Abstract

This study aims to (1) Know the learning outcomes of students given the learning model Problem-Based Learning, (2) Find out the learning outcomes of students treated with the various lecture methods, (3) Investigate whether there is a significant difference between the learning outcomes of the students given the learning model Problem-Based learning and the various lecture methods. The population of this study was all of the eleventh graders of SMA Negeri 1 Pejagoan. The sampling technique in this study is simple random sampling. This study uses a quantitative approach with experimental methods and a Quasi-experimental design. The study's results explained that the students' historical learning outcomes given the Problem-Based Learning model were better than those given the various lecture methods. The average value of the pre-test and post-test for the experimental group was 61.63 and 79.51. Meanwhile, the history learning outcomes of the students given the various lecture methods were also categorized as good, as the value of the pre-test and post-test increased from 59.5 to 77.64. There is also a significant difference between the experimental and the control group because the t-value was higher than the t-table (t-value > t-table = 2.87 > 1.997).

Abstract

The research objectives are: (1) To produce and analyze history teaching material in a booklet of Indonesia’s Independence Proclamation, which will be developed in SMA N 1 Kertek. (2) To know and analyze the feasibility of history teaching material in the form of a booklet on Indonesia’s Independence Proclamation from the validation results of material and media experts, practitioners, and students' responses. (3) To describe the effectiveness of using history teaching material in the form of a booklet of Indonesia’s Independence Proclamation seen from the average student’s learning interest in SMA N 1 Kertek. The type of research conducted is Research and Development (R&D), which is grouped into three stages: introduction, development, and evaluation. The approach used by the researcher is a quasi-experimental approach, which is a nonequivalent control group design. The results show (1) the Condition of teaching material developed based on interviews and analysis of teaching materials needs. (2) The development of teaching material in the form of a developed booklet is considered feasible based on the validation results by the experts (3) History teaching material in the form of a booklet Indonesia’s Independence Proclamation is effective to be applied in learning History of Indonesia in SMA N 1 Kertek.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the focus of local history learning, a manifestation of the role of the history teacher, and the constraints and efforts that history teachers make to develop students' character. This study employed qualitative phenomenological research. (2) The manifestation of the role of the history teacher was as a facilitator to facilitate student learning by providing, managing a classroom, giving examples, and evaluating local history teaching to XI IPS, as a supervisor to assist, direct, motivate, be a counselor and liaison between generations in learning local history, as a creative stimulus to give variations in teaching and add a source of local history. (3) The constraints faced by teachers were formed of students’ character, which was different between their house and the school, difficulties in adjusting characters to be achieved with the given material, difficulties in understanding the psychological condition of each student, the lack of supervision of students and social influences on the environment. Teachers' efforts by giving a good example, advising, guiding, motivating, using a personal approach, and providing religious knowledge were very good for developing students’ character, especially in local history learning.

Abstract

The purpose research is to know the teacher's understanding of authentic assessment on the curriculum of 2013 in SMA Negeri 1 Semarang, to see the implementation of authentic assessment conducted by teachers in SMA Negeri 1 Semarang, and to know the obstacles experienced by teachers in SMA Negeri 1 Semarang in authentic assessment. The research method used is a qualitative case study. The research location is in SMA Negeri 1 Semarang. This study's data sources are information from the deputy head of school curriculum, teachers and learners, learning activities, documents, and questionnaires. Data collection techniques include the interview method, documentation study, and observation. The results of this study show that history teachers have a good understanding of authentic assessment in the 2013 curriculum; history teachers have performed a good assessment of knowledge and skills assessment, while in terms of analysis and reporting of authentic assessment results, teachers use online value processing software; obstacles experienced by history teachers is the plurality of learners with different backgrounds and characters, while the factors that support teachers in implementing authentic assessment are quality learners, the availability of facilities and learning resources and the existence of software processing value.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know what multicultural values are implemented in learning history in SMA Negeri 1 Rembang, to know the implementation of multicultural values in SMA Negeri 1 Rembang, and know what constraints faced in instilling multicultural values in SMA Negeri 1 Rembang. This research type is qualitative research. Data collection techniques are observation, interview, and documentation. Data validity uses triangulation and source techniques. Data analysis uses an interactive analysis model. The research results reveal that planting multicultural values in teaching history taught in SMA Negeri 1 Rembang has been done well. The implementation of multicultural values in history learning in SMA Negeri 1 Rembang is not only taught in the classroom but also through out-of-class learning. The curriculum becomes an obstacle to instilling multicultural values in SMA Negeri 1 Rembang, and classroom learning becomes a supporting factor in implementing multicultural values.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the need for developmental teaching materials and the influence of Hindu-Buddhism in Indonesia for Semarang District High School students, knowing the development of module teaching materials about the relics of Hindu-Buddhist history in Semarang Regency and to find out the feasibility of module teaching materials about the Hindu-Buddhist heritage in Semarang Regency that was developed. This research method uses research and development methods or Research and Development. The research and development phase is carried out to look for potential problems, data collection or information, product design, design validation, and design improvement. The results showed that historical learning in SMA 2 Ungaran used teaching materials in textbooks, student worksheets, and modules developed by teachers, while SMA Kanisius Bhakti Awam only used textbooks. All the teaching materials need to be more attractive design, and there are no local materials yet. 'The development of module teaching materials is done through several sound stages. The first stage material validation results got 73.3%, and the second stage validation got 82.63%. Stage I media validation yielded 68.5% results, and stage II validation received 89.5%. Meanwhile, the results of practitioner validation were 87.76%, and the results of student responses were 84.12%. So, the teaching materials on the relics of Hindu Buddhist history in Semarang Regency are excellent and appropriate for learning history.

Abstract

This research analyzes the problem of Qibla direction errors in calculating Qibla direction using various coordinate reference points in the city of Bandar Lampung. There is research that calculates the Qibla direction of mosques using the real coordinates of these mosques. This is thought to be less effective and efficient. The focus of this research is a review of the Qibla direction error in calculating the Qibla direction using various coordinate reference points in the city of Bandar Lampung in the framework of determining the Qibla direction accurately and efficiently. The conclusion of this research is that the Qibla direction error review of the Qibla direction calculation using Bandar Lampung city coordinate data is accurate for all places at various points in the city of Bandar Lampung. Calculating the Qibla direction using various coordinate reference points in the city of Bandar Lampung in determining the Qibla direction is less efficient. Keywords: Qibla Galat, Qibla direction, precision, efficiency Penelitian ini menganalisis permasalahan galat arah kiblat terhadap perhitungan arah kiblat dengan berbagai titik acuan koordinat di kota Bandar Lampung. Terdapat penelitian yang menghitung arah kiblat masjid-masjid dengan menggunakan ril kordinat dari masjid-masjid tersebut. Hal ini diduga kurang efektif dan efisien. Fokus penelitian ini adalah tinjauan galat arah kiblat terhadap perhitungan arah kiblat dengan berbagai titik acuan koordinat di kota Bandar Lampung dalam kerangka penentuan arah kiblat yang presisi dan efisien. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah Tinjauan galat arah kiblat terhadap perhitungan arah kiblat menggunakan data koordinat kota Bandar Lampung adalah akurat untuk seluruh tempat di bagai titik di kota Bandar Lampung. Perhitungan arah kiblat dengan berbagai titik acuan koordinat di kota Bandar Lampung dalam penentuan arah kiblat adalah kurang efisien. Kata Kunci: Galat Kiblat, Arah Kiblat, Presisi, Efisien

Abstract

A workers' cooperative (Startup coop) was born to respond to the trend of private startup business. The Indonesian Consortium for Cooperatives Innovation (ICCI) as a forum that initiates and develops coop startups has successfully incubated more than 10 companies. The purpose of this study is to determine the opportunities and challenges of coop startup development in Indonesia. Research method using literature study. The results of the study found that coop startup opportunities are very promising with a modernized cooperative model and various cooperative platforms in the digital era, so that it invites the younger generation, especially the millennial generation, to enter the world of cooperatives and develop cooperatives progressively and organically in Indonesia in the following years. A very clear challenge is related to regulations and the basis of the economic constitution used by Indonesia regarding the basis of legal products regarding startup coops that must adhere to a populist economy in accordance with the foundations laid by the founding fathers.

Abstract

The Governor of DKI Jakarta regulates that any prospective bride and groom who intend to get married shall follow guidance and health checks. This policy is a condition for the implementation of marriage. The health checks carried out are not only Tetanus Toxoid vaccination, but also other health tests. If necessary, the doctor can provide a referral for further examination of medically found indications. The prospective bride and groom will then receive a marriage-worthy certificate. This certificate is one of the requirements to obtain the N1 form. This policy is significant leap taken by the Governor of DKI Jakarta. This present study concerns with the perspective of progressive law on DKI Jakarta Governor Regulation No. 185 of 2017 in the context of the development of Islamic family law in Indonesia. The study utilized library research approach with the descriptive analysis method. The primary data included the DKI Jakarta Governor Regulation No. 185 of 2017, and the secondary data were related literature. This study used the progressive legal theory and the Islamic law approach. The analysis and conclusion drawing were done deductively. The study revealed that the DKI Jakarta Governor Regulation No. 185 of 2017 is a progressive policy in preventing the transmission of infectious diseases among prospective brides and grooms, and in reducing maternal and infant mortality. This regulation shall bring goodness and benefit into domestic life, especially for the bridal couples and their descendants, as well as the society and nation. Further, the regulation shall give a positive impact on the development of marriage law in Indonesia.

Abstract

This article examines the mechanisms of inheritance resolution in cases of different religions in several regions of Indonesia, namely North Sumatera, Central Java, Bengkulu, and East Java, focusing on integrating customary law, religious law, and state law in inheritance distribution. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study method, where data is gathered through interviews, observations, and literature reviews on the practice of inheritance among families with different religions. The findings reveal that family deliberation remains the primary principle in resolving inheritance disputes despite the religious differences among heirs. Social and cultural values such as kinship, mutual assistance, and interfaith tolerance play a significant role in the inheritance process, with each region having its own ways of accommodating religious differences within families. The legal pluralism approach, which combines customary law, religious law, and state law, forms the foundation for developing a fair and inclusive national inheritance law. This article suggests strengthening the principle of deliberation, creating an adaptive legal unification, and formulating inclusive regulations for interfaith inheritance rights to create a harmonious and just inheritance system that aligns with the spirit of Indonesia's cultural diversity. AbstrakArtikel ini mengkaji mekanisme penyelesaian waris beda agama di beberapa wilayah di Indonesia, yaitu Sumatera Utara, Jawa Tengah, Bengkulu, dan Jawa Timur, dengan fokus pada integrasi hukum adat, agama, dan negara dalam pembagian warisan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi kasus, di mana data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dan kajian literatur mengenai praktik waris beda agama dalam masyarakat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun terdapat perbedaan agama di antara ahli waris, musyawarah keluarga menjadi prinsip utama dalam penyelesaian sengketa waris. Nilai sosial dan budaya seperti kekeluargaan, gotong royong, dan toleransi antaragama berperan penting dalam proses pembagian warisan, dengan setiap daerah memiliki cara-cara tersendiri dalam mengakomodasi perbedaan agama dalam keluarga. Pendekatan pluralisme hukum yang memadukan hukum adat, agama, dan negara menjadi landasan dalam pengembangan hukum waris nasional yang adil dan inklusif. Artikel ini menyarankan penguatan prinsip musyawarah, unifikasi hukum yang adaptif, serta penyusunan aturan inklusif untuk hak waris lintas agama, guna menciptakan sistem kewarisan yang harmonis dan adil sesuai dengan semangat keragaman budaya Indonesia.
