Abstract

Culinary MSMEs have great potential in supporting the local economy because they are able to create jobs and improve people's welfare. However, the sector also faces various challenges in improving business performance, including fierce competition, limited innovation, and market access. This study aims to analyze the contribution of entrepreneurial orientation and market orientation to the performance of culinary MSMEs, as well as to examine the role of mediating absorptive capacity in these relationships. Data was collected through an online questionnaire to 40 MSME owners or managers using purposive sampling techniques as part of non-probability sampling. Data analysis was carried out using the PLS-SEM method through SmartPLS 4 software. The results of the study show that market orientation has a positive and significant influence on the business performance of culinary MSMEs, emphasizing the importance of understanding the market to increase competitiveness. On the other hand, entrepreneurial orientation has a positive but not significant influence on business performance, either directly or through the mediation of absorptive capacity. Furthermore, the influence of entrepreneurial orientation mediated by absorptive capacity actually shows an insignificant negative relationship. These findings show that, although market orientation is important, the influence of entrepreneurial orientation on business performance may be influenced by external factors or the internal capacity of MSMEs. This research provides important insights for business actors and policymakers to focus on improving market-based strategies and more effective management of absorptive capacity.

Abstract

Technopreneurship is a trend in the future, precisely starting in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. Technopreneurship is a concept that combines entrepreneurship and technology, followed by creativity and innovation. The number of technology-based entrepreneurs in Indonesia is currently only around 0.43% of the number of entrepreneurs in Indonesia, while the opportunity for technopreneurship is still very large and possible. This study aims to empirically examine the effect of self-efficacy variables on technopreneurial intentions, the effect of entrepreneurial education variables on technopreneurial intentions, and the effect of relation support variables on technopreneurial intentions in students of XYZ University. This study used 125 student samples selected through non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method in this study is a quantitative method using Structural Equation Model (SEM), which is processed with the help of SmartPLS 3.2.8 software. The results showed that self-efficacy had a positive and significant effect on technopreneurial intention with p-value of 0.000; entrepreneurship education has a positive and significant effect on technopreneurial intention with p-value of 0.004; and relation support has a positive and significant effect on technopreneurial intention with p-value of 0.000.

Abstract

The more efforts are made, the more the country's economy will increase. The country's economy is increasing thanks to a significant increase in GDP (Gross Domestic Product) every year. MSMEs of songket cloth are one of the drivers of the country's economy because songket cloth has strength as the main advantage, namely that MSMEs can absorb jobs and grow the local community's economy. The right strategy for the MSME sector is to grow and build, consisting of market penetration to increase market share by using products already on the market. Market development is to increase market share in new markets by using existing products, and product development aim to increase market share by creating new products or developing existing products. Based on these leading concerns, the team has conducted a series of analyzes and formulated the right marketing strategy, namely the SMEs Bazaar with the theme "The Future of SMEs", Integrated Marketing Communication – Scan QR Code, E-commerce Partnership, show with SMEs with the theme "Custom Made to Fit ur Desire", and Empowerment SMEs Program. This strategy is believed to be effective and efficient in improving the performance of songket SMEs in Indonesia. With the development of technology and digitalization, Sasirangan Fabric products produced by SMEs can be sold using digital platforms such as e-commerce to make it easier for the public to reach and help in the expansion process to enter the global market. However, the limited internet penetration of MSME actors is a major problem in digital transformation. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze how this type of MSME can improve Indonesia's digital economy and welcome the era of society 5.0.

Abstract

The growth of MSMEs drives Indonesia's economic growth in significant contribution. Businesses that are quite popular with MSMEs are businesses in the culinary sector. Legit Crackers is an MSME that produces snacks in the form of high quality and low-calorie mackerel fish crackers. Fish crackers are a popular snack among Indonesian people, with various types and various flavors. Abstract

Micro-enterprises have become one of the main drivers of economic growth, with business owners playing an important role in building the local economy. This presents both opportunities and challenges for people with disabilities who own micro-enterprises. One factor that is believed to have a major influence on entrepreneurial success is the entrepreneurial competence and personality of the business owner. Entrepreneurial competencies include the skills, knowledge and attitudes required to manage a business effectively. In addition, the personality of business owners is also thought to influence their commitment to their own business. A proactive, creative and risk-taking personality tends to be positively correlated with entrepreneurial commitment. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of entrepreneurial competence and personality on the entrepreneurial commitment of micro business owners with disabilities. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach using a questionnaire to obtain data with a sample of 133 respondents of micro business owners with disabilities in three cities in Central Java, Indonesia. This research uses primary data collected directly by the researcher. The data analysis technique uses PLS-SEM with SmartPLS 3.0. Based on hypothesis testing that has been carried out, it is found that entrepreneurial competence and personality have a positive effect on entrepreneurial commitment in micro business owners with disabilities located in three regions in Central Java.
