Abstract

As a perfect human being and is known as thinking beings and is known as thinking beings called homosapiens. Humans are able to maintain the existence of the earth at the same time maintaining its leadership and empower the surrounding creatures for his own benefit and using a knife scientific analysis and empirical data. Ontology is the science which deals with the nature of the existing, which is a reality in the form of the either concrete or abstract.Epistemology is the science which deals with how to gain knowledge that well known as scientific method.Three elements must be releated to each other.

Abstract

School has been considered for long as the center of educational institutions which is able to educate the youth as the nation upcoming generation. The scool success in conducting the qualified educational program mainly depends on the influence of some exsistences like the environment,family and community as the part of either formal of informal educational system. In the modern life, the philosophy of exsistentialism is not only applied in the educational settings, but also in the social life. Acording to the perspective of exsistentialism, the school should give freedom to each individual to do as how they want to since not all individuals have the same interest and orientation and the also have the willingness to be accountable for what they did.

Abstract

Purpose: Strategy formulation is part of organization design study to evaluate decision thoroughly, then enable organization to achieve company goal. This study aims to formulate strategy of automation and digitalization for PT XYZ, to be ready for welcoming future growth of demand by maintain competitive cost within the same industry. Method: The study collects primary data from focus group discussion with selected participant of PT XYZ, located in Bandung, Indonesia, with participant selection based on information rich person reference. Data collection and analysis utilize qualitative and quantitative approach, and utilize three steps of strategy formulation (input stage, matching stage and decision stage). Results: Strategy formulation steps as per theory, applicable to finalize strategy to support industry 4.0 transformation at PT XYZ. Combine steps with latest internal and external factor analysis method, such as PESTLE, VRIO, Porter Value Chain analysis, and QSPM, help broaden the perspective of the participant during discussion. The study resulted eight strategies, which then simplified by data reduction approach to be four. Conclusions: The study successfully formulates PT XYZ's digital transformation strategy for Industry 4.0 by integrating comprehensive strategic tools such as PESTLE, Value Chain Analysis, VRIO, SWOT, TOWS, and QSPM. Strategy execution is prioritized in three phases: establishing an organizational hierarchy aligned with internal capabilities, adapting appropriate technologies to support human functions, and enhancing local and intercompany networks. Limitations: This study is limited by its qualitative reliance on focus group discussions, which may be influenced by participant bias and lack real-time implementation feedback. Contributions: By conducting this study, author expect it will prove the practical implementation of strategy formulation in industry 4.0 transformation for aerospace industry in Indonesia and Asia.

Abstract

Upaya perlindungan terhadap ibu hamil dan bayi yang dilahirkan dilakukan melalui program safe motherhood. Dengan memperhatikan kesenjangan safe motherhood di desa Babakan, tim Pengabdi melaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan tujuan untuk menyampaikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan terkait pemeriksaan kehamilan, pendampingan persalinan, nutrisi bayi dan balita, serta kader remaja. Kegiatan dilaksanakan oleh dosen dan mahasiswa dari program studi Keperawatan, Kebidanan, Gizi, dan Kesehatan Masyarakat Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kesehatan Immanuel Bandung. Masyarakat dapat menjawab pertanyaan terkait pengetahuan dan dapat mempraktikan kembali keterampilan yang disampaikan dalam kegiatan.

Abstract

Dalam pelaksanaan JKN, kegiatan coder klaim BPJS Kesehatan dimulai dengan menerima dokumen rekam medis pasien BPJS dari unit assembling. Kemudian, jika ada kesalahan, dokumen tersebut dipisahkan dan dikirim ke bagian yang terkait untuk diperbaiki terlebih dahulu. Selanjutnya adalah menentukan kode penyakit dan prosedur medis. Tujuan penelitian, untuk mengetahui peran coder terkait keakuratan pengkodean ICD-10 pada pelaksanaan sistem INA-CBG’s di Rumah Sakit TK.II 14.01.05 Pelamonia Makassar. Metode ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif. Pengumpulan data melakukan dengan wawancara kepada Kepala Casemix, Kepala Rekam Medis, Petugas Coder dan Petugas Rekam Medis. Hasil dan Kesimpulan menunjukkan bahwa petugas rekam medis dan petugas coder rata-rata memiliki pengalaman yang mencukupi untuk menjalankan proses pengkodean klaim BPJS, walaupun masih terdapat beberapa permasalahan yang biasa dialami petugas. Petugas coder sudah mendapatkan pendidikan yang sesuai tentang pengkodean dan beberapa petugas pernah mengikuti seminar INA-CBG’s sehingga mengetahui apa itu INA-CBG’s dan juga fungsinya. Namun, masalah yang paling umum yang dihadapi petugas coder termasuk penulisan diagnosis penyakit yang sering disingkat, perbedaan antara tindakan yang ditulis dan dilaporkan DPJP.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) determine farmers' perceptions of climate change, (2) determine farmers' perceptions of the impact of climate change on rice paddy production, and (3) their adaptation strategies in rice paddy farming in Sibulue District, Bone Regency, South Sulawesi Province. The sample determination used a census. So the number of selected farmer samples was 38 farmers. The analysis used was descriptive analysis by combining scoring, in this case, the question items will be given answers according to a 5-level Likert scale where the Likert scale has 2 forms of statements, namely positive statements and negative statements, and descriptive statistical analysis by combining scoring and percentages of respondents' answers. The results of the study showed that farmers' perceptions of climate change in Sibulue District, Bone Regency included the frequency and intensity of rainfall becoming uncertain in the high category (3.74), and more frequent flooding in the category (3.51). Farmers' perceptions regarding the impact of climate change on rice farming production in Sibulue District, Bone Regency include crop damage due to strong winds in the high category (3.78), and reduced access to food in the category (3.51). Rice farmers' adaptation strategies in facing climate change in Sibulue District, Bone Regency include using superior varieties or seeds (95%), using climate-smart technology (95%), changing cropping patterns (92%), cultivating other crops on dry land (89%), using pesticides (new types, increasing or decreasing the dosage) (89%), adjusting planting times (82%), and changing irrigation techniques (82%).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality consisting of: tangible evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance  and empathy on student satisfaction at STIK Immanuel Bandung, and to find out Which service quality variable has the dominant influence on student satisfaction at STIK Immanuel Bandung. This is very important considering the quality of higher education education services often gets the spotlight and criticism from various parties because it is considered to have poor performance. This study is a causal study, namely research that seeks to find a causal relationship between the independent variable (independent) and the dependent variable (dependent). To do a causal analysis, the data analysis technique that can be used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that there was a positive influence on service quality factors consisting of: tangible evidence, reliability (responsiveness), responsiveness, assurance (Assurance) and empathy (Empathy) having a partial effect on the satisfaction of STIK Immanuel Bandung students) . Service factors Empathy and Tangible have the most dominant influence on satisfaction of STIK Immanuel Bandung students. Suggestions from researchers are to maintain service quality so far because service quality factors have been shown to have positive impacts on student satisfaction, need to provide training to academic staff both educators and education staff in improving service quality, looking at efforts to fulfill services from empathy and physical facilities in serving customers to be able to realize quality service quality, and improve services, especially regarding the problem of speed of complaint handling

Abstract

Legal aid is an effort to fulfill the human rights, especially of the poorest groups of the society. The Constitution guarantees the right of every citizen to equal treatment before the law, including the right to access justice through legal aid. Based on the principle of equality before the law and the purpose of access to law and justice, the Government of Indonesia issued a regulation to realize these principles and objectives through Law No. 16 of 2011 on Legal Aid. The substance of the regulation requires law enforcers especially advocates as legal aid providers to provide legal assistance free of charge to the poor in Indonesia, moreover these obligations are normative obligations for advocates as officium nobile (noble profession) and the mandate of the Law No.18 of 2003 concerning Advocates. It is expected that efforts to provide free legal assistance can do optimal and effective in serving the underprivileged.

Abstract

Setelah diberlakukannya undang-undang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik (ITE) di Indonesia, terdapat batasan-batasan tertentu dalam hal menyampaikan sesuatu melalui media social, terutama mengenai ujaran kebencian. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi Undang-Undang ITE dalam penyelesaian masalah ujaran kebencian pada media sosial. Metode yang digunakan metode studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan pengimplementasian undang-undang ITE sudah disesuaikan dengan tujuan Undang-Undang Dasar Tahun 1945,akan tetapi, di dalam penyelesaian masalah ujaran kebencian selalu terikat dengan pasal karet yaitu pada pasal 27, 28 dan 29 Undang-Undang ITE. Pasal ini seolah menjadi momok yang mengerikan, bahkan dijadikan sarana untuk membalas dendam, membungkam kritik, memenangkan suatu perkara atau bahkan menjadi senjata politik. Saran dari kajian ini adalah  agar pemerintah untuk mengkaji ulang isi dari beberapa pasal dan juga sanksi-sanksi terhadap pelaku ujaran kebencian. Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi merupakan visi dari seluruh perguruan tinggi di Indonesia yang terdiri dari pendidikan dan pengajaran, penelitian dan pengembangan, serta pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Sebagai upaya untuk mewujudkan visi tersebut, Program studi Magister Hukum Universitas Pamulang dengan melibatkan Dosen dan para Mahasiswa telah mengadakan Pengabdian Masyarakat dalam bentuk memberikan Penyuluhan dan sosialisasi hukum kepada lapisan Aparat Desa dan masyarakat Desa Jagabaya dalam Sosialisasi Undang-Undang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik yang dilakukan di desa Jagabaya Warunggunung Lebak Banten
