Abstract

This review explores the role of self-inspection in maintaining the quality of drug distribution, with a specific focus on case studies involving several pharmaceutical wholesalers (Pedagang Besar Farmasi). The objective is to evaluate how self-inspection is implemented, identify common obstacles, and assess its effectiveness in ensuring compliance with Good Distribution Practices (GDP). Through a qualitative analysis of selected literature and documented practices within Indonesian pharmaceutical wholesalers, the study finds that consistent and well-documented self-inspections can significantly improve operational quality, support regulatory compliance, and mitigate distribution risks. However, gaps in personnel competency, irregular inspection schedules, and limited follow-up actions are recurring challenges. The review emphasizes the need for stronger internal audit frameworks, management commitment, and regulatory guidance to optimize the role of self-inspection as a quality assurance tool in pharmaceutical distribution.

Abstract

Learning facility is one important item to support the learning process. This paper discusses the effect of learning facilities on students' motivation at SMP Islam Muthmainnah Ende. The sample of the research involved 46 students in class VII. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The research instruments were questionnaires and documentation, which were analyzed by simple linear regression analysis through SPSS version 21. The results indicate that hypothesis Ha was accepted and H0 was rejected because there was an effect of learning facilities on students’ learning motivation which, was indicate a significance value of 0.000. The magnitude of the effect of learning facilities on students’ learning motivation is shown by the coefficient of determination of R2 = 0.310 or 31%.

Abstract

PT XYZ is a company engaged in the processing of palm oil into Crude Palm Oil (CPO) and Palm Kernel Oil (PKO), operating in Berau, East Kalimantan. During the production process, there are efficiency-related issues. Therefore, this study aims to improve the efficiency of palm oil production by identifying value streams and waste using the Waste Assessment Model (WAM). The goal is to determine the most dominant waste type during CPO production and analyze the production process in detail using Value Stream Mapping (VSM). The VSM results reveal six workstations with a total of 15 operators, a lead time of 314 minutes, and value-added time of 174 minutes, resulting in a Process Cycle Efficiency (PCE) of 55,41% by applying the WAM method, waiting time emerges as the most dominant waste, accounting for 23,43%. Factors contributing to this waste include operator skill gaps, communication issues, and unexpected absences. Based on Process Activity Mapping (PAM), operational activities constitute the largest percentage (61,60%), with a value-added activity rate of 73.42%. Proposed improvements involve eliminating non-value-added activities, reducing the total lead time to 237 minutes, and increasing the PCE to 73.41%. These enhancements include implementing the 5S concept to minimize waste and enhance efficiency.

Abstract

The Republic of Indonesia has completed competency standards for tertiary institutions which will be approved and developed in the 21st century. The problem in this research is the use of monotonous student lecture methods that are less active in the learning process. This causes students to be passive, bored, lazy, and less enthusiastic in learning. An appropriate learning model is needed to enhance the expected learning where one of them is Project Based Learning (PBL). The purpose of this study is for students to understand the problem and develop critical thinking skills. PBL has been widely adopted and used in various fields because the learning model not only gives students knowledge, but also directs students to facilitate their understanding in real life relationships. Data collection methods are used to complete the library by updating and using two types of sources. The Project Based Learning learning model by studying the Project Management Agency (PMBOK) can improve learning outcomes, increase student activity, skills, knowledge, and abilities in accordance with 21st century challenges.

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Tangan mudah terkena bakteri, virus, dan kuman, sehingga mencuci tangan penting untuk mencegah penyakit. Hand sanitizer bisa digunakan tanpa air, dan bahan alami seperti daun sirih (Piper betle L.), jeruk nipis (Citrus aurantifolia), dan serai (Cymbopogon citratus) memiliki senyawa antibakteri dan antivirus. Hand sanitizer dari rebusan daun sirih, serai, dan perasan jeruk nipis dinilai aman serta ramah lingkungan dibandingkan produk berbasis alkohol. Tujuan: Pembuatan handsanitizer ini bertujuan agar masyarakat khususnya anak panti asuhan dapat cara membuat hand sanitizer alami yang efektif, aman, dan terjangkau dari tanama alam sirih, jruk nipis dan serai. Metode: Metode yang digunakan adalah pemberian materi dengan metode ceramah dan praktek langsung pembuatan hand sanitizer. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan menilai hasil pre-test dan post-test. Hasil: Hasil yang didapatkan anak-anak di Panti Asuhan Yatim Muhammadiyah 3 Banjarmasin setelah dilakukan kegiatan ini adalah mampu membuat sendiri produk sanitasi yang bermanfaat. Simpulan: Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah anak-anak di Panti Asuhan Yatim Muhammadiyah 3 Banjarmasin selain mampu membuat sendiri produk sanitasi yang bermanfaat juga memahami pentingnya menjaga kebersihan tangan.

Abstract

Indonesia has not yet emerged as one of the countries with the highest HIV/AIDS epidemic rate in the world. The United Nations Organization for AIDS, namely the United Nations Joint Program on HIV and AIDS, said that over the past two years, Indonesia's position has not changed, namely that it is still the country with the fastest AIDS epidemic in Asia. HIV-AIDS transmission in Indonesia is growing rapidly, one of the triggers is risky sexual behavior, including sexual behavior among female sex worker clients. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence condom use behavior among female sex worker clients in Makaassar. This research uses quantitative methods with an explanatory research design with a cross sectional approach. Qualitative data carried out as triangulation was used to support the results of quantitative analysis extracted from female sex workers and pimps as a cross check of answers from female sex worker customers. The method used was in-depth interviews and Focus Group Discussions on female sex workers and pimps. The sample size was 66 people. Data analysis was univariate, bivariate with chi-square and multivariate with logistic regression. The results show that the majority of respondents (71.2 %) behave consistently in using condoms.

Abstract

Nutrition is very important in growth and development. Good nutritional status requires more attention because poor nutritional status in children will affect mental, physical growth or thinking abilities, of course, will reduce the level of productivity and ability in adulthood. The aim of this research is to determine the factors associated with the nutritional status of school- age children at SD Negeri 10 Benteng Sidrap Regency. Quantitative research method with a cross sectional study design. The sample consisted of 158 students at SD Negeri 10 Benteng. Data was collected using questionnaires and measurements of body weight and height. Data analysis used the Chi Square Test with a 95% confidence level. The results of this study show that there is a relationship between income with p value = 0.000, knowledge about nutrition with p value = 0.000, parents' education with p value = 0.000, parents' occupation with p value = 0.025, students' snack habits with p value = 0,000, with the student's nutritional status. The conclusion is that the factors that influence nutritional status are income, knowledge about nutritional status, parental education, parental occupation, parental characteristics and snack habits.

Abstract

Motivasi merupakan dorongan internal yang mendorong seseorang untuk bertindak dengan tujuan mencapai hasil yang diinginkan. Tujuan Umum untuk mengetahui hubungan motivasi kerja dengan kinerja perawat Di RSUD H. Andi Sulthan Daeng Radja Bulukumba. Metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendektatan cross sectional study, teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan kuesioner, Data di olah mengunggunakan uji  chi square yang diperoleh  dalam bentuk analisis univariat dan analisis bivariat dengan jumlah p Value =(0,05).Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan Kondisi kerja dengan= p value(0,04), Gaji/Insentif= p value (0,03), Hubungan antar pribadi= p value (0,04), Prestasi= p value (0,03), penghargaan= p value (0,03), tanggung jawab= p value (0,03) terdapat ada hubungan dengan kinerja perawat Di Rsud H. Andi Sulthan Daeng Radja Bulukumba 2024. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian, Menunjukkan kondisi kerja,gaji,hubungan antar pribadi  pribadi,prestasi,penghargaan, tanggung jawab memiliki hubungan dengan kinerja perawat Di Rsud H. Andi Sulthan Daeng Radja Bulukumba 2024. Saran Untuk meningkatkan kinerja tenaga perawat di RSUD H. Andi Sulthan Daeng Radja Bulukumba diharapkan pihak rumah sakit untuk lebih memperhatikan kondisi kerja.
