Abstract

Nowadays, technology is rapidly developed, which affects various aspects, including education. Technology development increase learning motivation; therefore, student motivation determines learning achievement. Technology, besides improve student understanding, it is providing engaging learning activities. Previous research has not explored student learning readiness to learning motivation; moreover, technology dynamics in the learning process are constantly evolving. The study examines the effect of learning motivation in mediating self-directed learning readiness and technology readiness on cognitive presence. This study uses a quantitative approach involving 167 students as respondents who employ a learning management system during lectures. The research distributed an online questionnaire to obtain data and analyzed using SEM AMOS. The results show that self-directed learning readiness influences motivation and cognitive presence; it means learning motivation partially mediates. This study also proves that technology readiness directly affects learning motivation and cognitive presence; learning motivation partially mediates. This study indicates self-directed learning readiness and technology readiness shape learning motivation. This research proves readiness to learn and ready-to-use technology raise learning motivation. Students are motivated to increase their understanding through technology. The research result is beneficial for understanding the urge of learning motivation to exaggerate students' cognitive aspects.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic requires humans to make adjustments in various aspects of life. In education area, there are also challenges of adjustment with online learning at home. In particular, big challenges are faced by practical subjects such as aerobics dance, which require a practical online learning model. The purpose of study was to determine the perceptions of students in online learning in the aerobic dance course. To obtain these answers, a questionnaire consisting of 20 questions was distributed to all 213 students that follow the course through Google Form. The questionnaire used has met the criteria for the validity and reliability. IBM SPSS Statistics 22 is used in the process of testing the validity and reliability of the questionnaire. With the validity test using Bivariate and reliability test with the Alpha Cronbach formula. The results of respondents’ answers in Google Form were converted by Microsoft Excel 2019 program to analyze the average and percentage calculations. The data shows that students have a fairly good perception of practical learning aerobic dance based on the aspects of infrastructure, human resources, media and learning systems and also student competencies. The main problem faced by students in learning is the problem of internet signals that often occurs in online video conferencing meetings. Therefore lecturers must have a passion for work to create interesting and targeted learning innovations so that the weaknesses of online practical course learning can be minimized.

Abstract

Problems that arise in the implementation of medical-surgical nursing clinical learning make students weak in achieving clinical competence, critical thinking skills, case analysis, and clinical decision-making. The scientific method is a learning approach that uses steps and scientific rules to implement the learning process. So that students always find out from various sources and information through observing, asking, trying, processing, presenting, concluding, and creating. This method is a learning method that touches on three domains: knowledge (cognitive), attitude (affective), and skills (psychomotor). This study aimed to assess the effectiveness of the scientific method in improving clinical competence and learning outcomes for nursing students in medical-surgical nursing courses. This study used a quasi-experimental method with the subject of nursing professional education students. The data analysis technique uses the t-test with the help of the SPSS program. The results of clinical studies before and after applying the scientific method showed differences in the pre-and post-test scores, with a p-value of 0.000. The results of this study indicate that the scientific method can improve students' clinical competence, including the ability to think critically and analyze cases.

All of these aspects must be improved in a balanced way so that an athlete can perform optimally. The physical condition of athletes in Pekalongan City was studied. The population of this study was 49 athletes, and data was obtained through tests and measurements of endurance, speed, flexibility, and arm muscle strength. The average results of the tests showed endurance test was 32.03 in the less category, the speed test was 5.44 in the less category, the flexibility test was 18.45 in the sufficient category, and the arm muscle strength test was 32.31 in. in less categories. Abstract

'Baby steps' health interventions are scheduled in stages to improve birth outcomes. This intervention focuses on preventing high-risk pregnancies, including preventing excessive gestational weight gain (GWG) because it can cause risk of complications including maternal and child obesity and the risk of neural tube defects (NTD) in the fetus and etc. Objective: This study is to examine more deeply how the mother's behavior model and health service program interventions are recommended to increase the prevention of high-risk pregnancies. Methods: This systematic review was written based on PRISMA guidelines through three electronic databases, namely PubMed, Springer, and ScienceDirect with keywords of maternal behavior, high-risk pregnancy prevention and clinical trials and include 9 articles to be analyzed. Results: Cognitive health schemes related to perspectives that shape maternal behavior include believing that pregnancy is a 'fail safe' system where the baby in the womb will be fine, regardless of the mother's health. Therefore, the behavior that often occurs among the community is low prevention of obesity, low consumption of sufficient folic acid, wrong diet patterns, inadequate physical activity, stress, alcohol use and smoking. High-risk pregnancy prevention program interventions must be comprehensive and use intensive evidence-based data management. Conclusion: Low obesity prevention behavior, low consumption of sufficient folic acid, wrong dietary patterns, inadequate physical activity, stress, alcohol use and smoking can be overcome by implementing an intensive weight management program equipped with SMS reminders of a healthy lifestyle and education regarding the importance of intervention programs to prevent high-risk pregnancies.

Abstract

In previous research, an information system based on an android application called Giziku Baik App was built. Even now, this application has entered the play store. Through e-books on stunting and adolescent nutrition. However, this application has several drawbacks, namely that cellphone owners can only use it with the Android operating system. IOS users among teenagers are increasing and dominating compared to ordinary Android phones. So the Giziku Baik App needs to be developed based on IOS or something else so anyone can use it. However, developing IOS-based applications takes a long time; sometimes, not everyone is willing and able to operate. Therefore, it is necessary to build a web-based Giziku Baik App so that it can be easily used by whoever owns the link. This study aims to develop a website-based information system for the Giziku Baik application using agile development methods. Giziku Baik App web-based used agile method to develop the information systems. Its consist of planning until demonstration. This paper show running system analysis, Giziku Baik web-based process design, database design, deployment diagram, and user interface. it can be concluded that developing a website-based Giziku Baik application using the agile developmental method can produce accurate and quality information because it uses a standardized median from the relevant ministry. In addition, users, in this case, teenagers, can use the app-based Giziku Baik to find out the results of the examination and get feedback on their nutritional status.

Abstract

The global prevalence of anemia reaches 29.9%, while in Indonesia it reaches 36.5%. Anemia in adolescent girls can lead to decreased learning ability and concentration, inhibit growth, decrease immunity, and reduce performance in physical activity. Currently, around 23% of adolescent girls in Indonesia experience anemia. As the next generation will give birth to the next generation, it is important to ensure that their nutritional, reproductive health, and hygiene needs are well met. One of the anemia control programs that can be done is through schools. The success of school-based anemia management programs is highly dependent on multisectors, including strengthening internal stakeholders and external involvement in the school environment. This study aims to find out the role of stakeholders in overcoming anemia in schools. This research method uses literature review by searching Indonesian and English articles through the Elvesier, Google Scholar and PubMed databases in the period 2015-2025. The keywords used are "anemia", "adolescents", "health programs", "schools", "stakeholders". From the results of the search and review, a number of articles were obtained used for this research. The results of the study show that stakeholders have an important role in anemia management programs in adolescent girls. Each stakeholder has their own role in supporting each other in the implementation of school-based anemia management programs in adolescents. With cooperation between stakeholders, the anemia management carried out will be more optimal.
