Abstract

This community service aims to improve understanding and financial management skills among the managers of the Baitul Qurro Islamic Boarding School, South Tangerang. This socialization activity was carried out during October 2021. The objects of this activity were Islamic boarding school managers, including the Islamic boarding school head, treasurer and administrative staff. The activity methods used include training, workshops and focus group discussions. The training includes material on financial planning, budget management, bookkeeping and financial reporting. Interactive workshops provide opportunities for participants to apply the theory they have learned through case studies and practical simulations. Focus group discussions are used to identify specific problems faced in financial management in Islamic boarding schools and find joint solutions. The results of this activity showed a significant increase in financial management understanding and skills among participants. They are able to make better financial plans, manage budgets more efficiently, and carry out more transparent and accurate bookkeeping and financial reporting. The implication of this activity is the creation of a better financial management system at the Baitul Qurro Islamic Boarding School, which in turn will support operational sustainability and development of the Islamic boarding school. Apart from that, improving financial management skills is also expected to increase stakeholder accountability and trust in the management of Islamic boarding school funds.

Abstract

This study aims to determine what are the factors that become community satisfaction in the jaklingko program. DKI Jakarta is an area whose population is growing rapidly, the more the population the more transportation there is. Therefore, the gevornment needs an integrated transportation system, one of which is Jaklingko, one of the programs in DKI Jakarta. The population in this study are people or consumers who use the services of jaklingko transportation, especially city transportation on the Andara-Blok M route. The data collection technique uses the interview method by conducting in-depth interviews with 6 informants with different ages and professions. Anlysis technique used is qualitative method. The result showed a positive effect. Community satisfaction is proven that the use of jaklingko transportation is very helpful, starting from the price to the services provided.

Abstract

Obat tradisional di Indonesia dilarang mengandung bahan kimia obat karena dapat berdampak buruk bagi kesehatan. Sebanyak 41 item obat tradisional mengandung bahan kimia obat, dari jumlah tersebut terdapat 14 produk jamu yang memiliki khasiat pegal linu dan 8 diantaranya mengandung paracetamol. Paracetamol merupakan salah satu zat yang berkhasiat sebagai analgetik dan antipiretik, apabila ditambahkan dalam jumlah yang tidak terukur, berefek terhadap kerusakan liver dan ginjal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keberadaan kandungan paracetamol pada jamu pegal linu yang beredar di Pasar Perumnas Klender Jakarta Timur menggunakan metode penelitian deskriktif dengan menggunakan alat ukur Kromatografi Lapis Tipis (KLT). Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan 3 sampel jamu yang tidak memiliki izin edar, fase diam yang digunakan adalah plat KLT dengan silica gel serta fase gerak yang digunakan yaitu kloroform dan methanol 9:1. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan dengan metode kromatografi lapis tipis, sampel A dilihat pada sinar UV 254 nm dan UV 365 nm antara sampel, baku pembanding dan kontrol positif memiliki nilai Rf yang sama pada UV 254 nm memiliki nilai Rf 0,167 pada sinar UV 365 nm memiliki nilai Rf 0,167. Sampel B dilihat pada sinar UV 254 nm antara sampel, baku pembanding dan kontrol positif memiliki nilai Rf yang sama pada UV 254 nm memiliki nilai Rf 0,167. Sampel C dilihat pada sinar UV 254 nm dan 365 nm antara sampel, baku pembanding dan kontrol positif memiliki nilai Rf yang sama pada UV 254 nm memiliki nilai Rf 0,1 pada sinar UV 365 nm memiliki nilai Rf 0,41 kesamaan nilai Rf berarti positif mengandung paracetamol. Kesimpulannya bahwa pada ketiga sampel yang diuji terdapat bahan kimia paracetamol pada jamu pegal linu yang beredar di Pasar Perumnas Klender.

Abstract

It is not surprising to see the current state of the city of Medan. Every time it rains the streets are always filled with floods. The government has made water canals on every side of the road so that the water that is on the road goes straight to the channel. However, the program created by the government has not been implemented properly because the waterways are full of garbage. These waterways are directly connected to the Deli Medan river. Not only that, the people who live around the Deli Medan river often throw their waste into the Deli Medan river. The purpose of this community service is so that the people living around the Deli Medan river are aware of the impacts or dangers of an unclean river. This community service method is carried out in three stages, namely: the preparatory stage, the implementation stage and the closing stage. At this preparatory stage it is necessary to coordinate with partners, and at the implementation stage the community service team with PDRI SUMUT partners and the Medan BPBD go directly to the location to provide education to the people who live around the Deli Medan river which will have an impact on the river which is not clean by using canoes or boats from the Medan BPBD along the Deli Medan river. In the final stage evaluation and reporting is carried out. The result of this community service is that it is hoped that the people living around the Deli Medan river will understand the damage or danger of an unclean river.

Abstract

The development of computer technology has changed the way humans carry out activities. In the world of education, a teacher no longer has to focus on books as a learning medium. In this modern era, students called generation Z are already technologically literate, so learning methods that use technology are needed that can attract students' attention. Many interesting applications have been developed to support learning activities. There are Android-based and website-based ones. Each application has its own advantages and disadvantages. Quizizz is a website that is widely used as a learning medium because Quizizz is an interactive learning media. With interactive learning media training using the quizizz website, teachers are more creative in stimulating students' interest in learning and can improve student achievement..

Abstract

The development of online media training for digital marketing training for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Medan aims to increase understanding and skills in digital marketing strategies to improve competitiveness and business sustainability in the digital era. The advantages of online media training include ease of access, cost efficiency, and scalability that allows reaching more participants simultaneously. The implementation of online media training is expected to increase participants' knowledge and skills, improve the quality of SME products and services, and increase the effectiveness of digital marketing. The research findings show that online media training provides benefits in improving the competitiveness and business growth of SMEs in Medan. Recommendations include wider promotion, periodic evaluation, development of relevant content, and expert involvement to continue to enhance the positive contribution of online media training in improving SMEs' competencies in digital marketing.

Abstract

Penelitian terdahulu yang dilakukan di SMK Pelita Alam menunjukkan pengetahuan siswi-siswi yang masih rendah terkait penggunanan tabir surya. Hal tersebut yang mendasari adanya kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) terkait pemilihan kosmetika yang aman di kalangan remaja. Kegiatan PKM berlangsung pada 21 Mei 2024 dengan responden terdiri atas siswi-siswi kelas XI dan XII sejumlah 23 orang dengan range usia 16-18 tahun. Metode yang digunakan berupa penyuluhan dengan bantuan power point dan video yang dilakukan oleh tim dosen dan mahasiswa. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya keaktifan responden dalam berdiskusi terkait materi yang disampaikan. Sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa kegiatan PKM ini cukup berhasil. Abstract

This training program was designed to enhance business management competencies among housewives engaged in small-scale pastry enterprises in Pondok Petir, Bojongsari, Depok. The initiative specifically addressed key challenges, including financial management, task allocation among group members, and the development of effective marketing strategies. Structured to support the sustainability and growth of these micro-enterprises, the curriculum provided practical frameworks for financial oversight, product innovation, and digital marketing implementation. Furthermore, the program sought to empower participants by equipping them with strategies to scale their operations, refine product quality, and broaden market penetration.Educational methodologies emphasized participatory learning, applied simulations, and case study analyses to ensure the direct applicability of acquired skills in real-world contexts. A collaborative group-based approach was implemented to strengthen interpersonal solidarity and cooperative dynamics, thereby optimizing collective productivity.The three-month training program, conducted from January to March 2025, adopted a phased and needs-oriented structure to align with participants’ practical requirements. Post-intervention evaluations demonstrated that the training significantly improved participants’ business management proficiency, operational efficiency, and market reach. These outcomes underscore the efficacy of group-based educational interventions in fostering entrepreneurial development within community-driven enterprises.

Abstract

The author conducted this socialization in several villages, namely Manusak Village, East Kupang, Rahong Village, Cianjur, West Java, and Bakalan Village, Bululawang for twenty-five days. The author conducted this socialization because of the author's anxiety because the integrated digital service system had not been implemented in Indonesia. The conclusion in this aticle that the village must have these three objects to implement a digital-based integrated public service system in the village. Young human resources are needed because the adaptation of the mini site is not short and must be applied for a long time, the website is needed because it is a symbol of the first stage of digital service reporting and the easiest to have before the village has an application. Another thing that is no less important is support from the village government to apply this system. Increasing the digital-based integrated public service system is one of the implementations of good governance in the village.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the deficiencies in the learning of accounting software at STIE Ganesha. This study will concentrate on factors that potentially hinder the integration of accounting software into the college curriculum. This research started in October 2024. Accounting students at STIE Ganesha are the research subjects. Qualitative research was conducted and data was collected through in-depth interviews. The results showed that learning accounting software has several problems. One of them is the lack of supporting resources and lack of technological infrastructure. In addition, students face difficulties in understanding and accessing accounting software required to meet the needs of the working world. To produce more efficient accounting software learning, this research emphasizes increasing resource capacity and improving supporting infrastructure. This research is expected to help STIE Ganesha develop methods to improve software-based accounting learning.
