Abstract

This study explores the implementation of information technology in the audit process and its impact on audit efficiency at the Public Accounting Firm (KAP) Adi and Deki, with a focus on the use of ATLAS. The findings reveal that the implementation of ATLAS brings significant benefits, particularly in accelerating audit data management and financial statement analysis. However, the use of this technology also faces several challenges, such as data privacy issues, system integration complexity, and the need for additional resources. Auditors also face challenges including data quality, resistance to change, and the need for specific skillsets. Moreover, data security concerns, the need for continuous technology updates, and high adoption costs are major barriers. The study also identifies changes in the audit process, such as a shift towards data-driven audits, increased reliance on data analysis, and the development of more adaptive audit techniques utilizing ATLAS. Therefore, appropriate strategies are needed to overcome these challenges and improve audit effectiveness and efficiency.

Abstract

VIA is a simple test. The VIA test is a method for early detection of cervical cancer by applying 3-5% acetic acid or vinegar. It has a 96% accuracy rate; abnormal areas will turn white. If there is no color change, it can be assumed that there is no cervical infection. This VIA test is important for fertile couples, including preconception women with PUS. To determine the relationship between knowledge and family role with compliance with VIA testing in preconception women with PUS at the Ajangale Community Health Center (UPT). This study used an observational research method with a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study were all PUS women aged 20-35 years at the UPT Ajangale Community Health Center. Sampling was carried out using a total sampling technique, obtaining 30 respondents. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The collected data were then processed and analyzed using the SPSS statistical program and analyzed using the chi-square test. The study showed a relationship between compliance with VIA testing and two variables studied: knowledge (p=0.000) and family role (0.000). Compliance with VIA testing in preconceptional women with PUS is influenced by both knowledge and family role. This study focused on preconception women with PUS at the Ajangale Community Health Center, aiming to understand the factors that influence their compliance with VIA testing. By analyzing the relationship between knowledge and family role with VIA compliance, the study highlights the importance of educating women about the benefits of early cervical cancer detection and the pivotal role families play in supporting health-seeking behaviors.

Abstract

This community service program aims to strengthen students’ understanding of basic mathematical concepts through the LIMA (Latihan Intensif Matematika Asyik) tutoring program at SMPN 3 Majene. The implementation of the program was motivated by students’ low conceptual mastery, particularly in integer operations, which hindered their learning progress. The activities were carried out in three stages: preparation through observation and socialization, implementation using the LIMA Module that provides structured exercises and intensive assistance, and evaluation through the “hiking evaluation” method designed to be more interactive and engaging. The results showed improvements in students’ conceptual understanding, confidence in asking questions, and learning motivation. Overall, the LIMA program proved effective in enhancing students’ mathematical comprehension and can serve as a relevant supplementary mentoring model for strengthening basic concepts in schools.

Abstract

The alignment of the Chemistry Education Study Program curriculum structure at UIN Raden Fatah Palembang with the graduate profile as educational institution managers was evaluated in this study, and recommendations for curriculum reconstruction based on the graduate profile were developed. Despite growing demands for graduates who can take managerial roles in educational institutions, little empirical evidence exists on how undergraduate chemistry education curricula allocate credits, learning experiences, and assessment to develop managerial competence — this study addresses that gap. A qualitative case study approach was employed, in which curriculum documents, tracer study data, questionnaires, and interviews were analyzed for data triangulation. Of the total 146 credits in the curriculum, only 16 credits were found to explicitly support managerial competencies. The tracer study (n = 165 respondents) indicated that 16.4% of alumni were employed in educational institution management. A mismatch was identified between the formulation of graduate profiles and the allocation of curricular content, along with limited implementation of project-based learning and managerial internships. Recommendations were proposed, including: (1) the inclusion of courses on educational management and leadership; (2) the strengthening of project-based learning and MBKM internships within managerial pathways; (3) the application of authentic assessment and portfolio evaluation to measure managerial competence; and (4) the development of a phased blueprint for curriculum reconstruction. To our knowledge, this study’s novel contribution lies in empirically linking curriculum mapping, alumni tracer outcomes, and pedagogical practice to produce a context-specific, phased blueprint and concrete recommendations for a graduate-focused chemistry curriculum.

Abstract

This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to improve the ability of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (MSME)s to understand and comply with halal-thayyib standards and prepare halal certification documents, and to improve MSME skills in utilizing digital marketing to expand promotions and increase product sales. The methods used in implementing this activity are 4 (four), namely; Workshop, Simulation, Mentoring and Evaluation. This activity involved 16 (sixteen) MSME actors engaged in the culinary sector. The results of this Community Service Activity were able to improve the understanding of MSME partners about halal literacy, including the concept of halal-thayyib, the certification process, and the required documentation. Of the 16 business actors, 3 (three) of them have successfully obtained halal certification, 6 (six) are in the process of applying, and the rest are completing the requirements, indicating an increase in partner readiness in meeting halal regulatory standards. Regarding marketing system assistance, training and mentoring activities strengthen partners' abilities in utilizing social media as a promotional tool. While there are still limitations in the use of certain platforms, ongoing support through the creation of new accounts and simple promotional practices has had a positive impact, increasing the visibility and sales of MSME products. Overall, these PKM activities have significantly contributed to increasing the capacity of partners in halal legality and digital marketing.
