Abstract

This study aims to reveal the ideological representation hidden behind the choice of diction in political news in online mass media. This study is motivated by the fact that language is not only a communication tool, but also a means to shape and convey certain ideologies. This study uses a qualitative approach with Fairclough's critical discourse analysis method that focuses on the relationship between language, power, and ideology. The data is in the form of political news quotes taken from three online mass media with different political leanings. The results show that the choice of diction used in political news is not neutral, but contains ideological tendencies that represent partisanship towards certain political groups. Certain diction is used to present figures or events in a positive or negative image, which indirectly affects readers' perceptions. These findings emphasize the importance of critical awareness in consuming media information as well as the need to use objective and fair language in the news.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the factors influencing user acceptance of the Pegadaian Digital Service (PDS) application by applying the UTAUT3 framework with the addition of the Trust variable. Based on interview findings and user review analysis, PDS adoption remains relatively low due to initial access difficulties, inconsistent navigation, and concerns regarding data security. The research employed a quantitative approach with 100 active PDS users as respondents. The collected data were analyzed using the SEM-PLS method. The results indicate that Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, and Personal Innovativeness significantly affect Behavioral Intention, while Habit has a significant effect on Use Behavior. In contrast, Performance Expectancy, Facilitating Conditions, Price Value, Trust, and Behavioral Intention do not significantly influence Use Behavior. The model demonstrates moderate explanatory power (R² = 0.555 for BI and 0.274 for UB). These findings suggest that, in collateral-based financial services such as PDS, behavioral intention alone is insufficient to drive actual usage without adequate supporting conditions. The practical implications highlight the importance of improving user experience, strengthening socially driven campaigns, and fostering user habits through digital incentives to enhance PDS adoption.

Abstract

Tujuan artikel ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis beberapa referensi pada kata kunci literasi digital. Melalui Harzing's Publish or Perish, tinjauan sistematis literatur dilakukan untuk penelitian ini dengan memanfaatkan database Scopus. Dengan menggunakan Protokol SPAR-4-SLR, analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Microsoft Excel, Mendeley, dan Vos Viewer untuk memberikan transparansi dan replikasi. Hasil penelitian ini mengidentifikasi 50 artikel primer yang terindeks di Scopus Q1 berdasarkan Scimago Journal Rank-ing (SJR). Studi ini juga menemukan adanya 6 cluster pengetahuan yang mendukung penelitian tentang literasi digital dengan total kekuatan tautan sebesar 55. Visualisasi Vos Viewer mengungkapkan bahwa “Digital Literacy” memiliki besaran yang signifikan dan terkait dengan frasa “Information Literacy dan Digital Transformation" menunjukkan hubungan yang jelas. Penelitian ini memiliki beberapa keterbatasan, seperti kendala dalam mengakses database yang terbatas pada Scopus. Oleh karena itu, disarankan agar penelitian selanjutnya memperluas pengumpulan datanya dengan menggunakan sumber tambahan seperti Emerald, SpringerLink, ScienceDirect, Eb-sco, Google Scholar, ProQuest, dan jurnal non-Q seperti Web of Science.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of the Universal Design for Learning (UDL) approach in inclusive education to address the diverse needs of learners. This approach focuses on providing flexible ways of delivering learning materials, encouraging student engagement, and offering various forms for expressing learning outcomes. As a review, the Universal Design for Learning (UDL) approach in inclusive classrooms can improve learning accessibility, increase student engagement, and promote higher academic achievement. The success of its implementation is influenced by several elements, such as teachers’ professional competence, school support, and the use of educational technology. Nevertheless, a number of obstacles are still found, especially in terms of limited facilities and insufficient teacher readiness. Therefore, continuous improvement is needed so that this approach can be maximized in creating a more inclusive and equitable learning environment.

Abstract

Halal certification has become one of the factors influencing consumer perceptions and purchase intentions, along with increasing awareness among Muslim communities of the importance of consuming products with guaranteed halal status. This study aims to analyze consumer perceptions of purchase intentions toward beverage products after obtaining halal certification at Mixue Ice Cream & Tea outlets in the Pondok Aren area. This study employed a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation involving consumers and were analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that before the products obtained halal certification, consumers still had concerns regarding the ingredients and production processes. After halal certification was obtained, consumer perceptions became more positive, trust in the products increased, and consumers felt more confident in consuming the products, resulting in increased purchase intention. Thus, halal certification contributes to increasing consumer trust while encouraging greater purchase intention toward beverage products.
