Abstract

Penyuluhan pengenalan strategi pemasaran digital merupakan bagian dari Pengabdian KepadaMasyarakat yang bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman dan keterampilan kepada generasi Zdalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital untuk keperluan pemasaran. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan diSMK Darussalam Ciputat dengan tema "Penyuluhan Pengenalan Strategi Pemasaran Digital untukGenerasi Z di Sekolah Menengah". Tujuan utama dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk memperkenalkansiswa tentang pentingnya pemasaran digital dalam dunia bisnis modern, serta memberikanpemahaman tentang bagaimana memanfaatkan platform digital untuk mempromosikan produkatau layanan. Di tengah pesatnya perkembangan dunia digital, generasi Z yang akrab denganteknologi harus memiliki keterampilan dalam strategi pemasaran untuk menghadapi persaingan diera digital. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi pemaparan materi melalui presentasi mengenaipemasaran digital yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan generasi Z. Materi yang disampaikanmencakup dasar-dasar pemasaran digital, pengenalan alat-alat pemasaran seperti SEO, socialmedia marketing, serta cara membuat kampanye pemasaran yang efektif dan sesuai dengan trendigital saat ini. Kegiatan ini berlangsung selama satu hari, dimulai dengan pembukaan,penyampaian materi oleh narasumber, hingga sesi tanya jawab yang mengundang partisipasi aktifsiswa. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman siswa mengenai pentingnyapemasaran digital dan cara-cara praktis yang dapat diterapkan untuk mempromosikan produksecara online. Siswa juga menunjukkan antusiasme dalam mengimplementasikan pengetahuanyang diperoleh, seperti merencanakan konten pemasaran yang menarik di platform digital.Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak positif yang berkelanjutan dengan membekaligenerasi muda dengan keterampilan pemasaran digital yang relevan dan memadai, sehingga dapat menghadapi tantangan dunia kerja yang semakin digital

Abstract

The Bapapai tradition is a wedding bathing ritual of the Banjar tribe in Betara District that symbolizes physical and spiritual purification before marriage. The existence of this ritual contains syncretism between pre-Islamic beliefs and Islamic values, prompting the need to examine the form of acculturation between Islamic law and customs in its practice. This study aims to analyze the process, transformation of meaning, and the position of the Bapapai tradition from the perspective of Islamic law. The research method used is qualitative with a socio-legal and ethnographic approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation in Betara District, then analyzed using the Maqashid Syariah lens. The results show that Bapapai functions as a rite of passage and a symbol of prayer for household blessings. A transformation of meaning has occurred from mystical to religious practice, where pre-Islamic elements such as offerings have been adapted with prayers, salawat, and zikir. From the Maqashid Syariah perspective, this tradition is categorized as 'Urf Shahih (valid custom) and an aspect of Tahsiniyat (perfection of aesthetics and ethics) as it supports mental health and does not conflict with sharia as long as it remains free from shirk and maintains modesty. The conclusion confirms that the Bapapai tradition in Betara District is a form of harmonious acculturation that integrates Islamic values into local culture without losing the ancestral identity of the Banjar tribe.

Abstract

Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) oleh program studi manajemen Universitas Pamulang di MA DARUL HIKMAH Pamulang pada 14 Januari 2025 mengusung tema” PELATIHAN DAN PENYULUHAN TEKNIK BELAJAR EFEKTIF UNTUK SISWA MENJELANG UJIAN’Kepada siswa dan siswi Darul Hikmah, pentingnya pola tidur yang baik, pola makan yang sehat, dan rutinitas olahraga yang mendukung kebugaran mental dan fisik. Dengan harapan, siswa dapat memanfaatkan waktu seoptimal mungkin dalam menghadapi ujian dan mencapai hasil yang maksimal. Pelatihan ini juga melibatkan sesi diskusi kelompok, kuis, dan simulasi ujian untuk memperkuat penerapan teknik yang telah dipelajari. Kegiatan ini dipimpin oleh Veta Lidya Delimah Pasaribu dan di lakukan melalui presentasi interaktif, workshop, serta diskusi. Dengan demikian, diharapkan para siswa dan siswi MA Darul Hikmah dapat menerapkan pola hidup yang sehat demi menuju masa depan yang cerah.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini untuk memberikan penyuluhandan pelatihan kepada para warga terutama di Kelurahan Pamulang barat bekerja samadengan para Dosen Universitas Pamulang. Metode kegiatan yang digunakan yaitu timpelaksana kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat mengunjungi kelurahan. Tahapberikutnya yaitu tahap pelaksanaan kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat. Tahap iniakan diberikan penyuluhan dan pelatihan kepada warga sekitar.

Abstract

Konflik adalah bagian yang tidak terpisahkan dari kehidupan sehari-hari, termasuk dilingkungan sekolah. Konflik yang tidak dikelola dengan baik dapat mengganggu proses belajarmengajar serta hubungan antar siswa. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan upaya untuk meningkatkankemampuan siswa dalam mengelola konflik melalui pendidikan manajemen konflik. Kegiatan inibertujuan untuk mengembangkan kemampuan penyelesaian masalah pada siswa SMA di MASDaarul Hikmah Pamulang. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi ceramah, diskusikelompok, dan simulasi peran untuk memberikan pemahaman mengenai jenis-jenis konflik,faktor penyebab konflik, serta strategi penyelesaian konflik yang efektif. Pelatihan ini jugamencakup pengenalan konsep komunikasi asertif, teknik negosiasi, serta pendekatan mediasisebagai keterampilan penting dalam penyelesaian konflik. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkanadanya peningkatan kemampuan siswa dalam mengenali dan mengelola konflik di lingkungansekolah. Selain itu, siswa juga menjadi lebih mampu berkomunikasi secara efektif dan mengambilkeputusan yang bijaksana dalam situasi konflik. Dengan demikian, program pendidikan inidiharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap terciptanya lingkungan sekolah yangkondusif dan harmonis.

Abstract

This study examines the effects of professional competence, work discipline, and work motivation on the performance of teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri in the Riau Islands Province. The scope of this research focuses on analysing both the partial and simultaneous influence of these three variables in order to provide a comprehensive understanding of key determinants of teacher performance in Islamic secondary schools within an archipelagic context. The main objective of the study is to identify the extent to which professional competence, work discipline, and work motivation contribute to improving teacher performance. This study employed a quantitative research design with a correlational and explanatory approach. The population consisted of all teachers of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri in the Riau Islands Province, and the sample was selected using proportional sampling techniques. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and analysed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that professional competence, work discipline, and work motivation each have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Furthermore, the simultaneous analysis shows that these three variables jointly explain a substantial proportion of the variance in teacher performance. The study concludes that integrated strategies to enhance competence, strengthen discipline, and increase motivation are essential for improving teacher performance and educational quality.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of recruitment and work discipline on employee performance at PT Sinar Jernih Sarana in South Tangerang. Recruitment is understood as the process of selecting and placing employees appropriately according to the company’s needs, while work discipline includes employee compliance with established rules and work standards. Employee performance is measured based on productivity, work quality, and efficiency in carrying out assigned tasks. This research employs a quantitative method using a survey approach and data analysis through multiple linear regression techniques. The sample consists of 100 randomly selected employees. The results indicate that effective recruitment has a positive impact on employee performance, and work discipline also significantly contributes to improving performance. Based on the analysis, it can be concluded that effective recruitment and strong work discipline can enhance employee performance at PT Sinar Jernih Sarana. Therefore, the company is encouraged to pay attention to these two factors in its efforts to improve workforce performance.

Abstract

Financing analysis has a very important role for Islamic banks in making decisions regarding the approval or rejection of financing applications, as well as being a guide for Islamic banks in ensuring the validity of the application. In carrying out banking financial activities, account officers always have to analyze prospective customers to process the financing provided. Therefore, the role of account officers in Islamic banks is crucial. This study serves to analyze the factors that will influence the account officer's decision to approve the application for consumer financing, as well as the factors that are the reasons for the rejection of financing applications by customers at PT Bank Sumut KCP Syariah HM Joni. The method applied in this study is qualitative method, which is a method that does not focus on numbers but uses notes, observations, interviews, and documents. Data collection is carried out through literature studies, interviews, observations, and using primary and secondary data. From the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that account officers must objectively evaluate various aspects related to financial subjects (Analysis 5C) before providing financing to customers who plan to apply for consumer financing at Bank Sumut KCP Syariah HM Joni.

Abstract

For criminal justice systems, the growing number of young people involved in drug-related crimes is a serious problem, especially when it comes to striking a balance between law enforcement and child protection and rehabilitation. By contrasting viewpoints from Islamic law and Indonesian positive law, this study investigates the use of restorative justice in the processing of adolescent drug cases in Tanjung Jabung Barat Regency, Jambi. The study used a qualitative socio-legal methodology that integrates normative legal analysis with empirical field data gathered via observations, interviews, and document analysis involving law enforcement personnel, rehabilitation facilities, families, and community people. The results show that diversionary measures required by Law No. 11 of 2012 regulating the Juvenile Criminal Justice System are the main means by which restorative justice is applied in juvenile drug cases. In order to guarantee that children are not subjected to punitive detention but rather have options for recovery and social reintegration, these systems prioritize mediation, rehabilitation, and community involvement. From the standpoint of Islamic law, restorative justice is consistent with fundamental tenets like tawbah (repentance), islah (reconciliation), and the protection of human welfare, all of which place an emphasis on moral reform and the preservation of children's dignity. These ideas support the adoption of restorative measures in the resolution of adolescent drug offenses in Tanjung Jabung Barat, a sociocultural setting where Malay-Islamic beliefs have a significant impact on community life. The report does, however, also point out a number of difficulties, such as the lack of rehabilitation facilities, the societal stigma associated with juvenile offenders, and the inconsistent use of diversion by law enforcement. The study comes to the conclusion that a framework for handling juvenile drug cases that prioritizes the rehabilitation and future well-being of children is both culturally sensitive and legally sound when restorative justice ideas are integrated with Islamic legal values and Indonesian statutory law.
