Agricultural development as the realization of government policy has been scattered in various areas with different potentials, because the different potential pertaniuan the implementation of development will be based on the availability of natural resources which is dominant in the area and carrying capacity of the other. Abstract

LSMI Al Madani is an institution that stood at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, University of Riau engaged in the field Islamic spirituality, activities organized by Al Madani LSMI aimed at achieving campus society in accordance with the Civil FISIP the mission they uphold. Al Madani established in 1999. It’s always have a resons for something, including for join to a particular group, each person have their own reason, and that reason is called with motivation, someone would be interested in Al Madani if motivated or be motivated by something or someone. To analyze the data of this study conducted with qualitative methods. This study makes 6 informants to obtain information that necessery during the research, and to see what the motivation of students of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences to become members of Al Madani. Some of the motivation of the student is, Islamic Adding insight, curiosity, a sense of sympathy with the organization's management. Then there are several driving factors that led students to join in LSMI Al Madani which is, peers, family, and the organization committee of Al Madani itself. Abstract

The research is to find out the motives and the motivators that influencedtourist to visit Forest park Sultan Syarif Hasim II.This research is uses descriptive quantitative methods to analyze problemwhich is going to conducted. The sample of this research was 100 people weretaken by using accidental sampling. Then the data collection techniques in this isreseach the writer used observation, interview and quisionnaires. The writerusing the likers scale as an instrument to measuring the lenght of intervals thatcan be used to find quantitative date.Based on the result of the research are the influence of motivator is moremotivate tourists to visit Forest park Sultan Syarif Hasim II than the motives.And, according to responden the motivation of tourists to visiting Forest parkSultan Syarif Hasim II is enough.Keyword: motivasi, motif dan motivator, pengunjung

Abstract

The Village Kotalama have art that still survive, namely Art gondang gong identical to traditional art used on special occasions and religious customs. But the times make the traditional arts is nearly extinct and is rarely played by young children. Concerned with the state of traditional art gondang gondang gong gong player as black to form a group of traditional art gondang gong named Sendayuang Kunto. Issues raised in this study are 1. How does the function and role of art gondang gong culture in the community in the village Kotalama, 2. Factors inhibiting the development of the arts in the Village Kotalama gondang gong Kunto Darussalam District of Rokan Hulu.The method used was a qualitative research method. Research location in the Village District of Kunto Darussalam Kotalama Rokan Hulu. That is the subject of this research is gondang player gong consisting of five people and one person who is a substitute that will replace one of the players remain if the other players can not come or other obstacles, two public figures such as Mamak tribe, 3 residents who have done custom events such as weddings. Data collection techniques used were interviews and documentation.Results of research conducted in general the writer can say that the awareness of young people now to preserve the arts gondang gong is very minimal, it is proved by seeing the age of the players gondang gong mean age ± 55 years and over, and one of them is a grandmother whose age is now 77 years old.Keywords: Art, Gondang Gong, Traditional.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence women's political participation in elections candidates for Governor and candidate for Vice Governor of Riau in 2013 in the village of Batang serous, research was conducted in the village of Batang Serous Mandau sub Bengkalis. This study used a descriptive quantitative method by using data retrieval women enrolled in the DPT in Sub Trunk serous, to know clearly what factors affect the political participation of women in the village Trunk Serous. To collect the data of the respondents used the method of direct observation, interviews, documentation, questionnaire and for the management of data used descriptive quantitative method. The government has also sought to increase the political participation of women in all respects, especially in using the right voice or sound pencbolosan. The results of this study are bahwasannya women in Sub Trunk Serous in his political participation is less political participation, especially when using the voting rights in the election of Governor and Deputy Governor of Riau in 2013, the lack of women's political participation in the election of regional heads is caused by various factors, especially Election Commission Mandau sub Less socialize procedures in elections daearhnya. So that makes women obstructed and do not know the procedures in the correct use of their voting rights.Keywords : Political Participation , Women , General Election.

Abstract

Market housewife is a very lucrative market segment, mengingatukuran (market size) and growth (market growth) were fantastic. It is often underestimated by marketers because during the many who think that the mother is simply a mother whose job taking care of her husband and children. Despite the fact that a mother is not only to control the purchase of her children and her husband, but furthermore, it triggers a domino effect, where the mother affects the purchase of other families so that it can be said that the economic role of women is very large. This is due to factors for the change of the demographic, economic, social, and cultural in women that led to the dominance of women stronger in general. The research aimed to determine the characteristics of a homemaker, housewife's behavior and to determine the factors that influence the behavior apasajakah housewives who shop at Sandalwood Spa Village District of New Labuh Umbrella Sekaki Pekanbaru. The theory is used to answer the problem formulation in this study the authors adopted the social exchange theory. The study design used is descriptive integrates mixed method approach is a combination of quantitative and qualitative research. Respondents were taken from a housewife shopping at supermarkets sandalwood which already meet the characteristics strived to achieve the target as many as 50 people and collecting data using questionnaires and observation method. The results showed that the characteristics of the housewives of the most widely shopped at Sandalwood Spa Village District of New Labuh Umbrella Sekaki Pekanbaru are housewives whose age was 31-40 years. Behavior housewife shopping at Sandalwood Spa influenced the social exchange theory as seen from the successful propositions, propositions stimulation, value propositions and proposition rationality. The most dominant factor influencing the behavior of housewives who shop at Sandalwood Spa Village District of New Labuh Umbrella Sekaki Pekanbaru is the personal factor. Abstract

This study, entitled Community Vespa lovers Pekanbaru study of community activity as capital. Researchers raised this theme because in Pekanbaru. has a lot of historic heritage from ancient times, one of which is vespa who coined special attraction, despite being a rare commodity, but still exist. This is the background formed vespa communities in Pekanbaru City One of them is the Community vespa Uvorable comprising young people, namely students.The theory used in this study dalah Boerdieu theory of habitus, Arena and Capital. This research is qualitative descriptive. The samples in this study using purposive sampling technique (purposive sampling). Pengambian sample is intended to illustrate the focal point of this research through mutual support information. The focus of this study lies in the profile and activity Uvorable Vespa community. The collection of data through observation, interviews and documentation.From the research results obtained show that the community members Uvorable vespa vespa quite heterogeneous in meaning. Vespa has a different kind according to the ability of each member and the Vespa Uvorable diverse community activities. There is an internal activity and external activity. Abstract

The research purposes to investigate how child care in the family tea pickers workers especially those of a mother who worked in PTP.Nusantara VI Danau Kembar in the village Kayu Jao. Child care in the family tea pickers workers in the village Kayu Jao is examined through analysis of quantitative descriptive. In collecting data, the researcher utilized an interview to 20 respondents. The research is proven by photo and field note. The result of the research shown that the forms of child care applied by mother tea pickers tend to be authoritarian. It happens because mothers who take multiple roles in the family have to divide their time between working with parenting. Workings mother outside the home makes child rearing more hard and rigid. Mother will make the rules as long as he is not able to monitor the activities of the child, and if the child does not comply with these regulations are inclined to sanction or punishment to child. Growth and development of the child's character will be different from expected .Keywords : Caring, Child

Abstract

Health is one of the precious human needs. Where health has a value that is very expensive.All human activities of waking, working, sleeping and awake back-related effect on health.free heath program for the poor seems very realitis and so need to be implemented by each region in homeland.health factor is an integral part of the lives of the poor. Breakthrough local governments both at the provincial, district/city level, health conters provide free health checks kospitalization, community health centers, and community health posts is also a good first step and needs to be retained.in fact, there are some areas that have been exempt up in the level of care in hospitals. This study aims to determine the response of the poor to heath services made by the government and to determine the factors causing low health insurance program area. Type of research is a qualitative research based on the picture of the situation and is generally referred to pendeskripsian or descriptive analysis. Data collection techniques researchers study conducted by observation and interviews. The results show that the public response to regional health assistance program designed specifically for the poor. In this case also to be positive and negative. While the low factor jamkesda program is that where as for the government’s efforts to tackle the problem by finding appropriate solutions shared expectations.through this study suggested that the desire or expectation or respondents or participants can be met with good jamkesda. Abstract

Research conducted in April 2015 to June 2015 in Faculty of MedicineUR and Faculty of Medicine Abdurrab in Pekanbaru it aims to find out how thebehavior of medical students who smoke against the dangers of smoking imageson cigarette packs. The method used is qualitative method with descriptive type(Deskriptive Research). Informants used are medical students who smoke.Collect observational data, which then obtained data analyzed qualitatively.The results showed that the image of smoking on cigarette packs do not have animpact on their. Medical of students respond to usual against the picture, so theuse of cigarette consumption and still no change. And also their responsetowards the phenomenon of smoke that gets bigger it’s also considered normalbecause according to them the smoking already familiar. According to they ofsmoking can eliminate busy and cozy effect when consumption.Keywords: Smoking student, Response, and Behavior
