Abstract

Manajemen sarana dan prasarana merupakan salah satu faktor peningkatan mutu di sekolah. Salah satunya peningkatan mutu pembelajaran di bidang keagamaan. Banyak sekolah yang memiliki sarana dan prasarana pendidikan yang lengkap namun masih kurang maksimal dalam pengelolaannya sehingga tidak dapat dimanfaatkan secara optimal. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan manajemen sarana dan prasarana  pendidikan untuk mengatasi hal ini.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peningkatan mutu pembelajaran di bidang keagamaan melalui manajemen sarana dan prasarana di SD BPI Kota Bandung, dengan fokus penelitian mencakup 1) Perencanaan, 2)  Pengadaaan, 3) Inventarisasi, 4) Pendistribusian dan Pemanfaatan, 5) Pemeliharaan, 6) Penghapusan,  dan 7) Pengawasan. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, sedangkan metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif analisis. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengecekan keabsahan temuan dilakukan dengan teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Perencanaan  sarana dan prasarana dilakukan dengan  pertimbangan analisis kebutuhan, skala prioritas, alokasi dana dan waktu. 2) Pengadaan sarana dan prasarana yaitu dengan cara membeli dan sumber dana untuk kegiatan pengadaaan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan di SD BPI Kota Bandung berasal dari yayasan dan dana BOS. 3) ) Inventarisasi dilakukan dengan proses pengkodean barang sesuai dengan jenisnya. pendistribusian dilakukan dengan 2 cara yaitu secara langsung dan tidak langsung. 5) Pemeliharaan dilakukan dengan 2 jenis yaitu pemeliharaan Sehari-hari dan pemeliharaan Berkala. 6) Penghapusan dilakukan dengan cara menghibahkan kepada unit lain yang ada di lingkup yayasan BPI. 7) Pengawasan biasanya dilaksanakan pada acara Audit di Yayasan BPI dan dilaksanakan satu tahun sekali.

Abstract

Abstract. Beginning math is a basic learning concept of mathematics that is introduced to early childhood. There are still many early childhood educators who do not understand the methods of teaching early math. One of the learning methods that can introduce early math to children is the Indonesian Light Funcalistung Method. The purpose of this study is to analyze the interest in learning mathematics in early childhood when using the Cahaya Indonesia Funcalistung Method. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. This research involved teachers as informants. Data were collected through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques consist of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. Based on the results of the study, it was found that; (1) children showed high interest in recognizing the concept of numbers and numbers when using the Cahaya Indonesia Funcalistung Method, this can be seen from the children's enthusiasm for learning and feeling comfortable during the teaching and learning process; (2) children show a well-developed understanding of basic number concepts when using the Cahaya Indonesia Funcalistung Method, this can be seen from their high enthusiasm in sorting numbers correctly; and (3) children show a high interest in learning the concept of adding when using the Cahaya Indonesia Funcalistung Method, this can be seen from the children's high activeness and enthusiasm to ask questions and carry out instructions with enthusiasm. This research implements one of the teacher's strategies in developing learning for early childhood. Abstrak. Matematika permulaan merupakan konsep pembelajaran dasar matematika yang diperkenalkan pada anak usia dini. Masih banyak pendidik anak usia dini yang belum memahami metode mengajar matematika permulaan. Salah satu metode pembelajaran yang dapat mengenalkan matematika permulaan pada anak adalah Metode Funcalistung Cahaya Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis minat belajar matematika pada anak usia dini ketika menggunakan Metode Funcalistung Cahaya Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini melibatkan guru sebagai informan. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data terdiri dari pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa; (1) anak menunjukkan minat yang tinggi dalam mengenal konsep angka dan bilangan ketika menggunakan Metode Funcalistung Cahaya Indonesia, hal ini dapat dilihat dari antusiasme anak untuk belajar dan merasa nyaman selama proses belajar mengajar; (2) anak menunjukkan pemahaman konsep dasar angka yang sudah berkembang dengan baik ketika menggunakan Metode Funcalistung Cahaya Indonesia, hal ini dapat dilihat dari semangat tinggi mereka dalam mengurutkan angka dengan benar; dan (3) anak menunjukkan minat yang tinggi dalam belajar konsep menjumlah ketika menggunakan Metode Funcalistung Cahaya Indonesia, hal ini dapat dilihat dari keaktifan dan antusiasme anak yang tinggi untuk bertanya dan melaksanakan instruksi dengan semangat. Penelitian ini berimplementasi menjadi salah satu strategi guru dalam mengembangkan pembelajaran bagi anak usia dini.

Abstract

MTs Daarul Ulum Sukaraja, as a private school with limited educational funding, has been able to optimize all its financial resources to improve the quality of education. This study aims to analyze the efforts of the school principal in managing school financing to enhance educational quality at MTs Daarul Ulum Sukaraja. The researcher used a qualitative approach and a descriptive method. The data sources for this research were obtained through purposive sampling. The informants in this study included the school principal, vice principal, treasurer, teachers, and other staff members. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The research findings indicate that MTs Daarul Ulum is a private school accredited with an "A" rating with limited financial resources. However, the school has been able to allocate and optimize its funding effectively. Additionally, the school does not charge tuition fees to its students, as it is located in a lower-middle-class economic community. Therefore, the school maximizes the use of BOS (School Operational Assistance) funds.

Abstract

Educational financing management is a crucial aspect for the sustainability and quality of the education system, including in Islamic boarding schools that often face financial management challenges due to dependence on community donations, student fees, and fluctuating social assistance. Persis 99 Rancabango Islamic Boarding School, as an Islamic educational institution, is committed to creating quality education despite facing income instability. This research aims to understand how Islamic boarding schools manage education financing efficiently and effectively, and how adaptation to income fluctuations can improve the quality of education even with limited resources. This study uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological approach. The researcher acted as the main instrument for collecting data through observation techniques, interviews and documentation studies with selected informants, namely the Islamic boarding school treasurer who was directly involved in financial management. Management of education financing at Pesantren Persis 99 Ranbataso involves four main aspects: planning, implementation, supervision and evaluation. The success of this Islamic boarding school lies in careful planning, diversity of funding sources, and transparent supervision in achieving effective Islamic boarding school financial management.

Abstract

This study examines the integration of character values within the local wisdom of Teureubang Gembrung as part of education in Kampung Naga. More than just cultural expression, this tradition serves as a tool for character building, fostering religiosity, togetherness, respect for nature, and gratitude to God. The research aims to explore the role of Teureubang Gembrung in shaping individual character while identifying both supporting and inhibiting factors in its implementation.Employing a qualitative approach, the study gathers data through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The analysis follows Miles and Huberman’s interactive model, encompassing data reduction, presentation, and inference. Findings indicate that Teureubang Gembrung significantly contributes to the moral and spiritual development of the Kampung Naga community. This research enhances studies on character education rooted in local wisdom and offers policy recommendations for cultural preservation. The insights provided may serve as valuable references for academics, education practitioners, and stakeholders seeking to develop culturally grounded character education models.

Abstract

Parents of young children are in a dilemma, on the one hand encouraging their children to use digital media for educational and social purposes. On the other hand, parents try to minimize risks and control the possible negative impacts of digital media use on them. Parental mediation is a parenting strategy to reduce the negative effects of media on children. This study aims to describe the phenomenon of digital parenting in relation to the influence of parents' knowledge and attitudes on parental mediation in digital parenting. To this end, a quantitative approach utilizing a survey method was employed. The population of this study comprises parents with children aged 0–7 years residing in Bandung City. A multistage random sampling technique was used to select the sample. A total of 407 parents of children aged 0–7 years participated as respondents in this study. The respondents' characteristics varied widely in terms of age, education level, occupation, and residence. Data were collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale, distributed via Google Forms. The results indicate that parents' tendency to mediate their children's interactions with online media falls into the moderate category. Parents' knowledge of digital parenting is not yet comprehensive and has not significantly impacted the practice of parental mediation. A significant effect of knowledge on parental mediation was found, mediated by attitudes.

Abstract

Abstrak. Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar-Bermain Berbasis Buku di TK Kemala Bhayangkari 39 menunjukan bahwa beberapa anak menjadi lebih aktif dan mudah berosialisasi dengan teman-teman yang lainnya. Hal ini disebabkan karena kegiatan yang dilakukan dalam pembelajaran bermain berbasis buku ini dilakukan dengan perasaan senang, tanpa paksaan, namun memiliki pola-pola yang diharapkan mampu menciptakan hasil guna perkembangan baik bagi diri anak. Berdasarkan fenomena tersebut, maka permasalahan dari penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana implementasi kurikulum merdeka belajar-bermain berbasis buku di TK ini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui implementasi kurikulum merdeka belajar-bermain berbasis buku. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode penelitian Deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan observasi. Sumber data penelitian meliputi kepala sekolah dan guru. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perencanaan kurikulum merdeka belajar-bermain berbasis buku diawali dengan pelatihan guru untuk menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang menyenangkan dan bermakna bagi anak-anak, lalu perencanaanya dimulai dengan mengidentifikasi kebutuhan anak, Menyusun rencana yang mencakup buku dan aktivitas bermain, lalu doterapkan di kelas. Guru berperan sebagai fasilitator yang merancang aktivitas belajar, motivasi anak, dan menilai perkembangan. Kurikulum merdeka mengutamakan fleksibilitas, kreativitas, dan pendekatan menyenangkan untuk mendukung perkembangan literasi anak. Abstract. The implementation of the Book-Based Independent Learning-Play Curriculum at Kemala Bhayangkari 39 Kindergarten shows that some children have become more active and find it easier to socialize with other friends. This is because the activities carried out in book-based play learning are carried out with a feeling of enjoyment, without coercion, but have patterns that are expected to be able to create results for good development for the child. Based on this phenomenon, the problem of this research is how to implement the book-based independent learning-play curriculum in kindergarten. The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of the book-based independent learning-to-play curriculum. This research method uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research methods. Data collection techniques use interviews and observation. Research data sources include school principals and teachers. The results of the research show that planning for a book-based independent learning-to-play curriculum begins with teacher training to create a fun and meaningful learning experience for children, then the planning begins with identifying children's needs, drawing up a plan that includes books and play activities, then implementing it in class. The teacher acts as a facilitator who designs learning activities, motivates children, and assesses development. The independent curriculum prioritizes simplicity, creativity and a fun approach to support children's literacy development.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to analyze the influence of using YouTube as a learning medium on the learning motivation of 7th-grade students in Islamic Education lessons at Junior High School PGRI Lembang. The research employed a survey method with a quantitative approach. The study sample comprised 111 students, and data were collected using a Likert-scale-based questionnaire. The results of a simple linear regression analysis indicated that YouTube as a learning medium significantly impacts students' learning motivation, with a significance value of 0.000 (< 0.05) and a determination coefficient of 0.782. This shows that 78.2% of students felt that YouTube positively influenced their motivation during Islamic Education lessons. YouTube, as a learning medium, provides visual appeal, clear information, and active interaction, which support student engagement in the learning process. This study recommends integrating YouTube as an innovative strategy in Islamic Education lessons to enhance students' motivation and learning outcomes. Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan media pembelajaran YouTube terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas 7, dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMP PGRI Lembang. Metode penelitian menggunakan survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 111 siswa, dan data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner berbasis skala Likert. Hasil analisis regresi linier sederhana menunjukkan bahwa media YouTube memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar siswa, dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (< 0,05) dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,782. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa 78,2% siswa merasa bahwa YouTube membawa pengaruh positif terhadap motivasi belajar siswa saat mengikuti pembelajaran PAI. YouTube sebagai media pembelajaran memberikan daya tarik visual, kejelasan informasi, dan interaksi aktif yang mendukung keterlibatan siswa dalam proses belajar. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan integrasi media YouTube sebagai strategi inovatif dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa.
