Abstract

AbstrakManajemen bakat dalam konteks organisasi publik telah menjadi fokus utama dalam literatur manajemen modern. Manajemen bakat merupakan konsep yang penting dalam konteks organisasi publik karena organisasi publik juga membutuhkan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas untuk mencapai tujuan-tujuan organisasi. Saat ini, literatur tentang manajemen bakat telah mengalami perkembangan yang signifikan, terutama dengan masuknya teknologi dan perubahan dinamika kerja di era digital. Pada perspektif sastra, studi-studi sebelumnya telah mengidentifikasi berbagai aspek terkait manajemen bakat dalam berbagai jenis organisasi, namun masih terdapat kekurangan penelitian yang fokus pada organisasi publik. Dalam konteks ini, literatur tentang manajemen bakat dalam organisasi publik memiliki relevansi yang tinggi untuk dieksplorasi lebih lanjut. Tujuan tinjauan literatur ini adalah untuk memahami konsep dan praktik manajemen bakat dalam konteks organisasi public, selanjutnya untuk mengidentifikasi pendekatan dan strategi manajemen bakat dan implikasi manajemen bakat terhadap peningkatan kinerja dalam konteks publik. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode kualitatif khususnya library method, berdasarkan hasil penelitian terdahulu yang relevan dalam lima tahun terakhir dan buku-buku up to date (5 tahun terakhir). Hasil tinjauan menunjukkan bahwa manajemen bakat dalam organisasi publik melibatkan pengelolaan sumber daya manusia yang berfokus pada identifikasi, pengembangan, dan pemanfaatan bakat individu untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi. Implikasi dari praktik manajemen bakat yang efektif dalam organisasi publik termasuk peningkatan motivasi dan keterlibatan karyawan, pengembangan kompetensi yang relevan, serta peningkatan produktivitas dan kualitas layanan. Penelitian lebih lanjut diperlukan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor kunci yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan manajemen bakat dalam organisasi publik serta untuk mengembangkan kerangka kerja yang lebih komprehensif untuk memandu praktik manajemen bakat yang berkelanjutan dan berdampak positif pada kinerja organisasi publik.Keywords: Talent Management, Public Organization, Performance, Improvement

Abstract

Era digital telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam perilaku konsumen dan pola persaingan, khususnya di industri e-commerce. Strategi diferensiasi menjadi salah satu pendekatan penting yang dapat meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan di tengah persaingan yang semakin ketat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan strategi diferensiasi dalam meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan di PT. Bukalapak.Com melalui pendekatan tinjauan pustaka. Data dikumpulkan dari berbagai sumber literatur, termasuk artikel jurnal, laporan industri, dan dokumen terkait yang membahas strategi diferensiasi dan loyalitas pelanggan dalam konteks e-commerce. Hasil tinjauan menunjukkan bahwa strategi diferensiasi di Bukalapak didasarkan pada inovasi produk dan layanan, personalisasi pengalaman pengguna, serta pengembangan fitur unggulan seperti BukaMall dan BukaEmas. Selain itu, pendekatan pemasaran digital yang kreatif dan berbasis teknologi memainkan peran penting dalam menciptakan pengalaman pelanggan yang unik dan bernilai. Strategi ini tidak hanya meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan tetapi juga membangun hubungan jangka panjang yang memperkuat loyalitas. Namun, literatur juga mengidentifikasi beberapa tantangan, seperti kebutuhan untuk terus berinovasi dan menjaga keunggulan kompetitif di tengah persaingan yang dinamis. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya strategi diferensiasi yang konsisten dan adaptif untuk menjaga daya saing dan loyalitas pelanggan di era digital.Kata kunci: strategi diferensiasi, loyalitas pelanggan, era digital, PT. Abstract

Evaluation of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning is an important element in measuring the success of the educational process that includes cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects. However, its implementation is faced with various challenges, such as limited evaluation methods, instrument development, and teacher competence in carrying out holistic evaluations. This study aims to examine the concept, challenges, and strategies for developing PAI evaluation through a literature study approach with descriptive analysis of various library sources. The results of the study indicate that the main challenge in PAI evaluation is the dominance of conventional methods that are less able to capture the affective and psychomotor aspects of students optimally. The proposed strategies include the development of varied instruments, teacher training, technology integration, and collaboration with parents. The implications of this study are the need for improvements to education policies to support the implementation of more effective PAI evaluations that are oriented towards the formation of student character according to Islamic values.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media sosial terhadap efektivitas proses pembelajaran dan pemanfaatannya sebagai alat pengajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh melalui dokumen, wawancara, dan observasi, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa platform media sosial seperti Telegram, YouTube, Instagram, dan WhatsApp digunakan secara efektif untuk mendukung pembelajaran PAI. WhatsApp digunakan untuk komunikasi dan diskusi antara guru dan siswa, Instagram untuk materi visual, YouTube untuk video ceramah, dan Telegram untuk distribusi materi tambahan dan tugas. Sebagian besar siswa merasa lebih tertarik dan mudah memahami materi melalui media sosial, yang mendukung pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif dan fleksibel. Namun, terdapat beberapa tantangan, seperti keterbatasan akses internet dan perangkat, serta distraksi dari konten yang tidak relevan. Oleh karena itu, pengelolaan yang bijaksana dan fasilitas yang memadai sangat penting untuk memaksimalkan pemanfaatan media sosial dalam pembelajaran PAI. Secara keseluruhan, meskipun ada kendala, pemanfaatan media sosial terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa dan mendukung pembelajaran PAI di SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta, asalkan dilakukan dengan pengelolaan yang tepat

Abstract

Purpose – This study aims to: (1) analyze the role of self-compassion in dealing with negative body image and the factors influencing it among female adolescents; (2) explore the contribution of moral education to the development of self-compassionate attitudes; and (3) evaluate the impact of self-compassion on the psychological and social well-being of female adolescents in Islamic schools. This research addresses the limitations of previous studies, which predominantly employed quantitative approaches and have not contextually addressed spiritual values. Design/methods/approach – This study employed a qualitative approach with a phenomenological design. Four female adolescents from Muhammadiyah Junior High Schools 7 and 8 in Surakarta were purposively selected based on their experiences with negative body image. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, participatory observation, and document studies, and analyzed using Miles and Huberman’s technique. Data validity was enhanced through triangulation of methods, sources, and theories. Findings – The study found that self-compassion functions as a protective mechanism that helps female adolescents manage social pressures related to the body. The three main dimensions of Neff’s framework—self-kindness, common humanity, and mindfulness—were identified in the participants’ narratives. Moral education that internalizes Islamic values such as gratitude (syukur), contentment (qanaah), and sincerity (ikhlas) contributed to self-acceptance and psychological resilience. Self-compassion also had a positive impact on increasing self-confidence, emotional calmness, and healthy social relationships. Research implications – The findings recommend a reformulation of the Islamic Religious Education curriculum to be more responsive to adolescents’ psychosocial issues, as well as the development of spiritual mentoring programs and Islamic media literacy to promote positive body image and emotional well-being among students.

Abstract

Sustaining and enhancing student engagement in the educational process is a critical issue in contemporary pedagogy. Amidst rapid digital technological advancements, various innovative platforms are emerging as instructional tools, one of which is Gimkit. This research aims to examine the implementation of Gimkit as a learning medium and its influence on increasing active student participation. By employing both qualitative and quantitative approaches, this study explores several dimensions, including the availability of interactive learning content, the dynamics of student interaction and involvement, accessibility and ease of use, pedagogical effectiveness, learning support, performance evaluation, as well as challenges and feedback from learners. The analysis findings indicate that Gimkit positively contributes to student engagement in the learning process. The variety of game modes and interactive features available have successfully stimulated student interest and participation, reflected in the high level of enthusiasm during each learning session integrating Gimkit. Student feedback suggests significant appreciation for the utilization of Gimkit as a teaching medium, although some improvement recommendations were identified to optimize the holistic learning experience. The implications of this study are expected to provide guidance for educational institutions in adopting Gimkit to enhance the quality and effectiveness of student learning.

Abstract

The quality of the learning process is often hampered by teaching methods that lack variety and fail to engage students, particularly in Islamic Religious Education (PAI). This study focuses on the development and evaluation of interactive learning media based on Quizizz as an effort to improve student learning outcomes at Raudhatul Huffaz Learning House. The research methodology employed is Research and Development (R&D) following the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluate). Data were collected through observation, documentation studies, and questionnaires. Research participants included 39 general students from Raudhatul Huffaz Learning House taking PAI subjects. Expert validation results indicate that the Quizizz learning media is highly suitable and practical. Assessments from media experts yielded an average of 3.7, while material experts gave an average of 4.0, both signifying "very practical" criteria. Trials on a small group (5 students) showed a student response rate of 90% with an "excellent" category. Subsequently, trials on a large group (22 out of 39 students) recorded a 91% response rate with the same category. Comparative analysis between pretest and posttest results revealed a significant improvement in student learning outcomes. The learning completeness level before intervention only reached 18% ("incomplete"), but surged to 71% ("complete") after using the Quizizz media, demonstrating a 53% increase in learning outcomes. Thus, this study concludes that the development of interactive learning media using Quizizz is highly effective in supporting the improvement of student learning outcomes in PAI.

Abstract

This study investigates the utilization of digital media in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning at MTsN 1 Surakarta in response to the growing demand for innovative and relevant pedagogical approaches in the digital era. The research aims to explore the types of digital media used by teachers, their pedagogical intentions, challenges encountered, and their perceptions of digital media effectiveness in embedding Islamic values. Adopting a qualitative approach with a case study method, data were collected through semi-structured interviews and documentation and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. The findings show that teachers employ various digital tools such as YouTube videos, Google Classroom, PowerPoint, and Google Forms to enhance student engagement and contextual understanding. Despite challenges like limited access to devices and varying levels of digital literacy, teachers implement adaptive strategies, including simplified media, use of school computer labs, and peer learning communities. The integration of digital media has shifted the teachers’ roles into curators of ethical content and facilitators of digital spiritual learning. This study concludes that digital media, when thoughtfully applied, can reinforce cognitive, affective, and spiritual dimensions of religious education while maintaining Islamic values in a technologically driven learning environment.

Abstract

In the midst of increasing moral challenges faced by children today, early Islamic education plays a critical role in character development. This study aims to describe the role of the Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur’an (TPA) Al-Ikhlas in shaping children's character in Mojo Wetan Village, Sragen, and to identify supporting and inhibiting factors in this process. The formation of a strong and noble character is the main goal of early Islamic education. This study uses a phenomenological approach through field research methods, utilizing data collection techniques in the form of observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The research subjects included students, ustadz, and parents or guardians. The results show that TPA Al-Ikhlas not only functions as a center for learning the Quran, but also as an institution for character formation through the instilling of praiseworthy morals, routine religious activities, fostering daily manners, and role models. Supporting factors include the religious environment and active parental involvement, while inhibiting factors include the lack of role models at home and the negative influence of technology. This study concludes that collaboration between TPA, families, and the wider community is crucial in building a generation of Muslims with strong character and contributing positively to their environment.

Abstract

Teachers of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) are essential to students' practical contributions because they help them develop moral character by imparting Islamic values. This entails setting a good example, encouraging moral consciousness, and inspiring students to absorb and carry out these principles on a regular basis. In addition to helping students build strong relationships with Allah SWT and others, Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers who have a thorough understanding of character education can also help students develop into people who are honest, fair, responsible, empathetic, and honest. Descriptive qualitative methodology was employed, and a literature study was used to gather data. According to the study's analysis, pupils' development of noble character is greatly aided by their perception of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers as role models. Islamic Religious Education (PAI) instructors might have a thorough understanding of Islamic religious concepts and moral principles, which are essential for cultivating noble character, thanks to insight into character education. Teachers of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) should keep refining their character education through professional communities, reading, and training.
