Abstract

This research is motivated by the low learning discipline of children in the equality program at PKBM Karang Putih II, Padang City, allegedly due to the influence of a poor family environment. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between family environment and learning discipline in the equality program at PKBM Karang Putih II, Padang City. This type of research is quantitative correlational. In this study, the population is all residents studying the equivalence program package A, B, and C in 2021, totaling 87 people. The sampling technique is cluster random sampling. Samples were taken as much as 30% from each study group, namely as many as 26 samples. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire, the data collection tool uses a questionnaire containing a list of statements. The data analysis technique uses percentages. The results showed that (1) the description of the family environment had been carried out well, (2) the description of learning discipline in the equality program at PKBM Karang Putih had been carried out quite well, (3) the relationship between the family environment and learning discipline was categorized as strong (significant). It can be seen from the majority of residents who learn to give frequent statements. Based on the results of the data obtained, it can be concluded that the relationship between the family environment and learning discipline in the equality program at PKBM Karang Putih II has been carried out well.

Abstract

This research was background by the high learning outcomes of student, which is presumably because of the learning aspirations of high learning citizens in participating in the computer operator skills Balai Latihan Kerja (BLK) Payakumbuh city. This research purpose to (1) describe the aspirations of learners to achieve the goals, (2) to describe the aspirations of the studying people from the desire to participate in the training, and (3) to describe the aspirations of the studying citizens with regard to resolve. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The population in this research is the residents learn the skills of computer operator Balai Latihan Kerja (BLK) Payakumbuh city which amounted to 32 people. Samples were taken as much as 63%. The sample is 20 people. The sampling technique used cluster random sampling. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires, while the data collection tool using questionnaires. Data analysis techniques use the percentage formula. The results of the study showed that: (1) the aspirations of the villagers to achieve high ideals, (2) the aspsirations of the learners from the desire to participate in training activities are quite high, and (3) the aspirations of the studying residents with regard to determination in training activities as well high.Keywords: Aspiration, Students, Training

Abstract

This study aims to see whether there is a relationship between promotion and decision making learners in following the tutoring in BBC Limbanang Kecamatan Suliki Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota. This type of research is correlational. The population in this study is the citizens learn BBC learning guidance. Sampling technique in this research is stratified random sampling from entire population. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires, while the data collection tool questionnaire. Technique of data analysis by using formula of percentage and product moment. From the results of the study showed that: promotion done by the guidance of learning in BBC less good so that decision to follow guidance study in BBC considered less good also by learners.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh bagusnya lembaga BKBNurul Fikri Kota Padang, hal tersebut terlihat dari banyaknya peserta didik yang mengikuti bimbingan belajar di lembaga BKB Nurul Fikri Kota Padang lulus di Perguruan Tinggi Negeri (PTN). Diduga karena kinerja pendidik yang baik dalam proses pembelajaran di lembaga BKB Nurul Fikri Kota Padang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan kinerja pendidik ditinjau dari kualitas pembelajaran, kesesuaian tingkatan pembelajaran dengan tingkat perkembangan peserta didik, aspek insentif, dan  aspek disiplin waktu. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik tingkat SMA kelas X, IX IPA,dan IX IPS yang masih aktif di lembaga BKB Nurul Fikri Kota Padang yang berjumlah 119 orang. Sampel diambil sebanyak 40%.Jumlah sampel adalah 46 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan cluster random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket, sedangkan alat pengumplan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data penelitian adalah analisis deskriptif. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa: (1) kinerja pendidik ditinjau dari kualitas pembelajaran dikategorikan sangat baik, (2) kinerja pendidik ditinjau dari kesesuaian tingkatan pembelajaran dengan tingkatan perkembangan peserta didik dikategorikan sangat baik, (3) kinerja pendidik ditinjau dari aspek insentif dikategorikan sangat baik, dan (4) kinerja pendidik ditinjau dari aspek disiplin waktu dikategorikan sangat baik. Saran: bagi pengelola dan pendidik diharapkan untuk dapat mempertahankan fasilitas dan kinerja pendidik dalam proses pembelajaran untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low ability to speak of early childhood in Desa Rambai Kecamatan Pariaman Selatan Kota Pariaman. This is allegedly due to poor communication in the family. This study aims to: (1) see communication in the family, (2) see the ability to speak of early childhood, (3) see the relationship between communication in the family and children's speaking ability in Rambai Village, South Pariaman District, Pariaman City. This type of research is quantitative correlational. The study population was 27 parents. Samples were taken as much as 70%, namely 20 people. Sampling technique with area random sampling. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire, while the data collection tool uses a questionnaire. Quantitative data analysis techniques use percentages while correlation analysis uses rank order and t test. The results showed that: (1) communication in the family had not been carried out properly, (2) speaking ability of early childhood in Rambai Village, South Pariaman District, Pariaman City in the low category, (3) there was a significant relationship between communication in the family and speaking ability of early childhood in Desa Rambai Kecamatan Pariaman Selatan Kota Pariaman.

Abstract

Children's education cannot be separated from the large contribution of parents, who realize it or not will have a considerable influence on the success of an education. Therefore, in any situation, the role of parents cannot be ignored. One of the things we can observe is the need for parental cooperation in the implementation of existing education in an educational institution, we call it an early childhood education institution. Early childhood education cannot be separated from the cooperation of parents, the low cooperation of parents with early childhood education institutions will affect the success of the program itself. In this study the researchers tried to analyze the things that caused the low work of parents in early childhood education institutions, questionnaires were distributed to 21 who had children who were in early childhood education institutions and distributed randomly. With the results of good job research in terms of orientation to tasks that are considered quite good, (2) Orientation to the process which is considered quite good (3) Orientation to the assessment is quite low. The conclusions we can draw from this research are the need for an approach given to parents, so that parents want to be involved and cooperate in early childhood education institutions.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problem of many early childhood problematic at the stage of social development in PAUD Falamboyan Parit Malintang Padang Pariaman District. This is presumably because the management of the learning environment has not been well implemented, so this study aims to reveal the description of the management of the learning environment, the picture of early child social development, and the relationship between the two variables. This research is correlational research. The research population is the guardian of murid di jadikan sampel by using stratified random sampling technique. Data collection tool used is a questionnaire with data analysis of percentage calculations and using product moment formula to see the relationship of these two variables. The results showed that the Relationship Management Environmental Learning With Social Development Early Childhood According to the Guardian in Paud Falamboyan Parit Malintang Padang Pariaman District looks less good.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the low learning success in the office application training at LKP Widyaloka Bukittinggi. Researchers suspect that the cause of the training  participants' low learning success is to the lack of implementation of learning strategies by the instructors. The problems studied in this research are, "Is there a relationship between the learning strategy of office applications and the success of studying at LKP Widyaloka Bukittinggi?". This research is to see an overview of learning strategies, an overview of learning success, how the relationship between the two. This research is a correlational study using a quantitative approach. The population in the study amounted to 40 people who met the criteria. While the sample was determined to be 75% of 40, namely 30 people. Data collection in the research was conducted by researchers using a questionnaire technique and the tools used were questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses the percentage formula, the Product Moment formula. It can be concluded that: (1) the learning strategy at LKP Widyaloka Bukittinggi office applications is not good, (2) the success of learning office applications in LKP Widyaloka Bukittinggi is categorized as low. (3) there is a significant relationship between the office application learning strategy and the learning success at LKP Widyaloka Bukittinggi. For this reasons, the authors give several suggestions (1) It is hoped that the instructor in making an attractive media learning strategy method increases high learning success, so that active participants office application training activities LKP Widyaloka Bukittinggi can do well. (2) It is expected that LKP Widyaloka Bukittinggi will improve the quality of learning training for office applications at LKP Widyaloka Bukittinggi. (3) Researchers are expected to examine other variables that affect involvement citizens in learning.Keywords: learning strategies, learning success.

Abstract

The research was distributed by low motivation citizens learn in following the process of learning, this is allegedly due to lack of skills gives reinforcement by tutors on equality program Package B in the SPNF SKB Padang Panjang City. This type of research using quantitative methods korelasional. The population in this research study program is a citizen equality Package B in the town of Padang Panjang SPNF SKB of 20 people. The number of samples is as many as 15 people. The technique of sampling using stratified random sampling. This research data analysis techniques using percentage and rank order. On the results of the research can be seen that (1) the lack of skills gives reinforcement by tutors, (2) lack of motivation in learning citizens follow the learning process, and (3) there is a significant relationship between the skill of giving reinforcement by tutors with the motivation of learning in the citizens equality Package B in the SPNF SKB Padang Panjang City.Keywords: Reinforcement, Motivation of Learning

Abstract

Lifelong education is very basic stuff to be applied because of our educationtoday face a variety of challenges and problems, including; formal educationare not able to answer the demands of the people to keep and continue tolearn. Population increases very rapidly and at the same time increasingpeople's desire to get an education, which is the cumulative demand and theavailability of adequate educational methods. The development of modernscience requires the basics of a solid education and mastery abilityconstantly, and thus require a longer education in accordance with theconcept of lifelong education. The family as the first and primary containeris expected to provide answers to the needs of lifelong education. Forms ofeducation provided amid the family or as a support for further educationwhich would be obtained by a child, indicating that the family had beenpreparing as early container lifelong education.
