Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the level of community satisfaction with administrative services at the Duampanua sub-district office, Pinrang Regency. The method in this research uses quantitative research methods with descriptive research type. The data obtained was then analyzed using simple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that the analysis of the service quality variable is in the very good category with an average of 84.6 and the analysis of the community satisfaction variable is in the very good category with an average score of 86.26. Based on the results of a simple linear regression test, it shows that the service quality variable has an effect of 0.96% on community satisfaction with a significant value of 0.000 at the Duampanua sub-district office, Pinrang Regency.

Abstract

This research aims to produce LMS-based Biology   e-learning media at SMA Negeri 18 Luwu Utara that is valid, practical and effective, as well as analyze the practicality and effectiveness of the developed e-learning media  .  The research method used is Research & Development (R&D mode used is the Development Model of Robert Maribe Branch (2009) with 5 stages in a cycle, namely ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Evaluation). Sampling uses a simple random sampling technique. The sample of this study is class XII MIPA1 which amounts to 34 students. Kevalidan, Practicality is collected with questionnaire and validation sheets, for effectiveness data is collected with test sheets. Data collection is carried out by testing the validity of products, providing learning outcome tests, collecting student and teacher response data. The data collected was analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis with the results: 1) The validity of media experts and materials received valid categories from 2 validators; 2) Classical completion of learning outcomes of 88.23%;  3) Teachers and students respond positively to the product, 4) there is a significant link between practicality and effectiveness of the media. Based on the results of the study, the e-learning media  developed is declared valid, practical and effective.

Abstract

Article Highlights- Indonesia has remarkable natural resources of spiny lobster Panulirus homarus and an exceptional opportunity to establish the largest lobster aquaculture industry in the world.- However, culturing lobsters still relies on natural feeds (trash fish of fresh fishery by-catch) which are inefficient and environmentally unsustainable.- Developing formulated feed based on locally available ingredients is invaluable for replacing natural feeds to support sustainable lobster culture.- Formulated feed made of local fish meal provided the best growth of juvenile spiny lobster Panulirus homarus compared to imported fish meal. AbstractSeveral studies suggested that good growth performance and survival of lobster juveniles can be achieved by feeding the lobsters with formulated feeds. This study aimed to (1) evaluate the growth and survival of spiny lobster Panulirus homarus juveniles fed with different diets having profiles based on a basal diet formulation and (2) to compare the growth of lobsters fed with an identical formulated feed with variations only in sources of fish meal and dry matter content. The feeding experiment was designed following a completely randomized design (CRD) with five diet treatments and five replicates for each treatment. Five experimental diets were prepared in this experiment, i.e., Diet A (basal diet prepared as moist pellets); Diet B (moist pellets with the same formulation as Diet A, using local fish meal); Diet C (moist pellets with the same formulation as Diet A, using imported fish meal); Diet D (dry pellets with the same formulation as Diet A, using imported fish meal); and Diet E (fresh fish). Juveniles of spiny lobster with an average weight of 3.00±0.07 g were allocated in 25 net cages (60 x 60 x 60 cm) placed in a circular HDPE canvas tank (7.5 m in diameter) at a density of 15 lobsters/cage in a flow-through seawater system. The juveniles were fed with the experimental diets twice/day for 12 weeks. The experiment showed that the best growth was observed in juveniles fed with moist feed containing local fish meal (Diet B) with the final weight reaching 18.74±2.30 g. Moist feed containing imported fish meal (Diet C) resulted in a higher survival rate (46.66%), and the lowest survival rate (13.33%) was obtained from juveniles fed with fresh fish (Diet E).

Abstract

This research is developmental research that aims to: (1) determine the production procedure, (2) determine the characteristics, and (3) analyze the feasibility of interactive media for creating dance works by developing "Montro dance movements" for arts and culture lessons. The development model used in this research refers to the Borg and Gall development model, which consists of nine stages: 1) analysis of potential and problems, 2) data collection, 3) product design, 4) design validation, 5) design revision, 6) product trial, 7) product revision, 8) usage trial, and 9) product revision. The characteristics of interactive media for creating dance works with the development of "Montro dance movements" developed in this study consist of six learning activities with the syntax of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model and are equipped with images, animations, videos, and reflection sheets. Based on the results of the media expert validation test, the score was 3.85 on a Likert scale of 4, the results of the material expert validation test were 3.9 on a Likert scale of 4, and the results of the language expert validation test were 4 on a Likert scale of 4. Based on the suggestions and input of the experts, design revisions were made. Product trials were conducted by 5 teachers from 4 different schools in the Bantul area, namely SMAN 1 Dlingo, SMAN 1 Pajangan, SMAN 1 Bambanglipuro, and SMAN 3 Bantul. Product trials were also conducted by 10 students of SMAN 1 Banguntapan. Based on the teacher's assessment, the score was 3.78 on a Likert scale of 4 and the ideal percentage was 94%. The results of the product trials to teachers were included in the "Very Good" category. Based on student assessments in the product trial, a score of 3.38 was obtained on a Likert scale of 4 and an ideal percentage of 84.5%. Suggestions and input from teachers were used to revise the product. The product trial was conducted at SMAN 1 Banguntapan with 35 grade XI students. Based on student assessments, a score of 3.42 was obtained on a Likert scale of 4 and an ideal percentage of 85.5%. The results of the product usage test were included in the "Very Good" category. Based on the results of the usage test, no revisions were made.

Abstract

Efektivitas pembelajaran menjadi indikator penting dalam menilai keberhasilan proses belajar mengajar. Berdasarkan hasil observasi dan dialog dengan Kepala Sekolah dan para guru, efektivitas pembelajaran di Kinderstation High School belum merata pada semua mata pelajaran. Guru masih menemui kendala-kendala di dalam kelas. Fenomena ini dapat dihubungkan dengan manajemen kelas, metode pembelajaran dan kompetensi sosial guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis seberapa besar kontribusi manajemen kelas, metode pembelajaran, dan kompetensi sosial guru terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh, yaitu 31 guru yang mengajar di Kinderstation High School. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan dianalisa dengan software SmartPLS Versi 3. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: 1) Manajemen kelas berpengaruh positif namun tidak berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran; 2) Metode pembelajaran memiliki pengaruh positif dan berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran; 3) Kompetensi sosial guru berpengaruh positif, tetapi tidak berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran; 4) Secara simultan, manajemen kelas, metode pembelajaran dan kompetensi sosial guru berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penerapan prinsip-prinsip ekonomi syariah dalam industri perbankan di Indonesia. Dengan semakin berkembangnya industri perbankan syariah, penting untuk memahami bagaimana prinsip-prinsip seperti larangan riba, bagi hasil, keadilan, dan transparansi diimplementasikan secara nyata dalam operasional bank syariah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus pada beberapa bank syariah terkemuka, serta analisis dokumen dan wawancara mendalam dengan praktisi industri perbankan syariah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan prinsip ekonomi syariah tidak hanya mempengaruhi aspek produk dan layanan, tetapi juga menciptakan budaya keberlanjutan dan keadilan sosial dalam industri perbankan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa penerapan prinsip ekonomi syariah secara konsisten dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan masyarakat dan mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi berbasis syariah yang berkeadilan. Penelitian ini menyarankan perlunya peningkatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia dan penguatan regulasi untuk memastikan implementasi prinsip ekonomi syariah secara lebih efektif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The transformation of work systems in the post-COVID-19 era has accelerated the widespread adoption of hybrid work models, including within the creative industry sector. While this model offers flexibility, it also presents new psychosocial challenges, particularly for Generation Z, who now dominate the younger workforce demographic. This study aims to explore the subjective experiences of Generation Z in cultivating resilience amid the dynamics of hybrid work. Employing an Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA) approach, in-depth interviews were conducted with eight Gen Z employees in creative roles to understand the adaptive strategies they had developed. The analysis revealed five core themes: (1) initial ambiguity and adaptation to hybrid reality, (2) the search for meaning and personal–professional balance, (3) the strength of social connections and emotional support, (4) the ambivalence of digital technology, and (5) self-reflection as a recovery mechanism. The findings suggest that resilience among Generation Z is not merely about endurance, but involves an active process of meaning-making and psychological growth that is reflective, social, and contextually grounded. Practical implications highlight the importance of organizational interventions that support emotional well-being, social inclusivity, and digital literacy as integral to strengthening the psychological capital of young employees in the hybrid work era.

Abstract

Abstract:This study was conducted with the aim; (1) to know the management of environmentally sound curriculum in Pacitan natural elementary school; (2) to know about environmentally sound curriculum implemented in SD Alam Pacitan, (3) to know the obstacle factor and support the implementation of environmentally sound management in SD Alam Pacitan; (4) to know the solution in overcoming the problem of implementation of environment-friendly curriculum management in SD Alam Pacitan Lesson 2016/2017.           This research includes descriptive qualitative research type. The setting of the research is done at Sekolah Alam Pacitan in the even semester. Lesson Year 2016/2017 Subject of Principal and Teacher Research. Informant, School Committee, Student. The research instrument is the researcher. Methods of data collection using observation methods involved, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Examination of data validity by extension of data analysis using data collection of researcher in field, deep observation and triangulation. Data analysis techniques by describing the process of tracking and arranging systematically transcripts interviews, field notes and other materials.            The results showed that: (1) The management of environmentally sound curriculum at Sekolah Alam Pacitan is divided into 3 phases: planning includes designing RPP and syllabus of education unit level curriculum (KTSP) on each subject, implementation includes educator to apply environmental issue and inculcate responsibility environment. Using lecture, discussion and question and answer methods; (2) Selected learning techniques adapted to the characteristics of students and materials; (3) Environmental-oriented learning in each subject by utilizing the school environment has been well done can be seen as a teaching material in the practice and create innovative works related to the environment such as compost, dodol pace, juice pace.Keywords: Environmental Based Curriculum

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini ialah mengetahui pengaruh pertumbuhan ekonomi, upahminimum dan kriminalitas terhadap indeks pembangunan manusia di Kota Samarinda. Jenis dari penelitian adalah kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui Library Research melalui laporan BPS Kota Samarinda. Data yang digunakan adalah tahun 2009 s.d 2019. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda, Uji T, Uji R2 dan Uji F. Hasil penelitian bahwa secara parsial Pertumbuhan Ekonomi (PDRB) tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia di Kota Samarinda dan secara parsial UMK dan Kriminalitas memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia di Kota Samarinda. Secara simultan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi, Upah Minimum Kota dan Kriminalitas berpengaruh terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia di Kota Samarinda.
