Abstract

This study addresses (1) whether convenience is the multidimensional construct in perceived benefits. (2) whether the price is the multidimensional construct in perceived benefits. (3) whether the product variety is the multidimensional construct in perceived benefits. (4) whether the perceived benefit influences the attitude towards online shopping. (5) whether the attitude towards online shopping influences the online purchase intention. The data used in this study are collected from a total of 240 respondents who are male and users of the 10 most widely used e-commerce in Indonesia. The study reveals that perceived benefits are a multidimensional construct that is reflected in three dimensions, namely convenience, price, and variety of products. Second, perceived benefits have a positive relationship to attitudes toward online shopping among men. Third, attitude toward online shopping has a positive relationship to online purchase intention. E-commerce companies' perceived benefits can have a positive influence on consumers' online attitudes.

Abstract

This research has the purpose to analyze the effect of competitive intensity, dynamic capability, organization slack and organization innovation on organization performance on travel business in Jakarta. The sampling method was carried out by researchers utilizing non-probability sampling with the number of questionnaires distributed randomly to 100 travel business owners. The results of this study show the results of testing 4 (four) hypotheses: competitive intensity has an effect on organization innovation, organizational slack has an effect on organization innovation, organization innovation has an influence on organization performance and dynamic capability has no influence on organizational innovation. This research has a novelty on competitive intensity, organization slack and organization innovation actually improve organization performance in tourism travel businesses in Jakarta. This study, making policies related to dynamic capability on organizational performance did not have the ability to seize opportunities and turn organizational resources into more productive.

Abstract

The growth of small businesses pioneered by young people is currently quite large. However, the survival ability of these small businesses is still very small when compared to the new growth. This study aims to determine the effect of innovation, entrepreneurial desirability, entrepreneurial feasibility, on entrepreneurial intention. The sample of this research is Pelita Harapan University students with a total sample of 200 which is processed with Smart PLS. The results show that there is no relationship between innovation and entrepreneurial desirability, then the following results show a relationship between innovation and entrepreneurial feasibility, and there is also a relationship between entrepreneurial desirability and entrepreneurial intention, and there is also a relationship between entrepreneurial feasibility and entrepreneurial intention. This research significantly contributes to increase Entrepreneurial Intention.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and examine the effect of job satisfaction, work discipline and work motivation on the performance of employees of PT. KWS. The research used is descriptive and causal research. The sample used is 80 permanent employees. With non-probability sampling technique, which includes purposive sampling. With the technique of collecting data using a Sioner cake which was processed with IBM statistics 25 as a test tool. The results of the research which show that job satisfaction, work discipline, work motivation on the performance of employees of PT. KWS these matters in order to obtain maximum employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of selection system, traning and job satisfication on employee performance of PT. X. This studi uses non-probability sampling techiques with sampling jenuh method and amounted to 61 respndents. The technique of collecting data through a interview, and quesionnaire with a likert scale. the results of this study show that selection system, training and job satisfication influential with employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the influence of career development, recruitment strategies and selection on employee performance at PT. X. This research design uses quantitative descriptive, using a likert scale divided into five points, as well as secondary data in the form of information obtained from internal companies. Purposive sampling methods with primary and secondary data are used in sample determination. The sample used 119 respondents and data analysis using a double linear regression with IBM SPSS statistic 25 as a test tool. The results of this study show that there is an influence of career development, recruitment strategies and selection on employee performance in PT. X.

Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility is a must for companies, especially for a limited liability company. It is attested in chapter V Social and Environmental Responsibility in sections 74 subsection (1) until subsection (3) of law No. 40 year 2007 on limited liability company. This study uses secondary data and qualitative shape that is from the website of PT Unilever Indonesia, Tbk. regarding the activities of Corporate Social Responsibility the company has done and using research on Corporate Social Responsibility that has been done by researchers previously associated laws-an invitation about Corporate Social Responsibility. Corporate Social Responsibility is also always associated with Green Economy. The management of PT Unilever Indonesia, Tbk. was successfully implementing Corporate Social Responsibility as part of a strong organizational culture and also PT Unilever Indonesia, Tbk. has been successfully implementing adaptive culture.

Abstract

Research is intended to test influence Motivation against Job Satisfaction work lecturer at Economics Faculty, "T" University in Jakarta. The sample used purposive sampling technique, where samples selected totaled 100 respondents who works as a lecturer at the Economics Faculty, "T" University during at least 24 months. Instrument analysis of data used is multiple regression analysis by the aid SPSS program. Based on the results of the study found that there is a positive relationship but tends to be weak between satisfaction job satisfaction variables namely only capable of amounting to 22.1% described by the motivational variable while another 77,9% is explained by the variation of variables outside motivation.Keywords : Motivation, Job satisfaction, University

Abstract

Instructors from P3M Trisakti School of Management provide training for LAI employees to increase their communication skills and maintain a good personal appearance. LAI employees must carry out the unfreezing-movement-refreezing change process, so after this training, they are ready to communicate and maintain a good appearance for a good image. LAI employees are ready to communicate and maintain a good appearance for a good image. Abstrak: Pelatihan yang diberikan oleh para instruktur dari P3M Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Trisakti bertujuan agar para karyawan LAI dapat berkomunikasi dan menjaga penampilan diri yang baik. Para karyawan LAI harus melakukan proses perubahan unfreezing-movement-refreezing, sehingga setelah mengikuti training ini, para karyawan LAI siap untuk berkomunikasi dan menjaga penampilan yang baik demi image yang baik.

Abstract

Fisheries processing entrepreneurs in Jakarta focus on developing strategic management by increasing innovation capabilities so as to improve organizational performance and have a significant competitive advantage so that they can survive the covid 19 pandemic. The population is 4 (four) DKI Jakarta municipality area with total sample of 100 fishery processing entrepreneurs. Samples were taken randomly and performed at some stage in February 2022. For records processing using convenience sampling. The study prove that competitive intensity has affect on organization performance, competitive intensity has affect on organization innovation, competitive intensity has affect on organization performance mediated by means of organization innovation, organizational slack has have an effect on on enterprise innovation, organizational slack has affect on business enterprise performance, organizational slack has affect on organisation overall performance mediated through organisation innovation, organization innovation has affect on organization performance although not sizeable.
