This study aimed to determine the effect of total quality management and quality management information on the firm performance which Is a company engaged in tire manufacturing. A method of data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to all employees’ quality assurance totaling 19 people. The test results suggest that there is a positive influence of total quality management and quality management information on the firm performance.

Community economy activities that depend on natural resources but without damaging the natural resources named Green Economics, where the economy activities may take the form of mining activities, land use and other forest areas. It is also governed by Law no. 40/2007 on limited liability Company in sections 74 subsection (1) requires that any company which is engaged in businesses that rely on the natural resources it required to carry out the social and environmental responsibility. It thereby apply not only to companies rely on natural resources but also that business activities impact on the environment company. In this case cultural organization could help solve the problems of external adaptation and integration an organization. All economic activities of organizations if relying on natural resources then should be based on ecoregions where every natural resource exploration activities must go through the stages of AMDAL. Through empowerment culture good organization and right, then can avoid abuse sense of basic constitution of the Republic of Indonesia the 1945 constitution, article 33 paragraph (3), pertaining to concept state right of control and for optimal public welfare.

Community service activities include increasing the speed of community development efforts towards fostering a harmonious and dynamic society that is ready to take chances towards improvement and progress in accordance with socio-cultural values and norms in the life of a developing community in the life of the prevailing society. This training uses an explanatory case study approach to explain various case studies of the professional work attitudes of Anara Airport Hotel employees. The main activities of the training besides presentation and explanation of the material, a simple assessment of the professional work attitude of employees is also carried out, namely the FGD (focus group discussion) method and case studies. Abstrak: Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat beberapa diantaranya adalah bertambahnya kecepatan upaya pengembangan masyarakat ke arah terbinanya masyarakat yang harmonis serta dinamis yang siap menempuh perubahan-perubahan menuju perbaikan dan kemajuan sesuai dengan nilai-nilai sosial budaya dan norma-norma dalam kehidupan masyarakat berkembang dalam kehidupan masyarakat yang berlaku. Pelatihan ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus eksplanatori untuk menjelaskan berbagai studi kasus sikap kerja profesional karyawan Anara Airport Hotel. Aktivitas utama pelatihan selain presentasi dan penjelasan materi, juga dilakukan asesmen sederhana atas sikap kerja professional kerja para karyawan, yakni dengan metode FGD (focus group discussion) dan studi kasus.

The research aims to determine the effect of learning organizations on married female permanent employees' performance at restaurants in Jakarta and Bali by mediating job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The phenomenon that occurs is that married female employees at restaurants tend to work less optimally and are reluctant to participate in development training programs since the Covid-19 pandemic in early 2020. This quantitative research was conducted with purposive random sampling on 73 married female employee respondents. The measuring instrument is a questionnaire with five-Likert scales—data processing using CB-SEM with Smart PLS program. The results showed a significant influence of learning organizations on female staff performance through the mediation of job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The research contribution is expected to provide input to the management at restaurants in managing the performance of married female employees.

This paper investigates the effects of social support, social commerce information sharing, and social commerce value on brand engagement and the effect of brand engagement on co-creation intention. This paper also investigates the mediating role of brand engagement on the relation between social support, social commerce information sharing, social commerce value and co-creation intention. The study used survey data from 279 Indonesians with experience using social commerce sites and make purchase transactions through social media sites. The model was tested using PLS structural equation modelling with WarpPLS 8.0 program. The empirical findings indicate that social support, social commerce information sharing, and social commerce value has a significant direct effect on brand engagement. The study also revealed that brand engagement has a significant direct effect on co-creation intention. The mediation test results indicate that brand engagement does not mediate social support, social commerce information sharing, and social commerce value on co-creation intention. This study provides an understanding that co-creation intention has become a common feature within the social commerce context and managers should make efforts to effectively engage with customers by implementing the relevant social commerce feature.

Community service activities as a form of service to the community who need supporting activities so that they can be carried out properly. For this reason, P3M Trisakti School of Management is collaborating with relevant agencies, in this case the SME Paroki Jatiwaringin St. Leo Agung division. P3M Trisakti School of Management conducted training on digital marketing for SME activists at Paroki Jatiwaringin St. Leo Agung division the Great in Jakarta. SME activists must have ideas in making products / services. The idea must be based on the desires and requests of consumers, and consumers must be able to buy it and make it possible to make this idea a reality. This digital marketing training method uses case study explanations that have been carried out by SME activists who have had successful businesses and reference material regarding digital marketing including material on how to create an account on the Lazada, Shopee, Blibli.com marketplaces and other marketplaces. After the training, it is hoped that SME activists at Paroki Jatiwaringin St. Leo Agung division can increase sales of their products/services through the use of sales using the existing marketplace application

Employees are one component of human resources that is important to note because employees have an important role in supporting the success of the company. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of employee job satisfaction on leadership, team work, and work motivation on XYZ Hotel employees. The method used in this research is descriptive and causality. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The sample in this study were 67 employees. The sampling technique in this study used a nonprobability sampling sample with a purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis technique. The methods for analyzing data in this study are normality, classical assumptions, model testing and hypotheses. The result of this study is that leadership and work motivation have a positive effect on employee job satisfaction. While the work team has no effect on employee job satisfaction.

Strategy becomes important for every organization to win competition through changes in internal and external environmental factors. Strategy requires strength, effort and good analysis to anticipate each challenge. Pearce and Robinson explain the stages of strategy management that produce strategy formulation techniques so that the strategies made by the organization are directed and correct. The method used in this research is discussion of qualitative descriptive research through proof of research that has been carried out by previous researchers regarding strategy. The results is business competitions in insurance products nowadays need to be responded by providing the best possible service therefore the insurance products are increasingly demanded by customers in this globalization era which is marked by rapid positive and negative impact on the organization. Thus, it is necessary to be careful in managing every organizational resources, not only focusing on internal organizational factors, but also external factors by utilizing any opportunities or threats that affect the organization both directly and indirectly. The CEOs of insurance company require to make analysis and formulation techniques to apply strategies in the form of winning competition and creating competitive advantage.

This research aims to find out the effect of the independent variable (X), namely training, work discipline, and leadership style on the dependent variable (Y), namely employee performance at the PT. XYZ. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. Respondents involved in this study were 59 permanent employees. Data collection is done by spreading the spread. The method for analyzing the data in this study is multiple linear regression. Based on the hypothesis, the results of this study are that training, work discipline and leadership style have an effect on employee performance.Bahasa Indonesia Abstrak: Penelitian ini punya tujuan yang jelas untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel bebas yakni gaya kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja, pelatihan pada variabel tergantung yakni kinerja karyawan di PT. XYZ. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang dipakai pada penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Responden yang terlibat pada penelitian sejumlah 59 orang karyawan tetap. Metode untuk analisa data pada penelitian yaitu regresi linear berganda. Sesuai pengujian hipotesis hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu pelatihan, disiplin kerja, gaya kepemimpinan memberi pengaruh pada kinerja karyawan.
