Abstract

As the current hospital in Indonesia has shifted toward profit oriented, one of the causes is that Indonesia's entry into a free-market system that requires us to change our perspective on hospitals, (manajemen.net, 26th June 2020). As the age and technology developed, social media is considered to be an effective and efficient marketing medium for hospitals. Social media is one of the few that make it easier for people to get information on things because social media is easily accessible to all. The purpose of this research is to learn about Bayukarta's hospital marketing strategies through social media of Instagram. The research used concept theory "The Circular Model of SOME" (share, optimize, manage, engage) by Regina Luttrell. Methods used case research with qualitative descriptive approaches and data-collection techniques with interviews, observations. As a result of this research, Bayukarta's hospital chose social media Instagram towards increasingly growing social media users and matched Bayukarta's hospital target market. Bayukarta Hospital's Marketing propagates information about products or services offered to audiences through a post on the social media account Instagram @rs.bayukarta, before posting content done by collecting photos of products or services, events, promotions and discounts. The social instagram of bayukarta hospital is staffed by social media admins to respond to individual comments or questions of followers. To build a trust in Bayukarta Hospital consumers involves competent medical professionals and health-care professionals.

Abstract

Pekerja rumah tangga mempunyai peran penting dalam bentuk jasa ruang lingkup kerumahtanggaan. Oleh karena peran tersebut perlu memberikan pengakuan bahwa pekerja rumah tangga memiliki kualitas yang sama dengan pekerja yang lain, tanpa adanya diskriminasi khususnya dalam penerapan Pengupahan, sebagaimana yang diatur dalam pasal 2 ayat 2 Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 36 Tahun 2021 Tentang Pengupahan. Pengaturan mengenai upah dan tunjangan pekerja rumah tangga belum diatur secara khusus dan rinci sehingga mengakibatkan kekosongan hukum. Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan sistem pengupahan yang diterima oleh pekerja rumah tangga untuk memperoleh perlakuan yang sama dengan pekerja yang lain tanpa adanya diskriminasi. Jenis penelitian ini kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan Yuridis-Empiris. Sumber data meliputi data primer melalui pendekatan berupa wawancara, sedangkan data sekunder melalui ilmu perundang-undangan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa hak pekerja rumah tangga mengalami diskriminasi, karena penerapan upah dan tunjangan pekerja rumah tangga tidak sesuai standart kehidupan yang layak (KHL) yang pada pada saat ini. Sehingga hal tersebut bertentangan dengan peraturan Pasal 2 ayat 2 Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 36 Tahun 2021 tentang Pengupahan

Abstract

Community Service Activities (Pengmas) carried out by Working Group (POKJA) 5 of the Immanuel Bandung Health Institute in RW 05 Sub District Babakan Asih, Bandung City. Community service aims to increase public knowledge about health and providing business ideas without capital for housewives and using artificial intelligence for marketing in Sub District Babakan Asih, Bandung City. The activity involved 7 lecturers from the Professional Nursing Program, Bachelor of Public Health, Diploma 3 in Nursing, Diploma 3 in Midwifery and Diploma 3 in Hospital Service Management (MPRS). The community service method is carried out by means of counseling and question and answer. The media used are laptops, LCD, LCD screens and speakers to display material in the form of power points and interactive videos. The material presented to the public was carried out in just 1 stage and took place in the courtyard of RW 05 Office. The community service was held on Wednesday 13th November 2024, the material presented included: Degenerative Diseases, Prevention of Tuberculosis, Use of Contraceptives, How to Know the Fertile Period for Those Who Are Using Natural Birth Control and Providing Business Ideas Without Capital For Housewives and Using Artificial Intelligence For Marketing, as well as collecting data through Pre and Post Tests regarding Hypertension. The recommendation that can be recommended is that monitoring can be carried out in the area regarding what counseling materials have been provided, whether there are changes in attitudes and behavior or not.

Abstract

This research was motivated by problems regarding parenting, difficulties in directing children to study because they get bored easily, difficulty dividing time between work and helping children when studying and difficulty in dealing with children using gadgets. This research aims to determine the parenting patterns obtained by Setia Bhakti Vocational School students and the impact obtained from parental care. The method used is a qualitative method with a case study approach. The research subjects were students of Setia Bhakti Vocational School, Tangerang City, class XI majoring in accounting who were taking online learning. Based on the data obtained, the pandemic has changed the parenting style provided by parents, where parents are not only involved in helping their children learn at home but also have to provide learning support facilities. Apart from that, working parents also have to divide their time between work and their children's needs during the online learning process. Not only that, parents must also monitor their child's development so that it does not decline and make the learning atmosphere enjoyable.

Abstract

Abstract. Industry 4.0 become popular when it launched first time in 2011. This revolution refers to interconnection of manufacturing system, which known as Internet of Things. As Indonesia embrace the challenge in 2018, PT SKY, an Indonesia aerospace manufacturing company start the initiative at 2020, by configure digital council. This is to facilitate automation and digitalization initiative within the organization. The team member is part timer from cross function department, who passionate and occupy by self-develop skill on it. Recent challenge of growth of customer demand, and some constraint face by digital council, management view an opportunity to be cost competitive organization company, by develop more focus on automation and digitalization. However, a challenge for company in low-cost country, require proper strategy approach. Based on organization design theory, strategy, and organization structure, have correlation. This study explores the propose organizational design for the company. A decision-making analysis performed thru AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) approach to select highest ranking of three alternatives of organization structure, with three criteria. Result analysis show hybrid as highest-ranking score 0.464, then follow by semi structured interview, thematic data analysis, to collect the insight from the team. Based on research execution, the study able to recommends hybrid organization structure with three important actions, to bridge from current digital council ad hoc organization.  Keywords:  Organization design, manufacturing, AHP, Industry 4.0

Abstract

Menurut data WHO, anemia defisiensi besi diperkirakan menjadi salah satu penyebab tingginya angka kematian pada perempuan usia subur, terutama saat mereka hamil dan melahirkan. Selain itu, perempuan usia subur yang menderita anemia menjadi kurang produktif dan memiliki kemampuan akademik yang kurang. Di Indonesia 30% perempuan berusia antara 15-24 tahun menderita anemia. Sedangkan di Jawa Barat yang berpenduduk lebih dari 47 juta jiwa,  lebih dari 50% perempuan usia SMP menderita anemia (Roche dkk., 2018) Melihat situasi ini, pemerintah Indonesia mengacu kepada WHO memberikan tablet suplemen penambah darah bagi perempuan usia subur di Indonesia. Namun, pemberian tablet ini tidak dimanfaatkan dengan baik, karena banyak faktor yang melatarbelakanginya. Faktor sosial budaya seperti adanya mitos bahwa perempuan yang sedang menstruasi tidak boleh makan ikan atau daging karena dapat mengakibatkan darahnya menjadi bau anyir, menjadi salah satu penyebab banyak perempuan usia subur kekurangan zat besi. Pemahaman yang rancu antara darah rendah dan kurang darah pun masih ada, sehingga perempuan tidak mau diberi tablet tambah darah karena takut membuatnya menderita tekanan darah tinggi (Roche dkk., 2018). Padahal anemia ini dapat dicegah dari awal dengan menerapkan pola hidup sehat serta mengonsumsi makanan dengan nutrisi lengkap. Menyikapi situasi dan kondisi di atas, pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini mengusung tema “Pencegahan Anemia pada Perempuan Usia Subur di Kecamatan Cimenyan, Kabupaten Bandung”. Peserta penyuluhan ini adalah para perempuan berusia subur anggota majelis taklim Al Amanah di Kecamatan Cimenyan, Kabupaten Bandung. Dengan adanya penyuluhan ini, diharapkan para perempuan usia subur lebih memperhatikan kondisi kesehatan dirinya, terutama yang berkaitan dengan anemia, sehingga mereka dapat mengoptimalkan dirinya dan juga dapat melahirkan generasi yang sehat.

Abstract

The progress of the banking system cannot be separated from the role of information technology. In addition to facilitating the company's internal operations, technology tools also aim to facilitate service to bank customers. One side of Information Technology provides not a few benefits to improving services both public services and internal services. On the other hand Information Technology is used by people who are not responsible by committing acts that are against the law, which attacks various legal interests of the people, society, and the state. This study aims to get information about banking crimes that use the skimming method and about legal protection for customers who are victims of skimming crime. The research method is juridical normative, namely obtaining and combining and analyzing data obtained from books, articles and journals and related legislation. The results obtained are that crime skimming is an old mode of customer money burglary which is done by stealing customer data at the customer's ATM with skimmer techniques. Legal protection against customers who are harmed due to the crime of skimming can be carried out by criminal means, namely reporting to the police and the police's duty to arrest the perpetrators. Legal protection through civil law by way of the bank replacing the customer's money after clarifying the transaction against the customer's account

Abstract

The emergence of society 5.0 promotes balance in all fields, especially education, and can provide a role in the progress of the learning process. The importance of students having digital literacy skills and competencies of prospective teachers is to have a critical and creative mindset for learning innovation in the classroom and be able to process information wise. The purpose of  this study is to see the ability of digital literacy and the competence of prospective teacher students and find out the influence of digital literacy on the competence of prospective teacher students in the era of society  5.0. The research uses a quantitative approach with a correlation method. The research population was all students of the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training UIN Sunan Gunung Djati, with a sample of 1.132 students. The sampling technique uses random sampling. Data is collected through filling out questionnaires. The results of this study show that students are ready to face the era of society 5.0, marked by students being good at operating the internet to find  information and balanced by understanding the competence of the prospective teacher. There was a significant positive relationship between digital literacy and the competence of prospective teacher students and obtained an r count of 0.645 in the high category. It is shown that 41.6% of the competencies of prospective teachers are influenced by digital literacy and other unrelated factors with this study influence the remaining 58.4%.

Abstract

This study presents a bibliometric analysis of social media trends in hospital marketing over the past decade, highlighting key developments and emerging themes within this field. The increasing integration of social media into hospital marketing strategies has revolutionized patient engagement, service promotion, and brand management. Utilizing data from major academic databases from Scopus, this research employs a sequential explanatory design, combining quantitative bibliometric analysis with qualitative insights to examine publication trends, citation patterns, and co-authorship networks. The findings reveal distinct phases of research activity, with a significant surge in publications around 2019, driven by advancements in digital marketing. Notably, the United States emerges as the central hub of international collaboration, with strong ties to countries such as Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. Key themes identified include the impact of social media on patient satisfaction, the role of specific platforms like Facebook and Twitter, and the evolving nature of hospital branding. This analysis provides a comprehensive overview of the intellectual structure of the field, offering valuable insights for future research and practical applications in hospital marketing using another social media platform for example: Instagram or Twitter (X).

Abstract

Abstract[English]This paper aims to show how the social media became as an important learning space for first-time voter to get their political understanding. In addition, this paper also wants to showed the implications that may arise from that. This is important due to political understanding is an important thing that will shape the political behavior tendencies of first-time voter when they will came to use their political rights in general elections. This paper is based on the results of a qualitative research conducted in Makassar City in 2020. The research was conducted on the first-time voter segment, which is students from several high schools on how social media can be as the important source of information for their political understanding where more than their parents or school. At the end, this paper shows the role of social media for the formation of political understanding of first-time voter in placing themselves properly in a democratic system.Abstrak[Indonesia]Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menunjukkan bagiamana media sosial menjadi salah satu ruang belajar penting bagi pemilih pemula dalam mendapatkan pemahaman politiknya. Selain itu tulisan ini juga menunjukkan implikasi yang mungkin timbul dari proses tersebut. Hal ini penting mengingat pemahaman politik merupakan hal yang penting yang nantinya akan membentuk kecenderungan perilaku politik pemilih pemula ketika nantinya akan menggunakan hak politiknya dalam pemilihan umum. Tulisan ini didasarkan pada hasil penelitian kualitatif yang dilakukan di Kota Makassar pada tahun 2020. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap segmen pemilih pemula yang merupakan siswa dari bebrapa sekolah menegah atas dan sederajat tentang bagaimana media sosial dapat menjadi sumber informasi bagi pemahaman politiknya. Pada akhirnya tulisan ini menunjukkan peran media sosial bagi pembentukan pemahaman politik pemilih pemula dalam menempatkan diri secara tepat dalam sistem demokrasi.
