Abstract

Football School Curriculum development with giving of concept and audiovisual media aims to improve the quality of football skills. This type of research is the development of research.This study begins with a situation analysis, problem analysis, requirements analysis, design development, validation, limited testing and revision. From the analysis of the situation and the problems found problems being experienced by students Football School caused by factors both internal and external. Football school curriculum needs by providing concepts and audio-visual media, students of need to be given to the Football School. Giving concept before exercise is useful to strengthen memory skills related skills that will be implemented. Learning material that obtained through the medium of vision (visual media), can accelerate absorption learners in understanding literacy classes. The results of the needs analysis shows that Football School curriculum development by the giving concept and audiovisual media very necessary, to improve football skills

Abstract

The problem of slum and squatter settlement is caused by improper environmental planning. This study examines socioeconomic determinants of human health by adopting concepts of population morbidity from Mosley and Chen. The purpose of this study was to analyze various conditions behind the low environmental health behavior of fishermen's households in the face of the COVID 19 pandemic. This study used a quantitative approach with a population from fishermen's households. The samples were selected purposively by considering economic and spatial conditions. Primary data collection was carried out through structured and in-depth interviews. The dependent variable in this study was individual disease control, particularly the standard health protocol during the COVID 19 pandemic. Meanwhile, the independent variable of the population health behavior was measured using a Likert scale. Those independent variables consisted of hand hygiene, the use of masks, and maintaining distance. The results showed that as many as 30 percent of fisherman households were classified as the population with good quality health behavior, 43.33 percent of the population presented moderate-quality health behavior, and 26.77 percent of the population had poor quality health behavior. Those behaviors might be caused by their relatively low perception and knowledge on the importance of maintaining health during the COVID 19 pandemic.

Abstract

Dusun Kedampul Desa Duwet memiliki potensi alam bambu yang melimpah. Sampai saat ini pemanfaatan bambu belum maksimal baik dari segi kuantitas dan kualitas padahal bambu dapat dijadikan berbagai kerajinan anyaman maupun non anyaman. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka dipilihlah Dusun Kedampul Desa Duwet sebagai lokasi untuk melaksanakan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM). Kegiatan PKM yang dilaksanakan berupa pelatihan, dengan tahapan sebagai berikut: (1) tahap persiapan, (2) tahap pelaksanaan proses dan (3) tahap pemandirian. Pelaksanaan kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Januari – November 2018 yaitu berupa kegiatan: pendidikan dan pelatihan kerajinan anyaman berbahan baku bambu. Beberapa manfaat praktis yang diharapkan dari pelaksanaan PKM, yaitu: (1) mereka mendapatkan informasi yang jelas dan utuh mengenai hakekat pemberdayaan masyarakat dari segi pengetahuan dan keterampilan, bermakna untuk penciptaan lapangan pekerjaan baru yang sifatnya inovatif dari kerajinan anyaman bambu; (2) masyarakat yang menjadi peserta pelatihan memperoleh gambaran yang jelas mengenai langkah pengembangan iklim usaha dengan memanfaatkan komoditas lokal; (3) peserta pelatihan juga mendapatkan gambaran yang jelas dan utuh tentang manfaat hasil komoditi lokal apabila dikelola dengan baik akan mendatangkan nilai finansial.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the strategies and actions of the people of Bawean Island in meeting food needs during the COVID-19 pandemic by using Max Weber’s theory of action. Extracting information was carried out using participatory observation techniques and in-depth interviews and was supported by documentation and analysis using inductive use. The results showed that there were two strategies and actions, namely: saving on food needs and limiting household expenses. Saving on food needs is done by changing the consumption pattern of side dishes. People are looking for replacement side dishes, for example; People who are accustomed to consuming fresh sea fish for a week in a row, have started to replace them with tofu, tempeh and rencek fish. The savings were made because during the pandemic, the traffic flow from Bawean Island to Java (Gresik) was not smooth, causing foodstuffs to increase in price and scarcity. Restrictions on household expenditure are carried out by reducing household spending and only focusing on spending on food, health, electricity and fuel oil needs. These two strategies can save household food and shopping needs, before the pandemic it was usually IDR 150,000 to IDR 70,000-80,000 per day. Furthermore, the actions taken by the people of Bawean Island, namely continuing to work at the main job and working side jobs to increase income. People who choose to keep working in the main job feel that they cannot do anything other than survive in this job, this is done by many furniture traders and entrepreneurs who in the end, because there are no customers, are forced to use their savings for their daily needs. People who choose to work side-by-side are more based because they do not have savings funds and have to increase their income, the people who work a lot on the side in this research are the fishermen.

Abstract

High Order Thinking skill (HOTS) students very needed during the COVID-19 pandemic. Objective study this is to determine the effectiveness of the hybrid learning model to High Tinking Order Skill (HOTS) students at the Microbiology MK at IKIP Budi Utomo. Method research used is quasi-experimental. The research subjects are IKIP Budi Utomo students who are currently studying go through eye studying microbiology in the even semester 2020/2021. Technical data analysis performed for know the distribution of research data with the n -normality test using the SPSS 16 program. The differences between the pretest and posttest values of the subject groups were tested. Differences in posttest scores, HOTS scores were analyzed using the General Linear Model (GLM) Multivariate SPSS 16 program. Research results show the average HOTS with hybrid learning (72.2727) is more tall compared to learning conventional (54.2857). Further test results show there is significant difference between the hybrid learning model and the conventional model against student HOTS. In conclusion, the hybrid learning model is effective in improve student HOTS in learning microbiology.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melakukan pengembangan modul pembelajaran kemampuan berpikir spasial. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian dan pengembangan (research and development) untuk mengisi ketiadaan modul kemampuan berpikir spasial yang penting bagi mahasiswa bidang ilmu kebumian pada umumnya dan geografi pada khususnya. Analisis data kualitatif dilakukan terhadap hasil observasi, wawancara, dan dokumen. Analisis kuantitatif menggunakan uji deskriptif statitsitik dan uji beda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hasil review tenaga ahli terhadap modul yang dikembangkan dinilai dengan skor 3,33 atau dikategorikan layak. Hasil uji terbatas menghasilkan penilaian dari mahasiswa adalah 3,69 atau layak digunakan. Efektivitas modul kemampuan berpikir spasial diuji dengan quasi eksperimen modul kemampuan berpikir spasial bersama perangkat pembelajaran lainnya. Hasil uji Mann Whitney U menunjukkan nilai p value < batas kritis 0,05 sehingga penerapan modul yang dikembangkan memberikan perbedaan nyata pada hasil kemampuan berpikir spasial mahasiswa.

Abstract

Nangalili Village is located in South Lembor sub-district, West Manggarai Regency. According to data from the Central Statistics Agency, the sub-district in numbers shows that population growth in Nangalili Village from 2018 to 2021 has increased by 259 people. One of the factors that influence it is fertility or birth. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of education, income, age at first marriage and duration of contraceptive use on fertility. This type of research is quantitative research. Data collection techniques using observation, structured interviews and literature studies. This study involved 70 respondents spread across four hamlets (Wae Ara, Manggemaci, Wae Jamal and Tondong Pudang). The data analysis used is descriptive and inferential analysis. Descriptive analysis includes single tabulation and cross tabulation. While inferential analysis includes multiple linear regression test. The results of this study are the education variable has a significant influence. The results of this study indicate that the education variable has a significant effect (0.004 less than 0.05) with a negative influence coefficient direction (-0.206). The income variable has no significant effect (0.108 more than 0.05) with a positive influence coefficient direction (0.000000014307). Variable age at first marriage has a significant effect (0.009 less than 0.05) with a negative coefficient of influence (-0.187). The variable duration of contraceptive use has a significant effect (0.995 more than 0.05) with a negative effect coefficient (0.001). The conclusion of this study is that the most influential variable on fertility is education. Women who have higher education tend to delay marriage so that it can reduce fertility. Desa Nangalili terletak di kecamatan Lembor Selatan, Kabupaten Manggarai Barat. Menurut data data Badan Pusat Statistika kecamatan dalam angka menunjukan bahwa Pertumbuhan penduduk di Desa Nangalili dari tahun 2018 sampai dengan tahun 2021 mengalami peningkatan sebesar 259 jiwa. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhinya adalah Fertilitas atau kelahiran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan, pendapatan, usia kawin pertama dan lama penggunaan alat kontrasepsi terhadap fertilitas. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara terstruktur dan studi literatur. Penelitian ini melibatkan 70 responden yang tersebar di empat dusun (Wae Ara, Manggemaci, Wae Jamal dan Tondong Pudang). Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif dan inferensial. Analisis deskriptif meliputi tabulasi tunggal dan tabulasi silang. Sedangkan analisis inferensial meliputi uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini adalah variabel pendidikan memiliki pengaruh signifikan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel pendidikan memiliki pengaruh signifikan (0,004 kurang dari 0,05) dengan arah koefisien pengaruh negatif (-0,206). Variabel pendapatan memiliki pengaruh tidak signifikan (0,108 lebih dari 0,05) dengan arah koefisien pengaruh positif (0.000000014307). Variabel usia perkawinan pertama memiliki pengaruh signifikan (0,009 kurang dari 0,05) dengan arah koefisien pengaruh negatif (-0,187). Variabel lama penggunaan alat kontrasepsi memiliki pengaruh signifikan (0,995 lebih dari 0,05) dengan arah koefisien pengaruh negatif (0,001). Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap fertilitas adalah pendidikan. Wanita yang memiliki pendidikan yang tinggi cenderung menunda pernikahan sehingga dapat mengurangi fertilitas.

Abstract

Creative thinking ability is an ability needed by students to find new ideas, ideas, ways, and innovative and solutive strategies to solve existing problems. Creative thinking skills can be built using a video-assisted Project Based Learning model. Through this model, students' creative thinking can be trained through the stages or steps of the video-assisted Project Based Learning model. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the video-assisted Project Based Learning model on geography subjects on the creative thinking skills of the XII IPS class students of SMAN1 Plemahan, Kediri Regency. This study uses a quasi-experimental method with a posttest only control group design. The students of class XII IPS3 as the control class and XII IPS4 as the experimental class, both classes are the subjects of this study. The assessment instrument using the essay test is based on indicators of creative thinking skills: fluency, flexibility, originality, and detail. In this research data analysis, the probability value (sig. 2 tailed) is 0.040 as a result of the independent sample t-test. The results showed that the videoassisted Project Based Learning learning model in geography subjects had a significant effect on the creative thinking ability of the XII IPS class students of SMAN1 Plemahan, Kediri Regency. Kemampuan berpikir kreatif ialah suatu kemampuan yang diperlukan siswa untuk menemukan ide, gagasan, cara, dan strategi baru yang inovatif dan solutif untuk menyelesaikan masalah yang ada. Kemampuan berpikir kreatif dapat dibangun menggunakan model Project Based Learning berbantuan video. Melalui model tersebut, berpikir kreatif siswa bisa terlatih melalui tahapan atau langkah model Project Based Learning berbantuan video. Maksud penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui pengaruh model Project Based Learning berbantuan video pada mata pelajaran geografi terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa kelas XII IPS SMAN1 Plemahan Kabupaten Kediri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode quasi experiment dengan desain postest only control group. Siswa kelas XII IPS 3 sebagai kelas kontrol serta XII IPS 4 sebagai kelas eksperimen, kedua kelas tersebut merupakan subjek pada penelitian ini. Instrumen penilaian menggunakan tes esai didasarkan pada indikator kemampuan berpikir kreatif: kelancaran, keluwesan, orisinalitas, dan merinci. Dalam analisis data penelitian ini, nilai probabilitas (sig .2 tailed) adalah 0,040 sebagai hasil dari uji independent sample t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran Project Based Learning berbantuan video pada mata pelajaran geografi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa kelas XII IPS SMAN1 Plemahan Kabupaten Kediri.

Abstract

Critical thinking skills are important to be mastered by every student. These skills can be developed by applying the Problem Based Learning model because the model is able to train their critical thinking skills through the steps of the Problem Based Learning model that uses real problems around students. The purpose of this study is to explain how the influence of the Google Classroom-assisted Problem Based Learning model on students' critical thinking skills. The research design used a quasi-experimental design with a posttest only control group design. The research subjects were class XII IPS 1 as the control class and XII IPS 2 as the experimental class. The assessment instrument uses an essay test with six questions arranged based on critical thinking indicators. The data analysis technique used independent sample t-test with a sig level of 0.05 and supported by IBM SPSS Statistics 25.0 x64. The results of the t-test analysis showed Sig (2-tailed) of 0.013 less than equal to 0.05. The results of these calculations show that the use of the Problem Based Learning model assisted by Google Classroom has an effect on students' critical thinking skills. Kemampuan berpikir kritis penting dikuasai oleh setiap siswa. Keterampilan ini dapat dikembangkan dengan menerapkan model Problem Based Learning karena model tersebut mampu melatih kemampuan berpikir kritis mereka melalui langkah-langkah model Problem Based Learning yang menggunakan permasalahan nyata di sekitar siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan bagaimana pengaruh model Problem Based Learning berbantuan Google Classroom terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Rancangan penelitian menggunakan quasi eksperiment dengan desain posttest only control group. Subjek penelitian adalah kelas XII IPS 1 sebagai kelas kontrol dan XII IPS 2 sebagai kelas eksperimen. Instrumen penilaian menggunakan tes essay berjumlah enam pertanyaan yang disusun berdasarkan indikator berpikir kritis. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji independent sample t-test dengan taraf sig 0,05 dan didukung oleh IBM SPSS Statistics 25.0 x64. Hasil analisis uji-t menunjukkan Sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0,013 kurang dari sama dengan 0,05. Hasil perhitungan tersebut memperlihatkan bahwa penggunaan model Problem Based Learning berbantuan Google Classroom berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to describe the existence of maudu lompoa sociocultural solidarity in a review of cultural geography. The life of the community has undergone many shifts in lifestyle, especially individual and meterialistic attitudes, of course if this continues to occur it will cause social conflicts. Therefore, it is necessary to implement the values ​​of solidarity in people's lives. Values ​​derived from national identity so that people's lives run with peace and prosperity. These values ​​reside in many local cultures run by the community. In the Cikoang community, the values ​​of social solidarity are still well preserved in the procession of the Culture of the lompoa. This research is a descriptive study with an ethnographic approach. The results of the study show that the cultural change of maudu lompoa which is influenced by the environmental, social and economic conditions of the Cikoang community turned out to further strengthen the social and cultural solidarity of the people from time to time. The existence of Cikoang community social solidarity in maudu lompoa culture is able to be implemented in daily life.
