Abstract

Single parent women have multiple activities and responsibilities towards their families. So that in fulfilling their needs of family life, single parent women must be able to balance their domestic and public affairs, especially when they are working. The job they are chosen is a job with high time flexibility, one of which is by becoming an online motorcycle driver. they meet various people every day, friends from a basecamp, from customers and parties they meet and their activities in order to get sustenance for the needs of their family life. The purpose of this study was to find out the rational choice of single parent women to become online motorcycle drivers in Pekanbaru City. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis uses rational choice theory by james coleman. The results of this study indicate that single parent women working as online motorcycle drivers have their own way of dividing time for domestic and public activities, and have many friends

Abstract

Pada sektor industri seperti petambangan tentu akan adanya pengembangan usaha sebagai bagian pendorong kekuatan pembangunan ekonomi. Kegiatan perusaha juga mampu menyediakan lapangan kerja dan lapangan usaha. Salah satu kerjasama atau kemitraan antara perusahaan batu bara dengan masyarakat yaitu usaha catering makanan untuk karyawan perusahaan. Dalam usaha tentu membutuhkan modal seperti modal sosial yang dimana modal sosial merupakan suatu hal yang telah lama dikenal dimasyarakat meskipun dengan istilah dan bentuk yang berbeda. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk Menganalisis Unsur Modal Sosial Usaha Catering di Desa Batu Ampar Kecamatan Kemuning Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir. Penelitian in menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deksriptif dengan teknik pengambilan subjek penelitian dilakukan dengan purposive sampling.  Hasil penelitian mencoba menganalisis modal sosial usaha catering di Desa Batu Ampar yang mana tentunya memiliki kepercayaan yang sangat dijaganya ketika menjalankan usaha, namun tidak hanya itu jaringan pada usaha ini terlihat pada hasil penelitian ini yang tentu adanya peluang usaha dan kerja namun yang bekerja pada usaha catering ini mereka yang merupakan anggota keluarga ataupun kerabatnya saja dan peran norma sosial yang ada pada usaha ini tentu mereka medisplinkan pekerjaan untuk menjaga kepercayaan pelanggan. Sehingga pada penelitian ini terletak pada jaringan usaha yang kurang optimal karena hanya memasarkan dengan pihak pertambangan saja.

Abstract

Pengabdian yang dilakukan di UMKM Rumah Madu Wilbi di Desa Kuok Kecamatan Kuok Kabupaten Kampar bertujuan untuk penguatan modal sosial agar UMKM Madu Wilbi sebagai produk unggulan yang lebih berdaya saing tinggi. Metode penerapan yang dilaksanakan terdiri dari tiga tahap yakni persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan monitoring serta evaluasi. Pada tahap persiapan dilakukannya analisa dan brainstorming dengan mitra, dengan menjelaskan strategi dan inovasi untuk mendongkrak kemajuan bisnis rumah madu wilbi khususnya di lini pemasaran. Tahap pelaksanaan dilakukannya penguatan digital branding rumah madu wilbi, sistem digital marketing dan list building, serta peningkatan distribusi penjualan dengan sistem dropshit. Tahap terakhir dilaksanakan secara intensif oleh pelaksana dan mitra untuk melihat seberapa efektif serta melakukan evaluasi terkait trouble selama proses pelaksanaan. Manfaat secara praktis sebagai dampak dari pengabdian dengan terciptanya desa mandiri dan menjadi sentra wisata aneka jenis dan olahan madu yang memiliki nilai tambah bagi masyarkat, baik pada kegiatan ekonomi, kebijakan, dan perubahan perilaku yang sesuai dengan potensi desa yakni UMKM Rumah Madu Wilbi. Serta meningkatnya omset penjualan, strategi branding dan pemasaran digital madu hutan wilbi sebagai produk unggulan

Abstract

Kedatangan ojek online memang membawa dampak signifikan bagi para tukang ojek konvensional, yang sering kali merasa bahwa ojek online telah mengambil sebagian pelanggan mereka. Persaingan yang semakin sengit ini kadang-kadang berujung pada konflik antara para tukang ojek online dan ojek konvensional tradisional.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1)faktor yang melatarbelakangi ojek konvensional, 2) strategi ojek konvensional ditengah perkembangan ojek online. Subjek yang dipilih pada penelitian ini berjumlah empat informan dengan menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, dokumentasi serta observasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang mempengaruhi ojek konvensional tetap bertahan hingga saat ini karena faktor keterbatasan akses teknologi, relasi dan jaringan, serta menjadi ojek konvensional lebih menguntungkan dan bebas. Strategi penyesuaian harga adalah cara yang digunakan oleh tukang ojek konvensional untuk menjaga daya tarik mereka di tengah persaingan dengan layanan ojek online.

Abstract

Penelitian ini meneliti tentang motivasi anak masuk sekolah pondok pesantren di Pangkalan Kerinci. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui motivasi anak masuk sekolah di pondok pesantren Hidayatul Maarifiyah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Teori yang digunakan teori Tindakan Sosial dari Talcott Parsons. Informan pada penelitian ini berjumlah 10 orang yang terdiri dari 5 anak yang merupakan siswa MTs dan 5 orangtua anak yang berasal dari luar daerah Riau. Hasil dari penelitian ini motivasi anak bertindak dalam memilih sekolah pesantren lebih dipengaruhi oleh kondisi. Hal ini terjadi karena situasi dan kondisi tertentu yang akhirnya anak memilih sekolah di pondok pesantren Hidayatul Maarifiyah.

Abstract

This research was conducted in Kotabaru Village Keritang Sub-district Indragiri Hilir Regency with the aim to obtain information about school efforts in resolving conflict in SMAN 1 Keritang. Some of the problems in this research are (1) How is the effort of school to overcome conflict between student in SMAN 1 Keritang Keritang Sub-district Indragiri Hilir Regency? (2) What are the constraints faced by schools in the effort to solve conflicts between students in SMA Negeri 1 Keritang Keritang Sub-district Indragiri Hilir regency? the title of this research is "Analysis of School Efforts in Overcoming Inter-Student Conflicts at SMAN 1 Keritang Keritang Sub-district Indragiri Hilir Regency." The research aimed to find out how the school efforts in resolving conflict among students in SMAN 1 Keritang Keritang Sub-district Indragiri Hilir Regency. To find out what constraints faced by schools in an effort to resolve conflicts between students in SMAN 1 Keritang Keritang District Indragiri Hilir Regency. This research is a qualitative research because it is case-shaped, the subject of this research is the teacher at SMAN 1 Keritang and the students directly involved in the conflict in the form of brawl and fight in SMAN 1 Keritang as many as 8 subjects. In doing data collection using observation, interview, and documentation. To analyze the problems in this study using qualitative analysis and will be described descriptively in writing. After doing this research, the result of this research is known that school effort in resolving conflict between students at SMAN 1 Keritang is by making various policies such as: making of school order, extracurricular activity, giving sanction which is assertive but educational. With the policy, the intensity of fighting decreased though not optimal.Keywords : school efforts, resolve, student conflict

Abstract

This research was conducted in Baturijal Hulu Village, Peranap Sub-district of Indragiri Hulu Regency, whose research objects are first graders (1), two (2) and three (3) who attend school at Secondary School 2 Peranap. This study aims to see and know what factors internal and external factors of students continuing education in Secondary School Second Rice. This study looks at the theory of rational action. The population of this study are children who are sitting in first grade (1), two (2), and three (3) Senior Secondary School 2 Rice, Sampling using Probability Sampling. Then the data is analyzed by using descriptive quantitative method. Based on the result of the analysis found that students choose school in Secondary School 2 Roles consisting of internal and external factors are dominant on external factors based on family factors, school environment and their playmate compared with internal based on their own desires, ideals and talents. Abstract

This research was conducted at Kelurahan Tuah Karya, Kecamatan Tampan, Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine the challenge of Exclusive breastfeeding on working women and their drivers and inhibitors. The focus of this research was the Exclusive breastfeeding method in Kelurahan Tuah Karya, Kecamatan Tampan, Pekanbaru. The technique of determining samples in a purposive sampling and set the number of samples as many as 8 people. The author uses qualitative descriptive method and Instrument data was observation, interview and documentation. Research conducted, the authors found that in giving Exclusive breastfeeding to women workers is in three ways: home to brestfeed her baby, milking the workplace and bring the baby to work. The driving factor in exclusive breastfeeding was due to several reasons that female workers have found that: it contains many benefits, hygienic, practical and economical. From this study, although working women always have excuses to exclusively breastfeed their children but they alsoface some obstalcles such as: lack of breastfeeding facilities at work, limited time and physical. Physical factors referred to in this study was the lack of milk production, the pain experienced by the mother. While the time is limited are those who have heavy duty work place so that their task to breastfeed the baby was sometimes become obstructed. Keywords: Exclusive Breastfeeding, Woman Workers, Factor

Abstract

This study explores the synergistic relationship between triangulation and domain analysis and how their integration can improve the overall quality of qualitative research. Triangulation enhances trustworthiness by validating findings through comparisons of data collected from multiple sources, methods, or investigators. Meanwhile, domain analysis, rooted in ethnographic semantics, offers a systematic way to uncover the meaning and structure embedded in the validated data. When applied together, these two approaches enable researchers to generate findings that are both credible and rich in interpretation. Triangulation addresses issues of reliability and bias, ensuring that conclusions are supported by diverse evidence. Domain analysis then deepens understanding by identifying semantic relationships and constructing relevant cultural or conceptual domains directly from participants’ perspectives. This study employs a Narrative Literature Review method to synthesize theoretical and methodological insights, building a conceptual link between methodological rigor and interpretative depth. The results are expected to provide guidance for researchers in improving credibility, dependability, and confirmability in qualitative research. Overall, integrating triangulation and domain analysis offers a strong foundation for producing meaningful and trustworthy interpretations, thereby contributing to both methodological strengthening and theoretical development in qualitative inquiry.

Abstract

Parents are one of the roles that each community has. But not all parents have children with perfect physical conditions. Most parents send their children with special needs not to put them in public schools but to special schools or commonly known as special schools. SLB is a school for children with special needs so that they can carry out or play with their peers at school as in other public schools. The research in this article is studied to find out how much parents or trustee parents and their teachers were involved in increasing the effectiveness of learning at SLB Panam Mulia during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used was a descriptive qualitative research approach. Data collection was included in the form of observations, interviews, and documentation. The subjects in this study were concerned with the parents or trustee parents of the students. The purpose of using this method was how the parents or trustee parents of the students and the teachers were concerned to provide the information to overcome the changes in the learning system for special schools during the Covid-19 pandemic so that teaching and learning activities remained effective. And SLB students continued to receive good quality learning services and provide the information related to the analysis of the social impacts experienced by all SLB components regarding the systematic changes in learning during the Covid-19 pandemic.
