Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 79 responden yang merupakan penerima manfaat program BPNT. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, serta analisis regresi linear berganda menggunakan apklikasi SPSS. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan melalui uji t dan uji F untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen, serta koefisien determinasi (R²) untuk mengetahui besarnya kontribusi variabel bebas dalam menjelaskan variabel terikat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas dan kualitas pelayanan memiliki hubungan yang cukup kuat terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat dengan nilai koefisien korelasi (R) sebesar 0,577. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,333 menunjukkan bahwa variabel efektivitas dan kualitas pelayanan mampu menjelaskan pengaruh terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat sebesar 33,3%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 66,7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar variabel penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik efektivitas pelaksanaan program dan kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan, maka semakin meningkat pula tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakat penerima manfaat. Dengan demikian, peningkatan efektivitas pelaksanaan program serta kualitas pelayanan BPNT menjadi faktor penting dalam upaya meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menguji pengaruh karakter kewirausahaan dan keunggulan bersaing terhadap keberhasilan wirausaha pada pelaku usaha di Kecamatan Medan Amplas dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelaku usaha di Kecamatan Medan Amplas, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 91 responden yang ditentukan melalui teknik purposive sampling. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder, dengan metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner menggunakan skala Likert. Teknik analisis data menggunakan metode Partial Least Square–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan bantuan aplikasi SmartPLS untuk menguji validitas, reliabilitas. Keberhasilan wirausaha dipandang sebagai indikator penting dalam mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal dan pemberdayaan masyarakat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) karakter kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan wirausaha; (2) keunggulan bersaing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan wirausaha. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa keberhasilan usaha dipengaruhi oleh kombinasi faktor internal individu dan kemampuan strategis dalam menciptakan keunggulan kompetitif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh variasi produk dan kualitas produk terhadap minat beli masyarakat pada UMKM kuliner di Kecamatan Sei Rampah, dengan pemberdayaan UMKM sebagai variabel moderasi. Populasi penelitian mencakup masyarakat yang berdomisili di Kecamatan Sei Rampah, dengan sampel sebanyak 105 responden yang ditentukan melalui teknik accidental sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara langsung dan dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbantuan perangkat lunak AMOS. Tahapan analisis meliputi pengujian validitas, normalitas, kelayakan model (goodness of fit), serta pengujian hipotesis struktural. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variasi produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli masyarakat. Variasi produk juga terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pemberdayaan UMKM. Selanjutnya, kualitas produk memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli, namun tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pemberdayaan UMKM. Pemberdayaan UMKM sendiri berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli masyarakat. Dalam perannya sebagai variabel moderasi, pemberdayaan UMKM mampu memperkuat hubungan antara variasi produk dan minat beli. Selanjutnya, pada hubungan antara kualitas produk dan minat beli, pemberdayaan UMKM berperan sebagai moderator yang juga memperkuat pengaruh tersebut dan tetap signifikan secara statistik.

Abstract

During the internship at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk, the author gained experience in understanding the working world, especially in the field of business administration. During the internship, the author carried out various activities such as entering customer data, ensuring the completeness of archive documents, writing credit agreement numbers (PK), deeds of sale and purchase (AJB), certificates, building permits (IMB), power of attorney for encumbrance rights (SKMHT), deeds of encumbrance rights (APHT), and certificates of encumbrance rights (SHT), fire insurance policies, and notary names on document envelopes, compiling and storing Customer Information Files (CIF), Recap daily m-banking data, check the completeness of the People's Business Credit (KUR) application documents of customers, participate in field surveys of the business locations of prospective People's Business Credit (KUR) customers, assist in filling out the OTS form or the results of interviews with prospective People's Business Credit (KUR) customers. The author is familiar with the procedures for customer data entry, customer account opening, and the application and granting of People's Business Credit (KUR). This experience has helped improve the author's skills, particularly in the fields of business administration, responsibility, and adaptability in a professional environment. From the author's observations, the implementation of mobile banking at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk has been running well, although there are still many obstacles in using the BTN Mobile application, including limited digital literacy among certain groups and technical obstacles such as internet network disruptions or system errors in the application.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of digital marketing strategies and product quality on the sales of micro, small, and medium enterprises in Kualuh Leidong District. The population in this study were culinary MSMEs in Kualuh Leidong District. The sampling technique used the Slovin formula, which is a sampling technique with special considerations so that it is worthy of being a Slovin sample and obtained a research sample of 60 respondents. The research variables used two variables, namely dependent and independent variables. For the independent variable (X) includes: digital marketing strategy (X1) and product quality (X2) and the dependent variable (Y) product sales. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire and multiple linear analysis with the equation obtained in this study is the analysis of Y = 8.263 + 0.228X1 + 0.154X2 it can be concluded that the constant value of 8.263 is the consistency value of the culinary MSME product sales variable in Kualuh Leidong District of 8.263. Based on the results of the partial hypothesis test (t test) shows that the digital marketing strategy (X1) has a positive and significant effect on product sales (Y) with a calculated t value of 3.280 and a significance value of 0.002 <0.05. Product quality (X2) also has a positive and significant effect on product sales (Y) with a calculated t value of 2.306 and a significance value of 0.025 <0.05. The results of the simultaneous test (F test) show that the digital marketing strategy and product quality together have a significant effect on the sales of culinary MSME products in Kualuh Leidong District, with a calculated F value of 7.253 and a significance value of 0.002 <0.05. And the results of the coefficient of determination test (R Square) show a value of 0.175, which means that the digital marketing strategy and product quality are able to explain variations in product sales by 17.5%, while the remaining 82.5% is influenced by other variables outside this study. Thus, it can be concluded that digital marketing strategies and product quality significantly influence the sales of culinary MSMEs in Kualuh Leidong District. Culinary MSMEs are advised to continuously optimize their digital marketing strategies and improve product quality to boost sales and business competitiveness .

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) represent a cornerstone of Indonesia’s economic structure, particularly in regions like Deli Serdang. Yet, MSMEs continue to face persistent challenges in digital transformation and environmental sustainability. This study investigates the synergistic role of digital value chains and green finance in enhancing the sustainability of MSMEs by focusing on their strategic capabilities. Using a quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), data were collected from 400 MSME respondents across 22 sub-districts. SEM was chosen due to its suitability for analyzing complex relationships among latent constructs. The study addresses the following research question: To what extent does the integration of digitalization and green finance influence MSME sustainability through strategic capabilities? Findings indicate that digital adoption improves operational efficiency and market responsiveness, while green finance strengthens long-term sustainability orientations. Notably, their interaction creates a compounded effect on resilience and competitiveness. Practical implications suggest that this integrative model can guide policymakers, financial institutions, and local stakeholders in designing inclusive digital-financial ecosystems for MSMEs. The study extends the Resource-Based View and Triple Bottom Line frameworks by demonstrating their applicability in local MSME contexts.

Abstract

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan melakukan sosialisasi dan pemberdayaan masyarakat mengatasi biaya operasional yang cukup tinggi dalam bercocok tanam sebagai pelaku usaha pertanian. PKM ini dilaksanakan di Nagori (Desa) Pematang Simalungun Kecamatan Siantar Kabupaten Simalungun Sumatera Utara atas kerjasama dengan PT. Indoagro Jaya Bersama, yang berkantor Pusat di Jl. Tuan Baja Purba komplek Perumahan Meranti Permai Kecamatan Siantar Kabupaten Simalungun.Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menegah (UMKM) di Indonesia berkontribusi menyumbangkan sekitar 61,9 % terhadap Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB) dan mampu meyerap sekitar 119 juta tenaga kerja atau sekitar 97 % dari jumlah tenaga kerja Nasional. Jika masyarakat Nagori (Desa) Pematang Simalungun Kecamatan Siantar Kabupaten Simalungun Sumatera Utara menjadi pelaku usaha pupuk enzim (eco-enzym), maka akan meningkatkan kontribusi pelaku Usaha Mikro kecil dan Menegah (UMKM) terhadap Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB) dan sumbangan sektor tersebut bukan lagi sebesar 61,9 %, tapi bisa semakin bertambah, dengan sendirinya akan menambah kemampuan masyarakat dalam sektor ekonomi rumah tangga.Keputusan bisnis selalu melibatkan penilaian risiko dan potensi keuntungan. Ekonomi bisnis membantu menganalisis dan memahami keseimbangan dalam konteks lingkungan ekonomi yang berubah-ubah. Secara keseluruhan, ekonomi bisnis membantu menjelaskan bagaimana keputusan ekonomi diambil dalam konteks pelaku usaha, dan bagaimana Usha Mikro Kecil dan Menegah (UMKM) berinteraksi di pasar untuk mencapai sesuai tujuan usaha tersebut.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of product quality and modern packaging training on the competitiveness of salted fish products in the coastal area of Belawan. This research employed a quantitative approach using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Research data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 salted fish business actors as respondents and were analyzed using measurement model and structural model testing to identify relationships among variables. The results indicate that product quality has a positive and significant effect on competitiveness, with a path coefficient of 0.398 and a p-value < 0.05. In addition, modern packaging training also has a positive and significant effect on competitiveness, with a path coefficient of 0.411 and a p-value < 0.05.The R-square value of 0.426 indicates that product quality and modern packaging training explain 42.6% of the variance in competitiveness, while the remaining variance is explained by other variables outside this study. The findings emphasize the importance of improving product quality and strengthening modern packaging skills as strategic efforts to develop salted fish businesses in order to remain competitively sustainable amid evolving market dynamics. This study is expected to serve as a practical reference for business actors and policymakers.

Abstract

The internship activities were carried out with the aim of understanding the impact of the severance pay system implementation on employess’ retirement independence throught entrepreneurship at PTPN IV Regional II Air Batu Plantition, Asahan, North Sumatra, during 2024-2025. Severance pay is expected to serve as capital for employess’ entering retirement, but the suscces of its use is greatly influence by entreprenurial abilities.

Abstract

Interest is a desire or feeling of attraction to something that a person wants to do without any coercion and based on their personal desires. Interest will motivate someone to achieve something. Many factors influence students' interest in entrepreneurship, including social media, entrepreneurial knowledge, and self-confidence. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of social media, entrepreneurial knowledge, and self-confidence on the entrepreneurial interest of the younger generation. Data collection used a systematic review by analyzing research manuscripts obtained from Google Scholar indexed nationally and internationally over the past five years. The results of this study indicate that social media has a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial interest, entrepreneurial knowledge has no significant influence on entrepreneurial interest, self-confidence has a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial interest, and social media. Entrepreneurial knowledge and social media jointly influence entrepreneurial interest in the younger generation.
