The technique of data collection is done by using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation by involving as many as 8 informants. Based on the results of the study showed that: (1) the initial process of conversion of agricultural land into the Bayu Power Plant was started from the PLTB to the local government, and together with the government came to the residents whose land would be converted. Then do the socialization of the conversion of agricultural land, the process of transferring agricultural land takes about 1 year. (2) The process of adaptation carried out by the community is not too difficult because the PLTB operation has not been too long. The community feels that there has not been a change that is too large so that the process of adapting is not too difficult. But it does not rule out the possibility after the PLTB has been operating for a long time, there will be changes that occur so that the community must adapt to adjust to its environment. Because if people remain silent in place and do not adapt to changes that are so fast, the community will be left behind in the current of modernization. (3) The social and cultural changes felt by the community are that they must be able to adjust to changes in livelihood, where they have no longer farmed. Then the people working on the fields belonging to other people who later landed were also converted to Makassar to find work. Next is the public's fear of a decline in agricultural production in Jeneponto Regency, if the agricultural land continues to function. Where the distribution of presentation of income from the regional income in agriculture ranks first with presentation of 51, 69% of regional income in Jeneponto Regency.

Abstract

Stunting is a condition of growth failure in toddlers caused by long-term malnutrition, repeated exposure to infections, and lack of stimulation. The number of stunting in Indonesia in 2022 was 15,798,153 toddlers with a prevalence rate of 21.6%. This figure is high, stunting can be a threat to future generations. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of developing a diet culture by utilizing local food products from Moringa leaves through fortification in handling stunted toddlers. This study used a quasi-experimental design, the number of samples was 30 stunted toddlers divided into 2 groups, namely 30 treatment groups and 30 non-treatment groups. The results of this study show that the use of local food using fortified Moringa leaf products can affect the weight gain of toddlers as seen from the intervention group before and after treatment. Fortification with Moringa is one way to prevent underweight in toddlers

Abstract

Pengelolaan risiko operasional menjadi salah satu tantangan utama bagi perusahaan di era digital. Teknologi informasi (TI) telah memainkan peran krusial dalam mendukung proses ini, terutama melalui otomatisasi, analisis data, dan integrasi sistem. Artikel ini membahas peran TI dalam mengidentifikasi, menilai, dan memitigasi risiko operasional, serta menguraikan manfaat dan tantangan yang dihadapi perusahaan dalam implementasi TI untuk manajemen risiko operasional. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan TI yang efektif dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, mengurangi kesalahan manusia, dan memperkuat pengambilan keputusan.Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi bahwa implementasi TI yang efektif dapat membantu perusahaan meningkatkan efisiensi, menurunkan kemungkinan kesalahan, dan memperkuat pengambilan keputusan dalam manajemen risiko operasional. Artikel ini mengkaji baik manfaat maupun tantangan dalam penerapan TI untuk tujuan tersebut. Kata kunci: teknologi informasi; risiko operasional.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of training and work discipline on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. The study uses a quantitative research method involving employees as samples. The sample used is a saturated sample with a total of 60 people. The research employs various tests including validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, correlation coefficient tests, regression coefficient tests, coefficient of determination tests, and hypothesis tests. The results of the study obtained the multiple regression equation Y = 11.184 + 0.263X1 + 0.483X2 + 4.700. The regression coefficient value for the performance variable is 11.184, which concludes that if training (X1) and work discipline (X2) remain constant (unchanged), the consistency value of performance (Y) will be 11.184. The t-test result for Training on Performance is 2.777 > 2.002 with a significance of 0.007 > 0.05, thus H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, indicating a positive and significant effect of training on employee performance. Meanwhile, the t-test result for Work Discipline on Performance is 5.432 > 2.002 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05, thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, indicating a positive and significant effect of work discipline on employee performance. Additionally, the F-test result for Training and Work Discipline on Performance is 19.751 > 3.160 with a significance level of 0.05, yielding a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. This means that the hypothesis stating that training and work discipline simultaneously affect employee performance is accepted.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berangkat dari kepedulian pemerintah daerah kabupaten tabalong terhadap pesta demokrasi di tingkat desa agar terselenggara dengan baik, dikarenakan dalam pelaksanaannya rawan akan permasalahan seperti adanya potensi kesalahan manusia dalam perhitungan suara. Upaya pemerintah daerah untuk memperbaiki kondisi tersebut yaitu mengeluarkan kebijakan tentang pemilihan kepala desa dengan sistem e-voting. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Tekhnik pengumpulan data Observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi Tekhnik Analisa data yang digunakan yaitu: 1. Pengumpulan data, 2. Reduksi data, 3. Penyajian data, 4. Verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Implementasi Kebijakan Sistem E-Voting dalam Pemilihan Kepala Desa di Desa Maburai Kecamatan Murung Pudak Kabupaten Tabalong telah berjalan dengan baik. Faktor pendukung dalam Implementasi Kebijakan Sistem E-Voting dalam Pemilihan Kepala Desa di Desa Maburai Kecamatan Murung Pudak Kabupaten Tabalong yaitu: adanya kerjasama dan koordinasi yang baik antara Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Pemerintahan Desa Kabupaten Tabalong, Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Tabalong, Panitia Pemilihan Kepala Desa Maburai, serta Badan Pemusyawaratan Desa Maburai. Hasil penelitian ini menyarankan agar: 1) Implementasi sistem e-voting dalam pemilihan kepala desa di Desa Maburai Kecamatan Murung Pudak Kabupaten Tabalong secara umum dapat dikatakan mampu berjalan dengan baik. Namun dari sisi pemilih baik pemula maupun lansia banyak yang belum paham sehingga panitia maupun pihak penyelenggara perlu lebih sabar dan lebih giat lagi dalam memperkenalkan e-voting bisa dengan brosur, baleho. 2) Perlu adanya perhatian dan pengenalan lebih dalam kepada lansia mengenai sistem e-voting melalui sosialisasi simulasi supaya lebih mengerti dan tidak kebingungan dalam menggunakan sistem e-voting. Abstract

This study aims to analyze consumer desires and satisfaction with Mochi Crackers innovation products using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) approaches. Indonesia's food and beverage sector, especially snacks, continues to grow by creating innovative products such as Mochi Crackers, which adapts the traditional mochi snack into a modern product with a longer shelf life and crunchy texture. A survey was conducted involving 50 respondents from various backgrounds, using a Likert scale to measure the level of satisfaction and importance of product attributes. The results showed that the majority of consumers were attracted to this product because of its practicality, taste, and affordable price. Through the CSI analysis, a satisfaction index was obtained which shows the overall level of consumer satisfaction. Meanwhile, IPA analysis identifies product attributes that need to be improved to improve product quality and competitiveness in the market. This study provides recommendations to Mochi Crackers manufacturers to focus on improving the quality of packaging and promotion to strengthen the product's position in the market.

Abstract

The community service project aimed to assist Pempek Madam Jambi, a micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) in Jambi specializing in authentic Jambi-style pempek. The project addressed marketing and promotion challenges, as the MSME previously relied solely on Instagram and WhatsApp for sales and visibility. The initiative involved creating a website to serve as a marketing, promotional, and informational platform. The development process began with a needs analysis conducted through interviews with the business owner, followed by designing wireframes using Figma, website development via Canva Web, testing, and publishing the website. The website includes features such as a homepage, about us, menu listing, ordering platform, FAQ, articles, and SEO components to enhance product visibility. As a direct outcome, the website significantly improved the business’s digital presence and customer engagement. The project also conducted training involving five participants, including students, on digital marketing and website maintenance, enabling the MSME to sustain the platform independently. The initiative demonstrated a measurable impact, as online visibility increased by 87%, as indicated by user satisfaction feedback during website testing. This project serves as a scalable model for other MSMEs in Jambi, contributing to the broader agenda of MSME digital transformation in Indonesia.
