Abstract

This research focuses on the role of leadership rooted in Pancasila values in shaping competitive organizations. The research methodology employs SLR to assess literature related to this concept. The steps of SLR, starting from formulating research problems, developing review protocols, searching for literature, screening inclusions, assessing literature quality, to reporting findings, are detailed. The research findings highlight various aspects of leadership, the leader's role in organizational transformation, leadership styles, Pancasila values, and the concept of competitiveness within organizations.

Abstract

Health status is increasingly declining in the community, especially rural communities. Public Health Problems are global challenges that are often influenced by social, economic and environmental factors. Some of the health problems of rural communities are limited access to health services, low number of families participating in family planning programs, higher poverty rates, and many residents who do not have health insurance. Efforts to overcome this problem are by promoting health education through outreach programs that focus on disease prevention, increasing access to health services through government policies, and providing information to rural communities about the importance of creating a healthy environment. The design of this research is a Systematic Literature Review based on journal references. Through these prevention efforts, it is hoped that rural community health problems can be resolved and the quality of life of rural communities can improve significantly.

Abstract

The influence of health, safety, workload and work environment is very important because employees need protection from accidents, illnesses and uncomfortable conditions while working in order to achieve optimal productivity. The purpose of this research is to determine whether there is an influence of work safety, work health and work environment on the work productivity of employees of PT. Sari Dumai Oleo (Apical Group). This research consists of four variables, namely Occupational Safety and Health (K3) (X1), Work Environment Physical (X2), and Employee Work (Y). This research uses data collection methods in the form of interviews, observations, questionnaires. The data analysis methods used are descriptive analysis, data quality testing, classical assumption testing. The results of the analysis state that: (1) Occupational Safety and Health (K3) has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance, (2) Workload has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance,(3) Physical Work Environment has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance.

Abstract

Scientific work is defined as the results of published research that contribute to the development of science. This study aims to explore the importance of scientific work in the context of higher education through a systematic literature review method. The method used in this study involves the collection, evaluation, and analysis of relevant articles from various academic databases. The findings indicate that scientific work plays a crucial role in improving the quality of education, facilitating further research, and strengthening collaboration between institutions. The discussion highlights the challenges faced in the publication and accessibility of scientific work, as well as the implications for the development of higher education curricula. This study emphasizes the importance of integrating scientific work into the teaching and learning process to produce competitive and innovative graduates. The results show that integrating scientific work into the higher education curriculum can increase the relevance of education to the needs of industry and society. The conclusions of this study emphasize the need for better strategies in supporting the publication of scientific work, as well as the importance of strengthening collaboration between educational institutions and the industrial sector to maximize the impact of scientific work in education.

Abstract

This study explores the good and correct use of Indonesian in daily life, by highlighting various problems faced by the community in applying language rules. In particular, the main issues raised include a lack of understanding of correct grammar and vocabulary, as well as the impact of the use of social media that often ignores the rules of formal language. The main objective of this study is to analyze the appropriate use of Indonesian in various social contexts, as well as to evaluate how the application of language rules can affect the effectiveness of communication. Thus, this study aims to provide insight into the importance of good language use in daily interactions. The research method used is Systematic Literature Review (SLR), which allows researchers to identify, review, and analyze relevant literature sources. Searches are conducted in academic databases with related keywords, and the selected articles include research published within a specific time span, thus providing a comprehensive overview of the topic. The results of the study show that there are several important factors that affect the good use of Indonesian, including understanding of grammar rules, choosing the right vocabulary, and the influence of social media which often causes deviations from the correct language rules. The discussion showed that effective language education can help increase public awareness of the importance of good language use, as well as provide recommendations for the development of language education curricula that are more relevant to the modern context. The novelty of this study lies in the merger of traditional and modern perspectives in the use of language, as well as the emphasis on the need to adapt language education in the face of the challenges of the digital age. This research is expected to make a significant contribution to the understanding and application of good and correct Indonesian in daily life.

Abstract

Digital media, especially social media, has become an important part of people's daily lives. Its presence has brought about major changes in the way society communicates, shifting from conventional methods to more modern and technology-based methods. Digital media makes communication faster, more efficient and easily accessible to all groups. In addition, this media offers people the opportunity to share information, interact and create social networks without geographic boundaries. However, despite the benefits, there are challenges such as misuse of information and lack of face-to-face interaction. This research examines how the role of digital media influences communication in everyday life, both positively and negatively. The results show that digital media has helped create more effective communication, although it still needs to be balanced with wise management to overcome its negative impacts.

Abstract

Audiovisual adalah istilah yang merujuk pada media yang menggabungkan elemen suara dan gambar untuk menyampaikan informasi atau cerita. Media ini dapat mencakup berbagai bentuk, seperti video, film, presentasi multimedia, dan alat bantu pengajaran lainnya yang menggunakan kombinasi suara (audio) dan visual (gambar, grafik, atau teks) untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterlibatan audiens.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas penggunaan media audiovisual yang bervariasi dalam meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam memahami teks narasi. Dengan mengadopsi pendekatan eksperimental, penelitian ini membandingkan prestasi belajar siswa pada kelompok eksperimen yang menggunakan media audiovisual dengan kelompok kontrol yang menggunakan metode pembelajaran konvensional. Melalui desain pre-test dan post-test, penelitian ini mengukur perubahan kemampuan siswa sebelum dan setelah perlakuan. Analisis data menggunakan uji-t independen menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara kedua kelompok, di mana siswa pada kelompok eksperimen memperoleh peningkatan kemampuan yang lebih baik dalam memahami teks narasi. Hasil penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa integrasi media audiovisual yang bervariasi ke dalam proses pembelajaran dapat menjadi strategi yang efektif untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa, motivasi belajar, dan pada akhirnya, pemahaman mereka terhadap teks narasi. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi para pendidik untuk mempertimbangkan penggunaan media audiovisual yang lebih beragam dalam pembelajaran bahasa dan sastra, khususnya dalam mengembangkan keterampilan literasi siswa.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengedukasi generasi Z tentang dampak media sosial terhadap tingkat produktivitas khususnya generasi Z atau  yang dapat disebut generasi zoomer. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode systematic literature review (SLR) sebagai metode penelitian dengan menjadikan peneletian-penelitian ilmiah terdahulu sebagai data yang disajikan. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu gen Z sebagai generasi terdepan tentang teknologi dapat menjadi nilai tambah bagi mereka karena generasi Z dapat memunculkan inovasi-inovasi terbaru yang menjadi pembeda antara generasi z dengan generasi-generasi pendahulu. Namun, dengan penggunaan yang tidak berlebihan. Dapat disimpulkan, media sosial dapat menjadi hal yang membantu tetapi dapat juga mengganggu aktivitas produktif lainnya tergantung bagaimana setiap pengguna bisa menggunakannya dengan baik atau tidak. Implikasi dari berlebihan dalam menggunakan media sosial atau yang bisa disebut kecanduan media sosial. Seseorang yang kecanduan media sosial dapat membuat mereka malas untuk melakukan aktivitas produktif lain.
