Abstract

Purpose: This study aims at describing the planning of the education system that will be adapted that it is necessary to make comparisons in order to improve the quality of the education system and contribute to the government in considering making policies to improve the Indonesian education system. Research methodology: The research design is used a case study to compare the education system between Indonesia and Finnish and literature review to collect relevant research. Results: The results of the study indicated that the Indonesian education curriculum is classified as low because it is based on five curriculum components, namely objectives, contents-materials, media, learning strategies, and learning process. Limitations: This study focuses on the five curriculum components in the Indonesian education system generally, so that there is a gap that can be filled by future researchers by discussing more deeply along with examples from other countries. Contribution: This research contributes to curriculum policyholders in the Indonesian education system because it can be a reference for improving the quality of the Indonesian education system.

Abstract

: Belajar dari rumah (BDR) dalam pendidikan jarak jauh (PJJ) merupakan kebijakan yang diambil oleh pemerintah. Menurut data yang dirilis oleh Kemendikbud jumlah siswa yang melakukan pembelajaran dari rumah ini berjumlah 68.729.037, jumlah tersebut tersebar pada berbagai tingkat satuan pendidikan, mulai dari PAUD sebanyak 7,4 juta orang, siswa SD sebanyak 28.587.688, siswa SMP sederajat 13.086.424, siswa SMA sederajat sebanyak 11.303.381, mahasiswa sebanyak 6.349.941 orang, sebanyak 1.505.017 pada satuan pendidikan masyarakat, sebanyak 234.826 merupakan peserta kursus dan 140.390 siswa pada satuan pendidikan khusus serta sejumlah 75.695 siswa pada satuan pendidikan keagamaan. Pelaksanaan BDR ini berdasarkan hasil survey telah menimbulkan dampak psikologi terhadap anak. Hasil survey Wahana Visi Indonesia yang dimuat dalam www.katadata.co.id, menemukan bahwa pemberlakuan BDR ini memiliki dampak psikis terhadap siswa. Data menunjukan sebanyak 47% anak mengaku bosan tinggal di rumah, sedangkan 35% kuatir ketinggalan pelajaran dan 15% mereka merasa tidak aman. Di samping itu Komisi Perlindungan Anak Indonesia (KPAI) juga melakukan survey dan mereka menemukan bahwa telah terjadi kekerasan secara psikis terhadap anak selama pandemi ini, dimana 56% mengaku dimarahi, 34% mengaku dibanding-bandingkan dengan anak lain, 23% mengaku dibentak, 13% dipelototi, dihina sebesar 5% dan terkahir diancam sebesar 4%. Yang menarik adalah bahwa pelaku yang melakukan tindak kekerasan tersebut merupakan keluarga terdekat, seperti ayah, ibu, kakak, adik dan saudara lainnya bahkan nenek dan asisten rumah tangga juga ikut terlibat. Berdasarkan data-data di atas, tidak dapat dipungkiri bahwa dampak psikologi pasti akan terjadi pada anak dan orang tua yang terlibat dalam pelaksanaan belajar dari rumah, dimana pada gilirannya akan juga berpengaruh kepada tujuan dari pembelajaran itu sendiri yaitu perubahan perilaku. Bagaimana mungkin perubahan perilaku akan tercapai dengan maksimal dan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan jika dalam proses pembelajaran tersebut terjadi tekanan psikis terhadap anak dan tidak menutup juga kemungkinan hal ini juga berpengaruh kepada psikologi orang tua atau anggota keluarga yang lain. Untuk itu, agar hal tersebut tidak semakin menganggu proses BDR ini, perlu dilakukan mitigasi atau hal-hal yang bersifat preventif dalam rangka meminimalisir resiko negatif terhadap psikis anak khususnya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode studi literatur yang bertujuan untuk mencarikan solusi alternatif dalam rangka meminimalisir dampak psikologi negatif yang terjadi kepada anak selama pelaksanaan belajar dari rumah.

Abstract

This research is motivated by Community Participation in the Implementation of Education that has not run optimally in Marunggi Village, Pariaman City. There is still a lot of non-formal education that has not been implemented and many face problems. This research is a quantitative type of correlational research. Community participation in education is very low, but community participation in education is very important because whatever is produced not through community involvement in the entire process will result in a lack of sense of ownership and responsibility for them to participate in implementing and maintaining the continuity of education. The population in this study was 113 people and the sample of this study was 53 people who were enrolled in non-formal education programs with the sampling technique of cluster random sampling. The analysis of this research is Pearson product moment correlation. There is a significant relationship between government support for community participation in the implementation of non-formal education in Marunggi village, Pariaman City

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low of parental guidance on adolescent learning interest in the Melayu Village, Lubuk Basung District, Agam Regency. aims to see a picture of adolescent learning interest, a picture of parental guidance and see the relationship between parental guidance and adolescent learning interest.This type of research is using a quantitative with a correlational approach. The population in this study were all teenagers in the Malay Village, Lubuk Basung District as many as 21 people. Sample was taken as much as 50% of the population of 11 people. The results of this study indicate that parenting still low, adolescent learning interest is still lacking; and there is a significant relationship between parental guidance and adolescent learning interest in the Melayu Village, Lubuk Basung District, Agam Regency. It is recommended for parents to be able to provide encouragement and motivation for children to further improve and be more active in learning activities, as well as be a guide for further researchers. keywords: parental guidance and interest in learning

Abstract

This research was motivated by the good implementation of the Gada Pratama security unit training program at PT Wiratama Jaya Perkasa. The purposes of this study were 1) to see the participants' perceptions of the opening of the implementation of education and training, 2) to see the participants' perceptions of the education and training learning activities, 3) to see the participants' perceptions of the closing activities of the education and training implementation process.The type of research used is descriptive, with a quantitative approach. The population of this study were trainees from batches 45 to 50. While the samples were taken using the cluster random sampling technique. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. As for the data analysis technique used the percentage formula.The results of this study indicate that the perception of participants in the Gada Pratama security unit training at PT Wiratama Jaya Perkasa is very good. It is shown that: 1) participants' perceptions of the opening of the implementation of education and training at PT Wiratama Jaya Perkasa are categorized as good. This is proven that in the implementation of the opening the instructor is able to influence the participants who take part in the training process; 2) participants' perceptions of learning and training activities at PT Wiratama Jaya Perkasa are categorized as good. It is proven that the instructor is able to carry out learning activities well so that participants are able to receive the material or training provided; 3) participants' perceptions of the closing activities of the education and training implementation process carried out at PT Wiratama Jaya Perkasa were categorized as good. It is proven that the closing activities carried out by the instructor have an influence on the participants who take part in the training

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of residents studying the Package B program at PKBM Tuah Sepakat Nagari Tanjung. It is suspected that this is caused by the lack of active learning of the learning community during the process. The aims of this study were to: 1) to describe the learning activities of the residents in PKBM Tuah Sepakat Nagari Tanjung, 2) to describe the learning outcomes of citizens studying mathematics at PKBM Tuah Sepakat Nagari Tanjung, and 3) to determine the relationship between learning residents and learning outcomes at Mathematics subject package B at PKBM Tuah Agreed Nagari Tanjung. This type of research is quantitative with a correlational approach. The population in this study was the Package B learning community program at PKBM Tuah Sepakat Nagari Tanjung which opened 70 people and the respondents in this study opened 30 people. The results of this study indicate that: 1) the learning activities of the residents in PKBM Tuah Sepakat Nagari Tanjung are still low, 2) the learning outcomes of students learning mathematics in PKBM Tuah Sepakat Nagari Tanjung are still low, and 3) there is a significant relationship between the activeness of the citizens studying with the results studying mathematics in the Package B program at PKBM Tuah Sepakat Nagari Tanjung.

Abstract

This research is based on the low self-discipline of adolescents in Kenagarian Nanggalo, Koto XI Tarusan District. This is thought to be influenced by the parenting style of parents in paying attention to discipline in their education. The objectives of this study are (1) to see the description of parenting patterns according to adolescents in Nanggalo, Koto XI Tarusan District. (2) To see the description of adolescent discipline in Nanggalo, Koto XI Tarusan District. (3) To see the relationship between parenting and discipline in adolescents. in Kenagarian Nanggalo, Koto XI Tarusan District. The type of this research is descriptive quantitative research, correlation analysis method. The population is 26 people, the sampling technique is random sampling and taken by 60% or as many as 16 people. This study showed several results, namely: (1) Adolescent parenting in Nanggalo District Koto XI Tarusan was categorized as poor. This is evidenced by the parents not educating their children well, the parents not guiding and disciplining their children properly; (2) Adolescent self-discipline in Nanggalo, Koto XI Tarusan District is categorized as low. It can be seen that children have not been able to obey the rules seriously and are less obedient in disciplining themselves; (3) Has a significant relationship between parenting and adolescent self-discipline in Nanggalo, Koto XI Tarusan District.

Abstract

The need for the application of andragogy principles in the adult learning approach is because learning efforts are different from children's learning efforts. Children's learning transmits a number of experiences, knowledge and skills in order to prepare children to face life in the future. In contrast, adult learning emphasizes more on guiding and helping adults to find knowledge, skills and attitudes in order to solve the problems of life they face. The accuracy of the approach used in organizing a learning activity will affect the success of the learning objectives. This study aims to 1) analyze the tutor's andragogy approach according to the learning community in the aspect of communication, 2) analyze the tutor's andragogy approach according to the learning community in terms of physical appearance. The method of collecting data is by distributing questionnaires to 40 residents learning equality education. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis of the quality of the results of the collection of questionnaires, it can be concluded that; 1) the andragogy approach to the performance aspect of tutors in terms of how to communicate tutors according to learning residents is still low/not yet communicative; 2) the andragogy approach in the aspect of tutor performance in terms of physical appearance according to learning residents is still low/less attractive.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of the Cooperative Training Participants for the Young Generation at the UPTD Cooperative Training Center, West Sumatra, this is presumably due to the low professional competence of widyaiswara. This study aims to: describe the professional competence of widyaiswara, learning outcomes of training participants' learning outcomes, and see the relationship between widyaiswara's professional competencies and learning outcomes of Cooperatives training participants for the Young Generation at UPTD Cooperative Training Center of West Sumatra. The research population is the learning residents who are registered as participants in the Cooperative Training for the Young Generation in 2020 totaling 35 people and a sample of 25 training participants who were taken using a sampling technique, namely simple random sampling. Data collection techniques in the form of a questionnaire with a questionnaire tool. Data analysis technique with percentage formula and rank order correlation. The results showed that: (1) the professional competence of widyaiswara was low, (2) the learning outcomes of the training participants were low, (3) there was a significant relationship between the professional competence of the widyaiswara and the learning outcomes of the Cooperatives training participants for the Young Generation at UPTD Cooperative Education and Training Center Sumatra. West. It is recommended for institutions to be able to pay attention to matters relating to the achievement of training participants' learning outcomes so that the learning outcomes achieved by training participants are maximized, and it is recommended for widyaiswaras to improve their competencies in order to improve training participants' learning outcomes.Keywords: widyaiswara professional competence, learning outcomes, education and training

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low level of children's learning motivation at home in Teratai Indah, this is presumably due to the relatively low attention of parents on children's education. This study aims to: 1) describe the attention of parents on children's education; 2) describe children's learning motivation at home; 3) look at the relationship between parental attention to children's education and children's motivation to learn at home in Teratai Indah. This type of research is quantitative research with correlational descriptive technique. The population in this study were school-age children in Teratai Indah as many as 35 people and a sample of 18 people. Data collection techniques in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used the percentage formula and Spearman rho correlation. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Parents' attention to children's education is categorized as low. This is evidenced by the answers of respondents to the questionnaire who answered the statement sometimes. (2) Children's learning motivation at home is categorized as low. This is evidenced by the answers of respondents to the questionnaire who answered the statement sometimes. (3) The results of data processing show that there is a significant relationship between parental attention to children's education and children's motivation to learn at home in Teratai Indah. It is hoped that parents can pay more attention to their children's education.Keywords: Parental attention, learning motivation
