Abstract

Strategy becomes important for every organization to win competition through changes in internal and external environmental factors. Strategy requires strength, effort and good analysis to anticipate each challenge. Pearce and Robinson explain the stages of strategy management that produce strategy formulation techniques so that the strategies made by the organization are directed and correct. The method used in this research is discussion of qualitative descriptive research through proof of research that has been carried out by previous researchers regarding strategy. The results is business competitions in insurance products nowadays need to be responded by providing the best possible service therefore the insurance products are increasingly demanded by customers in this globalization era which is marked by rapid positive and negative impact on the organization. Thus, it is necessary to be careful in managing every organizational resources, not only focusing on internal organizational factors, but also external factors by utilizing any opportunities or threats that affect the organization both directly and indirectly. The CEOs of insurance company require to make analysis and formulation techniques to apply strategies in the form of winning competition and creating competitive advantage.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the effect of the independent variable (X), namely training, work discipline, and leadership style on the dependent variable (Y), namely employee performance at the PT. XYZ. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. Respondents involved in this study were 59 permanent employees. Data collection is done by spreading the spread. The method for analyzing the data in this study is multiple linear regression. Based on the hypothesis, the results of this study are that training, work discipline and leadership style have an effect on employee performance.Bahasa Indonesia Abstrak: Penelitian ini punya tujuan yang jelas untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel bebas yakni gaya kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja, pelatihan pada variabel tergantung yakni kinerja karyawan di PT. XYZ. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang dipakai pada penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Responden yang terlibat pada penelitian sejumlah 59 orang karyawan tetap. Metode untuk analisa data pada penelitian yaitu regresi linear berganda. Sesuai pengujian hipotesis hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu pelatihan, disiplin kerja, gaya kepemimpinan memberi pengaruh pada kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Innovative performing behaviour depends on the employee's personality; becoming innovative is the behaviour of an employee to create, recognise, and implement something new and bring profit to the company. Leaders' styles can be essential to increasing innovation in their work. This study was conducted at five seafood restaurants in North Jakarta with 60 respondents. Purposive sampling was the method of sampling. The questionnaires were distributed from early January 2024 to the end of January 2024. data were analysed using path analysis statistical tools. The target criteria for this research are employees from the staff level to middle-level managers from seafood restaurants who have worked for at least two years. This research shows that motivation and innovation performance do not significantly affect employee performance; the most influential factor in this study is the leader style.

Abstract

In this modern business world, plenty of people in the society had the tendency for having Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) symptoms. This tendency is getting worsed when the person perceived his or herself lack of quality and had the tendency of rejected by the society. These two kind of problems usually blocked someone to buy a product they needed. It is hypothetically appear not only in the business world but sometimes the symptoms already appear in the education fields.  As researchers from different background, anticipation of these problems is needed.  Because of that, the main objective of this research is determining the effect of  FOMO and perceived quality to purchase intention. The research will took 66 samples from students across various program in the university and using the Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) for interpreting the regression model output.  The research concluded that FOMO and perceived quality have significant influence to students’ purchase intention.

Abstract

Memimpin melalui pengaruh yang besar. Menjadi seorang pemimpin, Leader harus memiliki kemampuan untuk membangun hubungan yang kuat yang didasarkan pada kepercayaan (trust) dan rasa hormat (respect), serta untuk menyampaikan ide-ide inovatif kepada tim dengan kemampuan ini. Seorang pemimpin yang efektif tidak hanya memberi perintah dengan mudah. Seorang Leader harus selalu kreatif, responsif, dan berpikir terbuka. Abstract

As time goes by, the oil and gas industry in Indonesia continues to develop in enhancing better energy efficiency. Therefore, it is important for companies to consider factors that increase consumer purchasing intention. This research has the intent and purpose to examine whether the variables Environmental Awareness, Green Product Knowledge, Environmental Concerns and Availability affect Green Purchase Intention from XYZ fuel in Jakarta. The sampling technique in this research uses a non-probability sampling method and the type of sample used in this research is purposive sampling. In this study, questionnaires were distributed to 281 respondents who were users of motorized vehicles that use oil fuel in Jakarta and familiar with the XYZ fuel product. Data testing was carried out in this study using SmartPLS4 software. The results of this research show that Environmental Concerns do not have a positive and significant influence on Green Purchase Intention for XYZ fuel in Jakarta. Environmental Awareness, Green Product Knowledge, and Availability have a positive and significant influence on Green Purchase Intention.

Abstract

Vision and mission are important for organizations in determining the goals of the organization, because vision is an important element in the organization because it is part of strategic planning. Innovation is a view that assumes that organizations use ideas and external and internal paths, by having good knowledge, they can make good innovations. The training conducted at the Anara Airport Hotel Bandara Soekarno Hatta uses a case study approach on how to create a good vision and mission. Evidently, by following the training provided by the instructors, the participants understand and comprehend how to create a good vision and mission and how to work in a compact team in order to create good synergy in order to achieve good organizational goals.

Abstract

Employee-related factors include recruiting and empowering individuals with diverse backgrounds. This study aims to identify the characteristics that impact employee performance. The sampling technique used in this research is cluster random sampling based on region. Questionnaires were randomly distributed to 90 employees from a population exceeding 600 marine products SMEs in the North Jakarta coastal area. The respondents included 54 male and 36 female employees, aged between 18 and 45 years, with work experience ranging from 1 to 5 years. The test results indicate that firm-related factors positively but less significantly affect employee performance. In contrast, other hypotheses show a positive and significant impact. Employee-related factors mediate the influence of firm-related factors on employee performance and job-related factors on employee performance.

Abstract

Digital marketing in local football clubs improve faster compare to their performance before pandemic. From their online shops, there are significant enhancement from the value to volume of transaction. Moreover, the researchers found out that a club can possess fans from various region and football itself are improving dramatically since Indonesia had a chance to run the U-17 Men’s World Cup 2023. This research want to compare Persija Jakarta, one of the best local club in Indonesia and FC Barcelona, one of the best international club in the world. The result of this research show that there are still a lot of spaces to develop the digital marketing of the club. This will not only make local club become famous in the nationwide but also in the Asian level. The implication of this research is that each club can boost their image by using the right digital marketing applications.

Abstract

Aviation transportation services are something that people really need nowadays to make it easier to move from one place to another. The aviation industry in Indonesia is experiencing a surge in demand from the local community. The importance of customer loyalty in the aviation industry aims to maintain the existence of an airline or is even expected to be able to improve it so that it can become a superior airline in the aviation industry. Generation Z was found to prioritize air transportation as the main thing and factor in traveling. In realizing an optimal domestic airline aviation industry, "AA" implements strategies to realize business growth as an airline amidst the tightness of the industry. Loyalty can be influenced by satisfaction, likewise satisfaction can be influenced by service quality and brand image. This research aims to determine the factors that can influence "AA" airline loyalty in generation Z with satisfaction as a mediating variable.
