Abstract

This study aims to examine the institutionalization of religious habituation through lecture Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as a strategy for student character formation. The religious habituation analyzed includes tawasul, the recitation of Sholawat Fatih, the reading of institutional and study program vision and mission statements, and the reading of financial principles, which are routinely conducted before lectures begin. This research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive-analytical design. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis involving institutional leaders, lecturers, and students as key informants. Data analysis was conducted interactively through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that religious habituation institutionalized through lecture SOPs contributes significantly to the development of student character, particularly in strengthening religiosity, discipline, academic responsibility, humility (tawadhu’), social solidarity, and learning motivation. Moreover, this practice fosters a religious, conducive, and worship-oriented academic atmosphere, positioning learning activities not merely as academic obligations but also as acts of devotion to Allah SWT. The study concludes that structured and policy-based religious habituation serves as an effective instrument for internalizing Qur’anic values and reinforcing academic culture in Islamic higher education institutions

Abstract

  DBD merupakan salah satu penyakit tropis yang masih menjadi ancaman Indonesia di mana penyakit ini disebabkan oleh virus Dengue yang disebarkan pada manusia oleh nyamuk Aedes aegypti dan Ae. albopictus sebagai vektor. Sejauh ini upaya pencegahan DBD, bertumpu pada pengendalian vektor melalui gerakan 3MPlus termasuk penggunaan larvasida sintetik. Penggunaan larvasida sintetik secara terus-menerus menyebabkan resistensi serangga target dan keracunan, sehingga penggunaan biolarvasida dari tanaman seperti herba culantro (Eryngium foetidum L.) diperlukan untuk mengurangi efek samping. Riset ini dilakukan dengan tujuan menganalisis komponen serta mengetahui efektivitas biolarvasida ekstrak dan sediaan granul culantro secara in-silico dan in-vitro terhadap Ae. aegypti. Serbuk simplisia herba culantro diekstraksi dengan maserasi menggunakan metanol selama 3x24 jam. Selanjutnya dilakukan skrining fitokimia dengan metode Harborne dan analisis komponen menggunakan LCMS/MS. Kajian in-silico dilakukan dengan molecular docking terhadap reseptor AChE. Adapun kajian in-vitro dilakukan terhadap larva Ae. aegypti instar III dari ekstrak culantro dengan konsentrasi 100, 250, dan 500 ppm serta sediaan granul pada 250, 500, dan 1000 ppm dengan kontrol negatif dan positif. Hasil kajian in-silico menunjukkan bahwa senyawa dengan efektivitas paling baik di antaranya Brefeldin A, 1β,3α,9β-trihydroxyeudesma-5,11(13)-dien-12-oic-acid, dan Hinokiflavone dengan nilai afinitas lebih baik dari temefos. Hasil uji secara in-vitro diperoleh nilai LC50 ekstrak dan granul berturut-turut 103,986 dan 1003,88 ppm. Dari hasil riset ini menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak dan sediaan granul culantro dapat digunakan sebagai larvasida untuk menanggulangi penyakit DBD di Indonesia.

Abstract

Reduced Graphene Oxide (rGO) is a derivative of graphene that has undergone the removal or reduction of its oxygen groups. This study performed the synthesis and characterization of rGO as a solid-state electrolyte in batteries in order to assess the conductivity of rGO and its ability to store electrical currents and voltages. The rGO was synthesized by the Hummers method and the reduction of graphene oxide with a zinc reductor. Graphite oxide was first synthesized by oxidizing graphite with H2SO4 dan KMnO4. This graphite oxide was ultrasonically exfoliated and treated with a Zn reductor to produce rGO in powdered form. The rGO was characterized with Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR), X-Ray Diffraction (XRD), Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), an LCR-meter, and a Digital Multimeter. This identified a diffraction pattern in rGO with a 2θ of 25.85° and a d-spacing of 3.444 Å with 48.76 % crystallinity. FTIR observation on rGO exhibited O-H vibrations at a wavelength of 3431.6 cm-1, C=O at 1722.43 cm-1, C=C (1573.91 cm-1), and C-O (1080.14 cm-1). The rGO was observed to have a triple-layered morphology at 10000x magnification. Conductivity for the rGO was identified as 0.000357005 S/cm, while the generated voltage was 1.21 V with a current of 3.55 mA.
