Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis problematika kebijakan masa jabatan kepala desa dalam tinjauan pembatasan kekuasaan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum normatif yang bersifat perspektif. Bahan hukum dalam penelitian ini meliputi bahan hukum primer dan sekunder, yang diperoleh melalui studi kepusatakaan. Bahan hukum primer meliputi peraturan perundang-undangan yang relevan dengan penelitian ini. Bahan hukum sekunder meliputi buku-buku, jurnal-jurnal, serta referensi – referensi lainnya yang memiliki relevansi dengan penelitian ini. Pendekatan dalam penelitin in meliputi pendekatan perundang-undangan. Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan diketahui bahwa Pertama, perpanjangan masa jabatan kepala desa berpotensi terjadinya penyempitan ruang demokratisasi dan prinsip konstitualisme. Kedua, membuka potensi ruang kejenuhan di dalam lingkungan desa dan membuka berbagai macam problematika di desa. Ketiga, kebijakan tersebut sebagai salah satu tindakan mempersempit ruang demokrasi dan memperluas kekuasaan yang bertentangan dengan prinsip konstitualisme. Peneliti menyarankan, pertama, adanya reformulasi kebijakan perpanjangan masa jabatan kepala desa. Kedua, memperkuat pengawasan dalam alokasi dana desa. Ketiga, optimalisasi peran penegakkan hukum terpadu terhadap penegakkan dan pengawasan pemerintahan di Desa.

Abstract

The Scientific Work Week of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Syekh Yusuf Islamic University is an activity to strengthen student leadership and the habituation of writing scientific papers among students. Awareness of the culture of writing must always be strengthened, especially among the academic community so that they are not only consumers of information but also producers of thoughts, ideas and concepts that are expressed in written form and are effectively useful in society. This activity lasts for three days with various experts explaining the material according to their respective fields. The steps of this activity are such as leadership strengthening material by experts/organizational activists and material on writing scientific papers by lecturers who have an extraordinary track record of scientific work, then students are divided into several groups with the final assignment given the task of writing an article along with their respective supervisors. Post-activity mentoring for the article assignment is carried out by the post-activity supervisor until the results of the written work made by the group are published in an indexed national journal.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas peran Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) sebagai implementasi pendidikan kewarganegaraan kemasyarakatan (community civics) dengan basis kulturalnya yaitu pesantren dalam membina dan membentuk warga NU (Nahdliyin) agar menjadi warga negara yang baik dan cerdas. Community civics merupakan domain sosiokultural Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan (PKn) yang dilakukan di luar pendidikan formal (deformalisasi) serta berkembang di masyarakat melalui organisasi sosial kemasyarakatan, organisasi politik, lembaga swadaya masyarakat, institusi, dan perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan wawancara dan observasi sebagai teknik pengumpulan data guna mendapatkan hasil yang mendalam. Adapun metode yang digunakan berupa studi kasus di Pesantren Nahdlatul Ulama Al-Hikamussalafiyah Cipulus Purwakarta. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Nahdlatul Ulama dengan pesantren yang dinaunginya telah mampu menjadi teladan pelaksanaan community civics. Implementasi tradisi ilmu keagamaan mampu disinergikan dengan konteks keindonesiaan dalam membentuk karakter warga Nahdliyin dan santri khususnya di lingkungan Pesantren Al-Hikamussalafiyah. Modal kultural tersebut berupa sikap tawassuth (tengah/moderat), i’tidal (tegak lurus) tasamuh (toleransi), tawazun (seimbang), dan amar ma’ruf nahi munkar (menegakkan yang benar dan melarang yang salah). Modal ini berdasar pada tradisi keagamaan yang menjadi sebuah legitimasi utama dalam mensyiarkan risalah Islam sebagai rahmat bagi seluruh alam semesta (Islam rahmatan lil ‘alamin). Pada akhirnya para santri bisa memahami, menganalisa, dan menjawab masalah-masalah sosial yang dihadapi baik didalam masyarakat dan bernegara secara berkesinambungan dan berperan dalam menciptakan Indonesia sebagai negara idaman yang selaras kebaikan alam dan masyarakatnya (baldatun thayyibatun wa rabbun ghafuur). Kata kunci: peran pesantren, Nahdaltul Ulama (NU), pendidikan kewarganegaraan kemasyarakatan (community civics) ABSTRACT This article explains the role of Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) as an implementation of community civics with Islamic boarding school (pesantren) as its cultural base, in fostering and shaping the NU community (Nahdliyin) to become good and smart citizens. Community civics is a socio-cultural domain of Civic Education which is implemented beyond the formal education at school (deformalization) and develops in the community through social organizations, political organizations, non-governmental organizations, institutions, and companies. The study used a qualitative approach, with interviews and observations as data collection techniques in order to obtain in-depth results. The method used is a case study at the Nahdlatul Ulama Islamic Boarding School Al-Hikamussalafiyah Cipulus Purwakarta. The results indicate that Nahdlatul Ulama and its supported Islamic boarding school have been able to become a role model in implementing community civics. Religious knowledge tradition blended with Indonesian identity is implemented in shaping the characters of Nahdliyin community and students, particularly at the Al-Hikamussalafiyah Islamic Boarding School. The cultural values are tawassuth (moderate), i’tidal (straight), tasamuh (tolerant), tawazun (balanced), and amar ma'ruf nahi munkar (enjoining what is right and forbidding what is wrong). The values are based on religious tradition which is the main legitimacy in spreading the message of Islam for the good of all human beings (rahmatan lil 'alamin). In the end, the students can understand, analyze, and answer social problems in the society and the nation in a sustainable manner and play a role in building Indonesia as an ideal state with good citizens and natural resources (baldatun thayyibatun wa rabbun ghafuur). Abstract

This research aims to determine the underlying factors, implementation mechanisms, and implementation impacts related to the implementation of the literacy movement and the Pancasila Student Profile in Tegal City. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods, this allows researchers to enter and interact intensively with sources in the field. Data sources use interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis uses data triangulation, namely by combining the three data source techniques. The Literacy Movement and Pancasila Student Profile activities were carried out by FKIP Pancasakti University Tegal students who were members of the "FKIP Millennial Summit" activity. The results of this research are that the factors underlying these activities are the existence of juvenile delinquency and the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum and the Pancasila Student Profile. The activity mechanism begins with communication to the Tegal city bureaucracy and roadshows at several Tegal city educational institutions. Meanwhile, the impact of this activity is that students who are still teenagers through the FGD system realize that juvenile delinquency is an activity that can harm themselves or society, they realize that juvenile delinquency occurs due to a lack of literacy, and they believe that the values of Pancasila are values. which must be implemented in social life.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate the role of Pancasila and Civic Education (PPKn) in enhancing constitutional awareness among students at the elementary school/madrasah ibtidaiyah level, and to elucidate effective teaching methods to achieve this goal. The research methodology employed is literature review method, analyzing various relevant literature pertaining to the research topic. The important findings of this research are that cooperative learning models such as Numbered Heads Together and Think Pair Share can be used to improve students' understanding and learning outcomes in Civics. In addition, interactive learning models such as Role Playing, Broken Triangle, Square and Heart, and digital citizenship can also increase constitutional awareness among students. Teachers play a significant role in implementing Civics and cultivating constitutional awareness in each student, with the purpose of making Civics implementation in elementary schools/madrasah ibtidaiyah an effort to shape individuals in Indonesia who possess strong personalities and a sense of responsibility towards their country. By using effective learning methods, Civics can be an important instrument in building constitutional awareness and student character.

Abstract

Pencapaian tujuan bangsa dan negara sangat ditentukan oleh kualitas sumber daya manusia, maka pendidikan memegang peranan penting dalam pembangunan peradaban yang dikenal dengan bangsa, memastikan bahwa setiap orang memiliki kemampuan untuk memiliki pengetahuan, sikap, dan keterampilan yang baik sesuai dengan keadaan masyarakat. Kelangsungan hidup suatu bangsa dan kemampuannya untuk berkembang menjadi bangsa yang lebih besar sangat tergantung pada karakter penduduknya, karena karakter menentukan cepat atau lambatnya tujuan negara tersebut dapat tercapai. Saat ini, yang mengancam keberlangsungan kehidupan bermasyarakat, berbangsa, dan bernegara adalah paham radikalisme, yang berupaya dengan cepat mengubah tatanan negara secara inkonstitusional. Radikalisme kini telah memasuki generasi muda, dengan tujuan utama meyakinkan mereka untuk menolak Pancasila sebagai ideologi dan UUD 1945 sebagai konstitusi negara. Atas hal itu, perlu ada inisiatif diradikalisasi dengan tujuan mengadopsi cita-cita Pancasila. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kepustakaan. Tujuan dari metode ini adalah untuk mengetahui pola-pola yang optimal digunakan dalam melaksanakan kegiatan diradikalisasi bagi generasi muda berbasis pendidikan kewarganegaraan, sehingga menghasilkan temuan-temuan yang menjelaskan bagaimana konsepsi ideal kegiatan diradikalisasi. Abstract

One of the manifestations of humans in socializing is someone who is educated and is able to interact and create a new culture by having global insight. Awareness of the academic community about the importance of interaction with villagers in counseling and social service in the Cisarua area is the goal of this Community Service (PKM) activity. The Cisarua Village is one of the tourist areas in Bogor Regency. The method used in the direct approach, is survey, lecture/counseling, discussion, and evaluation. The activity step begins with students going directly to the field, interviewing villagers, and providing education, technology, and English education. Selina provides social assistance. The activity was carried out in Cisarua village, Bogor Regency, West Java. Through this PkM, participants/citizens who attend can increase motivation in technology education by mastering English, this makes it easier to interact with domestic and foreign tourists in the Industrial 4.0 era
