Abstract

This study was used to measure the effect of financial literacy, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and income on interest in using Shopeepaylater (a study of the millennial generation Bekasi Regency. This research is quantitative research where the object used is the millennial generation in Bekasi Regency. The number of samples used in this study was 119 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and data processing and hypothesis testing using SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this study explain that the financial literacy variable has a positive effect on interest in the use, the perceived usefulness has a negative effect on interest use, the perceived ease of use does not effect on interest use and the the income variable does not effect interest in use

Abstract

Perhitungan Pajak Penghasilan (PPh) Pasal 21 atas penghasilan karyawan terdapat beberapa metode yang dapat digunakan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membandingkan perhitungan PPh Pasal 21 yang paling menguntungkan diterapkan antara metode net dengan metode gross up pada PT Braja Mukti Cakra di Bekasi Jawa Barat, dimana kedua metode tersebut memiliki persamaan bahwa perusahaan yang akan menanggung pajak karyawannya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perhitungan PPh Pasal 21 menggunakan metode gross up memberikan keuntungan bagi kedua belah pihak baik perusahaan maupun karyawan, sedangkan perhitungan PPh Pasal 21 dengan metode net hanya memberikan keuntungan pada karyawan. Metode gross up ini apabila digunakan oleh perusahaan, maka pengeluaran untuk gaji dan tunjangan pajak tersebut dapat dibiayakan secara komersial maupun fiskal, sehingga beban Pajak Penghasilan Badan menjadi lebih kecil dibanding menggunakan metode net, karena biaya yang dikeluarkan untuk membayar PPh Pasal 21 karyawan tidak dapat dibiayakan dalam perhitungan Pajak Penghasilan Badan.

Abstract

Audit Planning and Determination of Materiality is an important component in the implementation of the Audit of Financial Statements. To give a proper opinion that the financial statements are free from the risk of material misstatement, the auditor needs to make a good audit plan and provide a level of materiality in the financial statements. Materiality requires professional judgment with reference to the size or nature of misstatements, which are expected to influence the decisions of users of financial statements. This internship report is to be able to find out how the auditors at KAP BS and Partners determine the audit plan and determine the level of materiality, in the early stages of audit planning. The result of the internship is that the financial statement audit planning is in accordance with audit standard number 300 regarding planning an audit of financial statements, audit standard number 315 regarding the identification and assessment of material misstatements through an understanding of the entity and its environment as well as audit standard number 210 and in accordance with standards audit number 320 which regulates materiality in the planning and implementation stages of the audit.

Abstract

Adanya GoFood, membuat pekerjaan menjadi lebih efisien, karena masyarakat dapat memperoleh makanan yang diinginkan melalui handphone dimanapun berada, baik di rumah, maupun di luar rumah. Dari kualitas layanan yang dapat memenuhi keinginan dan harapan serta kepercayaan, akan berdampak kepada terciptanya kepuasan pelanggan dan loyalitas pelanggan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel Kualitas Layanan dan Kepercayaan Konsumen terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan yang berimplikasi pada Loyalitas Pelanggan GoFood di Kota Bekasi. Penelitian kuantitatif dengan pengolahan data Smart PLS 3. Sampel yang digunakan 100 responden dengan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian dan kesimpulan menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan dan Kepercayaan Konsumen terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan; ada pengaruh Kepercayaan Konsumen dan Kepuasan Pelanggan terhadap Loyalitas pelanggan; Kepuasan Pelanggan memediasi antara Kualitas Layanan dan Loyalitas Pelanggan; Kualitas Layanan tidak berpengaruh terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan, dan Kepuasan Pelanggan tidak memediasi antara Kepercayaan Konsumen dan Loyalitas Pelanggan. Hasil penelitian dapat menjadi masukan bagi manajemen GoFood dan mitra GoFood.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Public Accounting Firm (KAP) compliance aspects to the Quality Control Standards (SPM) design that has been previously established, through the implementation of Engagement Quality Control Review (EQCR) on banking institutional clients. To maintain the quality audit opinion results, the audit procedures start from pre-engagement, assigning audit process, concluding the review result by quality control reviewer engagement team by filling out checklist on EQCR Sheet document, based on standard containing general client data, financial data, completeness checklist documents, and draft report. The implementation EQCR document result show, from the compliance aspect KAP has carried out audit procedures guided by SPM manual design, although review and monitoring are needed in terms of documentation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of consumer experiences, time saving orientation, and price saving orientation on actual behavior using grab food through convenience motivation as an intervening variable. This study uses a quantitative approach and a pilot study of 30 respondents was conducted to test the research instrument. The object of this research is the people of Bekasi City by using a sample of 136 respondents. The data analysis technique in this study uses regression using the SPSS version 24 application. The results show that consumer experiences, time saving orientation, and price saving orientation variables have a significant effect on actual behavior and convenience motivation in using grab food. Meanwhile, convenience motivation is able to mediate consumer experiences, time saving orientation, and price saving orientation towards actual behavior in using grab food.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of the work environment, work discipline and work motivation on employee performance at the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia. The method used is quantitative with sampling using probability sampling technique. The total population in this study was 2,909 employees with 207 respondents selected at random (random sampling). Primary data for this study were collected by distributing questionnaires to employees at the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia. The software used is Smart PLS 3.0. The results of this study reveal that: 1) Work Environment has a significant effect on Employee Performance with a standard value at the P-value level <0.05 (0.043 <0.05); 2) Work Discipline has a significant effect on Employee Performance with a standard value at the P-value level <0.05 (0.011 <0.05); 3) Work Motivation has a significant effect on Employee Performance with a standard value at the P-value level <0.05 (0.000 <0.05); 4) Work Environment, Work Discipline and Work Motivation together have a significant effect on Employee Performance with an F-count of 288.47 > F-table of 2.65 and the value of the coefficient of determination (R2) in R-Square obtains a value of 81 percent.

Abstract

Management of human resources as an MSME driver deserves to be done immediately, this is because it is very useful for the sustainability of an MSME, especially in the Digital 4.0 era, currently human resources as drivers are required to have the ability to use digital marketing to market their products. One of the MSME areas with creative business potential that can support the economy of the surrounding residents is Marga Mulya Village, North Bekasi District, Bekasi City. This study aims to find out how big the role of HR management is in driving and managing MSMEs in this digital era to utilize technological advances in this digital era to maximize the sales of the products they produce. Mastering technology is a skill that is needed in business management. If the ability to master technology can be achieved, the performance of MSMEs, especially in terms of marketing, can increase because we know that MSMEs are one type of business that has great potential in Indonesia

Abstract

The study focuses on Millennials in Bekasi City to examine the relationship between brand experience, brand trust, brand love and brand loyalty. This study uses a quantitative approach with convenient sampling and survey methods to collect data from 100 respondents. In this study, data are analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM) using Smart PLS software. Findings show that brand experience and brand trust have a positive impact on brand love. Furthermore, brand trust and brand love positively affect brand loyalty, whereas brand experience does not. The study also found that the relationship between brand experience and brand trust in terms of brand loyalty is mediated by brand love. This indicates that brand love plays a mediating role in the relationship between brand experience and brand trust in terms of brand loyalty. The research highlights the importance of emotional connection in building brand loyalty, especially for brands based on religion and beliefs. Marketers should focus on creating positive brand experiences, building consumer trust, fostering brand loyalty, and ultimately increasing brand loyalty.
