Abstract

This study changed the low critical thinking skills of students caused by students not being accustomed to being trained with indicators in students' critical thinking. To overcome this problem, researchers developed interactive animated video media in Civics learning to improve students' critical thinking skills. This study aims to develop valid and practical interactive animated video media to improve critical thinking skills of grade IV elementary school students. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model. The data collection techniques used in this study were validation sheets, and practicality questionnaires. The subjects of this study were 23 fourth grade students of Pelandakan 2 State Elementary School in Cirebon City. The results showed a media expert score of 97.22% with the category "very valid", linguists 97.08% with the category "very valid" and material experts 91.39% with the category "very valid". For the practicality of interactive animated video media, the student's practicality score of 90% is categorized as very practical. The trial use of interactive animated videos in Civics learning resulted in a significant increase in critical thinking of grade IV students by obtaining an average N-Gain score of 0.77 with a high classification, so interactive animated video media for Civics learning is effectively used to improve the critical thinking skills of grade IV students in learning.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a game "GEMAS (Modified Division Engklek Game)” to improve understanding of concepts for class II elementary school students that meet the criteria of valid, practical and effective. This research uses R&D research with the ASSURE development model. Participants in this research were 16 students. Data collected through questionnaires and tests. The collected data was analyzed through descriptive statistics, paired sample t-test and n-gain test. Based on the research results, it shows that the game GEMAS very worthy to use, where the average score from the validation results of media experts is 99% and material experts 77% . The results of the analysis are related to the practicality of the game GEMAS very practical, where the teacher response was 99% and student response was 99,4%. Based on the test scores for understanding the concept of division, the average results were obtained pretest 62 and posttest 85,44 there was an increase of 0,64 in the medium category. As well as the results of the paired sample t-test, the Sig value was obtained. (2-tailed) of 0,000 < 0,05. So, it can be concluded that game media GEMAS can be declared effective in increasing students' understanding of the concept of division.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the fact that learning conditions in the digital era must be supported by digital media, while the use of digital media in learning is still limited due to several obstacles faced by teachers.. The purpose of this study is to analyze the needs of elementary school teachers for SAC-based android application learning media. The research method used a survey with a google form instrument involving 246 elementary school teacher participants from West Java, Central Java and Banten. Data analysis is carried out automatically by google form so that results are obtained in the form of the number and percentage of participants which are visualized in the form of a pie chart and then interpreted into percentage categories and described qualitatively. The results showed that: 1) more than half of the participants already knew the android application learning media, and stated that the android application was appropriate and effective to be used as a learning medium, but less than half of the participants had never made android application media, 2) a small number of participants had known and had seen SAC products, but more than half had the desire to know more about SAC. From these results, it can be concluded that 1) It is necessary to develop a lot of digital learning media such as SAC-based android applications so that they can be used by teachers in teaching, 2) Teachers need to upgrade their knowledge and skills in the use of technology for learning.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effectiveness of the scientific approach assisted by augmented reality in improving students' mathematical creative thinking ability. This research is a quasi-experimental study with a pretest-posttest control group design. The participants in this study were 5th-grade students in 2 (two) integrated Islamic elementary schools in Cirebon City, Indonesia, with a total of 47 students. The data in this study were collected through a mathematical creative thinking ability test that refers to fluency, originality, flexibility, and elaboration indicators. Then the data that collected was analyzed through descriptive, n-gain test, and Mann Whitney  tests. The results showed that there was a significant difference in the n-gain score of students' mathematical creative thinking skills between the experimental group using a scientific approach assisted by augmented reality and the control group using direct instruction learning assisted by augmented reality, where the U value was 129.5, the value was 129.5. Z of -3.380, and the value of Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.001 < 0.05. The mean score of n-gain and posttest score of mathematical creative thinking ability of experimental group students was significantly higher than that of the control class. So the scientific approach assisted by augmented reality effectively improves students' mathematical creative thinking skills..Keywords: mathematical creative thinking, scientific approach, direct instruction, augmented reality. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan efektifitas pendekatan saintifik berbantuan augmented reality dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif matematis siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuasi-eksperimen dengan desain pretest-posttest control group desain. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas 5 di 2 (dua) sekolah dasar Islam terpadu di Kota Cirebon, Indonesia yang berjumlah 47 siswa. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui tes kemampuan berpikir kreatif matematis yang mengacu pada indikator kelancaran, keluwesan, fleksibilitas, dan elaborasi. Kemudian data yang telah dikumpulkan dianalisis melalui uji deskriptif, uji n-gain, dan uji mann whitney. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan dalam skor n-gain kemampuan berpikir kreatif matematis siswa antara kelompok eksperimen yang menggunakan pendekatan saintifik berbantuan augmented reality dengan kelompok kontrol yang menggunakan pembelajaran direct instruction berbantuan augmented reality, di mana nilai U sebesar 129,5, nilai Z sebesar -3,380, dan nilai Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,001 < 0,05. Rerata skor n-gain dan skor posttest kemampuan berpikir kreatif matematis siswa kelompok eksperimen secara signifikan lebih tinggi dari pada kelas kontrol. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pendekatan saintifik berbantuan augmented reality efektif meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif matematis siswa.   Kata kunci: berpikir kreatif matematis, pendekatan saintifik, direct instruction, augmented reality.

Abstract

Currently, online learning becomes a new trend in the Indonesian education. But, the educators are not ready to adapt to online learning, especially in online learning assessments. This study aims to describe the alternative assessments in online learning that can be implemented at elementary education along with its advantages and disadvantages. This study employed a qualitative approach with the literature review method. Researchers collected a number of reputable national and international journal articles, textbooks, handbooks, regulations, and so on from the google scholar database, science direct, eric, and others related to research problems and objectives. The analysis of the literature review uses the critical appraisal method. The results of this study showed that online learning assessments that can be implemented in elementary education were formative and summative assessments. It included cognitive assessments, performance assessments, portfolios, writings and journals, self-assessment and peers-assessments. The use of online learning assessments has many advantages such as the availability to conduct tests on demand and at any time, provides direct feedback to users, the students’ quick access to the test results, and a more accurate measurement of student learning. However, online assessment systems also have several drawbacks, such as students who have low information technology (IT) skills might be disadvantaged. For this reason, in implementing online learning and assessment, teachers and students should master information and communication technology skills.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi kurikulum merdeka belajar di MI Hidayatus shbiyan, kualitas belajar akidah akhlak di kelas iv dan tantangan juga dukungan dalam implementasi kurikulum merdeka belajar. Beberapa guru di sekolah belum faham strategi pembelajaran pada kurikulum merdeka, terbatasnya fasilitas sekolah dan beberapa tantangan pada saat implementasi kurikulum merdeka. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, teknik pengumpulan data dngan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Uji keabsahan data dengan triangulasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan terlihat bahwa kurikulum merdeka sudah di implementasikan di MI Hidayatus shibyan dan berjalan dengan baik, hal ini terlihat dengan penerapan pembelajaran beriferensiasi, pembelajaran berpusaat pada siswa, dan penggunaan teknologi. Kualitas belajar siswa kelas iv meningkat pada mata pelajaraan akidah akhlak, terlihat dari penggunaan metode pembelajaran, keterlibatan siswa, pemahaman dan penerapan nilai-nilai akhlak, dan evaluasi pebelajaran. Tantangan dan dukungan juga didapatkan saat mengimplementasikan kurikulum merdeka belajar seperti kurangnya pemahaman guru, perubahan pola pengajaran, sarana prasarana, tingkat pemahamn siswa. Selain tantangan, dukungan yang di dapat oleh guru adalah pelatihan dan pendampingan, fasilitas teknologi sekolah, sarana prasarana, dan dukungan orang tua siswa. Berdasarkan analisis data di atas disimpulkan bahwa, implementasi kurikulum merdeka belajar dalam meningkatkan kualitas belajar pada pembelajaran Akidah Akhlak kelas IV MI Hidayatus Shibyan telah menerapkan kurikulum merdeka dan sudah dilaksanakan di semua kelas dan berjalan dengan baik. Learning innovation is not only limited to the use of technology, but also includes new pedagogical approaches, creative teaching strategies, and the integration of Islamic values with 21st century skills. This study aims to explore various innovation trends in Islamic Religious Education learning, namely learning models and learning media so that they can provide information for Islamic Religious Education teachers to continue to innovate. The research method used in this study is a systematic literature review. In this study, researchers identified, reviewed, reviewed, examined, and presented systematically based on available research. The results of the study showed that of the 19 articles related to learning innovation in Islamic Religious Education in 2019-2024, the Problem Based Learning learning model was the most widely used in Islamic Religious Education learning. The Problem Based Learning learning model encourages students to be directly involved, thus having a positive impact on student learning outcomes. In addition, the learning media that is widely used in Islamic Religious Education learning is audio-visual learning media. The use of audio-visual media can clarify the material being taught, be interesting, and effective in delivering Islamic Religious Education learning materials.Keywords: Learning Innovation, Islamic Religion Education, Systematic Literature Review. ABSTRAKInovasi dalam pembelajaran PAI menjadi kunci untuk menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang lebih dinamis, interaktif, dan efektif. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa dari 19 artikel terkait inovasi pembelajaran pada Pendidikan agama islam pada tahun 2019-2024, model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning paling banyak digunakan dalam pembelajaran PAI. Model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning mendorong siswa untuk terlibat secara langsung, sehingga memberikan dampak positif terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Selain itu, media pembelajaran yang banyak digunakan dalam pembelajaran PAI yaitu media pembelajaran audio visual. Penggunaan media audio visual tersebut dapat memperjelas materi yang diajarkan, menarik, dan efektif untuk menyampaikan materi pembelajaran PAI.Kata kunci: Inovasi Pembelajaran, Pendidikan Agama Islam, Systematic literature review.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the RADEC (Read, Answer, Discuss, Explain, and Create) learning model on students' self-efficacy. This study used an experimental method with a pretest-posttest control group design. The population in this study consisted of fifth-grade students at SDN Sekecamatan Kesambi, Cirebon City, which holds an A accreditation. The sample consisted of 21 students from SDN Mega Eltra, the experimental group, and 26 students from SDN Karya Winaya, the control group. Data were collected using a self-efficacy questionnaire. Statistical tests included normality, homogeneity, the Mann-Whitney U test, and the N-Gain test. The analysis results showed moderate N-gain scores in the experimental group and low N-gain scores in the control group. This analysis suggests that the implementation of the RADEC learning model has a more significant impact on improving students' self-efficacy compared to the conventional image-assisted learning model, even after accounting for the initial score differences between the two groups.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Pengetahuan, peran orang tua dirumah, peran guru dan ketersediaan sarana disekolah dapat mempengaruhi PHBS dalam upaya pencegahan demam typhoid. Penyakit ini dapatmenyerang anak-anak maupun orang dewasa melalui makanan, feses, urin, maupun air yang telahterinfeksi atau terkontaminasi bakteri Salmonella typhi. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yangberhubungan dengan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat (PHBS) sebagai upaya pencegahan demamtyphoid pada siswa sekolah dasar. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi cross sectional.Penelitian dilakukan pada tanggal 1-14 september 2020. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukandengan total sampling sebanyak 53 responden. Analisis data dengan analisis univariat dan analisisbivariat menggunakan uji Chi square. Hasil: Temuan padapenelitian ini menunjukan mayoritasresponden berumur 11 tahun (54,7%). Sedangkan hasil analisis bivariat menunjukkan bahwa terhadaphubungan yang signifikan antara sarana dan prasarana sekolah dengan PHBS siswa (p-value=0,000).Sedangkan Tingkat pengetahuan (p-value=0,602), peran guru (p-value=1,000) dan peran orang tua (pvalue=1,000) tidak memiliki hubungan secara statistik terhadap PHBS pada siswa. Saran:Berdasarkan temuan pada penelitian ini, diketahui bahwa pengetahuan siswa, peran guru dan peranorang tua saja tidak cukup agar anak menerapkan PHBS di lingkungannya. Namun, perlu juga didukung oleh sarana dan prasarana yang memadai dan menunjang seperti tempat mencuci tangandengan air mengalir, tersedia sabun, tempat sampah tertutup, dan lain-lain, demi terwujudnya PHSBpada anak, agar terhindar dari berbagai macam penyakit melalui PHBS khususnya demam thyphoid.Kata Kunci: PHBS, Siswa SD, Semarangan, Yogyakarta
