Abstract

Organizing is the second step in the management of the organization after planning. Proper planning will not run correctly, without no one to run and move it, without clearing the job and who will do it. That is the essence of the organizing. Good organizing will produce the right organization, from the work system, structure, resources, and other aspects. This study discusses 1) organizing management in Arabic program pesantrens, 2)job description in Arabic program pesantrens. This study was descriptive qualitative research. The data are collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. Then the data were analyzed in three steps, 1) data reduction, 2) data presentation, 3) concluding/ verification. The results of this research shows that 1) the organizing management Arabic program in pesantren is using a coordination with staff department it can be seen from the manager's task under the chairman, after coordinating with the staff (departmental coordination), and on each program in the Arabic department because in Arabic and organization programs generally have a model line structure and staff (line and staff organization). 2)Division of task the management board recruits service people, student alumni, teacher, or lecturers who are in charge of the foundation. The board on the Arabic program get responsibility and authority on the organization system in the Arabic program.

Abstract

Abstract: This study explains that implementing the curriculum implementation at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Salafiyah Pondok Tremas Pacitan when dismissed, is a qualitative case study- collecting data through interviews, observation, and documentation. According to Huberman, there are three data analysis kinds: data reduction and data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The study results found that: (1) The curriculum at MTs Salafiyah Pondok Tremas Pacitan is a combination of the curriculum from the Ministry of Religion (K 13). Drying Ministry of Religion Using K-13 Drying. (2) The learning time has decreased; two lessons become 1 lesson hour. In the 3rd island class, an additional preparation hour for the final national exam is needed to improve the available material. (3) Implications of cured at MTs Salafiyah Pondok Tremas Pacitan, namely supporting the development of religious scholarship that is not behind in general science. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bermaksud menjelaskan implementasi kurikulum di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Salafiyah Pondok Tremas Pacitan dengan pendekatan adalah kualitatif denganjenis studi kasus. Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menurut Miles dan Huberman terdapat tiga macam cara yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan.. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa: (1) Kurikulum di MTs Salafiyah Pondok Tremas Pacitan adalah gabungan kurikulum Kementerian Agama (K 13) dan kurikulum pesantren. Kurikulum Kementerian Agama menggunakan kurikulum K-13. (2) Waktu belajar secara umum mengalami pengurangan jam pelajaran, 2 pelajaran menjadi 1 jam pelajaran. Untuk meningkatkan pemahaman materi umum, pada kelas 3 ada tambahan jam persiapan untuk ujian akhir dan nasional. (3) Implikasi kurikulum di MTs Salafiyah Pondok Tremas Pacitan yaitu mendukung pengembangan keilmuan agama tetapi tidak ketinggalan dalam ilmu umum. DOI: https://doi.org/10.33399/edukasia.v2i1.37

Abstract

Pasar modal memiliki peranan yang sangat penting bagi perekonomian Indonesia. Akan tetapi dengan maraknya investasi bodong, belumlah semua kegiatan edukasi berupa Literasi Keuangan Sektor Pasar Modal dapat berjalan sepenuhnya pada kalangan masyarakat umum, kampus dan sekolah sehingga belum semua masyarakat terutama generasi muda yang paham tentang pasar modal dan dapat mengambil keputusan berinvestasi secara cerdas. kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini turut mendukung program dari Otoritas Jasa Keuangan dalam mengedukasi masyarakat tentang literasi pasar modal khususnya siswa-siswi yang masih di SMA/SMK sederajat di kota Pekanbaru dengan harapan akan meningkatkan jumlah investor usia muda khususnya siswa-siswi SMA/SMK sederajat kota pekanbaru. Adapun Tujuan Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk mengedukasi pemahaman siswa-siswi SMA/SMK sederajat di kota Pekanbaru tentang Pasar Modal dan untuk meningkatkan minat siswa-siswi SMA/SMK sederajat di kota Pekanbaru untuk mau berinvestasi di pasar modal. Mitra pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah siswa/siswi SMK IT Al-Izhar School Pekanbaru. Kegiatan ini juga melibatkan Galeri Investasi BEI (GIBEI) Fakultas Ekonomi dan Ilmu Sosial (FEIS) UIN Suska Riau sebagai fasilitator penghubung Tim Pengabdian Masyarakat dengan Narasumber yang berasal dari Executive Trainer BEI Kantor Perwakilan Riau dan Pihak Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) Riau. Metode kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang digunakan adalah ceramah dan demontrasi. Adapun Langkah-langkah dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat melalui : Sosialisasi kegiatan edukasi pasar modal kepada SMA/SMK Sederajat di kota pekanbaru dengan cara mengirimkan surat undangan kepada sekolah-sekolah, membuka pendaftaran dan mendata sekolah-sekolah ataupun siswa-siswi yang mendaftar sebagai peserta “Edukasi Publik Pasar Modal”, melaksanakan kegiatan “Edukasi Publik Pasar Modal” bagi siswa siswi SMA/SMK Sederajat di kota pekanbaru disekolah yang bersedia dengan metode ceramah, Diskusi dan tanya jawab tentang hal-hal terkait dengan investasi di pasar modal, membuka kesempatan bagi siswa-siswi yang berminat untuk mendaftar menjadi investor di pasar modal. Melalui Hasil kuesioner yang diberikan pada siswa/I menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan pemahaman mahasiswa tentang pengetahuan tentang Pasar modal dan sebanyak 28 orang peserta (93,33%%) berminat untuk berinvestasi di pasar modal dan sisanya 2 orang (6,7%) belum berminat untuk berinvestasi di pasar modal.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pendidikan agama Islam memiliki peran krusial dalam membentuk pemahaman individu tentang nilai-nilai dan konsep-konsep agama islam. Dalam konteks globalisasi yang terus berkembang, kebutuhan akan pemahaman yang inklusif terhadap keragaman agama semakin mendesak. Artikel ini mengeksplorasi potensi integrasi konsep Self-Regulated Learning (SRL) ke dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) sebagai solusi untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konsep agama. Melalui pendekatan analisis SWOT, kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman dari penerapan strategi pembelajaran ini dieksplorasi secara mendalam. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa SRL memungkinkan siswa untuk mengembangkan keterampilan belajar mandiri, meningkatkan refleksi diri, dan mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai agama dalam kehidupan sehari-hari mereka. Namun, tantangan seperti tingkat kemandirian siswa yang beragam dan kebutuhan akan dukungan guru yang kuat juga diidentifikasi. Berdasarkan temuan ini, beberapa rekomendasi diberikan, termasuk pengembangan kurikulum yang lebih terintegrasi dengan SRL, pelatihan guru yang lebih intensif, dan integrasi teknologi dalam pembelajaran. Artikel ini berkontribusi pada pemahaman tentang bagaimana pendekatan pembelajaran berbasis SRL dapat digunakan secara efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman konsep agama Islam, serta menawarkan panduan bagi pendidik dan peneliti dalam menghadapi tantangan dan memanfaatkan peluang dalam konteks pendidikan agama Islam.Abstract: Islamic religious education is crucial in shaping an individual's understanding of Islamic values and concepts. In the context of ever-evolving globalization, the need for an inclusive sense of religious diversity is increasingly urgent. This article explores the potential integration of Self-Regulated Learning (SRL) into Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning as a solution to improve understanding of religious concepts. The strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of implementing this learning strategy are explored in depth through a SWOT analysis approach. The results show that SRL allows students to develop self-study skills, enhance self-reflection, and integrate religious values into their daily lives. However, challenges such as diverse levels of student independence and the need for solid teacher support were also identified. Based on these findings, several recommendations were given, including developing a curriculum that is more integrated with SRL, more intensive teacher training, and integrating technology in Learning. This article contributes to understanding how SRL-based learning approaches can be used effectively to enhance understanding of Islamic religious concepts, as well as offer guidance for educators and researchers facing challenges and seizing opportunities in the context of Islamic religious education.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pendidikan Islam telah menjadi aspek fundamental dalam masyarakat Muslim, membentuk nilai, keyakinan, dan perilaku individu. Di era kontemporer, lanskap pendidikan berkembang pesat, menuntut refleksi terhadap kondisi terkini dan proyeksi masa depan pendidikan Islam agar tetap relevan dan transformatif. Artikel ini mengkaji perubahan pendidikan Islam melalui analisis literatur dan SWOT, serta menyoroti kebutuhan integrasi subjek modern seperti sains, teknologi, teknik, seni, dan matematika dalam kerangka pendidikan Islam. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi literatur yang dikumpulkan dari database akademik seperti Google Scholar, JSTOR, dan ProQuest. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode SWOT untuk menilai kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman pendidikan Islam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan Islam menghadapi tantangan signifikan seperti kurangnya inovasi metode pengajaran, keterbatasan sumber daya, dan akses yang tidak merata ke pendidikan berkualitas. Namun, terdapat peluang besar dalam kemajuan teknologi, peningkatan kesadaran global, dan potensi kemitraan dengan institusi internasional. Transformasi pendidikan Islam membutuhkan inovasi dalam metode pengajaran, adopsi pendekatan interaktif dan kontekstual, serta pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan dan relevansi pendidikan. Pendidikan Islam juga harus menjawab isu sosial kontemporer seperti keadilan sosial, keberlanjutan lingkungan, dan kepemimpinan etis, sehingga siswa dapat berkembang menjadi warga global yang bertanggung jawab dengan integritas moral dan spiritual yang kuat. Artikel ini diharapkan dapat berkontribusi pada diskusi akademik mengenai pendidikan Islam dan mendorong praktik pendidikan yang lebih adaptif dan transformatif.Abstract: Islamic education has been a fundamental aspect of Muslim society, shaping individuals' values, beliefs, and behaviors. In the contemporary era, the educational landscape is rapidly evolving, demanding reflection on the current state and future projections of Islamic education to remain relevant and transformative. This article examines changes in Islamic education through literature analysis and SWOT, highlighting the need for integrating modern subjects such as science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics within the Islamic education framework. The research employs a qualitative approach with literature studies collected from academic databases such as Google Scholar, JSTOR, and ProQuest. Data is analyzed using the SWOT method to assess the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of Islamic education. The findings reveal that Islamic education faces significant challenges such as a lack of innovative teaching methods, limited resources, and unequal access to quality education. However, there are substantial opportunities in technological advancements, increasing global awareness, and potential partnerships with international institutions. Transforming Islamic education requires innovation in teaching methods, adopting interactive and contextual approaches, and utilizing information and communication technology to enhance engagement and educational relevance. Islamic education must also address contemporary social issues such as social justice, environmental sustainability, and ethical leadership, enabling students to develop into responsible global citizens with strong moral and spiritual integrity. This article aims to contribute to the academic discussion on Islamic education and encourage more adaptive and transformative educational practices.

Abstract

Hard skills-based roll payment training is training in skills to analyze, consider and calculate the factors that must be compensated for employees in their salaries. This training is aimed at medium-sized businesses in Jakarta. The training participants are specifically for medium-sized businesses because medium-sized businesses already have employees and their salaries are fixed. The training consists of 3 sessions, Session 1 is a presentation of material regarding the concept of calculating salaries with the factors that will be included in the salary. In the second session, all participants were given the opportunity to calculate employee salaries at their respective places of business. Furthermore, in the final session, participants were accompanied to calculate their employee payroll in the payroll web application. From the results of this activity, it is known that there are still many medium-sized businesses in Jakarta whose employee salary schemes are only based on the range of employee salaries in the market in general. After participating in this activity, participants will better understand the factors that need to be assessed to be compensated in their employee salary schemes. To develop the innovation of this activity, the payroll web apps prototype was renamed to schemagaji.com. This name change was carried out because the results of observations showed that the name was easier for potential users to remember (potential persona/user). Based on the results of this activity, it is recommended that training related to human resource management for medium-sized businesses be provided more frequently and developed with material at the next level. This is important to do, considering that the training most often provided to medium-sized businesses is material related to product promotion, production systems, digital marketing and business legalization.

Abstract

This study examines the role of Muslim families in children's education regarding environmental ethics. It aims to understand how Muslim parents' integration of Islamic values such as amanah, caliphate, and tawhid can effectively instill awareness and pro-environmental behavior in children. This research explores various parenting methods, including stories from the Qur'an and Hadith, practical activities like gardening and recycling, and discussions and reflections on environmental issues using the literature review method. The findings reveal that children educated with this approach exhibit high ecological awareness and proactive behavior in ecological conservation. However, challenges such as lack of knowledge and resources and differences in cultural and geographical contexts affect the effectiveness of this education. The study concludes that there is a need for support from formal education institutions and communities to strengthen environmental education at home. With the right approach and adequate support, environmental education based on Islamic values has excellent potential to form a generation that cares about the environment. This research provides important insights for developing holistic environmental education programs rooted in religious values.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and understand how the implementation of active learning and student activity in Arabic learning activities. This research is qualitative, using a qualitative approach to phenomenological studies and descriptive methods by taking the background at Muhammadiyah 5 Palembang Senior High School. The data sources of this study were Arabic language teachers and class X students of Muhammadiyah 5 Palembang Senior High School. Data collection methods used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results showed that 1) the implementation of active learning by applying three stages, namely a) preliminary (pre-instructional), namely the teacher opened the lesson by asking about students' attendance, repeating the previous learning materials; b) the implementation stage (instructional), namely the stage of conveying the learning content. explain the learning objectives that must be achieved by students, the teacher provides concrete examples, and uses learning media to clarify the discussion of each subject matter; and d) The closing stage (evaluation), where the teacher asks students questions about the material discussed, gives homework assignments, and informs the main material to be discussed at the next meeting. 2) student activity in learning Arabic is an effort or activity carried out by students when the teacher explains Arabic learning material. Students show the courage to ask about unknown learning materials, participate in discussing learning with friends, students creative, have interest and are independent in thinking, have responsibility and confidence in doing assignments that have not been studied, and students can learn independently.

Abstract

This study aims to determine children's interest in implementing or implementing the Al-Qur'an Reading and Writing program during the Covid-19 Pandemic at the Al-Qur'anul Karim Study Center. This study uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach, namely research that seeks to describe the events and events that took place at the time of the research by what they are. Based on the study results, it can be concluded that the Al-Qur'an Reading and Writing program by applying the Iqra (reading) method, can increase children's interest in Reading and Writing the Al-Qur'an, and writing the letters of the Al-Qur'an correctly and neatly. In addition, children can memorize several short letters, selected verses, and daily prayers, so they can read prayers well and get used to living in an Islamic atmosphere. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui minat anak dalam penerapan atau implementasi program Baca Tulis  Al-Qur’an selama Pandemi Covid-19 di Balai Pengajian Al-Qur’anul Karim. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskritif, yaitu penelitian yang berusaha  menggambarkan peristiwa maupun kejadian yang berlangsung pada saat penelitian sesuai dengan apa adanya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa melalui program Baca Tulis Al-Qur'an dengan menerapkan metode Iqra (membaca) dapat meningkatkan minat anak dalam Baca Tulis Al-Qur’an, dan menulis huruf Al-Qur’an dengan benar dan rapi. Selain itu juga anak dapat hafal beberapa surat pendek, ayat pilihan, dan doa-doa sehari-hari, sehingga mampu melakukan bacaan sholat dengan baik dan terbiasa hidup dalam suasana Islami.

Abstract

Project management planning on sub structure area, very important to ensure efficient and effective construction projects. This research was purposes managing the sub structure material on precast pile and sloof using the material requirement planning (MRP) method in flat residence in West Sumatera. The scope research were the lot for lot (LFL) bar bending schedule and contingency plan (to minimize wasted material). The results of the analysis of study, the implementation of the MRP method (LFL technique) consists of cost of material planning on shop drawing, which was Rp.1,488,562,000,00; cost of material requirement planning by the lot for lot (LFL) technique was Rp.1,477,837,249,00; realization cost by combining the LFL technique and contingency plan is Rp.1,478,143,808,00. Calculation of the quantity and cost of reinforcing steel using the MRP method (LFL technique) by the bar bending schedule better than using the contingency method. Using bar bending schedule was more efficient, because it makes the remaining reinforcing steel after cutting was calculated properly.
