Abstract

This research is conducted in Yamansari Lebaksiu Subdistrict, Tegal District, from Juni until August 2011 this research aim to know: (1) the effect of composition of media plant and the dose fertilizer NPK to growth of crop of Anthurium hookeri (2) composition of media plant and the dose fertilizer NPK the affected of good to growth of crop of Anthurium hookeri.( 3 ) these treachmentgiving combination that composition of media plantond the dose fertilizer NPK to growthof crop of Anthurium hookeri. Method used in this research is experiment method, method by using  Randommyzed Complete design ( RCD ). Consist of two factors, composition media plant (M) and the dose fertilizer NPK , ( D) with repeated by three. Treatment combination is : M1D1 ( CP: AS: SK= 1: 1: 1 and 6 g NPK / polibag),M2D1 (CP : AS: SK=2 : 1: 1 and 6 NPK/ polibag), M3D1 (CP : AS: SK= 1 : 2 : 1 and 6 g NPK/polibag), M4D1 (CP : AS: SK = 1: 1 : 2 and 3 g NPK /polibag), M1D2 (CP : AS : SK =  1 : 1 : 1 and 5 g NPK/polibag), M2D2 (CP : AS : SK = 2: 1: 1 and 5 g NPK/polibag), M3D2 (CP : AS: SK = 1 :2: 1 and 10g NPK/polibag), M4D2 (CP : AS : SK = 1: 1: 2 n 5 g NPK/polibag), M1D3 (CP:AS : SK= 1:1:1 and 14 g NPK/polibag), M2D3(CP :AS: SK=2: 1:1 and 14 g NPK/polibag), M3D3 (CP: AS: SK 1: 2: 1 and 14gNPK/polibag),M4D3(CP: AS: SK 1: 1: 2 and 14 g NPK/polibag). Result of research that : (1) The composition of plant media was significant to the amount of leaf and root (2) The dose of NPK fertilizer was very significant to the height of plant.(3) Interaktion of plant media komposition with the dose of NPK fertilizer not significant for all of parameters.(4) The best of plant growth of the composition of plant media 1 : 2 :1 (M3) with the dose of NPK fertilizer 10 g/polibag.

Abstract

The activity of utilizing waste paper into high economic value products had been carried out in Talawi Mudik. The activity was carried out through the transfer of Paper Filigree 3-Dimensional technology, namely processing waste paper into a classy business based on zero waste. That it can contribute in empowering the community, especially increasing family income, contributing to women who did not work and activated of PKK and dasawisma. The purpose of this activity was to make this technology business opportunity. It can be done by anyone due to the processing in short time, low invest, used tools and materials surrounding. The community service activity started with counseling the dangerous of paper waste in health and environment, followed by training on waste paper processing with simple waste-based techniques. In the training, the participants immediately practiced producing products, assisted until they do themself. The participants were equipped with entrepreneurial concepts and marketing techniques to motivated them to form a home industry. It could impact on new job opportunities, increased family income and the formation of new business groups that provided the program to be sustainable.

Abstract

Uang logam merupakan uang dalam bentuk koin yang terbuat dari logam. Meskipun nominal uanglogam bernilai rendah, tetap masih digunakan di Indonesia. Uang logam memiliki kemiripan antarayang satu dengan yang lainnya, baik dari segi bentuk, berat, maupun warna. Uang logam tersebutmampu dibedakan dengan mata biasa. Akan tetapi, jika uang logam dalam jumlah yang banyak tentumembutuhkan waktu yang sangat lama untuk membedakannya. Hal itu disebabkan oleh faktorkemiripannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan menerapkan metode template matching untuk mencocokkangambar input dengan gambar template. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa metode Sum Square OfDiffrences (SSD) dapat mengenali citra yang diuji dengan tingkat keberhasilan 91%.Kata Kunci : Uang Logam, Sum Square Of Diffrences.

Abstract

Abstrak— Klasifikasi jeruk lemon adalah disiplin bidang ilmu yang menggambarkan identifikasi jeruk berdasarkan sifatnya. Beberapa sifat dari jeruk lemon, diantaranya kulit terluar lemon kaya akan kelenjar minyak, kematangan ditandai dengan warna kulit kuning terang. Jeruk lemon yang berwarna hijau gelap, menandakan jeruk lemon tersebut belum matang dan kandungan air di dalamnya akan lebih sedikit. Pada penelitian ini kematangan diklasifikasikan menggunakan metode K-Nearest Neighbor. Hasilnya adalah klasifikasi kematangan dengan kadar air 90% jarak terdekat rata-rata sebesar 10,86 dengan akurasi 85%, sedangkan pada pengujian jeruk lemon dengan kematangan 80% diperoleh jarak terdekat 7,3 dengan akurasi 81%. Pada pengujian dengan kematngan dengan kadar air 70 persen diperoleh jarak rata-rata terdekat 19,4 dan akurasi 86,11%. Untuk jeruk lemon dengan kategori tidak matang dengan kadar air 50% diperoleh jarak terdekat sebesar 19,46 dan akurasi 88,9 % , sedangkan pada pengujian jeruk lemon mentah dengan kadar air 40% diperoleh jarak terdekat 16,19 dan akurasi 88,73 dan untuk pengujian jeruk lemon tidak matang dengan kadar air 30% diperoleh klasifikasi dengan jarak terdekat rata-rata sebesar 1,85 dan akuras 84,13%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem klasifikasi dengan menggunakan metode K-NN cukup baik, indikatornya adalah jarak terdekat rata-rata yang dihasilkan antara citra uji dan citra training bernilai antara 1,85 sampai 19,46 dan akurasinya antara 81% sampai88,89 %.Kata kunci— Akurasi, Jeruk lemon, Klasifikasi, kedekatan, tetangga, uji.Abstract— Classification of lemon is the discipline of science that describes the identification of citrus by its character. Some characterof lemon, lemon outer shell is rich in oil glands, maturity is marked by bright yellowskin color, lemon which is dark green, indicates the immature lemon and water content in it will be less. In this study maturity are classified using K-Nearest Neighbor method. The result is a classification of maturity with 90% moisture content has shortest distance average of 10.86 with an accuracy of 85%, while in the testing of lemon with a maturity of 80% obtained the nearest distance of 7.3 with an accuracy of 81%. In maturity testing with a water content of 70 percent derived average approximate distance of 19.4 and 86.11% accuracy. For the lemon with the category of immature by moisture content of 50% obtained the nearest distance at 19.46 and accuracy of 88.9%, while in the testing of raw lemon with a moisture content of 40% obtained the nearest distance 16.19 and accuracy of 88.73 and for testing of immature lemon with a water content of 30% obtained classifications with the average nearest distance of 1.85 and accuracy of 84.13%. This indicates that the classification system using K-NN was very good, the indicator is the average nearest distance between the tested images and training image between 1.85 to 19.46 valuable and accuracy between 81% to 88.89%.Keywords— Accuracy, Lemon, classification,nearets, neighbors, test.

Abstract

Eggs are a food source of poultry animal sources of animal protein that has a delicious taste, easy to digest and highly nutritious. The highest value of eggs is in the yolk, the yolk contains essential amino acids, minerals such as iron, phosphorus and a little calcium and vitamin B complex badly needed by the human body. The weakness of salted eggs is that they have perishable properties so they need to be preserved to maintain their quality. One method used to maintain the quality of salted eggs is the addition of deer fat so that it can improve the taste and have a long shelf life. This research was carried out using quantitative methods and laboratory testing for microbiological observations in a descriptive manner. The results of this study indicate that administration of different deer fat 0.3ml, 0.5ml, 0.7ml from each treatment during 2, 4 and 6 weeks storage. Provision of 0.7 ml deer fat in 4 weeks storage produced good quality in terms of color, texture and ash in salted eggs and no salmonella bacteria were found.

Abstract

Human resource is the most valuable resource and has an increasingly important position in achieving the objectives of the organization. Human is the core driving force of all activities and is also a major part in the processing of the input into the output. This research was conducted in the territory of the city of Pontianak. Independent variables (X) in this study consist of 3 individual characteristics, job characteristics, and environmental characteristics, while dependent variable (Y) is motivation. The data in this study were obtainet from the results of the questionnaire to 34 respondents who also as samples in this research. The data later processed using multiple Linear Regression analysis. The result showed that only one individual characteristics, job charakteristics and environmental characteristics had a significant influence on employee motivation at Civil Service Police Unit Pontianak.

Abstract

Abstact: The research aimed to study the influence of guided inquiry learning with pictorial riddle for ability of verbal representation straigt motion matter for student in senior high school (SMA). The populated of this research was all student of class X in one of private senior high school in Pakusari. The eksperimental class taught using guided inquiry learning while the control class is taught employing a conventional learming model. Sampling is conducted adopting a cluster random sampling. The student pre-test and post-post test data ability of verbal representation was analyzed by independent sample t test on SPSS 23. The results of this research showed that guided inquiry learning with pictorial riddle for ability of verbal straigt motion matter for student in senior high school (SMA) is better than those learning with a conventional learning model.Keywords: guided inquiry, pictorial riddle, verbal representation

Abstract

This research related to the implementation of Guided Inquiry LearningModel of dynamic electric of physics material at SMK. The purpose of this researchwere: 1) to describe the learning activities in the experimental class; 2) to analysethe effect of Guided Inquiry Learning Model on the students’ learning result; and 3)to describe the relationship between the activity and the achievement ofexperimental class. The type of this research was experimental research. Thesamples of this research were the students’ of 11th TKJ.1 as control class and 11thIL.2 as experimental class at SMKN 2 Jember.The Design of this research wasposttest-only control design. Moreover the data collection methods were; test,observation, documentation, and interviews. Additionally, the data analysed were;Independent-sample T-test (parametric test) or the Mann-Whitney test (nonparametrictest) as the comparison test, while Test-Product-Moment Correlation-Pearson as the correlation test. The first research result showed that the average oflearning activities in experimental class based on observation and documentationduring the learning process was 82.31%, active criteria. The largest percentage ofmotor-activities was 90.95% but the lowest oral-activities was 76.34%. Meanwhile,the second research result showed that there was a significant difference ofcognitive, psychomotor, and affective of the control and experimental class students’achievement. The Sig.(1-tailed) value gain was lower than α=0,05, that was 0.000(cognitive-Independent-Sample-T- test), 0.000 (psychomotor-Mann-Whitney-Test)and 0.012 (affective-Independent-Sample-T-test). So that the model of GuidedInquiry Learning had a significant effect on the students’ achievement in dynamicelectric of physics material at SMK (H0 rejected, Ha accepted ). Moreover the thirdresearch result showed the correlation coefficient value between the activity andachievement as 0.520, so there was a correlation between them. The criteria ofcorrelation was medium with positive direction. Sig.(2-tailed) value was 0.003 or <0.05, so there was a significant relationship between the activity and theachievement on the experimental class.

Abstract

AbstractThis research focused on the implementation of Learning Cycle 5E model indynamic fluid learning to students in grade XI. This research aimed to describe thescience process skills during use Learning Cycle 5E model and to determine theeffects of it to students’ cognitive achievement. The type of the research wasexperimental using post-test only control group design. Population were students ofclass XI MIPA in SMAN 2 Jember. Sample based on homogeneity test were class XIMIPA 1 as experiment class and XI MIPA 2 as control class. Data of science processskills was collected by using observation and students worksheet documentation.Science process skills was analyzed as descriptive with percentage analysis. Data ofstudents cognitive achievements were collected by using score of post-test. Theinfluence of Learning Cycle 5E model to students achievement was analyzed with ttest using SPSS 24. The results showed that the percentage of science process skillsin class XI MIPA 1 was 94,5%. There was a significant difference of students’cognitive achievement in experiment class and control class. This research can beconcluded: (1) students’ science process skill during learning process was very good;(2) the model significantly influenced to students’ cognitive achievement of dynamicfluid at grade XI MIPA 1 in SMAN 2 Jember .Key word: Learning Cycle 5E model, science process skills, student achievement.
