Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the influence of entrepreneurs knowledge to the interest in entrepreneurship of students at SMK Negeri 1 Kandis. The population in this study ware 11th grade students at SMK Negeri 1 Kandis which amounted to 167 students from 4 (four) department. Department of Computer and Network Engineering, Accounting, Office Administration and Light Vehicle Engineering. This study using cencus technique which was all of the populations put into sample. Data was collected using tests for entrepreneurial knowledge while questionnaires for interest in student entrepreneurship. Data then was analyzed using simple linear regression test. The result showed that entrepreneurs knowledge had a significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship of students at SMK Negeri 1 Kandis. Entrepeneurship knowledge variable had a contribution amounted 0.667 or 66.7% while the remaining amount of 33.3% is explained by other factors which was not examined in this study.Key Words: Knowledge of entrepreneurship, Interest in entrepreneurship

Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this research is to figure out the effect of remedial program effectiveness on the students achivement. The population of this research is 25 students involved at remedial program at class XI Accounting in SMK Labor Binaan FKIP UNRI Pekanbaru. Data was collected by questiones and documentation techniques. The conclusion of the study showed that the implementation of remedial program at the SMK Labor Binaan FKIP UNRI Pekanbaru is generally in the effective category. While the students learning outcomes after the remedial program implemented get a value above the minimum completeness criteris in learning. Effective remedial program implementation and effect on the learning outcomes of class XI Accounting in SMK Labor Binaan FKIP UNRI Pekanbaru.Key Words: Effectiveness, Remedial Program, Student Learning Outcomes

Abstract

Abstract : the purpose of the research was to identity the influenc of service quality to the costumer satisfaction by company of compare two motorcyle service stations. The two stations are: Capella Honda 88 and AHASS Pangeran Motor with sixty sampel of thirty in Capella Honda 88 and thirty in AHASS Pangeran Motor make use of isidental sampling method. Data was collected through questionnaire to costumer consisted of 30 costumers for Capella Honda 88 and 30 costumers for AHASS Pangeran Motor. Data was analyzed by using multiple Linear Reggresion Analysis dan Independent Samples Test processed trough SPSS 20.0 program. The result of this reseach refer to that in Capella Honda 88 service quality influence on the costumer satisfaction and at AHASS Pangeran Motor service quality not influence on the costumer satifaction. The result Independent Samples Test srvice quality in Capella Honda 88 and AHASS Pangeran Motor not difference service quality gived to costumer satifaction.Keyword: Service Quality, Costumer Satifaction

Abstract

Abstract: The study aims to determine the effect of price and product quality on student purchase decision of xiaomi smartphone at economic education department university of riau. It’s using a quantitative descriptive approach, the populasi in the study is students using Xiaomi smartphone was as many as 40 students and the population was taken as sample (cencus sampling technique). Data collection technique using questionnaires. The analysis of data was used descriptive and linear regression. The result showed that the price of Xiaomi smartphone is in affordable category, quality of the product Xiaomi smartphone is in good category and decision purchase Xiaomi smartphone is in high category. The price and quality product have a significant effect on the decision purchase with regression Y= 2,599+0,506X1+0,397X2 and contributed decision purchase is 55,2 %.Key Words: Price, Quality Product, Purchase Decision.

Abstract

Abstract : The study aims to determine the effect of student perceptions and attitudesof students on accounting learning achievment. The population is students of class XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Bagansinembah as many as 166 students, and the sample of 106 students.Data collection using questionnaires and documentation techniques. Analysis of data used is multiple linear regression. The result of the research based on multiple linear regression showed students 'perceptions and students' attitudes have an effect on students learning achievment of class XI IPS 1. This can be seen from the value of constanta (a) of 7, 686 and the value of regression coefficient (b) of 1, 171, and 1, 378 with the regression equation 7,686 + 1,371 +, 378. Judging from the calculation of R2 (R Square) obtained value of 0.273. This means that the contribution of students' perceptions and attitudes to accounting lessons on accounting learning achievement in SMA Negeri 1 Bagansinembah is 27.3%.Key Words: Perception, Attitude, Learning Achievement

Abstract

Abstract; The purpose this paper is to know the level of health of Koperasi Unit Desa Melati based on the Minister of Cooperatives and Small and Medium business, No. 14 / M.KUKM / XII / 2009. The research was conducted at Koperasi Unit Desa Melati in the village Empat Balai District of Kuok. This study started in April 2015. This is quantitative descriptive research.The research result showed that; in 2010 the acquisition of the cooperative health level score was 51.25 to predicate less healthy. In 2011 the acquisition of the rating of the cooperative is to predicate less healthy 48.25. In 2012 the acquisition of the rating of the savings and loan is 48.50 with the predicate less healthy. In 2013 the acquisition of the rating of the cooperative is to predicate less healthy 48.25. In 2014 the acquisition of the cooperative health level assessment score was 48.75 with the predicate less healthy.Keywords: financial statements, the acquisition of the cooperative health level

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of teacher performance on student learning outcomes in Class XI Economic Subjects at Siak Hulu 3 High School. The population in this study was all class XI in State High School 03 Siak Hulu consisted of two classes with a total of 82 students, and using a sensus sampling technique. Data was collected by using questionnaires, and data was analyzed by descriptive technique. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis. Result of the study showed that the performance of Economic Teachers in SMA Negeri 03 Siak Hulu in general is in the category of being in a fairly good category. While the learning outcomes of students of economic subjects in class XI IPS 1 and XI IPS 2 at SMAN 03 Siak Hulu are in the poor category. Teacher performance has a significant positive effect on student learning outcomes on economic subjects in class XI IPS SMAN 03 Siak Hulu.Key Words: Teacher Performance, Student Learning Outcomes

ABSTRACT : This research was conducted at the Grocery Store located at Delima Street Tampan District of Pekanbaru City. Sources of data from informants and Indomaret respondents and Grocery Stores. Data collection techniques derived from structured interviews, questionnaires, observation and documentation. Engineering Data analysis was performed after the data collected from the respondents who had been interviewed and given questionnaires. The method used is descriptive analysis, historical analysis and survey. Data analysis techniques using primary data and secondary data. The results of the study all these indicators affect the income of the grocery store. There is a grocery store merchant income changes after Indomaret. This situation looks from the grocery store merchants Declining revenues due to the decline in the number of consumers and the sale of goods. The existence Indomaret in Delima Street impact on merchants grocery store that is seen from working capital, long opening hours, sales turnover, number of customers and the amount of revenue decreases and declined after the Indomaret. Of reduction and a decrease in these indicators will impact on the existence of a grocery store in Delima street.Keyword : Effect, indomaret, grocery store

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of motivation of and commitment toward employee performance at the unit of services and treatments. This research is conducted at the Mental Hospital Tampan Riau Province from April to June 2014 The method used is descriptive quantitative method. The population is all employees and treatment services Mental Hospital Tampan. 30 respondents are selected by random sampling technique. The data collection instrument used is a questionnaire for the dependent variables: performance (Y); independent variables: motivation (X1), and commitment (X2). The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression statistical techniques. From the results, it can be concluded that: (1) motivational effect on employee performance and maintenance services Mental Hospital Tampan; (2) commitment effect on employee performance and maintenance services Mental Hospital Tampan; (3) the effect of the influence of motivation and commitment to employee performance and maintenance services Mental Hospital Tampan amounted to 29.7%. Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of the study is to decribe the corelations of Internet usege as students’ learning device and motivation on social studies in the High School of Bina Bnangsa Pekanbaru. Samples were 53 students. Data was collected by using questionnaires, observation, and documentation; and data was analysed descriptively over the steps of scoring and tabulating, and then verified by formulation of product moment correlation. The independent variable was the internet utilization and motivation was variable Y. The results showed that the average student to respond frequently, meaning that students learn social studies demonstrate motivation when using the internet as a learning device. Through testing the correlation coefficient (r) is known that there is a relationship of 0521, and the coefficient of determination (r2) = 0.271 or 27.1%, meaning that the contribution of the use of internet learning resources to students' motivation is 27.1% while the rest is influenced by other factors. Testing the significance of correlation coefficient r can be seen from the calculation of t = 4607> table = 2.000. Based on the research result as described, it was suggested to the school principal to pay attention to the school internet facilities in order to support students’ learning activities as well as their motivation. Also suggested to teachers to be more focus on supervision over the usage of school internet facility..Keywords : Internet usage, Motivation, Social Sciences
