Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of social support and work experience on the decision to work or not. according to major. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with data analysis using SmartPLS. The population in this study were 47 employees of the CV Mitra Gamesindo Semarang office. This research aims to analyze the influence of social support and work experience on decision making to work outside of your major through self-efficacy. The results of this study show that: 1) social support has a significant effect on decision making to work not according to major, 2) work experience does not significantly influence decision making to work not according to major, 3) social support has a significant effect on decision making to work not according to major through self efficacy, 4) work experience has a significant effect on decision making to work not according to major through self efficacy, 5) social support has a significant effect on self efficacy, 6) work experience has a significant effect on self efficacy and 7) self efficacy has a significant effect on decision making work not according to major.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between high performance work systems, leader-member exchange, psychological wellbeing and psychological capital. The number of samples taken as many as 74 respondents with purposive sampling technique. The validity of the sample was tested by loading factor and average variance extracted (AVE) while the reliability test used an internal consistency test based on Cronbach's Alpha and Composite Reliability. Validity test with loading factor and AVE value shows a valid value. The reliability tester with the internal consistency test has Cronbach's Alpha and Composite Reliability values that meet the criteria.The results showed that the high-performance work system had a positive and significant effect of 0.370 on psychological capital with a P value of 0.045. The leader-member exchange has a positive and significant effect of 0.225 on psychological capital with P-values of 0.037. Psychological well-being was significant as a moderating effect between high-performance work systems on psychological capital with a P-value of 0.028 and psychological well-being was significant as a moderating effect between leader-member exchange on psychological capital with a P-value of 0.006

Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to determine the satisfaction of transformational leadership on performance with organizational commitment as mediast (intervening) on Islamic foundation X school employees in the city of Semarang. The hypothesis in this study is that there is an influence between job satisfaction, transformational leadership on performance and organizational commitment is subject mediation in This study totaled 39 people who were employees of the X Islamic School Foundation in the city of Semarang. The sampling technique used was an incidental technique. Data collection used 3 scales, namely the scale of job satisfaction, transformational leadership and organizational commitment. Meanwhile, for performance, using a performance assessment that was carried out in 2022 /2023. Data analysis was used using SEM-PLS 3.0. The results showed that job satisfaction has an effect on performance with a T statistic of 3.402> 1.9 with P = 0.001 <0.05, job satisfaction has no effect on organizational commitment with a T statistic of 0.440 1.9 with P = 0.660 > 0.05, commitment has no effect on performance with T statistic 1.960 <1.9 with P=0.051> 0.05, transformational leadership has no effect on performance with T statistic 0.209<1.9 with P=0.834-0.05 Transformational leadership influences organizational commitment with T statistic 3.770>1 .9 with P = 0.000 and organizational commitment is not able to mediate job satisfaction on performance with transformational leadership on performance. about performanceKeywords : Employee performance, Job satisfaction, Trnasformaational leadership, Organizatioanl commitmentAbstrak : Penelitian ini beretujuan untuk mengetahui kepuasan kerja, kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja dengan komitmen organisasi sebagai mediasi (intervening) pada pegawai sekolah yayasan islam X dikota Semarang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan 3 skala yaitu skala kepuasan kerja, kepemimpinan trnasformasional dan komitmen organisasi. Sedangkan untuk kinerja menggunakan penilaian kinerja yang sudah dilakukan pada tahun 2022/2023. Analisis data digunakan mengunakan SEM-PLS 3.0. Abstract

Involvement women in public sector currently increasing various fields work professions, such conditions certainly require a balance work and family life. There several factors affect work-life balance such as work stress, family support and family and work conflicts in a person. Low work-life balance in a career woman can result her not being able to carry out her role as a job and housewife properly so that work-life balance becomes important for all workers, including Kendall Police. Study aims to empirically examine effect work stress, family support and family and work conflict on work-life balance in Kendal Police women who married or have families. Temporary hypothesis that there is a positive and significant influence between work stress, family support, and family and work conflict on work-life balance in female police officers in Kendal Police station. Results study show that work stress partially affects work-life balance. Family support has no partial effect on work-life balance. Simultaneously family support has no effect on work balance through family and work conflict. Partially work stress affects work-life balance through family and work conflicts in Police Women of Kendal Police.Keywords: Work-Life Balance, Work-Family Conflict, Work Stress, Support Family.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to the direct correlation between leadership and role conflict with the trust of organizational members and indirect correlation through the role of sense of community as an intervening variable in the Paguyuban Wonogiri Manunggal Sedya (Pawonmas) organization. The research method was quantitative with a cross-sectional approach and used path analysis method using SMART-PLS. According to the study's findings, the majority of respondents (65%) have been members for five to eight years, and 41% are between the ages of 46 – 55 year old. Member trust is strongly correlated with leadership, role conflict, and sense of community; however, sense of community does not have a strong role in the indirect correlation between leadership and role conflict and member trust. In conclusion, it is necessary to attempts the sense of community among members in order to strengthen members' trust in the organization. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh sikap terhadap implementasi kebijakan pengelolaan sampah pada masyarakat slum area di kota Semarang. Hipotesis yang di pakai yaitu sikap akan berpengaruh terhadap implementasi kebijakan pengelolaan sampah pada masyarakat slum area di kota Semarang. Penelitian dilakukan di wilayah slum area Kecamatan Semarang Utara, Kota Semarang. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 100. Pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan sampling jenuh, maka seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sampel. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan beberapa metode seperti observasi, kuisioner, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif yaitu melakukan analisis tabulasi frekuensi dan analisis regresi sederhana dengan program SPSS 25 for windows. Penelitian menunjukkan sikap berpengaruh terhadap implementasi kebijakan pengelolaan sampah. Dengan demikian ada pengaruh yang kuat antara sikap masyarakat terhadap implementasi kebijakan pengelolaan sampah di wilayah slum area Kecamatan Semarang Utara, Kota Semarang. Semakin baik sikap yang ditujukan oleh masyarakat, maka akan semakin berhasil pula pelaksanaan implementasi kebijakan..

Abstract

This international community service was conducted at Muslimeen Suksa School, Hatyai, Thailand. This PKM was conducted with the aim of providing training with the theme of Mindfullness to increase students' self-confidence. The problem that often occurs is that to motivate students' self-confidence, there is no specific curriculum that supports it. Moreover, students equivalent to high school prioritize emotional souls that are sometimes not accompanied by positive thinking, which has an impact on suboptimal self-confidence. Age is one of the considerations, considering that high school age is an age that prioritizes spontaneity or what is desired. Sometimes ideals have not been described by them. The method of this activity is in the form of training by distributing pretest and posttest answers to show participants' understanding before and after the material is given about Mindfullness, which is expected to increase students' self-confidence with the method being training that takes almost 3 hours, which is attended by around 75 students and 5 teachers and 1 principal. The results obtained in the form of descriptive qualitative by explaining and describing the conditions of participants who participated in this activity happily and enthusiastically, considering that this was the first activity to be followed and carried out by higher education institutions from Indonesia. Abstract

This study emphasizes on the service performance of medical personnel in hospitals, one of which is due to the emotional condition of the services of the medical personnel. The research method used is quantitative method related to the emotional condition of the medical personnel measured using Vital Sign. The research subjects consisted of 67 medical personnel, but only 50 returned the google forms. While the relationship between the two used SPSS version 22. The validity test showed that the service performance variable was appropriate or valid variable.The result of the statistical analysis of Non Parametric correlation shows that there is relationship with the result of the normality test of p (sig) 0.01. It is proven that the Service Performance variable is not normal, so the test must use the non-parametric correlation test with Spearman-Rho with the correlation coefficient result of 0.562 with p (sig) 0.000. This means that there is significant relationship between the Emotional Condition variable and the Service Performance variable of the medical personnel. The results of this study prove that when the emotional condition of medical personnel increases, the service performance will decrease, which means that the responsibility for service quality decreases somewhat, dares to take risks for services that are slightly neglected, has service goal that is somewhat less attention, less planning for services, less thinking about feedback from the services provided, and the possibility of less thinking about getting the opportunity to realize services.Penelitian ini menekankan pada kinerja pelayanan tenaga medis di rumah sakit yang salah satunya disebabkan oleh kondisi emosional terhadap pelayanan tenaga medis tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif yang berkaitan dengan kondisi emosional tenaga medis yang diukur dengan menggunakan Vital Sign. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 67 tenaga medis, namun yang mengembalikan google form hanya 50 orang. Sedangkan untuk hubungan keduanya menggunakan SPSS versi 22. Uji validitas menunjukkan bahwa variabel kinerja pelayanan merupakan variabel yang tepat atau valid. Hasil analisis statistik korelasi Non Parametrik menunjukkan adanya hubungan dengan hasil uji normalitas p (sig) 0,01. Hal ini terbukti bahwa variabel Kinerja Pelayanan tidak normal, sehingga pengujian harus menggunakan uji korelasi non parametrik dengan Spearman-Rho dengan hasil koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,562 dengan p (sig) 0,000. Hal ini berarti terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel Kondisi Emosional dengan variabel Kinerja Pelayanan Tenaga Medis. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa ketika kondisi emosional tenaga medis meningkat maka kinerja pelayanannya akan menurun yang berarti tanggung jawab terhadap mutu pelayanan agak menurun, keberanian mengambil risiko terhadap pelayanan agak kurang diperhatikan, tujuan pelayanan yang agak kurang diperhatikan, kurang merencanakan pelayanan, kurang memikirkan umpan balik dari pelayanan yang diberikan, dan kemungkinan kurang memikirkan untuk mendapatkan kesempatan dalam merealisasikan pelayanan.

Abstract

Employees who have loyalty and commitment will try their best to achieve goals. When employees feel satisfied with the work they do, then employees work optimally in completing their work. Individuals who have high work motivation will bring up OCB behavior. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of Organizational Commitment and Work Motivation on Organizational Citizenship Behavior Through Job Satisfaction as Intervening Variables at PT RMB. This study used quantitative methods with random sampling techniques. The population in this study were PT RMB employees, totaling 183 people. The results of the study found that there was a positive and significant effect between job satisfaction and OCB at PT RMB. There is a positive and significant influence between organizational commitment and job satisfaction at PT RMB. The mindset variable has a significant effect on job satisfaction. There is no significant influence between Organizational Commitment and OCB on employees at PT RMB. There is a positive and significant influence between organizational commitment and job satisfaction at PT RMB. There is no significant effect between work motivation and OCB on employees at PT RMB.
