Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) Pengaruh pengetahuan kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran FKIP UNS; (2) Pengaruh kepribadian terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran FKIP UNS; dan (3) Pengaruh pegetahuan kewirausahaan dan kepribadian terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran FKIP UNS. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran Angkatan 2021 dan 2022 dengan jumlah sampel 126 responden. Sampel penelitian diambil menggunakan Teknik proportionate stratified random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis regresi berganda. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pengetahuan kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha (nilai thitung 8,454 > ttabel 1,979) dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000. 2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepribadian terhadap minat berwirausaha (thitung 3,209 > ttabel 1,979) dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,002. 3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pengetahuan kewirausahaan dan kepribadian terhadap minat berwirausaha dengan hasil uji F (Fhitung 55,546 > Ftabel 3,06) dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Keseluruhan pada hasil analisis penelitian ini mendukung hipotesis yang telah diasumsikan. Kata Kunci : karakter; ketertarikan berwirausaha; psikologi; penelitian kuantitatif; wawasanAbstract: The purpose of this research is to determine: (1) The influence of entrepreneurial knowledge on entrepreneurial interest of FKIP UNS Office Administration Education students; (2) The influence of personality on entrepreneurial interest of FKIP UNS Office Administration Education students; and (3) The influence of entrepreneurial knowledge and personality on entrepreneurial interest of FKIP UNS Office Administration Education students. This research is a quantitative research with correlational method. The population in this research is the student of Office Administration Education Study Program Class of 2021 and 2022. The research sample was taken using proportionate stratified random sampling technique and resulted in 126 students. The data collection method used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques with the help of the IBM SPSS ver 26.0. From the results of the study it can be concluded that: 1) there is a positive and significant influence of entrepreneurial knowledge on entrepreneurial interest (tcount value 8.454> t table 1.979) with a significance value of 0.000. 2) there is a positive and significant effect of personality on entrepreneurial interest (tcount 3,209 > t table 1,979) with a significance value of 0.002. 3) there is a positive and significant effect of entrepreneurial knowledge and personality on entrepreneurial interest with the results of the F test (Fcount 55.546 > Ftable 3.06) and a significance value of 0.000. Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to find out: Roles, obstacle and solutions of personnel manager in motivating employee’s work at PT Aksara Solopos Surakarta. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method with a case study research approach. The results of research showed that: The role of the personnel manager in motivating the work of employees at PT Aksara Solopos Surakarta includes providing direction to employees, providing good examples for employees, personnel manager as employee counselors, and as activator positive working conditions; The obstacle faced by personnel managers in motivating employees' work includes several individual employee had a bad character and less problem solving solution form field managers; Solutions made by personnel managers to overcome obstacles in motivating employees' work include providing rewards and punishments and approaching employees.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) tujuan pelaksanaan uji kompetensi skema JAA di LSP-P1 UNS, (2) pelaksanaan uji kompetensi skema JAA di LSP-P1 UNS, (3) hambatan yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan uji kompetensi skema JAA di LSP-P1 UNS, (4) upaya yang dilakukan dalam mengatasi hambatan pelaksanaan uji kompetensi skema JAA di LSP-P1 UNS. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Teknik pengambilan sampel secara purposive sampling dan snowball sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan analisis dokumen. Validitas data yang digunakan yakni menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan analisis interaktif. Hasil penelitian sebagai berikut: (1) pelaksanaan uji kompetensi skema JAA di LSP-P1 UNS (a) mengukur sejauh mana mahasiswa mampu mengaplikasikan ilmu dan keterampilan mereka dalam dunia kerja nanti, serta  (b) mendukung pencapaian profil PAP yaitu sebagai praktisi di bidang administrasi perkantoran. (2) pelaksanaan uji kompetensi skema JAA di LSP-P1 UNS meliputi tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. (3) hambatan dalam pelaksanaan: (a) hambatan yang dialami dalam pelaksanaan uji kompetensi ini adalah kurangnya persiapan mahasiswa, (b) fasilitas yang kurang optimal. (4) upaya yang dilakukan dalam mengatasi hambatan (a) upaya yang dapat dilakukan adalah sosialisasi yang intensif kepada mahasiswa, serta (b) meningkatkan sarana dan prasarana. Kata kunci : asesor; sertifikasi; TUKAbstract: This research aims to determine (1) the objectives of the JAA competency test implementation at LSP-P1 UNS, (2) the execution of the JAA competency test at LSP-P1 UNS, (3) the challenges faced during the implementation of the JAA competency test at LSP-P1 UNS, and (4) the efforts made to address these challenges. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study type. Sampling techniques include purposive sampling and snowball sampling. Data collection methods involve interviews, observations, and document analysis. Data validity is ensured through source and technique triangulation. Data analysis uses interactive analysis. The research findings are as follows: (1) The implementation of the JAA competency test at LSP-P1 UNS aims to (a) measure the extent to which students can apply their knowledge and skills in the workplace, and (b) support the achievement of the PAP profile as practitioners in office administration. (2) The implementation process includes preparation, execution, and evaluation stages. (3) Challenges encountered include: (a) insufficient student preparation, and (b) suboptimal facilities. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap kesiapan kerja (2) pengaruh teman sebaya terhadap kesiapan kerja, (3) pengaruh motivasi belajar dan teman sebaya secara bersama-sama terhadap kesiapan kerja. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan analisis regresi linear berganda. Sumber data penelitian ini meliputi data yang didapat melalui penyebaran angket pada sejumlah 184 populasi (mahasiswa Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran angkatan 2021 dan 2022). Teknik pengambilan data dilakukan dengan simple random sampling. Rumus Issac dan Michel digunakan menentukan besaran 127 sampel. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dan diolah menggunakan IBM SPSS 26.0. Uji prasyarat meliputi uji normalitas, uji linearitas, uji heterokodastesitas dan uji multikolinearitas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan motivasi belajar terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa (thitung 6,886 > ttabel 1,979). (2) terdapat pengaruh positif teman sebaya terhadap kesiapan kerja (thitung 5,944 > ttabel 1,979). (3) terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan motivasi belajar dan teman sebaya secara bersama-sama terhadap kesiapan kerja (thitung 164,644 > ttabel 3,07). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa sumbangan efektif sebesar 54,4% dan sisanya sebesar 45,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti oleh peneliti. Kata kunci : grup sosial; kuantitatif; motivasi; teori scctAbstract: This study aims to determine (1) the effect of learning motivation on work readiness, (2) the  influence of peers group on work readiness, (3) the effect of learning motivation and peers together on work readiness. This research is a descriptive quantitative research with multiple linear regression analysis. The data sources for this study include data obtained through distributing questionnaires to the population (PAP students class of 2021 and 20211). The data collection technique was carried out by simple random sampling. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to Office Administration Education students using the Issac and Michel formula to get 127 samples. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis and is processed using IBM SPSS 26.0. Prerequisite tests use normality test, linearity test, heterocodastity test and multicollinearity test. The results of this study indicate that: (1) there is a significant positive effect of learning motivation on student work readiness (tcount 6.886> ttable 1.979). (2) there is a positive influence of peers on work readiness (tcount 5.944> ttable 1.979). (3) there is a significant positive effect of learning motivation and peers together on work readiness (tcount 164.644 > ttable 3.07). The results of this study indicate that the effective contribution is 54.4% and the remaining 45.6% is influenced by other variables not examined by the researcher. Keywords : peer group; quantitative; motivation; scct theory

Abstract

Kemampuan literasi sains merupakan salah satu kompetensi dasar yang sangat penting di abad ke-21. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji keefektifan media pembelajaran flipbook berbasis canva dalam meningkatkan kemampuan literasi sains peserta didik Sekolah Dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuasi-eksperimen dengan desain pre-test dan post-test pada dua kelompok: kelompok eksperimen yang menggunakan flipbook berbasis Canva dan kelompok kontrol yang menggunakan media pembelajaran konvensional. Instrumen penelitian meliputi tes literasi sains dan kuesioner untuk mengukur persepsi peserta didik terhadap media pembelajaran yang digunakan. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan signifikan pada literasi sains peserta didik di kelompok eksperimen dibandingkan dengan kelompok kontrol. Selain itu, hasil kuesioner mengungkapkan bahwa peserta didik lebih tertarik dan termotivasi dalam belajar sains ketika menggunakan media flipbook berbasis canva. Media flipbook berbasis canva bukan hanya alat pembelajaran, tetapi juga alat yang dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan analisis peserta didik dalam memahami konsep sains. Kesimpulannya, media pembelajaran flipbook berbasis Canva efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan literasi sains peserta didik Sekolah Dasar dan dapat menjadi alternatif yang inovatif dalam pembelajaran sains dasar di Sekolah Dasar.

Abstract

Media pembelajaran merupakan salah satu faktor yang memudahkan siswa dalam mempelajari Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial (IPAS). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengumpulkan informasi mengenai kebutuhan awal dalam rangka merancang draft media pembelajaran IPAS berbasis Smart Apps Creator. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dengan subjek penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas V dan guru sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Purwantoro. Indikator pemilihan aplikasi desktop Smart Apps Creator (SAC) dan analisis materi mengenal bumi kita. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 91,25% lingkungan sekolah memiliki sinyal internet yang tidak stabil, 100% sekolah dasar memiliki fasilitas Wi-Fi, 100% siswa memiliki smartphone, 86,76% siswa berinteraksi dengan smartphone lebih dari 4 jam per hari, 85,60% materi IPAS tidak ada di lingkungan sekolah, seperti: sungai, gunung berapi, laut, selat; 87,45% materi tidak dapat dijangkau dengan pembelajaran di luar kelas. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat kebutuhan pengembangan media pembelajaran IPAS kelas V dengan aplikasi desktop SAC berbasis Android dengan materi mengenal bumi kita untuk siswa kelas V SD di Kecamatan Purwantoro.

Abstract

Keterampilan berpikir kreatif sangat dibutuhkan untuk mempelajari materi perkalian. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kebutuhan siswa terhadap media pembelajaran flashcard berbantuan Canva pada materi perkalian. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa dan guru sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Ngadirojo. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan angket yang telah di uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Analisis data menggunakan rumus prosentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: indikator kebutuhan fasilitas Smartphone adalah 100% menyatakan siswa memiliki Smartphone, 96,78% siswa berinteraksi dengan Smartphone lebih dari 5 jam per hari; indikator pembelajaran matematika adalah 87,65% siswa mengalami kesulitan dengan operasi perkalian, 75,80% guru menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis android, 95,72% guru belum pernah menggunakan media pembelajaran matematika berbasis teknologi, 91,50% guru menggunakan metode menghafal rumus dan berlatih soal matematika; dan indikator pendukung fasilitas adalah 100% sekolah memiliki fasilitas pendukung Wifi, indikator gaya belajar siswa adalah: 86,75% ingin merasakan sentuhan dan memegang, 90,75% lebih mudah mengingat dengan melihat dan melakukan, dan 100% siswa setuju bahwa ada media pembelajaran berbasis android untuk pelajaran matematika. Kesimpulan: perlu dikembangkan media pembelajaran flashcard berbantuan Canva pada materi perkalian untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kreatif.

Abstract

Learning disabilities (LD) are neurological conditions that affect brain function, often resulting in challenges with reading, writing, and mathematics, despite individuals typically having average or above-average intelligence. Students with LD frequently experience socio-emotional difficulties, such as anxiety and social rejection, which can hinder academic progress and self-esteem. Building resilience is essential to help these students cope with stress and adapt to challenges. This study aimed to develop an educational tool titled Collaborative Social-Emotional-Academic Augmented Reality (SEAKAR) to support students with LD in inclusive school settings. The tool was designed using the CASEL (Collaborative for Academic, Social, and Emotional Learning) framework and integrated with augmented reality (AR) technology. A Research and Development (RD) approach was employed, consisting of a needs assessment, prototype creation, expert validation, and iterative revisions. Ten expert validators—comprising specialists in special education, psychology, language, media, ICT, and inclusive education—assessed the SEAKAR prototype. Feedback from the validation process was positive, indicating the product’s relevance, functionality, and potential effectiveness in supporting the social-emotional and academic needs of students with LD. The development of SEAKAR represents a promising step toward innovative, inclusive educational tools that integrate social-emotional learning with technology. Its alignment with the CASEL framework and use of AR enhances its potential to engage and support students with LD. Further implementation and testing in real classroom settings are recommended to evaluate its practical impact.

Abstract

This study investigates the implementation of the Project for Strengthening the Profile of Pancasila Students in the Sekolah Penggerak program at SD Negeri Wonorejo, Sukoharjo Regency, during the 2022/2023 academic year. The project aimed to enhance student creativity and independence through project-based learning. A qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach was employed. Participants included the school principal, fourth-grade teachers, and subject teachers for grades I-VI. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis. Project planning was conducted collaboratively, although challenges such as limited modules and evaluation instruments persisted. Themes of entrepreneurship and local wisdom contextualized learning and guided project implementation. The project followed a structured process, including material preparation, group division, topic introduction, product creation, and reflection. These stages fostered increased creativity and independence among students. Evaluation was based on process observations and project reports assessed with progress predicates. The project also positively engaged parents but faced obstacles like time management and theme selection difficulties. The findings highlight the need for contextual modules, valid evaluation instruments, teacher training, stronger external collaborations, and principal supervision. Support from the Education Department in the form of policy and facilities is essential to optimize project outcomes. The project demonstrated success in enhancing student creativity and independence while addressing contextual challenges. Future research should focus on developing practical evaluation tools tailored to students’ needs and the school context, ensuring sustained impact and scalability.

Abstract

This study employed a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) using the PRISMA methodology to analyze 20 peer-reviewed empirical articles published between 2019 and 2024 on the implementation of coaching-based academic supervision in elementary schools. The findings indicate that coaching techniques—such as the TIRTA-Innovative Coaching Flow and the GPAR model—significantly improve teachers’ pedagogical competence, reflective practice, professional collaboration, and instructional innovation. Coaching supervision effectively shifts the role of supervisors from mere evaluators to facilitators of professional growth, thereby creating a more supportive and developmental culture in schools. Despite these benefits, the review highlights several limitations, including insufficient training for supervisors, limited institutional support, time constraints, and the lack of longitudinal evidence on sustained impact. These constraints suggest the need for stronger systemic backing and more comprehensive professional development for supervisors. The study concludes that coaching-based academic supervision has strong potential to enhance teacher development when aligned with systematic planning, policy integration at the school level, and continuous mentoring. Practical implications are offered for policymakers, school leaders, and researchers to strengthen future implementation and ensure more effective evaluation of coaching-based supervision.
