Analisis sentimen merupakan penelitian dari suatu pendapat, atau opini dan luapan perasaan yang di ekspresikan dalam bentuk tekstual. Twitter merupakan sosial media yang memiliki jumah pengguna yang banyak khususnya di Indonesia twitter sering digunakan untuk meluapkan perasaan maupun tanggapan opini berupa tanggapan positif maupun negatif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan sentimen masyarakat terhadap terpilihnya Bu Tri Rismaharini menjadi Menteri Sosial pada twitter serta mengetahui tingkat akurasi metode dalam mengklasifikasikan sentimen positif dan sentimen negatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Algoritma Naïve Bayes dan pemrosesan data menggunakan aplikasi Rstudio. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui tingkat akurasi metode Naïve Bayes dalam mengklasifikasikan data sentimen positif dan negatif dengan membagi data penelitian menjadi 3 data testing yaitu 30%, 25%, dan 20% dan jumlah akurasi tertinggi yang ada pada penelitian ini adalah data testing 30% dan data training 70% yaitu dengan tingkat akurasi 90,3%. Dari penelitian ini bisa diketahui bahwa menggunakan aplikasi Rstudio dan metode Naïve Bayes memiliki tingkat akurasi yang baik dalam menentukan sentiment analisis. Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) merupakan teknologi yang memanfaatkan Internet Protocol untuk menyediakan komunikasi voice secara elektronis dan real-time. Unsur pembentuk VoIP adalah User agent, Proxy, Protocol dan Coder-Decoder (CODEC). Asterisk merupakan softswicth untuk mengoperasikan proxy, yang berbasis session initiation protocol (SIP). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membangun server VoIP berbasis Asterisk, agar dapat dikembangkan pada penelitian selanjutnya sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada instalasi yang sudah dibangun jaringan internet sebelumnya. Sehingga VoIP disini difungsikan sebagai pemaksimalan jaringan internet yang sudah ada tersebut untuk menekan biaya pengeluaran kebutuhan komunikasi. Affective computing in a new field that is closely related to human and computer interaction, the result of developing intelligent systems that are capable of recognizing human emotional data processing, the rapid development of computational technology in terms of hardware and software demands to meet the service needs of users, various computational technologies which is now easily available like smartphones and gadgets. Persaingan industri otomotif terutama pada sektor roda empat atau mobil setiap bulan semakin kompetitif. Berbagai merk mobil saling berlomba untuk menjadi primadona bagi konsumennya terutama masyarakat indonesia. Tidak dipungkiri hal ini membuat pabrikan atau perusahaan roda empat saling berlomba untuk meningkatkan penjualan mobilnya di sepanjang tahun 2020, tercatat lebih dari 10 merk mobil yang laku dimasyarakat seperti Toyota, Hino, Honda dan yang lainnya. Hal ini mendorong penelitian dengan konsep data mining menggunakan algoritma naive bayes yang bertujuan untuk dapat mengklasifikasikan setiap merk mobil berdasarkan kriteria tertentu. Employee performance appraisals are sometimes not in accordance with the results of their performance. Employee benefits are often equated, or sometimes benefits are only given to employees without applying a strong calculation. This is due to the employee appraisal monitoring system that is used still in a personal way without using an appraisal system and the data collected is not optimal and inaccurate. Based on these problems, the researchers conducted their research by applying data mining techniques using the Support Vector Machine algorithm to obtain accurate results that can be used as an additional reference in employee performance appraisal decisions to determine whether or not they are eligible for a salary increase. This research also uses the Orange support application for testing the accuracy of the system created. The data used is 396 data taken from permanent employee performance appraisal data for the period January 2020 - December 2020. The data is then analyzed using the Orange support application. The test results produce a Classification Accuracy level that reaches 0.972, Area Under Curve (AUC) 0.944, F1 results 0.972, Recall results 0.972, Precision results 0.973 can be categorized as Excellent Classification because the accuracy is between 0.90 – 1.00.

Dawee Electronic Indonesia is a company engaged in electronics producing PCB, where the system of import export data processing is still using Ms. Excell that there are some deficiencies such as penginputan data for the preparation of documents and reports, still use the book to sort the registration number. Therefore it is needed a new system that has been computerized to overcome the existing problems. This new system uses only analytical methods. By using Ms. Access and VB.Net program, this new system can solve the problems that occur at PT. Dawee Electronic Indonesia, which is the registration number on auto number, data input for document making and report is done once and BC documents 2.7, BC 4.0 and monthly report as its output which can be printed directly. The system used in PT. Dawee Electronic Indonesia needs to be improved because it affects the efficient time and quality of employees, because it uses a less good system. The author suggests for the manufacture of import export system which can produce an accurate and effective data report and there is also maintenance of the system. Administrative activities performed by school’s library is the primary service activities in SMK NU Hasyim Asy’ari. One of the services provided by the school to the students is to provide an academic reference in the form of provision of books in the library. The students are given the opportunity to utilize a wide variety of books available in the library loan system periodically. Recording and archiving data in the library of SMK NU Hasyim Asy’ari is still using old and manual methods, it is very inefficient. To overcome this, it need a computer software that can assist and facilitate the conduct of computerization of the processes that had been done manually, so that the service can be done quickly and accurately. This library administration software built using PHP with MySQL database. The program provides options that allow to do things related to data archiving in libraries, such as the recording of members data, books, borrowing or returning books transactions and their reports. Grocery store is one of the businesses engaged in the economy, which is currently still using a conventional system. In this research, the problem that often occurs about how to implement android-based groceries sales is formulated so that promotions and groceries sales transactions at Srimukti Stores become more secure and accurate. While the purpose of this research is to design an interface, the sales system uses PHP, the database uses MYSQL and the software uses Android Studio. The data obtained is then analyzed and illustrated using the object-oriented waterfall method such as UML (Unified Modeling Language). The result of making this application is that with the android-based basic food sales system the customer does not need to come to the store, customers can directly input and check stock information and prices of updated goods via an android smartphone, by opening the Srimukti Toko basic food sales application and then selecting the main menu for input ordering . The sale of basic food at Srimukti Shop makes it easy for the admin as the shop owner or customer to find out the price of the update.. The development of technology in the current era runs very rapidly, this is evidenced by the many uses of the internet network in various communities today. The use of computers has evolved from merely processing data or presenting information to management, to being able to provide choices as a decision support tool for management. Computer-based information systems (Computer Based on Information Systems), one of which is a Decision Support System (Decision Support System), which is an interactive computer information system that can provide alternative solutions for decision makers. At SMK N 1 Cikarang Utara the process of submitting an activity proposal has not been computerized and does not yet have a decision support system for determining the allocation of activity funds. So it must take a long time to verify the proposed activity proposal. The development of information technology has enabled decision makers to be done more quickly and accurately. So as to make decisions more quickly, carefully avoid and reduce the subjectivity of the resulting decisions needed a decision support system that aims to facilitate the process of verifying the proposal of activities and determination of activity funds for student activity units through the process of determining the feasibility of activities and allocation of funds given to carry out activities the. To get a solution to the problem of submission of proposals so that only incoming proposals that are in accordance with the criteria specified by the School Principal so that there is no prolonged revision process and no difficulty in processing proposal data, a website- based decision making system is designed. data collection methods using interview, observation and literature study methods, while in the design of information systems the author uses the Object Orientied Analyst Design "OOAD" method using Unified Modeling Language (UML) software that was built using PHP and MySQL programming languages as the database. The new system can maximize the work of treasurers and principals in delivering accurate information and administrative services effectively and efficiently. PT Mitra Agung Sejati didirikan pada tahun 1998 dan tumbuh menjadi salah satu perusahaan terkemuka dalam distribusi dan merumuskan bahan kimia umum dan khusus. Namun penanganan masalah masih kurang baik, karena proses pencatatan helpdesk yang masih sederhana sehingga mempengaruhi kinerja perusahaan. Hal ini dapat memberi dampak negatif, yakni: terdapat masalah yang beresiko dicatat secara berulang, perhitungan masalah tidak akurat dan manajer operasional menunggu lama untuk mendapatkan laporan helpdesk. Oleh karena itu, peneliti mengajukan aplikasi helpdesk yang dibuat unutuk mengatasi dan meminimalisasi masalah diatas. Secara garis besar aplikasi yang dikembangkan terdiri dari proses pencatatan keluhan helpdesk, informasi status keluhan helpdesk, informasi cara penyelesaian keluhan helpdesk, serta laporan helpdesk. Metode penelitian yang peneliti lakukan antara lain metodde pengumppulan data berupa studi pustaka, studi lapangan dengan observasi dan wawancara, serta studi literatur sejenis. Sedangkan metode pengembangan aplikasi helpdesk ini, peneliti menggunakan Rapid Application Development (RAD) dengan dimodelkan dengan diagram- diagram Unified Modelling Language (UML). Kata kunci : Aplikasi Helpdesk, Rapid Application Development (RAD), Unified Modelling Language (UML).
