Abstract

This research investigates the impact of organizational culture, employee training, and internal communication on employee retention within the Indonesian manufacturing industry. Using a mixed-method approach, data were collected from 179 employees across various manufacturing firms in Indonesia. The results reveal significant positive relationships between organizational culture, employee training, internal communication, and employee retention. A strong organizational culture, effective training programs, and transparent communication channels were found to enhance employee satisfaction, engagement, and commitment, ultimately reducing turnover rates. Practical implications suggest that manufacturing firms in Indonesia should focus on fostering a positive culture, investing in training and development, and improving communication to retain talent effectively. These findings contribute to understanding the dynamics of employee retention in the Indonesian manufacturing context and provide actionable strategies for organizations aiming to enhance retention efforts and sustain long-term success.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi hubungan antara kompetensi kewirausahaan dan kinerja Usaha Mikro dan Kecil (UMK) di sektor pariwisata yang dinamis di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif, dengan menyurvei 150 UMK di berbagai sub-sektor. Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) memvalidasi model pengukuran, menunjukkan muatan faktor yang kuat dan konsistensi internal yang tinggi. Pemodelan Persamaan Struktural dengan Kuadrat Terkecil Parsial (SEM-PLS) menjelaskan hubungan positif yang signifikan antara dimensi kompetensi kewirausahaan (inovasi, manajemen risiko, manajemen keuangan, jaringan) dan indikator kinerja UMK (pertumbuhan pendapatan, profitabilitas, pangsa pasar). Analisis moderasi menyoroti variasi sub-sektor, dengan bisnis akomodasi menunjukkan pola yang berbeda. Analisis mediasi menggarisbawahi peran manajemen keuangan dalam meningkatkan kinerja UMK. Studi ini menawarkan implikasi praktis bagi para pembuat kebijakan, pengusaha, dan pemangku kepentingan industri, dengan menekankan pada program dukungan yang disesuaikan dan intervensi strategis. Keterbatasan-keterbatasan yang ada diakui, dan jalan untuk penelitian di masa depan diusulkan.

Abstract

The integration of the concept of "Brand Stories" in marketing with data-based marketing strategies has become the focus of attention in efforts to improve business performance and consumer engagement. This article presents the results of a systematic literature review aimed at exploring the potential and impact of this integration. By analyzing related studies from the period 2019 to 2024, we conclude that the integration of brand storytelling and data-driven marketing has great potential in improving sales results and consumer engagement. The practical implications of these findings are presented to provide guidance for marketing practitioners in designing more effective marketing strategies.

Abstract

Patung Putri Mandalika adalah patung di Pantai Seger di desa Kute di daerah Mandalika Lombok Tengah yang menggambarkan seorang putri yang ingin membebaskan dirinya dari laki-laki. Arca-arca ini menunjukkan sepenggal legenda yang memiliki cerita cukup unik sehingga arca-arca tersebut tidak lepas dari tradisi Bau Nyale yang sering dirayakan pada bulan Februari setiap tahunnya, Fazalani, 2018 dalam Nursaptini et al. (2020). Semakin menarik daerah tersebut dan semakin besar kemungkinan akan dipilih sebagai tujuan wisata potensial, Muhammad Nastabiq &; Harry Soesanto (2021). Kemandirian pariwisata harus memenuhi unsur-unsur dasar : daya tarik, aksesibilitas, amenity dan ancilliary, Cooper dkk (1995: 81). Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif, menggunakan purposive sampling, wawancara mendalam dengan kepala desa untuk pengumpulan data, observasi, dokumen, triangulasi dan model Miles and Huberman untuk analisis data . Permasalahan penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana nilai kemandirian meningkatkan pengembangan sektor pariwisata dalam studi kasus PATUNG PUTRI MANDALIKA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ditemukan nilai ekonomi yang tinggi pada objek wisata patung Putri Mandalika jika diperlukan Revitalisasi Pengembangan Pariwisata. Saran perlu renovasi dan pemeliharaan Patung Putri Mandalika, jembatan harus diperbaiki, fasilitas tempat sampah sudah 'diberlakukan, toilet harus renovasi dengan layak pakai, parkir juga harus renovasi agar nyaman bagi pengunjung, melatih penjual dengan baik, menyediakan papan pengumuman Patung Putri Mandalika dengan sejarah dan desain kearifan lokalnya.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari adaptasi neuromarketing dan pemasaran digital terhadap persepsi atas merek khususnya pada industri perhotelan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kualitatif dengan pendekatan eksploratif-deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adaptasi neuromarketing dan penerapan digitalisasi dalam pemasaran efektif dalam meningkatkan citra merek dan pengalaman pelanggan di sektor perhotelan. Dengan menggunakan neuromarketing dan digital marketing, manajemen hotel dapat mengidentifikasi dengan cepat reaksi konsumen terhadap materi kampanye dan promosi yang disampaikan oleh manajemen hotel, pemasaran digital juga memungkinkan seorang prospektif pelanggan memiliki pengalaman yang lebih mendalam dan berkesan terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan hotel meskipun belum pernah menggunakan jasa dari hotel.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of business analytics and big data on predictive maintenance and asset management practices within the energy industry in Indonesia. A quantitative research approach, utilizing a survey methodology, was employed to gather data from stakeholders representing various sectors of the energy industry. The study analyzed the relationships between business analytics, big data, predictive maintenance, and asset management using structural equation modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS) regression. The results indicate significant positive relationships between the utilization of business analytics and big data and various performance metrics, including asset reliability, operational efficiency, and cost savings. Furthermore, organizational factors such as leadership support and data quality were found to play a crucial role in facilitating the adoption and implementation of predictive maintenance strategies. The findings underscore the transformative potential of data-driven maintenance strategies in enhancing operational efficiency, reducing downtime, and improving asset reliability within the Indonesian energy industry.

The evolution of the digital economy has been characterized by an increasing trend in academic publications from 1996 to 2024, reflecting its growing importance and widespread implications across various sectors. This study analyzes the publication trends using bibliometric data, revealing significant growth in research outputs, particularly in the past decade. The implications of this growth are profound for both the business sector and policymakers, as they adapt to technological advancements and shifting market dynamics. The analysis not only highlights the sectors' responses to these changes but also underscores the need for updated policies to support digital infrastructure, ensure data privacy, and promote digital inclusivity. The study further discusses how this burgeoning research can guide strategic decisions in technology adoption and policy formulation.

Despite its growing interest, the conceptual framework of social entrepreneurship remains complex and multifaceted, with diverse interpretations and applications. This paper conducts a systematic bibliometric analysis to map the landscape of social entrepreneurship concepts, elucidating key themes, trends, and intellectual connections within the literature. Through advanced bibliometric techniques, including network analysis and thematic clustering, the study identifies seminal works, influential authors, and emerging research topics in the field. The analysis reveals shifts in research focus over time, from foundational concepts to the integration of technology and crowdsourcing methods. Furthermore, potential emerging research areas are identified, offering opportunities for future inquiry. The findings contribute to a nuanced understanding of the conceptual landscape and intellectual structure of social entrepreneurship research, informing scholarly inquiry, policy formulation, and practical interventions in the field.

Abstract

This study conducts a bibliometric analysis to systematically map the research landscape on the influence of social media on consumer food behavior. The analysis encompasses 1000 scholarly articles published between 1962 and 2024, accumulating 32,394 citations over 62 citation years. Through co-citation and bibliographic coupling analyses, key clusters and trends are identified, revealing the multifaceted nature of social media's impact on food-related attitudes and behaviors. Insights from the analysis offer practical implications for marketers, policymakers, and researchers, guiding strategic decision-making in areas such as marketing communication, public health interventions, and interdisciplinary collaboration. The findings underscore the importance of continued research efforts to address emerging gaps and deepen our understanding of the evolving dynamics between social media and consumer food behavior.
