Abstract

Children's ability to explore their knowledge through play will optimize children's growth and development because through play children gain their own learning experiences. Teachers must have broad insight into developing what is around them to use as games, one of which is using traditional games in learning. This community empowerment activity aims to increase the knowledge and skills of Kindergarten/RA teachers to recognize and utilize traditional games as a medium for learning mathematics, aspects included in early childhood motor development, both fine and gross motor skills and their evaluation in learning, as well as encouraging kindergarten/RA teachers to be creative in creating fun mathematics learning at an early age by learning while playing. The community service carried out takes a community-based empowerment scheme, where the communities used as partners are non-productive. The partner in this activity is the Raudhatul Athfal Teachers Association (IGRA) in the Cikedal sub-district. The implementation method that will be carried out is a) preparing tools in the form of Sunda Manda traditional game puzzle; b) conducting FGD preparation for training; c) implementation training; and d) implementation in learning. The results after carrying out this service activity were that the teacher was very enthusiastic about listening to the presentation of material from the resource person, and the teacher was very cheerful when carrying out a game simulation accompanied by STKIP student Syekh Manshur. The implication after carrying out this activity is that there is a relationship between memory and motor development. Therefore, the Sunda Manda traditional game is very appropriate to be used as an ethnomathematics medium that introduces mathematical material through culture, and a medium for early childhood motoric development.

Abstract

Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan maka dapat disimpulkan kinerja pelayanan di Pemerintahan Desa Kadudampit Kecamatan Saketi Kabuapten Pandeglang dan Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan tersebut maka masing-masing bagian pada Pemerintahan Desa Kadudampit Kecamatan Saketi Kabuapten Pandeglang dapat di analisi dari 9 unsur yang dianalisi bahwa ada 3 Unsur yang dinilai kinerja unit pelayanan yang dianggap kurang baik oleh responden diantaranya, 1) Persyaratan Pelayanan nilai unsur pelayanannya baik tapi nilai intervalnya kurang, 2) waktu Pelayanan nilai unsur pelayanannya baik tapi nilai intervalnya rendah/kurang. 3) prilaku Pelaksana nilai unsur pelayanannya baik tapi nilai intervalnya rendah/kurang, 4) prosedur Pelayanan nilai unsur pelayanannya baik nilai intervalnya baik dan perlu dipertahankan dan ditingkatkan, 5) biaya /tarif nilai unsur pelayanannya baik nilai intervalnya baik dan perlu dipertahankan dan ditingkatkan, 6) produk sepesifikasi jenis layanan nilai unsur pelayanannya baik nilai intervalnya baik dan perlu dipertahankan dan ditingkatkan, 7) kompetensi Pelaksana nilai unsur pelayanannya baik nilai intervalnya baik dan perlu dipertahankan dan ditingkatkan, 8) maklumat Pelayanan nilai unsur pelayanannya baik nilai intervalnya baik dan perlu dipertahankan dan ditingkatkan, 9) penanganan dan pengaduan nilai unsur pelayanannya baik nilai intervalnya baik dan perlu dipertahankan dan ditingkatkan. Kata kunci : indeks kepuasan masyarakat, pemerintah desa kadudampit.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendapatkan gambaran actual tentang keadaan produktivitas kerja guru SD Negeri di Kabupaten Tasikmalaya pada mata pelajaran matematika. Gambaran kondisi actual ini dapat dijadikan sebagai acuan dalam menentukan penelitian lebih lanjut dan berbagai upaya untuk meningkatkan produktivitas kerja guru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey dengan instrument berupa skala likert yang disebarkan kepada responden yang juga merupakan sampel sebanyak 30 guru kelas SD Negeri di Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukan : 1) Masih ditemukan permasalahan pada pembelajaran yang dialami oleh guru sebesar 31%, 2) Masih ditemukan permasalahan pada manajemen kelas yang dialami oleh guru sebesar 47%, 3) Masih ditemukan permasalahan pada kerjasama dengan orang tua dan teman sejawat yang dialami oleh guru sebesar 39%, 4) Masih ditemukan permasalahan pada pengembangan diri yang dialami oleh guru sebesar 46%, dan 5) Masih ditemukan permasalahan pada kontribusi terhadap pengembangan sekolah yang dialami oleh guru sebesar 35%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership on teacher work productivity, both di-rectly and indirectly through work motivation. A quantitative approach was employed using path analysis based on Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS 4. The population in this study consisted of civil servant elementary school teachers in Tasikmalaya Regency. The results revealed that transformational leadership sig-nificantly influenced teachers' work motivation, with a path coefficient of 0.919 and a p-value of 0.000. Trans-formational leadership also had a significant effect on teacher productivity both directly (coefficient 1.018; p-value 0.000) and in total effect (coefficient 0.954; p-value 0.000). However, work motivation did not have a sig-nificant impact on teacher productivity (coefficient -0.069; p-value 0.815), nor did it serve as a significant media-tor between transformational leadership and teacher productivity. These findings suggest that strengthening transformational leadership practices directly contributes more to improving teacher productivity than relying on motivational pathways.

Abstract

Jika fasilitas atau sarana yang memadai tersedia untuk mendukungnya, maka media pembelajaran modern, seperti laptop, proyektor, gadget, Chromebook, PowerPoint, dll dapat digunakan. Namun, di beberapa sekolah, alat bantu belajar tradisional seperti menggunakan karton, kartu, dan lain-lain masih digunakan karena kurangnya fasilitas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan antusiasme siswa kelas X Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Pandeglang dalam pembelajaran Matematika. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskripsi kualitatif yang menggabungkan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, pencatatan, dan pengisian kuesioner. Melalui penerapan media pembelajaran tradisional, ternyata minat belajar siswa meningkat. Alasan penggunaan media pembelajaran tradisional adalah kurangnya fasilitas sekolah untuk mendukung penerapan media pembelajaran berbasis modern. Meski demikian, minat siswa dalam mengikuti pembelajaran matematika semakin membaik, hal itu dilihat dari keaktifan siswa dalam mengikuti pembelajaran dan ditunjukan dalam hasil pengisisan angket.

Abstract

This study aims to develop LKPD based on Multiplate Intelligences on the material of the Two-Variable Linear Equation System (SPLDV) which is suitable for use in learning activities for class VIII students of junior high school. Multiplate Intelligences-based learning is a learning theory where students can develop various intelligences together to support the learning process, especially mathematics. This research is a type of development research (Research & Development). Based on the results of research and development of LKPD based on Multiplate Intelligences, the validation results were obtained from three experts in their fields, namely mathematicians 83.08% with very suitable criteria, 86.16% learning method experts with appropriate criteria and 83.08% language experts with feasible criteria. So it can be concluded that the development of LKPD based on Multiplate Intelligences on SPLDV material for use in class VIII junior high school students is very valid and feasible for later use in learning

Abstract

Assistance in making cube learning media as a tool for playing snakes and ladders is the background to the problems at SDN Mekarsari 2 due to the lack of student interest in mathematics. Geometric materials at the basic education level especially need application and are not easily understood by theory alone. This writing aims to provide a better understanding of geometric material and increase student motivation in participating in mathematics through the cube learning media as a tool for playing snakes and ladders. The subjects of this study were 32 students in class V, totaling 32 students at SDN Mekarsari 2. The assistance was carried out through several methods, including observation through interviews with students, socialization, program implementation in the form of making media cubes and practice, namely the application of cubes as dice in the snake games ladder. After four days of mentoring, starting from the observation stage to the practice of the snakes and ladders game, the result was an increase in students' motivation to take part in learning, as well as being able to solve problems and questions about cube building materials as well as mathematical operations.

Abstract

Mathematics in elementary schools studies basic arithmetical sciences as a provision for students to understand education at a further level. For this reason, teachers are expected to be able to create an interesting and fun learning atmosphere. One of them is through innovation in learning media. Learning media is one of the determinants of the success of the learning process. Learning media is one of the determinants of the success of the learning process (Agusti, Afirah, Anwar, & Syafril, 2018). The community service method is in the form of assistance in traditional game-based mathematics learning, namely participatory action research (PAR). PAR is a service method for finding solutions to societal problems, which are trying to be solved jointly by the service team and interested parties. This service was once carried out at the KKN-T post in Gombong village for students in grades 2 and 3. Students in grades 2 and 3 were enthusiastic the first time they took math lessons. This assistance provided a platform for children in the Gombong village to learn mathematics through cultural games that have started to be eliminated with IT-based games. In addition, the suggestion is that teachers can take advantage of culture in facilitating mathematics learning in schools so that children can not only understand learning material but also cultivate a way of loving traditional culture.
