Abstract

This research aims to study the influence of strategic marketing, social media, and price on purchasing decisions mediated by purchasing interest. It also focuses on identifying the performance of MSMEs in Bekasi - West Java, which is an area supporting the business. This research uses a quantitative research design with 381 MSME respondents. The analysis unit is 182 MSME respondents assisted by the North Bekasi subdistrict using the Isaac & Michael approach. This research found that strategic marketing, social media, and price did not directly influence purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, buying interest influences purchasing decisions strategic marketing and social media influence purchasing decisions through purchasing interest. Meanwhile, the influence of price on purchasing decisions through purchasing interest is not proven. This research contributes to focusing on a new research model framework that has never been researched.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of motivation training on students' academic performance and psychological readiness at SMK Triratna. The training focused on enhancing both intrinsic and extrinsic motivation to improve students' learning enthusiasm, confidence, and stress management during examinations. Using a quasi-experimental design, data were collected from a sample of students before and after the training through questionnaires and academic assessments. The results indicate a significant increase in students' motivation levels, academic achievement, and mental resilience. The findings suggest that motivation training is a valuable intervention to boost students' academic success and emotional preparedness. It is recommended that such programs be implemented regularly and supported by the school community to sustain positive outcomes.

Abstract

Negosiasi yang baik adalah proses interaksi antara dua pihak atau lebih yang bertujuan untuk mencapai kesepakatan yang saling menguntungkan dengan mengedepankan prinsip saling menghormati, komunikasi yang terbuka, dan membangun kepercayaan. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas pelatihan komunikasi bagi pekerja migran Indonesia di Jepang. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan komunikasi secara signifikan meningkatkan pemahaman dan kemampuan peserta dalam berkomunikasi dengan sopan dan efektif di lingkungan kerja maupun sosial. Peningkatan ini berkontribusi pada peningkatan hubungan harmonis antara pekerja dan majikan, serta mengurangi potensi konflik. Selain itu, peserta menunjukkan peningkatan rasa percaya diri dan adaptasi terhadap budaya Jepang. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pelatihan komunikasi merupakan langkah strategis dalam memberdayakan pekerja migran Indonesia, mendukung keberhasilan mereka selama bekerja di luar negeri, dan meningkatkan kualitas hidup mereka secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the effect of the independent variable (X), namely training, work discipline, and leadership style on the dependent variable (Y), namely employee performance at the PT. XYZ. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. Respondents involved in this study were 59 permanent employees. Data collection is done by spreading the spread. The method for analyzing the data in this study is multiple linear regression. Based on the hypothesis, the results of this study are that training, work discipline and leadership style have an effect on employee performance.Bahasa Indonesia Abstrak: Penelitian ini punya tujuan yang jelas untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel bebas yakni gaya kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja, pelatihan pada variabel tergantung yakni kinerja karyawan di PT. XYZ. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang dipakai pada penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Responden yang terlibat pada penelitian sejumlah 59 orang karyawan tetap. Metode untuk analisa data pada penelitian yaitu regresi linear berganda. Sesuai pengujian hipotesis hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu pelatihan, disiplin kerja, gaya kepemimpinan memberi pengaruh pada kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Fast fashion is a term used to describe a highly profitable business model based on imitating catwalk trends and high fashion designs, and mass-producing them at a low cost. One of the famous fast fashion brands in Indonesia is XYZ. But in the past few years, XYZ’s brand value has decreased. The purpose of this research is to examine whether 1) brand awareness can influence brand loyalty. 2) perceived value can influence brand loyalty. 3) brand uniqueness can influence brand loyalty. Purposive sampling method used by distributing online questionnaire with a sample of 208 respondents and then processed by using smartPLS- SEM. The result of this study indicate that brand awareness, perceived value, and brand uniqueness have a positive and significant influence towards brand loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of work-family conflict, work stress on employee performance through job satisfaction at PT X. The population used in this study were 83 employees of PT X and the sample used was 66 employees with a purposive sampling technique. The data of this study were collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale measurement and the analysis method used in this study was variance-based structural equation modeling with partial least square (PLS-SEM). The results of this study indicate that work-family conflict has an influence on job satisfaction, work stress has an influence on job satisfaction, work-family conflict has an influence on employee performance, work stress has an influence on employee performance, job satisfaction has an influence on employee performance, work-family conflict has an influence on employee performance through job satisfaction, work stress has an influence on employee performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

The training provided by the instructors from P3M Trisakti School of Management is to change the organizational culture to be superior and become a learning organization. Anara Hotel Bandara's employees and managers have committed to a management change process, namely unfreezing-movement-refreezing. The employees and managers of Anara Airport Hotel Soekarno Hatta Airport agreed to become an authentic organization, namely an organization that has behavior, structure, and processes, which are based on its ability to find authenticity in order to achieve the goals set by the Management of Anara Airport Hotel Soekarno Hatta Airport and are ready to face challenges. environmental changes and ready to transform into a superior individual and a leader who becomes a role model for other employees. Abstrak: Pelatihan yang diberikan oleh para instruktur dari P3M Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Trisakti adalah merubah budaya organisasi menjadi unggul dan menjadi organisasi pembelajar. Para karyawan dan manajerial Anara Hotel Bandara telah berkomitmen untuk melakukan proses perubahan manajemen yaitu unfreezing-movement-refreezing. Para karyawan dan manajerial Anara Airport Hotel Bandara Soekarno Hatta sepakat untuk menjadi organisasi autentik, yaitu organisasi yang memiliki perilaku, struktur, dan proses, yang didasari oleh kemampuannya menemukan kesejatian dalam rangka mencapai tujuan yang ditetapkan oleh Manajemen Anara Airport Hotel Bandara Soekarno Hatta serta siap menghadapi perubahan lingkungan serta siap untuk berubah menjadi individu yang unggul dan pemimpin yang menjadi panutan bagi karyawan lainnya.

Abstract

Strategy becomes important for every organization to win competition through changes in internal and external environmental factors. Strategy requires strength, effort and good analysis to anticipate each challenge. Pearce and Robinson explain the stages of strategy management that produce strategy formulation techniques so that the strategies made by the organization are directed and correct. The method used in this research is discussion of qualitative descriptive research through proof of research that has been carried out by previous researchers regarding strategy. The results is business competitions in insurance products nowadays need to be responded by providing the best possible service therefore the insurance products are increasingly demanded by customers in this globalization era which is marked by rapid positive and negative impact on the organization. Thus, it is necessary to be careful in managing every organizational resources, not only focusing on internal organizational factors, but also external factors by utilizing any opportunities or threats that affect the organization both directly and indirectly. The CEOs of insurance company require to make analysis and formulation techniques to apply strategies in the form of winning competition and creating competitive advantage.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of effective leadership in influencing the performance of employees at PT. X. The population in this study is the employees of PT. X, totaling 82 employees. Researchers used a questionnaire to collect primary data using a non-probability sampling approach distributed to 75 employees of PT. X. The data analysis method in this study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The data shows that there is a positive influence of transformational and delegative leadership on the Employee Performance at PT. X. Meanwhile, transactional, autocratic, and democratic leadership styles do not have an influence on the Employee Performance at PT. X. It is recommended that PT. X strengthen the implementation of transformational and delegative leadership styles.
